Is it not reassuring, it doesn't mean that you don't have any more physical pain. It doesn't mean that the trial is over, but it means that it gives you the strength of the midst of it because you know that the Lord is still with you and leading you. Not only does he speak of going with us in the deepest bloom, but also the leadership of the still waters which the psalmist refers to as well. In Isaiah chapter 66 verse 12 he talks about peace like a river that you may have seen rivers that were roaring ranging streams on the other hand see one. It's so peaceful. Whether it's in a day of conflict in trouble or day of victory that reminds us of the wonderful promise of Romans 828 and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are the called according to his purpose.
