I thought that was apropos but I love coming here and seeing you guys.

I know the guys are comparing your body to Pete Alonzo and I were not bodies are made in the gym. Okay were bodies made functionally, but were not you know I'll know sixpack you guys are big sluggers in your own way like Dusty Rhodes and Kevin Nolan's and Pete Alonzo in John Kroc and Greg bulletin ski like a big barrel chested Steve out alone.

He was a guy like Chris. I love spas. Brockman's morning is the thing. Good morning Brandon I to see you DJ Chris Mike, welcome back. Hey, I just come in and just not talk in the morning. I think because anything you say all fair will be used against and use again with Ben Lyons's house. When I work alongside already laying on the short-lived Artie Lang shell Artie would come into the studio three minutes before reading the New York Post, and that was the shows prep. I like to come in about an hour and 20 minutes before I listen you guys talk about Drake winning $11 million on roulette and been following me now on Instagram and why would the Houston Texans want to be G so lots to cover what I do have to get into Mitel to foes returned to the show. It's great to see you to see and learn all live in the high case I sweet love and the hashtags all in on the Mitel to find you big untruths yet are you the truth guy now just twitter truth. I love seeing I'm sales phone a while and when I love seeing this morning the first thing I checked the first thing I checked was a man on my shoes. Is he still rocking those Kawai sand course the answer is yes and why love my Dell to follow his eyes lit up and he said I bought five more prayer stock actually Brockman and TJ's favorite site stock exit before Priscilla made last year's summer league.

When colliding the Clippers on the state of the union photo that every team now does that summer league will bomb the Dell Teufel got in tight with my clipper was like hell to get that see psych use Colorado sandals and yes I guess so I don't know. I don't know, socks and sandals is in the fives on the dates on the traders and Delta. Five of the Kawai's and I come in here on the job. This morning I was I was thinking about something that's been pointed conversation around the world of sports media and it's a conversation around media new media versus old media now more than ever. We have players who are active in their sports were out there creating content very high and consistent level with his dream on green podcasting to the NBA finals are your former players like Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson building franchise with all the smoke and Showtime Quinn Richardson and Darius Miles knucklehead shouts those guys are looking over the players should be NCF for 20 athletes. Now I am actually that whole movement, Brandon Marshall and the guys who are representative of new media. These are platforms that maybe didn't exist a few years ago, which gives players an opportunity pass and and and and can present to go out there and tell their stories to Asia. Wilson had a great podcast during the bubble on the tea where she talks about all things life in Orlando and plain W so now it is new media generation and then there's the old media generation legacy media that's been around for generations and we value their opinion. I enjoy when Bob Ryan pops up on around the horn and he can go at it with some of the older you know writers have been around for 20, 30 years who have perspective. I love listening to Frank I Salah complain about the snacks and whatever media pressroom that he's covering a game after their perspective. Now it is very valuable to that to the conversation around sports.

Personally, I don't know where I sit in from new meteor old media. I kind of feel like I'm in the middle I don't like I belong in either group.

To be honest which I'm okay with that. I look at you know this.

Kevin Durant saw that it's playing out in Brooklyn. The summer is the lead story in the NBA off-season that has the entire league frozen except for your Boston Celtics and made some nice moves. Congratulations on hello got a knotty barracks progress but the that the idea that the new media understands why Kd wants to change teams wants to switch it up wants to to find new running mate.

Such like the new media supports player empowerment supports a player of Kevin Durand stature defining his own destiny. The old media seems stuck in the you shouldn't have left Oklahoma you should know after Golden State, you should know. After Brooklyn know when he saw JJ Reddick in an mad dog get on first taking the lated and JJ point blank was like you are old. We don't care what you have to say is essentially what it came out as you know, that really represented is defined in the way that we analyze and discuss and celebrate the game because soliciting players all time without dudes like me either new meteor old media was also off fans buying tickets you only paid millions dollars play sports. That's how the ecosystem works without shows like this talking about the games without fans going to the games and watching them these world-class athletes can continue to play their sports is doing it in the park for free and not making millions of dollars. So there's a everybody eats kind of ecosystem it in place year and we obviously eat as is media members when players go out there and compete gives us some to talk about were able to do shows like this world of new media and old media is kind coming to a head, and now it's playing out with Kevin Durand generation in a type of basketball where every year you're on the new team you're on multiple teams at one time with your top young player playing gospel today. You're out there on your high school senior AAU team. Maybe you have a wreck team that you play with just for fun.

Maybe you also play in the park and play pickup or you go play in the gym and go run at LA fitness or UCLA or something to your aunt teams all the time.

It's no longer this for five years of making your bed and sleeping in it. So for Kevin Durant also in any other profession in the world. Brockman if Levitz tartan friends called some tells me you get on the first flight to Miami. They write connectors used in connecting Dallas tonight and I'll just deal with the bulkhead seat with some tells me you down there in South Beach L2 volume you mix all the time for all different. Everything I try you yeah you you you so much work elsewhere that you even more chair like a Sinai. When Jason echoes Jason's counsel now that I sent over there on the odd jobs you've had over the years in different experiences and you been able to challenge yourself in different ways and take on besides yourself want to work with different people over the years faxed back so Kevin wrenches doing 90s is doing it on the highest stage of pro sports and $50 million euro talk basketball but for old media that's were stuck on this.

