And caregiver here in America the radio this nation known my 35th year's caregiver, and drawing a lifetime of experience to offer a lifeline to Buffalo caregivers to help us live a strong healthier caller there assayed a more joyful life while serving a secure feeling.

How you doing how was Christmas for how was I was this event that that happens once a year. That seems to cause a lot of extra drama for caregiver doing okay and I hope that you were able to to embrace the season it and in the understanding of what God is done in bringing forth this child usually said way back in Genesis that this was going to happen and against all odds against everything that Satan in this world through God. He brought forth his son there in Bethlehem to deliver us from our sins and and if you go back and in Scripture there's three times when God named a baby for the parents for the mother and the father the the of course we know what he told Zacharias that his son will be named John, and the Hebrews.

Your cannot. I think I can't pronounce well don't hold that against even though my name is Rosenberger and that means that God is gracious. He told Mary Jo name Jesus was Yeshua Joshua God delivers. But there's one more time, and it surprised me to learn this, but it was back with Hagar and he told her that her child would be named Ishmael and that means that God hears three times a God name a child. God hears God's gracious God delivers that a breach will that abridged us as caregivers. I have a very special guest on the out for Regulus is this network you know Abraham Hamilton, the third who I just love to listen to what I just I love his passion and zeal introduced me to a longtime friend of his. He said you need to talk to her and I agreed because when I found out her story about a little bit more about her.

I thought yes I do and I want to have her on the show and I think that she is going to be a perfect individual for you to get to know and hear her story. Her passion in her heart for the Lord and and what she's doing her journey how she's learned to trust God with some some tough things and her name is Rhianna Sanford and Rhianna's with this right now.

Rhianna what was show all thinking found that having me with your lot more perkier this morning but I'm still slugged him a coffee club an hour behind you so I doubt. I guess when I wake up every year and I'm in the Pacific Northwest. But I am I am drinking my my very strong coffee for my Babylon beat mug they sit. As you can trust us.

Their motto but now I'm so glad to have you here and and I glad to get to know you a little bit more and spend some time here in your insights. I want to give you as much time today and the special after Christmas show to just talk about your life, your journey, trusting God and what it is that you want to deposit into the lives of others that that you have gleaned from the foot of the Savior, and the foot of the cross. And so, tell us a little bit about your background and your story and then we'll get into all the other things and then will will just when you hear the music go will go to break will come back in and will discontinue all the havoc is everybody grab a cup of coffee unless you let Rhianna that you've already you're already wide-awake going but grab a cup of coffee in and enjoy. Just listening to this woman of God, share her story. Thank you again for allowing air.

I know that that is right that you are so prevalent care with your let Ben Eric I am a mom of 33 teenagers. In fact, eight 1715 and 14. I bet you want to say quite different than that my life that I'll outback up a little bit like a little bit about where I came from. I grab in a very Christian helpful were hot, believing that we were to believe in the Bible were rained out on be strong believer in God and I went to a phenomenal youth group on as a teenager really cultivated from an early age, and understanding that God is with me already, and that there are he you living light and being flat light if we know if we find the minutes were applied in our lives and are not maker and on you not go well. Thank you. I my thoughts about what might look like you now know I will not go to college and finding a long white man and now get married. I think I was really looking for. Ray and you know I think something that we mom into reality. Later on in life we find a ball, we find that things don't necessarily always turn out the way that you and I would say by the time I had on graduated from college and married my friend, you know, that was probably the very first thing that was like wow I did not like that because the guy that I married knew that he was was created to be in full time ministry. And that was not on my list of things to get the minister's wife are planning on being a fat light in any any you now and anyway they performed and fell down on something that even out very affected God. I said okay this is the man I know you place in my life. So I buckled my think about that I'm along for the ride and early on in our marriage. We did find ourselves in a kick out of the bout of comfort we planted in the Catholic Church in middle of nowhere candid. I like the faith out all of the kiting port and canned goods in Northwest Central I can best discount at about 350 people live there about more cow than people okay very rural area – Southwest Montana. We have traffic light in our county account in the hope now because God selling out. There are very few traffic lights in our county, but definitely little not one traffic light to be found.

One stop sign one four-way stop sign and the whole you know how and Don was about a 30 minute drive away.

