:-) Good the following program is sponsored by what's right what's left ministries and is responsible for its content. Portions of the program may be prerecorded by radio what's right what's left is coming out now. Good evening and welcome to another edition of what what's left the voice of the Christian resistance and this was his first day July 2022 and that we are here tonight. David had his mighty men in our ministry are mighty patriots and is starting tonight right up there, the Lord of the board, none other than courageous Craig good evening, everybody, and have a good happy Fourth of July weekend right live in the studio we got Roddy run Ritz good evening everyone, and have a wonderful independent they we can start and we have no way out yonder in Texas where in those high-heeled boots where it knows that 10 gallon hat and well he left his horse and hope, but none other than the chaplain John McTiernan all learned godlike goblin or and we hope that everyone in spite of what's going on in Washington let you know what we've got the spirit.

I was just seeing a pole work so many people no longer no longer believe in America, but we believe in the heart of America. The patriot movement here and so with that were going to get that started to nine speaking of them are patriots got home and has moved to give us the update.

John's going to be his services Tuesday day in Liverpool, Pennsylvania, John will be very I'm saying the word. They don't. If I don't believe him. I know what you mean about his body, his tabernacle will be put into the ground. The judge that there is a knowledge with the Lord after the Bible to absent from the body to be present with the Lord for the saints, and the wind and we know John love the Lord with all his heart didn't owe you any of the confession of Jesus Christ with violence is that the righteous are as bold as Lyons. How would with that. Not really applied to John yeah learning I go back to my my son came home one day, 1988, 89, and he said I was over this friend #letters father and my son John said he's just like you like me only eight of the Bible. He took the Bible and in politics. So one day I was going over to pick John up, my son, John, and John found talking we did best friend sent hello, that's the way you spent a lot of time with you guys when I needed the enemy out there because Buddy Killian said is what abortion mills and yet we did in the ironically here that that's burning in his background because he's an inspiration for all of us, that is things going on.

You don't know what I'd like to bring out your unique and one side earning use of peers with the offender in promoting the fate and the other side. He had real tender streak.

I mean, really, tender streak about when I first met John he was a little confused in the word the church he attended switch from the King James to another Bible translation and when I met him. I started to write you the errors in omissions and all I knew. The new version so I sat down and we went over the word and I shall initially have some questions I should write in their back and kicking game. She was out of the these newer versions and from then on he studied what what had gone on with these new versions came from and it was a scholar in that area is burning and he took it upon himself to go into. I don't know how many state churches, he contacted 50 could be more, it could very well be more contacted 50 check 50 or more pastors in the area that the warrant using the King James fan or had dropped it when he sat down and explained everything to those classes. He took time and you get much fruit from it. Buddy-John. It was like Noah was a preacher of righteousness and then none of the know and follow him, but it had to be done. They will warn good character and he went into Central Pennsylvania and the probably more did you but he went almost pastors and explain why they should be using the thinking so he was very very knowledgeable in the word John was one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. He was a software's background was IBM EE was a software hardware genius with the computers that he knew the word he was mean he really knew the word he could be a handyman and a unique ability to do everything a student with polyp mate politics and history so you really we had quite a background testimony like that. I recruited him into pro-life explaining to him what was going on in so he joined and he was an avid supporter and I know that there are no babies saved because it is to stand in the way they were saved from being killed. He was bold the police in your opinion, you know the background with them. They single him one particular officer singled him out and bogus arrest: John went to trial. The update to think of family and EE have people 1 foot on Planned Parenthood ground because they literally a truck wouldn't stop for him and in the alley next to Planned Parenthood, and in no place to go but onto the ramp Planned Parenthood ground and we feel that the sword came over and arrested and really rough them up, arrested him at the trial they were threatened him with a felony and some hard hard time in jail if he they drop charges if he agreed never to come back to the importance so John talked little Erica.

Let's go for it not backing down so turns out all the witnesses clear Warren from video and all the judge forgot what happened and the charges against but he was back to back down and then Pastor Ernie. He was able to become like a pastor or a chaplain at the old age center therein near where he lived and he was there for quite a while and he really had love for these elderly people. Some of them had no visitors. They had no one and EE would take it upon himself to be friends with them. Visit them read scriptures to them the lead. Many elderly Lord, they came to the board before they passed away some of them actually Pastor Ernie English telling me had the medicine reduced because they were so depressed anymore and they were so happy in the Lord. So one day he came in and he talked about pro-life to the elderly in the woods. They nurse their who happened to be a former nurse at the abortion center in York and she turned John into the administration saying he wasn't. It was this that so they think they fired him on the spot, but they did it nicely. They should thank you for your services. We can no longer use you. So if you're okay, but he came back to say goodbye to his friends may be visited rather than being a pastor Sony came in the threatened to arrest and they put the owner on the phone and the on the phone figure, never to come back. What I do. You never to come back here. I do not talk to anyone and they actually treated the elderly there who wanted John as like prisoners so he took his real hard. I mean, not ashamed to say John was crying like a baby.

