I first met Bethany when you were around 14 years old and yet just a thing as Bethany was born in the same year that we started the harvest Crusade so you want to know a little, even going as long as Bethany Hamilton's been alive. You were born in 1990 and two family observers your dad serves her mom serves your mother serve and you were living right there on the beach and quiet, and I must've been an altar call life in amazing and beautiful family is so supportive of me everything that I going up in my incredible being in really getting into thinking God and the company send an amazing life you were raised in a Christian home, going to church her whole life and that was a part of your life and your life was radically tested when at the age of 14 and October 31 Reich 2003 you're out surfing and you are at times by a 14 foot tiger shark and what can you remember about that day losing a that I don't like to talk about meant that lending that is so in that God led me gave me the ability to stay calm and just tested him and yet every diving I see most people would say this is such a marvelous thing but see the beauty and get out of it and how you can turn things that we lost 60% of your blood that day and your doctor said it was a miracle that you recovered. You think you were going to die or did you think you would survive this box when you're out there when you're bored and you're being brought in. The tourniquet was tied with a leash around your arm right what was going to your mind at that point, I mean really, that is.

I remember praying, hoping to survive just focusing on survive and thinking and saying my praying that's right you have your story everywhere in the great just said Bethany you see this a chance to get people over the life and you've been all the media has covered this should been featured on 2020, the today show, the Tonight Show, and multiple other outlets you even won an award, the courage award at the teen choice awards and you know it's really cool and it was reflected that video shoot talked about your faith in Jesus Christ. What did you do that Bethany. I know this is a really simple life to safety and then when this will happen.

My life did a 360° turn around and others that it featured on the chosen staffing that God wanted me to send his love and I thought his love and peace immediately after the time the two weeks my mom and I had been praying fervently like God use me and let me glorify you in my life and are specific And it was like crazy God. We knew you think is wrong and we just gave him my raising struggle to share with you guys.

I need to read them that Colossians 322 through 24 month severance pay in all things your masters according to the flash clean as men in the CAD of your heart and God. And whatever you did heartily to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord, you will receive provided all you you serve the Lord Christ and realizing lately it's like were called to serve God and in seeing them at the same time and when we do that in his presence just takes over-you can rock our world and you are wherever you come from think he can use you and make your life incredible. That's great. What a testimony.

What a story a movie is been made about your life soul surfer amazing film company. If you've seen soul surfer while the right to great film sod in the theater and that I watched it again the other night and was really great is that again the surfing you doing the actual serving them for a lot of the scenes when the character playing you with surfing when the group was on the way that was the real Bethany right saying really involved in so we got to keep it possible and ceding some of the meeting ended becoming friends about it was so fun to be a part of handling a lot, making the film some.

What would you say to someone here tonight that maybe is how to step back. Maybe they had an accident there's been a tragedy and you come through all of this. What is your message to them and what place a relationship with Jesus Christ can play in all of this faith.

God is unending and I love you and forgive you for whatever you've done or been through.

Maybe someone is hurt you. I give her some analysis. I think Kita just ask God and that person for forgiveness, or forgive them if they've hurt you and then from there and taking it one day at a time and learning to trust in God and his power to help you get to the circumstances and I got so bad and he resides here.