So on. You know it was my phone breakdown and everything that we learned about in that nine a lot of cultivating of what it really means to trust God and during the year so the also figured with within that year I spent having baby. Now I have three kids and three here and get out with three kids, three years, are you hurt? No world will know that I guess. Early on in our new know everything that we are on the web for building the minutes three and really bonding with one another.one about you now very very fine here now that is a yeah that's it.

That's a good way to describe it will just leave that right there on the table break were talking really save business will God bring caregiver poorly as a sister. The Lord what she's learned. Trusting God's very uncomfortable.

This is.com showed well he does note was received from her CD resilient good copy that hope caregiver.com's growth or building but your heart will send you copy that that's an appropriate song right now because realtor Sanford is with this and she's telling her story and she had her life back after she knew the place she had for her.

But God knew the place to be had for her lately. They didn't necessarily meet up, but now she sees his hand through all of these things and she's here to tell her story out of work, but we're so glad to have you with this on this special show after Christmas here for you to just share your heart sure you story you did not plan on being a minister's wife and he certainly didn't plan on being a minister's wife and rule Kansas and and yet here you are now seven something years later that you get three children, but something else is going on to tell us about the L world on our baby girl what her. I like looking like everything and a blank car but early on about you know your life that were right about curcumin starting to go back to her help and think that he could do before like he could say a few words and keep you know eating herself and things like that in the L year-old we could find the going fee so because something went to write and my mom, you know that what I was realizing work like my work here, starting to come spring. I get like that you have anything in life right back married right out and send them on normal expectations are perfect while in life because something didn't seem right are on your and more requesting of skill. We thought her finally get diagnosed but not your folks and fighting by something was born with something called then Brown. I think that incurable neurological disorder that in layman's terms amount of communication between your brain and your body will think I can write a complaint you were hiring out her body and on. So he continued over time and time on seven or eight years old she could no longer move along the floor and walked finding it hard to follow, like other help you arose along the way.

Third, arrhythmia, and I can't for Scott not be able to gain weight effectively off the cot curfew on a couple times a day and we found ourselves and that'll like almost every other month we were adding to be admitted because of some kind of emergency health situation or surgery on her quality of life you have looking for a lot of seizures in things such as that later three years old and Don weren't sure why Peter knew that the part of this plot of things that were certain to lock in our world that we figure out to be back you you you what you want to ministries and the doctors come back with this strange diagnosis that you never even heard of. I just heard of this now for the funny night for me words select and think what we were thinking. Thanks for your capital and think what an ESOP a day for fair What that was on Saturday that Friday night St. Louis effect throughout brain. Okay, that we were at my mom out for the night and on without it settled and stop that night in the new one turned on the TV and then you on the new Friday night you can believe that there was a special story on family with a child order contract and ground everything normal and started regressing and held all four mom that we were all like our God to the ground what it looks like you know anything like that point we get into, and I called the office that afternoon. After hours of meeting with the therapist and he at bedrooms I was back what you believe this to be like that anyway. No answer and what about you know a warning that it might be what you're dealing with that from liking the new bona fide night before going to the appointment will but yesterday the offices you know where he does.

He provides thorough review of super prepared you all little bit for this so you're sitting there and then I want to share this specifically because a lot of of parents that are in the situations that will hear the show later in the pot just so forth. Who are going to be sitting in a doctor's office and having news that is unpleasant, we will know if you been a caregiver for any length of time you had this experience.

What was it like for you, your faith is stronger going this you you you you know whom you have believed and get your hearing this, what what what you would your husband just lounge other. What would you do, I think) are getting diagnosis like that. Now there because the wet bingo for example is much more well-known statement of life. You know, 15 years ago when her daughter was diagnosed 14 years ago and so remember it was near work out. I think Boston trying to figure out what was going on and fill it with a much lower prospect of having to deal with the fact that something is wrong and we don't know what it is exactly like we hung out how much power along with her so we a lot of time really make our faith and what we believe. Don't believe the word of God. Mom, I felt this better fear of doubt, worry mom, you know, all salt nurturing mama bided me that one of her daughter. Everything I wanted. I wanted to walk in her school for kindergarten walking with her hand in hand to be able to know her and think how many like I'm a singer… I know that what I grew up doing with singing with my mama in a car, nothing happens expectations right and felt there was a part of my mama.