So we started to do legal research and he came to me and he said look all the bullets upside down here there. The law protects these people but they're not be protected in area agency on aging is supposed to protect their rights and not protecting the rights he said would you help me John, let's talk it over. So he laid out what he did. He spent months studying Pennsylvania and federal Pennsylvania. They put together this ironclad presentation I said yeah, I said yeah yeah okay with it and that's thought are not asleep testimony that went on for a couple years and you actually got involved in it to pastor and he remembered calling the nursing home. They didn't want to talk about it but we always lawyers Pastor Ernie got involved with the lawyers and the County commissioners and the attorneys they talk to you soon.

This is soon as I found out who we were, that we were national radio program.

They tucked in a Randy didn't want anything to do with us and especially that one police chief, he just said he went ballistic and started yelling Loki and I had nothing to do with any of this. I don't know enough not mean he really broke down in the corruption in the prosecutor. He tucked in rotted and avoided me like the plague inside. I wouldn't have the courage to come out and thought I think mom just come and tell your side of the story the sower asking to tell your side of the story.

We will interrupt you really want to do that today.

No, not my background with a federal agent so I is research and I put together in a report material that I additional material that was an ironclad no questions not know no way out of this that the law of Pennsylvania, the elderly was being violated. We found out not only by his nursing home but almost all of them, but a tremendous amount of violating the rights of the elderly. They were working together and in many areas stripped the elderly of their wealth, and in turn them over to welfare in the homes they were clocking people not only John violating being able to visit the elderly, but like daughters and sons and they were being blocked from their mothers and fathers so they could steal the money so we presented you name it after Ernie, we did it.

And just like you said, I presented an iron clad blocked airtight criminal case to the district attorney of Perry County. No way out of it except he conducted his own investigation and for the people disagreeing in your report and the evidence that I had ignored any repute to do anything if usability the County commissioners why the county attorney by the area agency on aging we got away.

I am out the open line in the district attorney reviewed my case and said that will that there was evidence for the elderly to have a civil rights suit against the actually the County and the nursing home in this new district attorney refused the information from the old went to the state. Pastor Ernie we went to the fansite. We went to the FBI. We went to the State Sen. Medical Center showed how the money was being misappropriated. The whole thing. No one would do anything for so we were not surprised into this is Republican and Democrat. We were not surprised when the governor of Pennsylvania will was implicated in that we don't have the input 6L COBIT in with the Internet and in their new old age homes and thousands of the elderly, died thousand women. The governor of New York, the governor of Michigan and the government. New Jersey told be calling to see what they have. They treated the elderly in Pennsylvania validate if they all didn't die because remember that the transgender sodomite that was in charge of the health department there how it whether it's a have mailer for whatever it is called its own mother out first bullet before they brought those in there for the body infected people and have a week before that week before they did that so Pennsylvania as are the elderly were totally corrupt and you back us up because I was telling you what was going on you gorge on the show.

Then from there you really like John and you brought him as a cohost here on the Friday night thing so he work close with you he he he ended up getting people become remember we couldn't yet you worked with a number of people that were being that in a world where having it in the Lord being taken off of Guardian ad litem where these corrupt course that one woman have a 50 or 60. She was the people she was guardian ad litem for and of course you need when when the court appointed at.

You gotta slip some of that money back to the judge. Don't you call. They spread around. Yeah, and the prosecutor he gets paid look the other way allowing dominant thought much fun as we did with I work with him for many years and we we exhausted everything we can to in the system was so corrupt and so much money this feeling from the elderly, and I can also miss correct for the money that both Republicans and Democrats.

They believe that they could limit table.

He got here, right here. I have an article nurse kidnapped by the state after receiving a large sum of money from deceased father and will get into this probably next week. Karen friend Reggie was a registered nurse living a simple life working at Florida Hospital just overseas. Years ago, but her life took a dramatic turn when her father died and left her a large sum of money and one day in January 2016 she heard a knock at the door without state police at the door right there and then she was informed that she was a ward of the state. The ward of the state music child whose determined by the state where the child resides as a foster child or is in the custody of the public child where welfare agency even though she lived in their own lived on her own, had a job, was appointed itself. A generally jealous family member got a three person panel to declare that she was mentally competent novelist out there just to say the reason I just read this when this article came to me there from the office.

