There's reason number 568 million of why you should be listening from in-depth reporting on the shortage of black sperm how one house of the Dragon star is dealing with online trolls who don't love seeing black Dragon riders lose sleep over the word about things that are beyond my control described to be like a month on the Odyssey Apple or whatever you get your podcast coming up in our final hour, but if you missed it because I know listeners don't hang out with us for over four hours. Those of you who do you RP one.

You are still loyal and I do love the fact that many of you check and not just with the audio but also you check in on social media as well.

Getting answers to our questions and all ready, including this response on Twitter almost 60 and all use these three a Moji's forever and then this listener was almost 60 gives us a list of no another dozen plus a Moji's that he uses on a fairly regular basis.

He calls them honorable mention. J. Are you going to be read tweeting. Oh you are. This is fantastic okay so the question for tonight because it's fine and I do not think to sports if that's what you're about. There's a bazillion podcast I doing that quite literally, a bazillion podcast you can listen to all you want to talk about his sports and even a particular sport podcast for that to we like to be human beings we have multi-dimensions to send to our show, and when I heard this report on the radio actually live on TV about the Moji's that young people think make you look old and out of touch. I like that. That's right in our wheelhouse absolutely were to use that. So the question for tonight is based on this study of thousands of gender years which is age 16 to 29. According to the people that know there are 10 of Moji's including the thumbs up a Moji any okay siding Moji the right heart Moji the crying so loud a Moji Jane. I will use the laughing out loud or laughing so hard you're crying a Moji a lot some guy that's on the list.

There is some of Moji's. I've never used at all, but I can't understand. I thought that like little kids love poop, so I just kept why the poop of Moji makes you look old and out of the way would laugh and understand so much wrong with laughing. Laughing is a lost art. Did you know this is our show question for tonight and of course will take your answers all the way through Thursday.

I generally wake up in and when I spend my time on social media. The following afternoon. It's clear that people have been checking out our sites and have been responding even once the show was done so, what are your top three of Moji's meaning the ones that you use the most. Which three of Moji's do you use the most, not your favorites.

Which ones do you use the most and it obviously doesn't work if you're not honest so we could ship which there's no judgment here.

I don't know how old you are. I don't care how old you are, you know all that I am you don't care how old I am not some of you are far too curious about that. It doesn't matter that this is just an exercise in a Moji's so either on Twitter, a law radio or our Facebook page after hours with Amy Lawrence we want to know top three of Moji's among after hours listeners were live from the rocket mortgage studios whether you're looking to purchase a new home or refinance yours.

Rocket mortgage can help you get there for home loan solutions that fit your life. Rockets can couple of things I want to talk about in this segment and then Gary I will get your call here momentarily, but in addition to what has been a lot of criticism and conversation around Reimann Green, punching a teammate in practice, again internally, in my opinion should be handled internally. I'm glad the warriors are handling it internally. Though they have certainly spoken out about it a little bit. I do here. There is a very vigorous investigation to try to figure out who leaked that video, I can imagine if they find out who that person is that person will be fired if it's me by Bob Myers and Bob Steve Kerr on the players. I demand that person gets fired. There's only so many people that have access to that video. It's the basketball teams that and front offices are relatively small groups, and so somebody had to leak it from internal and that would make me so angry.

It's bad enough that it happen you have to deal with it and that you are on the eve of the season where you're supposed to be defending your title but then you have to try to figure out who was in my opinion, disloyal and solely for money. Clearly, TMZ pays for this kind of stuff. I'm sure that employee didn't give it to TMZ out of the goodness of his or her heart now was to make money because they knew would be juiciest Reimann Green that's despicable in my opinion. But even as were talking about that you remember this was an internal video in the video that went viral from Monday night football when Devante Adam shoved the camera men come to find out I I know it is name is out there not to use his name doesn't really matter but he's not only filed a police report but Devante Adams is now facing charges which I'm still on pie. I definitely was not expecting this it shows that the videos been out there a million ways to Sunday. There's a ton of different angles from people who were standing nearby from the cameras that were actually filming the game and no word were part of the broadcast. And I believe I read that he was a freelance photographer for Monday night football. He was there.

