Be not wise in your own eyes, fear the Lord turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bone's. The key to discernment having the Lord make your paths straight is a trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.

And I must say because I think part of my task is to keep in front of you all the lies of culture. In contrast to the truth of God. But the idea of lean not on your own understanding is completely contrary to the spirit of the age everything that you will hear is essentially saying in this world and the carnal world is don't let someone else tell you look inside yourself and discover the way we have tried to lead people into independence rather than interdependence. You can grow in your discernment. You grow in your capacity to recognize the character of God's voice. You learn that he doesn't shame that he doesn't lead by fear that he directs our steps by piece that he always builds our faith that sometimes he whispers, and sometimes he shouts any speech to each uniquely you learn as you grow and you mature and I think that maybe an older wiser more mature Joseph. Maybe he knows and recognizes that this is such a fulfillment of Scripture that he doesn't need an angel to come and tell him go ahead and marry this woman, but as a young man, he did.

Maybe as he's grown older and he matures, he doesn't need a dream to tell them that Herod is dangerous. Maybe just wise enough. By that time to know that Herod is a ruthless liar and murderer and so you need to be savvy you need to be innocent as a dove and wise as a serpent. As you mature in the Lord, you gain discernment and wisdom. This is God's plan and is important that that happen because you don't have as much energy as you want.

I have this this little theory about youthful energy and mature wisdom in their relationship.

There some sort of of serum here there some sort of a formula because what happens in life I've lived long now to experience it. Is that whether you care to admit it or not, you know your physical capacity and energy levels. Not what it once was. But that's all right because if you groan you got so much more maturity that you're able to make such better decision when I was a young young minister and man I dislike Kimberly I look back now, like the stuff I did at 11 o'clock at night.

You know my brain was just like a lot of 11 o'clock at night I'm writing things I like about 9 o'clock at night. My brain is I don't you try to think about talking about and I feel like that is a big image of God exists, maybe this will mean something to you but is like if you imagine you come into the woods and in you you you want to go to limbo falls on the pictures for this beautiful energy but imagine to come there all the different different arrived to see all the different trails different ways you can get there and the signs you know they're all over you don't know you don't know for sure which way to go and maybe you come first to a wide easy pass and it looks like maybe I should go that way. Or maybe there's a more narrow path and it goes off to the left or or maybe there's a rocky straight path that's ahead and make do I go that way. Or maybe there's a pretty path and it goes deeper into the woods work or maybe there's a well-defined path in it and it goes up the climb and so you imagine like there's intersection are five different paths in life.

Talk about life right you get is like this practice matters in which one Drago and I feel like as a young man you know I have so much energy that is like well I'm not totally positive about those go down this path, that's all right I'll run down the path. It is the wrong when I run back I got time is when you're young enough you can run down path one it was wrong. Run empath to drug rundown three. It was wrong. Run down. Therefore, it was wrong and finally get up at five, that's right. And you still have enough energy to get on the right path, but a little bit later on you might have energy rundown one or two wrong paths we don't got time and energy run L4 wrong and then you get some point in your life. I say but what I do have is more maturity in the Lord and I'm a much better chance by the grace of God, going on the right path.

First, so somehow it all works out. So the key is the key is when you're young as much wisdom as you can. And when your old walk in the discernment with the energy of the Holy Spirit.

But as you grow in you mature your discernment grows so when scientists think much of the love of God and how much is for you recognize how much you need the Holy Spirit's discernment and in a trust relationship.