At the very top.

They righted in big bold letters we need John Holman that that tells you a whole lot is has everything right there because this is exactly the type of thing he got after Ernie and he kind of move when in the groups are working to defend the elderly and he became likable little investigator you would help them he would contact: we did a lot of things he didn't retire from defending the elderly schoolwork worked right up until he passed away defending the early there was another another site drawn. I want to share.

I think is very important. I one day I was around by pickup truck and I was looking and I saw a truck privately owned that I ask of you want to go with this. He said yes. He came along and we got to the truck with direct I didn't want I didn't take it for free, but the guy was begging me to buy the price drop right and I should look I-I can't. I just don't want it, it's not my thing.

I want to leave a thought if I cry and I said what's wrong what's going on. He said I am disabled now and I can't drive anymore I got a fillet and he said I'm starving and I needed money. See, I need the money so John said you're starving and he said in his name was Elvis and his mother named him after Elvis Presley Johnson defeat you don't have any food he could come on until he had like it start in his great refrigerator.

We look through everywhere, nothing to eat. Johnson will be back so we went to the local people about $200 worth of food and he came back and he looked the guy was crying throbbing like a baby John Philbin with the refrigerator feel good And all of that income became friends with and every the panel once a month or every so often he would go and bring food to Elvis and the rent granted Elvis Columbus moved away, but I was gone.

That's only one story that that's what that's what he did admit John on the get some rental properties and he was very concerned about the people. The tenant and he would tell me I want to pray with me for so-and-so because she lost her job and can't pay me in and I can't.

I can't throw her out. John is there any that that's how John was. That's how John was in for years. We prayed for his father salvation on Monday nights. I have a prayer show cold watch and pray, and every Monday night and John will be on and cast Ernie I told you every Monday night, he prayed for you in the ministry to pastor Ernie's important begin to pray for him and we had a pray for. Rather, the radio show so you prayed for several years every Monday night so he would pray for his mother and father. There salvation. His father did come to the Lord at 95 and his mother is not comfortable or get it. What happens after Ernie is the day before he passed away he was on life support, and a friend went to famine.

Please call me anything I'm here with John alone he said would you like to pray with and that John was unconscious with this crime and become the speaker so I said I said it.

Yeah sure. I prayed over him and that was a Monday and I told him that the windbreakers mother and I felt pray for your mother all the time you come back and take over, so can we do that cast Ernie every Monday night were going to great looking to continue what John did a great mother that she would come to know Jesus is Lord. Amen this is not one long I can track yesterday was his mother's name Myrtle Myrtle Myrtle I can remember that one. Okay already. I could go to give you more but I have given you like ice in a good broad view of the character of John home was unique. He was what and then well right now he's graduated he's going on. He beat his own, but where I get a break.

So take will be back right after this listening was a lawyer. Our national anthem is our song as American unity how to change the arrangement we honor our commitment to releasees man. We have laid reason we're about to fire is over. These are not even for them play the shelling. They will have his worship is the only sound was the play to our jelly every time I see the play to the illuminated red glare that is we have now is for those that ran. He said we don't understand something reconnaissance tells us, yet is still stand, rise came in knowing all is humanly then he said have anything in the right regulator in the air is our friend.

God narrated by my good friend Pastor Doug Majors and my title of my message this week is reestablishing the liberty throughout our land reestablishing our liberty through our land. Now I'm not going to commentary in this passage of Scripture.

But I'm just going to read it, and folks think about how this this applies how this applies today with with our current offense was taken place with the current atmosphere here in America and course out get more into the details and then on Sunday it's for Max chapter 22. Starting with verse 23 through verses 29 and as they cried out, and cast out the closer they threw dust into the air. The chief commanded him to be brought into the castle and bade that he should be examined by scourging, that he might know. Wherefore, they cried so again I guess the well these were that the hit the he then, in the heathen were crying out against apostle Paul for his for preaching the gospel here and so here now is that bound him with thongs deposit into the centurion that stood by, is it lawful for you discourage a man that is a Roman and then condemned when the centurion heard that he went and told chief Same take Kate without dentist with this man is a Roman, then the chief captain came and said to him tell me art thou a Roman. He said he ate in the chief captain answered with a great sum obtained. I this freedom and pauses, but I was born free, and then straightaway, they departed from him, which should have examined him and achieved That also was afraid after he knew that he was a Roman because he had bound him the key verse. There is born free and talk a little bit more and that this coming Sunday, but right now we we have a rating and go ahead run. This is from men who paid freedom's price on July 4, 1776. There was a signed and the city of Philadelphia, one of America's historic documents the Declaration of Independence marked the birth of this nation which, under God, was destined for the world leadership. We often forget that in declaring independence from an earthly power. Our forefathers made a forthright declaration of dependence upon Almighty God. The closing words of this document, solemnly declare with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor. The 56 courageous men who signed the document understood that this was not just high sounding rhetoric. They knew that if they succeeded the best they could expect would be years of hardship and a struggling new nation if they lost they would face a hangman's noose as traders of the 56 few were long to survive five or captured by the British and tortured before they died.

