You don't really appreciate the little things that he could do that other guys can't do even with other great players like like a deer car, and so on you and I'm sure there's a little bit more appreciation for Aaron Rodgers every day you're not with them, but I do believe that you dare call the really good quarterback and I think the line that their success over the next few years. The just going through some of them doing things right now because it ends up being really bad this year and there are 13. If they can't regroup and their ticket in the top 10 in the top 15.

Is there another Aaron Rodgers of the Livermore Jackson out there. Is there a guide, it's better than Derek horror out there that we can get, or is it simply that there is a good quarterback. Maybe he's not that you know that top-tier and now it's more important for us to build around him so he's got the pieces that he can maximize his talent.

We put a better team around it and now we've got a chance to succeed.

So those are the questions that that are really tough as always, use the Cincinnati example is that Zanetti had Andy Dalton for a decade. In any Dalton was a really really good starting quarterback and a quarterback that change the culture in Cincinnati and got them to the playoffs numerous times over time.

There just didn't win a lot of playoff games so he was great for the time being, as they were building it and then at one point, is it okay but Andy can only take us this far. We believe were in a position to give us another guy that can take a that step further and now we let indigo and we go get Joe and now Joe takes us to the Super Bowl and that's the dilemma that a lot of these teams phase is, is there a Job row out there and has this with a quarterback run its course and got us to where we want to be you.

At this point we rebuilt this thing and we got to the playoffs and it will write on the cost but we don't believe this guy could take you there and we gotta find a guy to do that and so I think a lot of teens out to the credit teeter back and forth with that situation it out to at some point pull the plug and think that the you know if there's another guided doctor that they think is better but in the meantime, say were willing to have this level of success right now is move rebuilding this thing in building this culture Kurt Warner here with us till it hurts into a chunk of my lower both foster really impressive starts at three know at the end of this season. You know as well as I would defense them at at different times and so, although we seen some good things will seen progress from 20 you know me, I'm just one of those guys it goes okay but I want to see Morgan. I want to see what you did in that second half against the ravens, your weekly basis.

I want to see you have the ability to be explosive in and put two or three touchdowns on the board and 1/4 numerous times and we seen that so we can just hang on that one half and save that's who they are with the you like were kind of doing that right now they've got room to grow in terms of efficiency and explosiveness on a consistent have to have week to week basis.

They're going to be a really formidable team and so it was much as I like with the student is done down there and I like the way to Trevor Lawrence make that jump from your one year to I still just need to see a little bit more consistency from him you making the layouts making the throes that he supposed to make but I do believe her to be in the mix that they got guys flying around the good guys they can place their offense seems to really fit Trevor in it and simplify things for me it is very talented quarterback. So I don't think this is a fluke. What we've seen early in the season again.

I just need to see the quarterback play. Be consistent with one week to the next week to the next week which we kinda seen some ups and downs in that regard. To this point, Matthew Stafford, Kurt Warner has not played great to start off the year they are to them want to deal with that elbow injury.

In the off-season. Is that a concern for you at all or do you think is the season goes on to find his groove here a minute. I have to believe you to find his groove in the same offense.

They still got several similar pieces. You know that that I think he's going to get you to get better and better and I think you to be a God. It can be around in the you know you always wonder when guys have these great roads and insuperable runs as a quarterback that we haven't necessarily seen throughout their career. You know you said that I can go to it was that one of those special magical seasons.

You know that Ryan when they went to the Super Bowl. Cam Newton when they went to the Super Bowl or is that God the guy were going to see every single year in every single game moving forward and I think that's still the question with Matthew Stafford is that we still see the great moments we saw those in Detroit.

We need to see the consistency of play like he showed especially during the playoffs last year. So I'm still kind of waiting to see is you know it was that just turn the corner and I need to be in a different place and and now I become that quarterback that that you know that that we thought I could become, or was that just you know I hate everything played out and we played really well the team came together and we made a run, but but then he kinda levels out a little bit you know with some of the things you see in the kind of ups and downs we seen in the past two months occur. One of the principal member before he lets you run Tereus hasn't been great through the first three weeks of the season for the Broncos and the Cardinals what you expect out of Denver and Arizona.

The wrestler and I don't really know you know it it it looks so ugly at times for both of those, especially offensively that I don't really know. You can go out and execute on a weekly basis and I haven't seen that. And then I watched Denver and in Debrecen all over the place.

To me, I just got done watching the paper and I question some of the concepts they have also doesn't look comfortable with what he saying he is moving out of the pocket a little bit too fast in a lot of situations and again I don't think you have a stage in his career where you can just expect him to make those 15 plays again that he made in Seattle and that could be you know what carries you along with that good defense that there is good have to get more efficient offensively, but I just don't see where it's coming from a war or you know what worked or passed in the first three games that that excite me Kurt Warner last one for you. We got a bunch of great matchups this weekend, but everyone loves to talk about the quarterbacks. As you know mom are going up against Josh Allen Brady going up against the home study see those two games plan on out. I am no personal we talk about l'Amour and Josh Allen and you do both of those guys are so explosive there so built on big play. I think that's you to dictate a lot of it is who makes the most big plays in this game and then maybe the flipside of that is that you know both of them at times can get a little bit loose with their technique you with all that last week downtown at two point conversion that nobody normally makes but is technique got away from any misses one of those easy throat. You know the Morgan's Miami had a couple opportunities I think you put that game away and missed some things technique wise laden, so I think those are to be the two factors is you who makes the most big plays and then you know are there times when they get away from things to the point where they miss an opportunity to maybe win this football game on the other side of it you know it. I think the Chiefs you know all our team offensively that seemed more rhythm to me than the box boxer kinda up and down and all over and Brady's good when we things gonna play out like you want them to put a lot of thinking really hard for their offense right now and so I think this is going to be tight football game. The box defenses is really good and give you some some different looks, so I believe this is one of those games that come down to more you know that in the homes of that offense can become a get there with them.
