Gen. unified command so one person is what happened when Jeff sessions recused is that Rod Rosenstein had essentially was the acting Atty. Gen. for purposes of the bonus as the rest of the station and then had this sort of two-headed monster just never got there. After a lot of decisions were made in October 2017.had been passed as a very difficult management structure and you know I think you will get history records what what happened happened, but very early on, or the president got his people all in place before general sessions got all his people in place.