12 Heather Holmes from Rhode Island to Charleston set looted occupied by the enemy or burned to lost her sons in the Army one had two sons captured nine of the 56 died in the war from its hardships or from its bullets whatever ideas you have of the men who met that hot summer in Philadelphia.

It's important that we remember certain facts about the man who made this pledge, they were not poor men or wild eyed pirates. They were men of means, Richmond, most of them who enjoyed my cheese and luxury in their personal lives, not hungry men but prosperous men, wealthy landowners substantially secure in their prosperity respected in their communities, but they considered liberty much more important than the security they enjoyed and the pleasure lies their fortunes and our sacred honor. They fulfill their pledge to pay the price and freedom was one someone has said to be born free is a privilege to die free is an awesome responsibility. Yet freedom is never free. It is always purchased at great cost.

Little did John Adams know how significant his words would be when he spoke to his wife Abigail on the passing of the Declaration of Independence inside. I am well aware of the toil.

The blood the treasure and that it will cost to maintain this declaration and yet support and defend the states yet through all the gloom, I can see the rays of light and glory. I can see the end is worth more than all the means to those who sacrifice for freedom. The end was worth the painful means. Where would we who are citizens of the United States of America be today if there had not been those who counted the cost of freedom and willingly paid for. Where will we be tomorrow. If men of men and women of integrity do not come forward today and pay the price to reclaim a dying America now I'm going to read from one of my favorite books. It's the chaplains and the clergy of the revolution by TJ Headley and we see in this book, its documentaries, the stories of 100 chaplains during the war for independence.

The chaplains the pastors that these pastors they they led the battle, they were the first ones they understood and as we go to pastor Samuel Weston 1776.

Will you see why.

In 1776 the attitude of the colonies have become fixed.

A separate government had been organized in the mall and hence there were there was no longer note need to discuss the general principles of government to educate the people into the belief that resistance to opposition to oppression was a duty.

The great object now was to convince all that the new government was legal and not to be obeyed the right to resist tyranny and struggle against the attempt to enforce decrees and laws that would reduce them to slavery had been proved, but all believed in the redress of grievances with the transfer of allegiance from a sovereign, that had long been acknowledged to the throne or king, as it were for their own creation was an entirely different matter. Besides, it was just a few years is the very clergy who now gave their adherence to the new government had exhorted the people to follow their example and had preached the same duty of submission to the government of the mother country and to the rules that she appointed over them.

It was not so easy to take this the very same tax by which they then urged obedience to the king and and provide them that they no longer own it. That the divine authority that enforced it, then now demanded his transfer. The clergy felt this difficulty but grappled with a boldly Toryism Toryism today called Toryism well, we shall be called a rhino's we referred to as rhinos was a great evil to be eradicated and hence approved not merely the right but the solemn duty to renounce forever. All allegiance to the English throne was the first great step toward success. It was for this purpose to Samuel West of Dartmouth in the election sermon of 1776 took for his text.

The first verse of the third chapter of Titus put them in the mind to be subject to principalities and powers to obey magistrates to be ready to every good work. He commenced by enunciating the great principal the great Creator having design the human race for society has made us dependent on one another for happiness. He has so constituted is that that is because both are interested in a duty to seek the public good.

He showed that the development of the social affections in the action of the benevolent principal implanted in our natures and that the moral faculties given as to discern the difference between good enabling right or wrong will prove the necessity of a civil government.

As a consequence, obedience to it was obligatory on all but the same goodwill to others and desire for justice which makes us acquiescent civil government would obliges equally to resist tyranny which cares neither for happiness nor the right of the subject. For he said, tyranny and magistrates are so opposed to each other that where one begins the other ends after enlarging with great clearness of force on these propositions.