I had been hired by ESPN to work as a freelance photographer on Monday night football and so as he and Aponte Adams occupy the same space. Devonte day is frustrated by the way the game ended. We know that he threw his helmet. He was angry. He shoved this media worker to the ground and he's now been charged with misdemeanor assault time.

I guess I didn't think it would get to that point I was at. He did apologize. I was hoping that he would apologize and that maybe he would speak to the guide directly and that it could kinda ended there, but he's been cited for an intentional overt act that inflicted bodily injury. Okay, I'm not the guy who got knocked over, but it did look like at the type of hit that would shop I should say that would inflict bodily injury, but according to the cameraman he suffered whiplash.

I headache and a possible minor concussion from the incident and so now Devante has to be in court in Kansas City coming up in a month. Aside from all of that the NFL isn't that conducting an investigation and its expected not I the fact that he did all the fields herb right off the field and the fact that he did it in plain view of everyone. I'm not really sure that the Raiders have the option of handling this internally, so were not talking about you know dream agreed and Jordan pool and the warriors in a closed practice. Were talking about on one of the biggest stages in sports is the only game in town. It was it was right after the game ended so the cameras are still rolling and there are so many different angles of this I'm not sure that the Raiders have the option of being able to handle this internally, especially since the cameraman wasn't part of their franchise. Josh McDaniels says he doesn't really know how this is going to play out, but but sticking with his wide receiver.

I don't know the terms of what what what may or may not come unaware of what I'm aware of at this point, which is the season to too much and I know what happened in and those kind of things also to the voluntary and when I support about the whole heartily as a human being as a person is a great guy. I know that was an unfortunate situation.

We obviously don't want any of our guys to be doing anything like that. She knows that he's very well aware that but I know the person. I don't if there's any no intent behind it on his his part. But whatever the you know, whatever they ask of us whatever they need from us, obviously, will comply. You know, but were no, I'm not sure exactly were right at this moment will work on a wait-and-see. At this point, I took two separate incidents. The difference of course is that one was between teammates.

Another involves media worker and I said that's right after the game, or right after I saw it, I think so highly of Devonte day.

I don't believe this is who he is.

Aaron Rodgers raves about them Derek Hargraves about them. People who work with him and play with him speak so highly of him and he doesn't have anything like this in his past, but it doesn't absolve him of responsibility.

Unfortunately it was a really bad moment what Ron Rivera say on Tuesday when he was like believe I had a bad day right right around and just if you had heard this Ron Rivera. He was asked about the difference between the winning teams in the NFC East and team, which is the commanders are one in four. I spoke to my tombs, one told some things that were misconstrued presented properly and some sort of accountability told guards at the should know better about the world. He had a bad day, and by the way, Rod Rivera's answer was quarterback delegates made the rounds by now it was the one word that resonated around the entire NFL. He had to apologize to his own player, Carson Wentz does feel that way, you do not say that publicly your damn go back and help your team get better. You do think everything in the entire world is Carson Wentz's fault. You cannot say that your undermining your own offense, you're telling the rest of your offense that Carson Wentz is not to be followed or not the right leader, or even to win her brutal soup Ron Rivera said bleep I had a bad day was noted to Monty Adams and I think if were honest all of us can remember a time when we had a really bad day and we took it out other people was their fault.

You will be didn't commit assault or say something you can't take back what I certainly never committed assault, but I certainly said things that I wish I could take back and once out there you just can't. So Devante had a really bad day. Just I was hoping it was good to come to this but that one bad moment. And now, not only is he facing charges.

Misdemeanor assault charges, which I hope will either get dropped or resolved, but is also potentially facing a suspension. It seems like the NFL is pretty serious about this because why the NFL hates being embarrassed the NFL hate having its on-field product upstaged by an off field incident and even though this was just off the field. The league this it's okay right at the league bears itself with its own policies. But if a player does it watch out, it's after hours with Amy Lawrence on CBS sports radio talk to Gary is in California. Gary welcomed after hours. You will note work: the daytime so with you when you talk about try to get your rift with the present you to feel sorry for those I dig I have chosen to stay on the ship for 10 years so on difficult to try to get a full night with grandma and we would watch the show but going to show from grandma for many many years of terrible comfort and you incur with bodily harm basically facilitate objective. Be out of there with his temper and then value on frankly Peter been on the street caught on video agreement would be erected for assault so that the warriors are all about what in a manner which is conducive to know pursuing those goals. We love you wake up because it is given the Bay Area and of great culture and poor title were happy about that but I'm not happy about the world are trying to enable grandma just for the sake of winning, my take on what you said but I'm not happy with grandma at all. They are either and I think according to the reports and the stories I've read.

