She will not yeah I don't fighting with them. I think we'll just like my father before me this question along the lines are in any show or any moonbeam be part of any film theories, what would it be, do you really need to ask anymore what comes next. I will say that I worked for the company that owns Star Wars for a very long time and I'm not interested in working for that company again in almost any capacity. However, if a Star Wars opportunity came along. I don't know how I could turn that down.

It would be it would be probably the role of my life I would get sports radio so fast I know but I'm a Star Wars shell is after hours with Amy Lawrence. Good morning to you. It's a Thursday.

Actually a friend say to me the week was flying by Wednesday evening and I felt the opposite then but now as it comes out my mouth. It's Thursday morning.

Yeah, it is definitely flying by. What we've done three hours of radio that were proud that I'm proud of and I hope that you enjoyed listening. If you're just waking up and joining us.

Well, you know I'll do my best to infuse the energy to go along with your coffee. Or if you're one of those sad sets that doesn't drink coffee with all you got is meat. Wait what you are a sad sad who doesn't drink coffee producer Carlos I don't drink coffee I don't drink tea.

I is that why you lie here beside behind the developing glass yawning you don't drink caffeine.

Maybe that would explain it know I'm there been able to get behind coffee because my mom wasn't bad but coffee drinker that I saw how irritable she would be when she didn't have it. I didn't want to experience the lows without having any well that's only if you are drinking too much of it mean I'm not hearing what I don't have coffee yeah okay you don't have to be your coffee or drink 8 cups a day or anything like that. I will say that on the weekends. I tried to drink less.

I especially am just hanging out at home. I try to drink less caffeine because you don't want to get to the point we have headaches or any type of withdrawals. If you come off of it, but coffee caffeine but specifically coffee is good for you. There are dozens of studies that indicate if you drink coffee in moderation.

It's got great health benefits actually it's not what I'm talking about soda or whatever else but coffee and tea. Both have health benefits. Sure, I've got to get it never displays before she was also going to so sad when I turned 30 I had never had a cup of coffee in my life until I turn 30 and I remember that I love the smell of hot coffee, but could not drink hot coffee so I had to figure out a way to drink it and I only drink ice coffee that was how I got to the point where I could drink it on a regular basis, and now it doesn't matter if it's -5° outside with a 17 did you know 17 mile-per-hour wind or whatever else I've actually stood on the train platform before in 0° temps five inflator my eyes coffee was completely frozen in Mike but I love ice coffee year-round good New England girl here.

So sad. Sap Carlos, he doesn't have any coffee, that would explain the yawning for you would just get the coffee okay guys just get the coffee avoid the live from the rocket mortgage studios whether you're looking to purchase a new home or refinance yours. Rocket mortgage can help you get there. Problem solutions that fit your life rocket can for the record, I finished my coffee probably four hours ago so I know exactly when it wears off. I don't have caffeine at this stage of the show because I would like to go home within the next two hours and and sleep within the next three hours.

There are times though when I again and I have to get another shot of caffeine, so I'll get soda and only drink like They can or something to try to get me through but I'm I think I'm okay now we had a real good show on that.

I'm proud of, and so that's given me some extra energy and adrenaline. You can buy me on Twitter a lot radio also on our Facebook page after hours with Amy Lawrence. We know that a lot of you have found our YouTube channel. Just in the last 24 hours, which is cool. Some of you have liked it to make producer J happier varies videos. Whether it's the video version of ask Amy had a major job actually in the last 24 hours or our newest video which is stairway to seven episode two junk in Dutch or wrong. Yup, it's exactly what it felt so check that out on our YouTube channel. We also played Wardle for the first time we did our chubby buddy championship with videos is a lot of good stuff there.

That's user Jay's baby. We want to keep that up.

Even though he's not with us this week so Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, that the triumvirate phone number to tell you I'm not his eye. The phone number why because earlier, it blew up in my face. It just it didn't go well and no I'm not can explain any more than that.

You have to get the podcast if you really want is a big night for the Cardinals last night because it was a big night for known are not out and because it was a big night for one future Hall of Famer Albert pools try to get some little ball on the pitch for a single story.

