Our box 17 oh 37, Cincinnati, OH 45217 and in and in and in and in a and we continue with our series of messages sermons from the song's turn with me to Psalm 19 we read the 19th Psalm, the heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament shows his handiwork. Day on today on earth, speech, and night on Tonight Show with knowledge there is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard that line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world in them half. He set a tabernacle for the sun, which is, as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoices as a strong man to run the race is going forth is from the end of the heaven and his circuit under the intimate and there is nothing herein from the heat thereof. The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul.

The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple specters of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the fear the Lord is clean, enduring forever.

The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether more to be desired are they even goal. Yea even much fine gold sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them is thy servant warned and in keeping of them there is great reward and understand his errors cleanse now leave from secret faults keep back my servant also from presumptuous sins. Let them not have dominion over me. Then shall I be upright and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, oh Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. James Boyce refers to this as two parts of God's revelation.

The big book being the universe and the little book being the Bible, Charles Spurgeon writes he is wisest, who reads both the word book and the world book as to volumes of the same work and feels concerning them.

My father wrote them both I see before us three sections in this song is God's creation. God's word and God's grace God's creation is general revelation God's word is specific revelation God's grace is personal revelation.

It's interesting to note that these three manifestations of God's greatness presents power and mercy are found in the first three chapters of the book of Genesis in Genesis chapter 1, we see the power of God in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. In Genesis chapter 2 we see the word of God or the commandments of God, the law of God. Verses 16 and 17 of Genesis chapter 2 and the Lord God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden thou may us to eat freely, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it, for in the day that thou eaters thereof now shalt surely die. Is the law of God, God being the creator and every right to establish the law is that if you partake of this forbidden fruit.

You shall die. There were consequences for violating his law, his word and in Genesis chapter 3.

After the fall we see in verse 15, the promise of redemption for a says, and I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed in it shall bruise thy head, and thou shall bruise his in verse 21 he illustrates what he does for us by divine grace and Adam also and to his wife did the Lord make coats of skins, and clothed them as Adam and Eve became aware of their nakedness and sought to hide themselves from God. Their inclination was to make aprons of Figley, but this was inadequate. God clothed them with coats of skin. In order for coats of skins to be provided. There had to be death.

The beast had to die representing the fact that Jesus Christ, the sacrificial lamb would go to the cross and only because of his substitutionary death, could there be righteousness credited to our account. So in this song we see three aspects of divine revelation.

First, in creation.

Secondly, in his word. And thirdly, in the grace that he personally bestows upon his chosen people.

Let's first, then what is said concerning God's creation. The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament shows his handiwork. That will be the subject of this message, the glory of God the heavens declare the glory of God. First of all by the display of his power in creation. There is clear evidence of his existence that we learned that the fool has said in his heart there is no God in the Scriptures make it perfectly clear that in creation there is sufficient evidence for one to know that there is a God.

Romans chapter 1 and the 20th verse for the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen as the language clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.

There those who would say well if there was more evidence I might believe God says there is sufficient evidence for one to recognize that he exist. The invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, not something that's difficult to discover clearly seen you look into the heavens. You can't help but stand amazed at this display of the power of God speaks specifically here of the sun. The wonderful experience to watch the sunrise something almost mysterious about the light begins to dawn try to pinpoint that time when there is a complete transition from night to day in office and you say, let's like this here and when did it happen have happened. It happened so subtly you can see beautiful things in the early morning hours as the sun rises and look into the heavens and see the brilliance of the sunshine at noonday to enjoy its warmth to think of the tremendous power that it provides white warmth so necessary for life to be sustained upon this earth and then to witness it at the end of the day.

He says that he have set a tabernacle for the sun seemingly referring to the fact that the sun disappears from our site and so it goes.

Inputs tabernacle because of the rotation of the earth because of the movement of the heavenly bodies, according to divine decree sun is removed from our site for the time but how beautiful it is when it sinks in the western sky.

What spectacular colors are sometimes seen anybody look just at the rising of the sun in the setting of the same and not realize somebody might. It didn't just happen.

It wasn't just a coincidence.

It wasn't some marvelous accident. It wasn't just a big man. There was a wise maker who created who said, let there be light and there was light, who put the sun in its place who causes the sun, the moon, there*all of these heavenly bodies move according to his divine direction. How is it that it can be determined long in advance.

The exact minute, at which the sun will rise again to determine the moment that it will set the next day certainly can't make those contradictions. According to the things that men of design they malfunction, they get behind again.

All schedule, but the things that God has made. According to his purpose in these heavenly bodies move with precision in all of this reveals the glory of God.

He says these things are clearly seen, so there can be no question but what there is God. God exist. Those who do not simply want to get God out of the picture.

The Scriptures give us the insight to the matter it it's not because men are so concerned to be scientifically correct God's assessment of the situation is given.