If not for the leadership of Steph Curry. This could've gone horribly off the rails is Nelly Jordan pool is thrilled with it. It's not like he's ready to forgive and forget know this is really because a major issue, but I go back to the fact that I still believe it should be internal. I don't want every single conflict I have with a coworker to become public. I don't think that everyone needs to know. Especially in this day and age where we are all about the viral videos right and so I still say that the person who leaked this should be fired. You've no business doubting that to the public, because all it does make it worse.

If you work for the organization.

Should you your first responsibility be to the organization should all remember once we hang up.

But there was a situation recently where something was leaked and the company was determined that the second they found out that that they were to fire the employee help all remember here's a think about it, but that's my problem with that. I'm not saying Tremont is in the right, but I still say nothing to be gained by this becoming a huge story publicly and so whoever did sell that video to TMZ a was looking to make a buck. He wanted to turn this into a big brouhaha and fee only hurt the warriors soldiering on green but only hurt the warriors and only made life more difficult for them. It does make life difficult for anybody else right Jordan pool back to the video me that the warriors had to video it did not need to be sold to TMZ well you know I'm not that, but I grandma got to make you the most and I was hoping that they would give him significant time off goodbye and the no go forward tomorrow to put it in the okra and probably play Friday night we go to work again, but I don't think it should be a way that's my point. Gary, this is nothing to do was Reimann and he may very well have ruined his relationships with teammates Jordan pool was such a great addition. They do not win the championship without Jordan, they're supposed to be flying high on cloud nine. Still getting to be the defending champions again so dream on screwed up and it likely did affect the trust with his teammates and certainly his relationship with Jordan.

However, there should be no we we should not know anything about this. That's my point is that this is not a public thing. It should not be a public matter. I don't want all of my grievances, my family and friends to be aired publicly, but that's what happens when you work in pro sports. Now, people, organizations go nuts over this kind of stuff and so it's too easy to link it will agree with you your your love, your paper all great to talk with you. I taught you to Gary thank you so much. 552124227 as I was going to get to the Brett Favre latest wrinkle there but just didn't have time.

But I still think that's a good discussion. Some of you finding me on Twitter a lot already yelling and not just sending a Tim says, why should Devante not be charged if a person did that on the street they would be charged. Oh, I know. Just because he's an NFL player. You think he's above the law.

Okay to make stuff up.

Seriously people make stuff up to what I said about Devante as I wished it hadn't come to this. I wish that he could make it right with the photographer on his own because I I hate that it has to turn into this big thing right now becomes a police report so he is going to have to answer for what he did and I'm sorry if that's what you heard him because it's deftly not what I said so will will just move on from that and I would get to the Brett Favre at some point to, because crazy that we finally hear from him and what he says is I needs blatant lie. If you look at any of the evidence that's out there. 855-212-4227 on Twitter a lot radio and also on her Facebook page were glad to have you with us after hours with Amy Lawrence CBS sports radio you are listening to the after baby Redwood house to the podcast beyond Black history month is reason number 568 million of why you should be listening from in-depth reporting on the shortage of black sperm how one house of the Dragon star is dealing with online trolls who don't love seeing black Dragon riders lose sleep over the word about things described young black history month on the Odyssey or whatever you get your podcast baby Redwood house of the podcast beyond Black history month is reason number 568 million of why you should be listening from in-depth reporting on the shortage of black sperm how one house of the Dragon star is dealing with online trolls who don't love seeing black Dragon riders lose sleep over the word about things that are beyond my control described young black history month on the Odyssey or whatever you get your podcast hours podcast the sea because of course, Max.

Are there chatting their boards to Jock on Wednesday begin to the next week and on the schedule which is week six.