I was really breaking was really cranking then fine as me that you wear that ring say that we are overcoming that we are no conquerors in all things that anything going away everything still lied like a clean… I pray aerosol strength of the word of God became sort that became what got from day to day to day day sample phrase and it always learned heard growing up in church. About being a rock with a few hundred limitations three much limitations. Three.

Specifically, this is for me this is a bursa keeps coming back to B cells like what you just rooted is is a this is what we get to him great his face was from, but he said no. The Lord will not cast off rivers that we closed review of compassion. According to the abundance of the steadfast love, for he does not afflict from his heart or grieve the children of men crushed underfoot. All the prisoners wrote to the injustice of the president goes on in and Jeremiah's writing this visit I remember the wormwood and the gall. Remember my afflictions about what is one of the go muscle continually remembers it is belted with the B but this article to mud.

Verse 21 and therefore I have hope the steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to did you know that some of the the steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his brows never kept they are new every morning great is a faithless Lord apportions this muscle the cells like that's exactly what you were doing you or your drawing of a deep reservoir of Scripture in you, even though the tears were ghetto filled your summary, this is hard to look at but but but but God, but God sees that he knows are to put that in his word that he gets that he understands it in his own son did that and reorder this. This is were so many of the audience. That was the show or and it is so important to hear from people like you who have walk through these things and you plunged into run to this Jesus as you take your special-needs daughter here and say Lord I trust in you and talk with real silver.

What you just continue your story as is continues to open up his facilitators will be right back. Have you ever struggled to trust God when lousy things happen to you.

I'm Gracie Rosenberger in 1983 I experienced a horrific car accident, leading to 80 surgeries in both legs. AP take it. I questioned why God allowed something so brutal to happen to me. But over time the questions changed and I discovered courage to trust God that understanding along with an appreciation for quality prosthetic limbs led me to establish standing with help more than a dozen years we been working with the government of Ghana and West Africa, equipping and training local workers to build and maintain quality prosthetic limbs for their own people on a regular basis.

We purchased ship equipment and supplies and with the help of inmates in a Tennessee prison. We also recycle parts from donated limbs. All of this is to point others to Christ. The source of my hope and strength, please visit standing with help.com to learn more and participate in lifting others that standing without.com. I'm Gracie and I am standing with help. Roy Rosenberg.

This is the caregivers was to the imperials grew up with the greatest music in the 70s.

Hope that's what the place the fourth of the load. The letter for you to record to belt buckle boarding produce at regular does a great higher power. Anyway I were talking with Rhianna Sanford and she is a tremendous woman of God who has an amazing story of trust in the face of unexpected and inserted painful realities in the precious little girl. She noticed things were going on she did. She didn't know all the things and the new something was up and they got the news. The doctor, here's what you got this. It was a disease she never heard of until ship. See the news like that. But before they mentioned it in the shorts of the symptoms is over gives the cells like us and she goes in there. They come in and and and she and her husband. You know the rule that faith. Although the Scriptures that a solid foundation for those Regulus is a show, you know, one of the arching things were trying to do is build you up in the word of God, so that when these things come at us and they will because we live in a broken fallen world that will have a place to go to the that can that can nourish our soul that can sustain us you know about my go for the shows I want you know, this vast army of caregivers that are out there.

The 65 million+ of a strong hello I want you to be informed about sale biblical teaching and achieving victory on a heart level. As you face these difficult is because if your heart is squarely. Guess what your wallet, your relationships, your job, your your body, your spirit, everything else will be best up. It always starts at the heart of a caregiver and that's where the word of God permeates into the place and sustains us in this a Rhianna. Thank you again for some of the tub with you so you got the news.

Your daughter no school to go through all these different challenges, but here she is now 17 years old she doesn't have the ability to do a lot of things that you would want your 17-year-old in your 17-year-old daughter, and there a lot of things coming down the pipe that you would love to experience with you but you not to be able to do some of those things talk about the little bit where I now run a lot of earlier day.

No really train migraine were talked about doing your mind you now every day and and I know I know I know that you'll like I did and it was very easy to go off you care on Internet and heartache and pain and anger and so that feeling of my mind. You know what the word literally meeting and you willing my very with birds of faith with word was and now dreamily experimental in the earlier day and a you know there are things that we face that there'd easier in.