He applied the subject to the controversy between the two countries tyranny and arbitrary power, he says, are utterly inconsistent with and subversive of the very design of civil government and all political law. Consequently, the authority of the entire and is null and void.

He declared that God never gave man the right to trample on the liberty of his creatures and no matter, no number of men can confer a right to do and do not possess the this is to take away liberty after proving conclusively that representation and taxation are inseparable, inseparably connected, he adds, and when great numbers emigrate. The foreland so they can properly be represented at home. They have a right to legislate for themselves. He does goes on step by step procedure show that they colonies have acted not only in strict accordance with the divine purpose in organizing civil government, but with the principles of justice and common sense. Having thus cleared everything from his path as he advanced his argument. He closed that by boldly declaring that any people when cruelly oppressed, had a right to throw off the yoke and be free improve this from the history of the Israelites quoting the commands of God to break the bonds of oppression and show that no people ever had a clear right to rebel from this caused ourselves act inanity. He said we have made our appeal to heaven and we can no doubt that the judge of all the earth will do right, having clearly prove that the duty of allegiance ends with Terry begins.

He passes from the discussion of the principal to the enumeration of those acts of British government which demonstrate his tyrannical character.

After speaking of his violation of character rights and enactment of the present quality. He says I need I need I upon this occasion descended particular in any be ignorant what the things are, of which we complain does not everyone know that the king and Parliament have assumed to taxes without our consent and can anyone be so lost the principles of humanity, says is not to view their conduct and the affair is a very grave. He is in position. Reason and equity require that no one be obliged to pay the tax that he has never consented to get any suppose it to be reasonable that a set of man that are perfect strangers to us should have the uncontrollable right to lay the most heavy and previous burdens upon as of if they please. Purely to gratify their unbounded avarice and luxury, must we be obliged to perish with cold and hungry to maintain them in idleness and all kinds of debauchery and dissipation. But if they have the right to take our property from us without our consent, we must holy. We must be wholly at their mercy for food and rated and we know by sad experience that their tender mercies are cruel, but because we are not willing to submit to such an unrighteous in cruel decree that we modestly complained and humbly petitioned for the redress of grievances.

Instead of hearing are complacent and granting our request. They have gone on to add iniquity to transgression by making several cruel and righteous acts who can forget the collected block of the harbor of Boston whereby thousands of innocent persons was the been inevitably wound had they not been supported by the continent. Who can forget the act for vacating the character altogether with many cruel acts switches. It is needless to mention, but not being able to accomplish their wicked purpose by mere acts of Parliament then proceeded to commenced loyalties and hostilities against us and have endeavored to destroy us by fire and sword are towns. They have burned our brother and they have slain our vessel have taken in a goods they have spoiled and after all this wanton exertion of arbitrary power is there, the man that is any of the feelings of humanity left it was now fired with a noble indignation against such merciless tyrants who have not only product upon us all the horrors of Civil War, but have also added a piece of barbarity known to Turks and Mohammed and infidels. Yes, such as would be important, and detested by the savages of the wilderness, I mean there cruelly forcing our brother and who may have taken prisoners without any distinction of wig oratory to serve on board the ships of war, thereby obliging them to fight against the brethren and their wives and their children into a two assistant plundering their own estates.

This my mother is done by men who call themselves Christians against their Christian brother and and against men who till now who gloried in the name of Englishmen and who were ever ready to spend their lives and fortunes did in the defense of the British right tell it not in Gath publisher, not in the streets of Escalon least because our enemies to rejoice in our adversary to try. It is indispensable duty. My brother in which we owe to God in our country to rouse up and Mr. ourselves and being emanated with a noble seal for the sacred cause of liberty to defend our lives and fortunes to the shedding of the last drop of blood level or code to the tender affliction that we have four wives and our children in regard that we ought to have for unborn posterity. Yes, everything that is clear and sacred to now lowly colonists to use our best endeavors to save our country. We must turn our plowshares into swords in our food hugs and despairs and learn the art of self-defense against their enemies to be careless and remiss, or to neglect the cause of our country through the base of motives of avarice or self-interest will exposes not only to the resentments of our fellow cases. But it displeasure of God Almighty for such base refuge riches. It is such a time as this. We must apply with the uttermost barbarity the passage of Jeremiah accursed, be they do with the work of the Lord deceitfully, accursed be he, they keep his back his sword from the blood to stop right there were going to break and I will pick it up in the other side of that break and then there's an application. We'll talk about that right after this dog awake. More to come.