If you can believe it's been so big that we always end up with a lot of extra quarterback found in QB news on our Wednesday night show into a Thursday morning is after hours with Amy Lawrence CBS sports radio. We got our Thursday night game which I hope is more entertaining than last Thursday night so it was cold Broncos last week.

No touchdown wanted.

Over time we got extra torture for free the week if the commanders their own code says quarterback is the reason why they are the only losing team in the commanders, the Chicago Bears and of course Justin feels try to get adjusted to a new coach, a new system, but not Eve or flues actually likes what he see from his second year QB's that he's getting comfortable with the often something was a one thing one particular thing stickies get more comfortable and I think the coaches will get comfortable with.

As you go through the process of thinking so you know what guys are good and really plan to restriction.

I think that's for any coach use you feel more comfortable the more time you spend. So that's how we start off is commanders and bears on a Thursday. I'm believing big things for commanders and bears on a Thursday, the Justin Fields numbers are not the whole story, but right now pretty bleak under 700 yards passing three touchdowns there have been moments there been flashes where he has reeled off and fired a beautiful ball downfield when the Bears were able to rally against the Vikings last week and kinda push them to the limit though they end up losing that game.

But when you have more interception than touchdowns. That's top and when your offense is a stop and start hit or miss.

It's it's also tough.

I know football veins had no patients but I hope is a little more patient for Justin Fields is now in his second year. He's obviously had to different coaches two different operative coordinators two different quarterback coaches to different systems and I do think that there's a lot of potential there because he's smart. He's athletic.

He clearly has all the tools just to get more patients because the constant change equals constantly losing so you got bears commanders we got Packers jets, careful, careful thinking, the backers of the survivable right now. Packers had a little blip when Aaron Rodgers indicated that his thumb was giving him some issues and so he was asked about that on Wednesday is no other part is yes some issues early on in the NFL season will get taxed coming up. I don't believe it's any major cause for concern, but always what is Aaron Rodgers because he is the key to your success. Packers don't appear to be over overly worried, but it was the final play against the Giants in London. I hit that he took the Amount of practice on Wednesday. So far, all systems go for the upcoming weekend against New York. Now he was asked because he's got very lofty standards, a two time while raining two-time MVP has he played up to the level that he sets the expectations he sets for himself robbing a plan as well as the times I expect the typical structure, we were really fluid starts this week, but I think that's right around the corner Packers trying to avoid their first three and three start in 10 years and get this Rodgers, though he is Prieto is in his career against the Jets right now his QB rating and it's a whole big formula, but is QB rating is the lowest through the first five games of the season that it's ever been in his career and it obviously depends upon there's a lot of different receivers with him.

It certainly depends upon the offense of line in the run game. At times, weirdly enough, the Packers got away from the run like they desperately needed to stick to the run game with Aaron Jones and Ajay Dillon first, but right now that offense. It was about like the Buccaneers. It's jarring to see it, so inconsistent. Maybe the jets of the QR about how they can get after quarterback after hours here on CBSSports. You leave. There's have already made head-coaching change, and now they've lost their we lost three or quarterback they had in preseason.

No Donald no Baker Mayfield, nomad, corral, and now it's up to BJ Walker and he will take over for Matt rule situation is a business and know a lot about a lot of us, you know, all love was ruled know from those cousins are so regional articles will get things rolling. From there, no signal, and avatar with whom the foundation is a stronger move, trying to go see him walking with her to see him go but all is got involved in overcoming is playful close to the season and overseas and the and still not what sweltering weeks left so you secure business execution.

You evaluate first five games and what we are just really a lack of execution in all three phases. At some point time we play games fun with friends to remember was the head coach in Arizona for one year.

Like that was the year they drafted Josh Rosen and he was not ready. Steve Welch was not ready.

Neither one of them lasted more than one season in the desert got here are the Carolina Panthers and Steve Welch is in charge. At least he knows the delay in the land.

He's been the end of a long time and they will take on the defending Super Bowl champion Rams wonder if the rams feel like this is a week where they really need to get their rears in gear sticking with the NFC hell, offense of player of the week with his four touchdowns three on the ground any room for another touchdown can do everything. There's been a lot of conversation you know about me but I feel like anytime you want awards like that it's it's a collective group going been reversible for over 200 yards and since it's nothing that you don't do that unless the guys up front play really well. So I look at them more like a collective warden and the biggest thing is that were when and we did ever take them hell course he wants to be a full-time quarterback Andy Dalton has gotten the job where Gina Swenson has been out of James was back practicing. Not sure of his status for Sunday yet. But I love the fact that even though this is not what takes them once even though it's not what he would hope for. The fact is that he will do anything to help the team win, and that I really appreciate about him.