Romans 118 is that they hold the truth. That is, they literally suppress the truth because they don't want to be accountable to God. If there is a creative art then we as his creation are accountable to him and ask what the better the human heart find so distasteful man wants to feel the he is the master of his own think he's in charge of his own life he can chart his own course. It doesn't have to be accountable.

God made man and I made him account, but only do we see his existence in creation, but his power. Psalm 95 verse three for the Lord is a great God and a great King above all God's indicators hand are the deep places of the earth. The strength of the kills is his also. The sea is his, and he made it, and his hands formed the dry land, O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our maker God is the great King.

It was from his hand that the world was made.

He is our maker.

He created man breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and became a living soul power.

Sometimes we have seen the power of the store. We've had some devastating tornadoes in this part of the country time just to even be near such a store makes you aware of how powerful those winds are seen in recent times the devastation that can be well from hurricane power is in such a gigantic storm. Think of the power that was required for God simply to speak and create the heavens and the earth bring something into existence out of nothing. But that's exactly what he did. He has great power, all power, P is the omnipotent God it wasn't difficult for him. The book of Jeremiah chapter 32 verse 17 all Lord God, the whole thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm and there is nothing too hard for the here's the testimony concerning creation. You look at the creation itself. You look at the sun and stars look at the complexity of life on this earth say there must be a God with power that God not only treated man created the animal life. The plant life. All of the many species all of the different times and varieties. Researchers are continuing to discover other forms of plant life and insects and just stand with amazement and course as the astronomers look at the sky explore the great expanse of the universe around us and the stars that are without number comes evident that it took tremendous power bring all this into existence, and that's what we read here that the Lord made heaven and the earth by his power by his stretched out arm and there is nothing too hard for you, we see here that this revelation is clear. It reveals his existence, and it reveals his power, but this revelation is also continuous. It's not something that just happened at a given moment and was about to say.

Well if I had been there if I could have seen this great display. I might have become a believer. It's not like somebody says my sorry I didn't get to see the northern lights or I didn't get to see a falling star writing Skip to see a, 20 past this.

This is not something that happened just at rare intervals. This is something that is continuous. According to our text were still sunlight says day unto day utters speech, and night on Tonight Show with knowledge day after day, night after night. This is perpetual been going on all your life been going on from the foundation of the world from the time that God created. It continues day after day, day after day, night after night. The bring into the sun in the daytime. The beauty of the Starfield heavens at night. There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard.

See it's it's continuous and furthermore this revelation is universal. There's no place for this voice is not heard. No place on earth. The matter what language the people might speak no matter how far behind they may be as far as being a civilized people anybody anywhere can look at the heavens and see this display, there is a God matter what the circumstances, no matter what their background about what Evan talked.

They can see there is a God. This is through all the earth signaled that when Paul was preaching at Mars Hill, a place where there was a worship of many pagan gods ready to start restarting his message with the Prince of creation. He pointed out that it was God, the true and living God that created the heavens and the earth and now calls upon all men, to repent, because he says there is coming a day of judgment, and that God will judge the world by the one the race of the day and being our Savior Jesus Christ. These people religiously speak more involved in the worship of God that one be sure they had left. Anyhow to my father built the monument to the unknown God falls in the water to about the true and living God, the sovereign creator. See in spite of the darkness, in spite of the tradition that might, in itself, playing strong and confuse some, this message is nevertheless heard a silent message is not spoken is not audible, but it is a message that you see evidence that God lives, but only doing recognize that this revelation is clear it's continuous it's universal. It is also magnificent.

Their line is gone out to all the earth, and their words and in the world. In them having set a tabernacle for the sun which is, as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber may seem like a strange way to express it with the referent was no doubt the bridegroom who was attired in the best possible garment in those days preparing for the wedding in a way that is very presence was impressive what he wore was significant as the bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and as one rejoices a strong mandala race. All of this he's comparing to the movement of the sun. The arrival of the sun as it comes into view in the morning. As it stands in all its brilliance in the sky and we are able to look upon moves at its circuit is going forth is from the end of heaven and his circuit unto the ends of the and there is nothing he had for picking Theron.

The warmth of the sun fell in every part of the world understand the in all of these descriptions. He speaks of joy you think about the bridegroom coming out of his chamber speaks of joy you think about strong man running the race strength and you speak of the sun, providing warmth, all of these are positive wonderful expressions and choices that space is the revelation that God hears it nonexistent not as a God of power and its depicted by these descriptive phrases that convey the fault of of joy and strength and warmth.

I hope you will take time to write them in the snow that you been listening to the program that you will request this anniversary pack at the two CDs we will send you her address is the Baptist Bible. Auerbach, 17 old, 37, Cincinnati, OH 45217 two.
