Whether New York's repeal of the religious exemption to its school vaccination requirement violates the First Amendment's free exercise clause because either it allows for secular exemptions and thus is not generally applicable for its enactment was motivated by religious bias, and thus it is not neutral and to others both under and overinclusive and thus not narrowly tailored to achieve a compelling government interest. Folks the First Amendment your First Amendment right of religious liberty is at stake in in a very broad sense with this kind of a case here.

Here's here's another one and and this is Ramirez versus Collier versus Collier, whether consistent with free exercise clause religious land use and institutionalized persons act.
