My oldest brother David, who was the same height as Frankenstein just looked at Frankenstein about about the fourth time Frankenstein.

You could listen, you can still hear them through the woods. Step dryad step all kids and it's unlike my way here ghost story is like my wife. She simply sees like I said she was watching me. That's what he watches as much of an action and suspenseful and is okay with you. Some action is suspenseful and this what she does is start getting a little suspenseful and I'll go over and she's playing solitaire on her phone. I wanted a movie by myself. What you don't want.

I can't watch as part of final solitaire and then it gets a little bit more suspenseful and I look over and she's got a blanket pulled up over her eyes. I'm like what now you not even looking at it and then I get really suspenseful. She's left the room. We like people that want to get that feeling of suspense and a little scared.

And yet they don't want it all on one hand we are where we are attracted to something like that that seem so much bigger than us and scary and yet and yet other than where we are completely frightened by why would anybody want to go to a haunted house, or even here ghost story or any KY we were made. Our souls are designed to experience transcendent glory.

There is something in the design of a human being is a creature that is meant to be enamored enthralled over all and wrapped with wonder and delight at glory. That's why God made us and in our fallen nature.

Instead, we dread God, we fear God and so God came in the person of Jesus to change all of that I was studying in a course in college called philosophy of religion studied all kind of religion, and that's core secular course would read a book by a German philosopher named Rudolph Otto a book that I later came to understand among scholars is considered a classic in the philosophy of religion is called the idea of the holy remember being taken by because auto from a secular perspective studied cultures all around the world and throughout history asking the question, how do they view define and experience the holy the completely other. This God of ours. He just walked with Adam and Eve in the garden paradise. They just fellowship with him. Talked with him interacted with him, the God of glory perfectly close to his people. That's what the world looked like before sin. And that's what Jesus came to restore. But as soon as sin came into the world what Adam and Eve do they began to be afraid of God, and they withdrew from God, but never was God's intention to withdraw from people and so God began revealing himself and coming closer in ways that the people of God could handle. That's essentially what you see in the formation of the old covenant not to show you a number of Scriptures and I want to please stay with me because is going to lead to mindbending truths about the nature of the radical nature of the power of the gospel to you and me. This is the old covenant in Exodus chapter 19 you know God had brought them out of Egypt they were slaves and it set them free and now I brought them out and it verse two of Exodus 19 you'll see the forming of the old covenant or the Mosaic covenant is called. They set out from the demon came into the wilderness of Sinai and then camped in the wilderness, and there is really camp before the mountain, Moses went up to God and the Lord called them out of the mountain, saying that you shall say to the house of Jacob until the people of Israel.

You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles wings, and brought you to myself. Now therefore, this is the heart of the old covenant if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasure permitted possession among all peoples for the earth is mine and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. These are the words you shall speak to the people that if you will, then you shall be if you will obey, then you shall be blessed, and everything that you need understand about the inadequacy insufficiency of the old covenant is right there because the way the Bible speaks of the old covenant is not to denigrate the revelation of God, but to speak of how much greater the new is and this is the limitation if you will be obedient then all these blessings will be yours and any form of religion today that this has entity and any antichrist, and it is going to have some dimension of that if you will Daniel be blessed, and if you don't and you won't be in the nothing more than that, that's needed to make us disqualify ourselves from experiencing the glory and the power of God.