I like the thought of as the reality of God rule still be in the house with her parents any you know it is probably never going to marry like I don't have a watch. Being able to bring brainstorming in the world like mom had the luxury with me now those are things that I focus on making a constant heart you know you and something I think we all know what you all could come back to the fact that we have great okay we have full rate and the earth and very easy for me to think about because I know what you think in the world I can, you know, I think the people I can hear like people and stop but what was important for me what really why same right or on the concept that my daughter had great effect on great carpet in the earth and and really being white like allowing myself to really embrace the fact that even a with out walk with out being able to talk valuable purpose in this life and in the world and not something that you will jump in with you because I don't like to talk over but just a little bit of that. That is such an important point that it is in direct contradiction with the world is saying if you've heard about this new issue of the Atlantic monthly, which is a leftist publication. It's almost like there go to place for lift ideas and the door close at the title something. The last child with Down syndrome and they're doing, you will because of all the testing they can do in the womb. Then they defy the child to be born.

Down syndrome then I'll recommend certainly determining the life of the child in that they did experiment with us in Denmark.

Others would hundred percent testing for Down syndrome in the womb and the abortion rate in Denmark is it 95% for Down syndrome children in this country is like 70% and so I got a buddy of mine who is not necessarily a conservative buddy stretch the imagination but he's got a 40-year-old, so we don't send nobody he said of the show. The most dangerous place for a child with down syndrome is in the womb and think it okay if there go and live there thinking that this is going to spare families the heartache of caring for special-needs child.

There think they're doing this out of compassion. We don't want. This is a desirable book but they're not looking this from a biblical point of view that that all life is precious and that God has purpose for all life, and this is what you just said real. This is a very important point. This is what separates the Christians from the world and and I asked this I will speak at our church. A recently arrested, do you think the go to stop with down syndrome just to get at and and weeding out and called "undesirables and and you know what I heard of you know Bob Woodson is now is what if you could just look about these wonderful thinkers very much involved in civil rights movement. But he's rejected all this leftist margin and he was talking about America board with our original sin which slavery and he said this this country was born with a birth defect but would you have a child with a birth defect.

You don't destroy the child, you rehabilitate the child you nurture the child until the child grow beyond that to the best of your ability. The child's ability… What a beautiful picture.

This is what you're saying. This is the Christian modelers were all born with some level of defect of some level of brokenness and ultimately it's all in sin, and yet we nurture each other and your daughter does have purpose. She has great purpose and she is the one they will seal that manifested when we stand in glory with it is God redeems all these things and shows his hand and Gracie has great purpose without her legs. We started with prosthetic limb ministry for her fellow amputees inspired by that but but but she has great purpose in her pain and in. You have great purpose as a mother of especially child as a wife. This just as a woman of God and and this is what separates us from the world of this message that you shared this is why wanted to have. You will because this is so important. I'm sorry to interrupt a golfer that will.how you really struck a nerve there and I know that this audience desperately needs to hear that because the governor Virginia said if a child is born with this and the put the child's side of the will have a conversation with about destroy the child in and that how many special-needs parents are hearing that and say that's their that's their claws to get out of this. They don't want to racechild for the next 3040 50 years or will be other Ò. And here's a governor said will.

This is what this is the path you could take it is a medical doctor that I categorically reject that and biblically. More importantly, biblically we rejected and thank you for affirming that that your daughter has great purpose. We don't always know it but she does so far out of sort of talk but continue now about the way this is Rhianna Sanford and you can go to website Rhianna Sanford.com. It is our H a in in a essay in FORD Rhianna Sanford.com and see more about her story but go ahead apologist bounded on the valid point out how we know anything about Margaret Sanger or you know that you got even back then that David would not work. They were trying to purify right there right whatever they were really controlling cool bailout the landing at aunt and on learning how old I was my first learned that they were killing children with special needs on and how heartbroken I was old because I after 17 years. The scary thing baby girl. I think kind of person I would be in my life exactly the way that you and I like that. I know that it had gone closer to God. It brought me closer to my knowledge of who he is and amazing character on and I like go there saying my authoring we allow to get out of ourselves that we allow ourselves the night off of our own desires and expectations.