He's a team guy first, regardless of whether or not he's dreams are being realized and whether or not he's getting an opportunity that he feels like is fair. It's a big test for the St. this weekend to hosting the Cincinnati Bengals who are still below 500 similar to the rams for long time since we got the two Super Bowl teams both below 500 told you we give you an update on Dallas quarterback Jack Prescott. There is video of them out there throwing the football, but is he ready to be able to play Mike McCarthy so once it clears is fully activated/is prepare for Cooper students a lot about deliberate and precise that freezes we are preparing. Make sure you hear what he said we are preparing for Cooper to start against the Eagles at the Sunday night game and I know a lot of people are excited about bills and sheets, but cowboy Eagles is always entertaining.

It's down it's dirty and the two teams by Vinod and four and one which is sweet but that did that he felt great after the light throwing session yesterday. First one since he had that injured thumb and had the surgery in mid-September.

We haven't lost since he went out the clutch know there's no quarterback controversy, but even Jerry Jones will admit his expectations were never this time I one more just because this is fun. Eli Manning, who I hope will be part of the Monday night broadcast.

He and his brother Peyton that make it around their super popular there never going away Monday night football the work you need them to provide extra entertainment because if the Broncos against the Chargers's own AFC West battle again lack of attention on Matthew arch Manning, who is Cooper's assignment had committed to Texas.

He's the great savior in a way to break and all kinda high school records that his uncle is broken all the records so you might as well go on and try to do the first one as well. You know that's that's been his goal and I'm proud of him.

How you handled this whole situation. How is being viewed or quarterback.

It was his teammates) high school football you want to make a decision early on where to go to school so you just concentrated on your plan playing football and winning games for new minutes on the ship so he's playing great always room for fun, screaming his games in high school people. That's neat right you get to be a doting uncle Ed it's okay if your nephew ends up breaking all the records and honestly he's far more mature and prepared for this process. Like the recruiting process of deciding where to go to school because of what his uncles went through because of who is his grandfather is in and the fact that he's had the training from the time he was able to toddle all right that your NFC QB news with Eli Manning thrown in for fun on CBSSports HQ.

What are the three emoji's that you use the most.

If you missed the whole business about why were asking the question will get back to it at some point, I'm sure, but on twitter a lot radio and also on our Facebook page.

He is a Hall of Famer and we talk to Armando Salgado last week who is a Pro football Hall of Fame voter and he essentially said they were instructed not that it would've mattered. When Favre was inducted, but there instructed as voters not to consider anything that happened off the field unless it was in the locker room you consider the impact any contributions of the player on the field and in the locker room, but you do not consider what they may have gotten themselves into away from the field and there's no possible way that Brett Favre is banned or removed from the Hall of Fame. That's not happening. However, the entire football community right now is treating him like he's kryptonite. Nobody want anything to do with him for good reason, and for the first time in a long time.

We just don't think we heard from him, but he finally released a statement he finally gave his perspective. Or at least the one that he wants us to buy in the wake of what's been really damning evidence a lot of it still circumstantial, but text messages that seem to clearly link him to this welfare scandal in Mississippi and even though he's not been charged with anything.

Others who were part of this welfare scandal, which essentially was taking money from the welfare coffers from the welfare pot and using it for other projects directing the money to places where it was never intended to go.

So it's it was fraud and some have already been implicated charged even been convicted so far Brett has not been charged with anything. However, it seems like there are some pretty damning ties, including his own text messages that would indicate he knew a lot more that he's been saying all along and that he actually was one of the major driving forces behind the welfare money going to fraudulent ends is certainly Southern Mississippi. The fact that the sale his alma mater mean even his own foundation.

If you look at the money was directing a lot of it to Southern mess.