The third single to pitch Robert Poole. The suasion is a high fly ball deep center failed back to the wall and and stands for a double wall number. As his second night on wanted to pools so really will is the most loved his sword so Mr. Norby either will double Oliver marble manager of the Cardinals as they beat the Rockies in Denver but listen to all those steered for Albert pools as he lumbers around the bases he has for it. He banishes a triple short of the cycle and actually I was listening to the game just happened because I enjoy Cardinals radio and John Rooney and Cardinals and brewers right now are locked in a battle in the NL Central was listening to the game when he hit the ground rule double and for a second there. Rooney thought it might be out. I think there a lot of people in the in what especially if you're looking from behind home plate right and so it it balances the got into the gap and then just barely was headed for the gap is that they just barely got down on the warning track and then bounced hard up into the stand, so thought for a second there that might be home run number 687. Instead, he gets a little bit later in the game in between he and Arnoldo there are seven hits plenty of firepower and the Cardinals remain in front, and that NL Central but only by a game. I mean I could tell you about all the ways that the Dodgers made quick work of the Minnesota Twins actually had to come from behind in this one, but is good to see Chris Taylor back on the field and how much we Gallo I'm saying this earlier because I was looking at his bio and some of his stats just to confirm them before I talked about earlier in the show he still in pinstripes on various websites east. The Yankees that he's only had a handful of games so far with the Dodgers.

But last night a pinch-hit homerun. So he comes off the bench. He is a pinch-hit three run homer that gives the Dodgers the lead in this one slated come-from-behind against the Minnesota Twins and you can tell that he not only knew that a lot of Yankees fans were booing him ripping him. He is getting criticized. He was struggling when he was with the Yankees and they shipped him outright so they were more than willing to part with him. But after he has that pinch-hit homerun in Los Angeles because what everything that Dave Robertson does seems to turn to gold right now this lineup. He's got the Midas touch. Well Gallo got to hear noise of a different sort and also for Lord on the so excited form. So this pencil to my something special and small burial so you see him smile a lot of so little law is the sultans of the so great, so Russo good for you Joey Gallo. Sometimes a change of scenery of fresh starts, different people around you and that's not a knock on the Yankees because they were on some kind of historic torrid pace earlier in the season. Obviously they cooled off and Seattle one again yesterday but with with the Dodgers and the fact that they have sold many different options and I say this a lot. It just happens to apply baseball right now that the hitting in the offense are contagious, but it can be that way really in any winning team. Think about the Golden State Warriors and the fact that when they were on their run in the postseason really didn't matter who they put out there. Everybody was benefiting from the way they were sharing the basketball.

The type of rhythm and groove.

They had the great forward motion and and certainly you play alongside greats like a Steph Korea Clay Thompson to drag nongreen while you're bound to get better. If you're where you're supposed to be on the court.

If you're ready they're going to involve you will is the same thing with the Dodgers you get in that light up. You have an opportunity you kinda follow the philosophies granted it's more of an individual matchup with a hater and a pitcher but still it's hard not to get the bug so to speak when you're with the Dodgers because we talked about on Tuesday night, every single guy. The lot at 10 different guys with one pit pinch-hitter had at least a head lice.

I was almost the exact same thing think it was eight or nine guys who had a hit and so right now to be inserted into that lineup.

I think of a rising tide lifts all boats. They got the eye was a perfect because is no such thing as perfect, but they've got a pretty incredible formula and Roberts knows how to mix and match his headers and that offense, they are now. It 16 games up in the National League West. Even with the Padres having one back to back games so they got a nearly insurmountable.

It would be a miracle and then some of the Padres or any other team were going to catch them in the West that the giants of the next closes at 23 1/2 games out but the Dodgers have won 10 games in a row there at 77 wins, and they got the best record in majorly well. The mats are not that far off their stretching that gap between themselves and the Braves and even of the Braves one last night the Mets built themselves a nice cushion can they keep it up. It's I think the easier but if what the Mets do is pound on the teams they're supposed to be the rest of the way you win a series here. They are against the Braves.

We talked about the last two series against the Braves. They've enabled it to win that series that's huge.

They have a lot of momentum now to they outscore the Reds, 21 to 5 in a sweep but moving forward not to win every game but you gotta make sure that your beating the teams that you need to be protecting the home field of course is also big and then when you're series try to win your series does need to be perfect all those principles plus some baserunning principles could be applied to the New York Yankees right now credit the Seattle Mariners because they have gone toe to toe with some of the best in majorly and they've come out on top.