What we find as a caregiver is that we think we become like the greatest garden but marked out out right side. I think there are and when you write caregiver ultimately like to hear you spending your life survey. Now really meeting faxing anything back but I'm at at your back and that person that you're serving and logging on Mercury and things like that you throw it out because something is broken or something doesn't seem quite right. You take what you and glorify you and ultimately not myself at the long way, but you think I'm the one that you went hiking to where you want me think of the glory you would receive the honor. I remember being in a prayer for many many years without I saw in those amazing questions I got allow somebody that doesn't surprise Scott he can understand the long quality presidentially. This was a leader over the years the right government down in West Africa equipping and training local workers to build and maintain quality prosthetic limbs for their own people on a regular basis. We purchased ship equipment and supplies and with the help of inmates in a Tennessee prison. We also recycle parts from donated limbs.

All of this is to point others to Christ. The source of my hope and strength, please visit standing with help.com to learn more and participate in lifting others that standing without.com. I'm Gracie and I am skating with help Julie of the Lord to of Gracie city resume..com and the joy of the Lord is is something that we think we got gorilla be happy happy happy overtime tub tub. It's more than that is the joy of the Lord is sustaining strength in the midst of craziness as a caregiver you know this. I know this we live this and my guest today, Rhianna Sanford, Rhianna Sanford.com truly knows this and she drew upon the joy of the Lord as she ministered to her daughter with special needs. Now she's 17 years old. Her name was izakaya yet. Seven. Gen. Buford are you up to two boys right there. Why before we get into the wrap up your story. Tell me how your sons have reacted to this new because I have a brother whose daughters. 32 cerebral palsy and she can't while she's will to build kit speaks but like an 18-month-old. They have two sons and got about my cousin Meredith who is a daughter Bruce emerges your situation and she has two sons. It's always curious and and usually quite moved in and delighted to see how families with special needs daughters with an sons that that are not healthy sons are becoming men of God strong bit of God by serving their sister and their parents in this matter. Tell me about your son for just a moment very different than that. You know don't have the same experience and may what I've learned about what I love being accepted that different yet they out they can look at other people and well care are people with you know what abilities or whatever and have not in their heart when they look at that, but it's taking a stand and love and and Daniel and thoughtful you know when they look at banning even from a young age. Everything that you now always go back and forth to the hospital right thing and well, Terry. And get going right up and talking.

You know, Québec Inc. you know they are because they don't know what you think they're likely what you're putting on a Thursday on the think I might go around children like my daughter and so I know that they're growing up and be on maintaining nurturer because they serve there for their all the beer they don't know anything different.

I don't know anything different and so I'm I'm great other author very thing that I'm grateful for and when right world will I look forward to more conversations you as these young teenagers and their they're still kids. But as they grow into men of God, and I know that you and your husband are nurtured in that way.

What God's will to do in their life as we which we have no idea, but I expect probably will all be standing back just with her hands over her mouth in the basement at the two young men that have emerged from this journey with your family know that and that's that is something that it is hard. It doesn't come easy. It comes at a cost. I remember my son when he was nine years old and he said wash.

I care about my hurts be washed questionably. The God cares about my hurts were to see what he loves Bob that's a tough question went on euro and that point my life so grateful to Godhead graciously given me some insight as I look to Mrs. that I don't know why your mom asked her what she does go through this. But here's what I do know that he stretched out his arms and gave his life for us on the cross and he loves us enough to bear all of this on himself if he loves us that much. I would trust with the things that I don't understand the point of just just tilted.

That's all that's now what we do we get we think they need to see parents these the only way your kids go to go through this and come out in an stronger way is is is the bottle that you two were sent one of the only way but got to work around you guys but gutters chosen to work through you goes to to bring the sons to an understanding of him that they would that their peers are about half the rent will have it but but would they see their parents bending the knee at the foot of the cross is such a powerful thing in the family is under such a solute of the divorce rating families with a disability just like nearly 90% really high and and so here you guys are and you been married long time in your your thriving administrator doing these things and this is what we need to continue to show the world. This is what God can do that.

I think you and your husband both would admit that this is this is very little. This is not about you guys, it's about the work of Christ in you all when we submit to him that he didn't like the old Bill Gates or so something beautiful, something good all by confusion. He understood all I had him was brokenness and strife that he made something beautiful like this would enable people to your website to see you really you just glow of you truly hello, Ed, and you don't have any pictures you husband if there was that all about.

So to the city.