So there it seems to be an extensive track record, but he still denying any wrongdoing in the case is after hours with Amy Lawrence on CBSSports radio his statement that was published all over the media earlier this week said this quote I have been unjustly smeared. I have done nothing wrong and it is past time to set the record straight. No one ever told me and I did not know that funds designated for welfare recipients were going to the University or me. I tried to help my alma mater University of Southern Mississippi, a public Mississippi State University raise funds for a wellness center.

My goal was and always will be to improve the athletic facilities at my university, so that his statement again. He's not been charged with anything, but according to an audit that was done of the state of Mississippi $77 million of this money that was supposed to go to needy families and think about the last few years and how many families have been struggling to put food on the table, pay their rent, pay their bills by gas $77 million diverted from poor people.

People in need.

Underserved communities to rich and powerful state residents. Six people of been arrested five and pled guilty, but Favre at this point has not been charged. There is a civil lawsuit, though filed by the state and he is named in that and there are records indicate that his alma mater Southern Miss received millions of dollars transferred from the Department of human services to a nonprofit and then eventually to the USN athletic foundation, so he is still claiming he had no idea. Though there are text messages in which they can be traced back to his phone, in which she's asking about a volleyball facility and is pushing for the funding for this volleyball facility because his daughter was on the team he goes on to say, I was told that the legal work to ensure that these funds could be accepted by the University was done by state attorneys and state employees.

The Mississippi auditor who did the investigation or did the audit of the records he says. Obviously, Mr. Favre knew that he was being paid in government funds based on the tax he knew that those funds were coming from the Department of human services. He's obviously acknowledged that he needed to repay those funds to yet. So there was over $1 million paid to far for speeches that he never gave. He did pay back the money the state still wants the interest is a lot of tendrils here, Favre is claiming in a sense, and there are more and more people inside the NFL community who are willing to speak out, including Shannon Sharpe water line the gear call you to repair work to play because it would be to confer about where this came from the public what Nancy knew she pled guilty where she was running the nonprofit that handled these funds log the space before their call temporary assistance for needy families. Funds needy family. Brett Favre is he's worth $100 million.

In other words he will reverse Robin Hood.

He was robbing the court will play tried to claim you could go that Shannon Sharpe Hall of Fame tight ends and then his partners get Bayless. I just would like you to know that that is the one and only time it's get Bayless as ever in any form appeared on my radio show, but this is their show undisputed that the swine mostly just wanted you to hear that there are members of the Hall of Fame and members of the football community who are now turning on Brett Favre publicly also an attorney willing to wait about the possibility that Brett will face criminal charges. This is Jamaal Murphy from SN. Why based on what we've heard of religious innuendo from Burgess parties. It sounds like they would have enough to bring criminal charges but the fact of us said something about you know what information is really out there how strong the case really be at this point you just want to in terms of their not filing criminal charges. So maybe the case against him. Isn't that strong and ultimate a criminal case or think you know as things stand right now I couldn't predict that they have enough to eventually bring criminal charges but no additions are heinous but know at this point of the survey don't have enough yet. So I think we have to we come out to look at it from the perspective also Jamaal Murphy and attorney weighing in on the possibilities and I agree with him. I thought this previously.

Brett Favre is a big fish he may be the most famous person ever to come out of Southern Mississippi and probably one of the most famous people who famous pro athletes from the state of Mississippi. He's a Hall of Famer if they had enough evidence to be able to charge him they would have by now. There's no more protecting Brett Favre in the state of Mississippi.

If the accusations are true.

He was robbing money from the state and he was doing it knowingly. The state is not trying to protect them if they had the evidence that they had what they needed.

They thought they could get a conviction. They would move forward is after hours with Amy Lawrence CBSSports radio baby Redwood House of the podcast beyond Black history month is reason number 568 million of why you should be listening from in-depth reporting on the shortage of black sperm how one house of the Dragon star is dealing with online trolls who don't love seeing black Dragon riders lose sleep over the word about this scribe to be like a month on the Odyssey app or whatever you get your podcast hey baby Redwood House of the podcast beyond Black history month is reason number 568 million of why you should be listening from in-depth reporting on the shortage of black sperm how one house of the Dragon star is dealing with online trolls who don't love seeing black Dragon riders lose sleep over the word about things described young black history month on the Odyssey app or whatever you get your podcast