The steps of pictures of their will go to you but you do glow because you can see that you're not above that's over there just bitter just running your teeth but you say Lord I trust you in this that I trust this is a gift from you to bring be my husband and my family all deeper into your presence and this is my prayer for myself. This is the peripheral fellow caregivers. If you if there was a mother out there right now that you could just talk to who is who is dealing with this right now she feels overwhelmed and just the last few minutes we have what he wants and I encourage no think around her father, not what you said but I want to encourage you with that fat in one of the I wrote about in my pocket and go into that I wrote about for for Monica special needs children can vary from therapy Greenberry powerful Lake, but the Lord were in one of those on back said that grab just the fact that Cooper can or cannot do something very temporary thing work in the word about eternal life attorney about about your life and think that your anything right now there's a lot of reason why you can look at all my God is not what I want in life. What I said Bob oblast, but when you think about that Barry and God is showing me something and thinking something really bad in the here and now.

What is what he want to encourage you encounter an acute event really thinking well your focus in your hands up in surrender to God and and and kingdom thinking you have the right foot back one tire for you Liz is very fulfilling life. And we taught the word and the word that came Brett have abundant life and abundant life understand all your thing with your assignment.

All that comes their way, and then knowing all the way there is perfect way for what you're going through some really good and can understand that there is an attorney that came very temporary for body, I found that today is a body one day you going to have the perfect body like your life right right will… That's exactly right until people greasy scars. She has low scores from her right greasy scars are temporary.

One day she will have but his scars. His scores are not temporary they are permanent that be something his resurrection body had scars in it. He told Thomas touch field that means something that means something down turn to your exactly right.

This is the difference beyond the church in the world, the world's as if it's undesirable we kill it. We get rid of it. Jesus is redeeming. Redeem it right in front of your sometimes it while it redeeming you to is redeeming. All of this is the real you know you have you.

You've just been such a blessing today.

I'm so grateful for for a for for introducing us in. You know you got a come back on more and do this I want I want people to know about your book. Tell me about the book that you want what these specialties mom to go get called for the light living and loving and really I will bury great ring hollow. Thank you so much for being a partial Rihanna healthy caregivers make better caregivers, but a great day to do it together. Thank you so much hey this is John Butler producer, hopefully caregiver. I have learned something that we all know that Gracie, his wife lost her legs many many years ago and started a prosthetic limb outreach ministry called standing with hope and recently they ended up with a rather unique and unexpected partner, Peter had a conversation with Gracie and was Gracie when you envision doing a prosthetic limb outreach.

Did you ever think the inmates would help you do that, not in a million years. When you go to the facility run by core civic over Nashville and you see the faces of these inmates that are working on prosthetic limbs that you have helped collect from all of the country that you put out the plea for and their disassembly sell these legs like what you have your own prosody and arms and orange everything when you see all this. What do you makes me cry because I see the smiles on their faces and I know I know what it is to be locked someplace where you can't get out without somebody else allowing you to get out course, being in the hospital so much and so long and so that these men are so glad that they get to be doing as as one man said something good. Finally, with my hands. Did you know before you became an amputee. The parts of prosthetic limbs could be recycled know I had no idea and I thought a peg leg. I thought of wooden legs. I never thought of titanium and carbon legs and flex the sea legs and all that. I never thought about that as you watch these inmates participate in something like this, knowing that there there helping other people to walk the providing the means for the supplies to get over there. What does it do to you. Just on the heart level. I wish I could explain to the world.

What I see in there and I wish that I could be able to go and say the this guy right here Denise go to Africa with us. I never not feel that way out every time you know you always make me have to leave. I don't want to leave them I.

I feel like I'm at home with them and I feel like that we have a common bond that I would've never expected that only God could put together.

Now that you could experience with it what you think of the faith-based programs. The core civic offers. I think they're just absolutely awesome and I think every prison out there should have faith-based programs like this because the return rate of the men that are involved in this particular faith-based program and other ones like it, but I know about this one are is just an amazingly low rate compared to those who don't happen and I think that that says so much that doesn't have anything to do with me just has something to do with God using somebody broken to help other broken people.

If people want to donate or use prosthetic limbs, whether from a love one who passed away or you know somebody well-groomed you donated some of your own for the two headed out of the do that please go to standing with hope.com/recycle standing with hope.com/recycle excretion