He's got a stay in Brooklyn and figure it out better. Two years ago. If Damien Luna gone down to Miami and we would've seen him in games that actually mattered yes absolutely that's better right better for fans better for media probably better for game night got hundred 20 million say stay important for two years and that's fine but there's something about the way that player mobility is dissected and analyzed in the conversations in sports today and I think the the way in which you talk about it. As a member of new meteor old media actually blurs your view on player mobility and move as a fan Brockman and a member of. I would say new media. The show is ever evolving, would would you where you want to see Kevin directly. That's on the share I want to see him play in the West in Golden State or anywhere else but I would say anywhere else but Golden State. As a fan who cares about it. We talked legacy and all that stuff all the time I was having a debate with some of my college friends about having to rent the legacy they were convinced that if he switches teams again. It tarnishes his legacy and I go well if he goes to a different team in wins finals MVP that only enhances his legacy because he's the best player on the team that won the title so doesn't that make him great like his legacy is great basketball player doesn't matter really where he plays. I think in the beginning I was a little caught up to and the only join the team that beat them. Why would you do that, but then he went to that team and was the best player on that team, the Kevin Durant's legacy is great basketball player who wins so I really care where he goes. I would like him out of the East as a Celtics fan but we slept them this year.

So really doesn't matter.

Like if he goes to Phoenix. I think that's a really cool and fun situation with Chris Paul there at the end of his career try to win a championship, and Devon Booker. That's a really fun big three that they have that can compete now with Golden State who is back at the top of their superpowers flat. I think that's really fun. Then if I rearing does go to the Lakers suddenly look at those three teams were not even talking about Denver and Utah's retooling and now Dallas with the Lucas emergence is absolute superstar so I'll edit Kevin Durand in Phoenix is probably the coolest situation for me, especially as a fan and as a fan of a specific team. I want him away from Brooklyn my Van lines running from its eyes on advertising shown Brockman answer that, like a real Hooper because real Hooper's note to be the best player on the best team that's what you want to do you want to do similarly terminated hoops in the sun and the Bronx wanted to, that the drooling you. I do that it basketball camp for a week you want to do that playing pickup in Venice you want to be the best player on the best team that's the way goes king of the mountain and if you can do that and and look Brooklyn because it has done some things that that I don't necessarily think that Kevin Durant wants to be a part of long-term like committing to Ben Simmons when the student is the opposite of a Hooper. I don't think is is what I want to see is a fantasy vessel fan for the next active Kevin Durand's career. How are you TJ's big gospel fan were you on CKD hoop next year as well Kevin, but like obviously I'd ultimately like to see him on this on the success rate because I know MB is been kinda pounding the table for that.

I kinda see what that big three could do with he and hard. Now I don't know how the timing of claim James Harden's career. Apparently those two do have a good relationship so I mean that's just me as a six or fan a pipe dream. Obviously, as far as Chris though, getting him out of the East. I kind of agree like he's not on my team would have to deal with Kevin and also Chris rip something very valid about all the noise because it's always noise around Kevin, the rain, everything he does. You know that. Is he you know little too sensitive. Busy pay too much attention to what people say about them. 11 noises this team hopping thing in people talking about his legacy to meet Kevin Durand's legacy is that dudes one of the greatest bucket gators I've ever seen in my entire life.

And when the grades bucket getters. The world is ever seen. So to me that's his legacy went to a team like you said Chris everything that you said I agree with you went to a team. He was the best player on those teams. No matter what anyone tries to tell you.

Kd was the difference if Katie doesn't play for Golden State is a question for you guys do they win those titles. Do you think notes will never notarize the ultimate sliding just as think though now I'd I don't think they do. I honestly I don't. I think we Kd we did took them to a level basketball nirvana that we probably haven't seen we might not see again with him and client and staff and those guys so I guess the full answer. I'm not really sure where I'd like to see him go but maybe just ignore the like. Stop the Kevin Durrant noise maybe stay in Brooklyn and try to figure that out. But like you said he and Ben Simmons, man. You can talk about two polar opposites on the on the basketball spectrum just don't know if that's gonna work. Yeah it's it's it's so fascinating to me and I'm with you guys and I want to see him be the best player on the best team that's his legacy as being the ultimate Hooper touching every court on earth as man is at the rock varies at Dykman loves you pics 4×4 gold medals know a guy loves basketball and you want to see them play at the highest level with people around him who love it as well.

I Chris Paul and and and guys like that so I hope it works out. And by the way, wouldn't that's silence all that I like Brockman and his college buddies legacy debates which I'm sure Kevin Durrant loses sleep over this totally it would respond on Twitter, though I wouldn't dislike silence at the bay area or just silence all that noise. If he comes out and dethroned the warriors. He says okay you guys cloudy for coming to Golden State right now we go somewhere else in the West and would be Golden State to be authentically amazing the amazing Western Conference finals, Golden State or whatever team catamarans on this incredible television next spring, so you know there's part of me that thinks she's not going to move in that rich and then did this is a flex to get Brooklyn to shake things up into not just because then is also part of me is best friend that really wants to see them get out of there. The next enemy does to, but also the Sebastopol fan to see him continue to write his legacy at a high level. I don't want to see them and as a seven seating getting swept in the first round the next couple years that's that's not how it goes. How you go to parties want to see them rock and some Kawai sandals and that's never happened. I want them on a team. It can be TJ or Brockman ski area disease that is not my baby JB lawn, the voice of the world champion Los Angeles Rams coming up next excited to catch up with JB got a big show talks more MBA with bro Parrish little bit later on, and Julie Chang member, the Fab five next month at Jaelyn's golf tournament. Jimmy came to check in later in the show.

The I guess feeling today is good and all right positive energy boom showing some Tom Brady juice was gone to get some green tea getting you out of that night is then situated your meditation routine, the voice of the world champion LA Rams joining the show right now doing JB was going on. Joining us right now the Mercedes-Benz vans phone line that I know it's been a couple year we connected in person, but to enjoy following your career and talking appreciate that you never enjoy that the other day when I four putted the fifth S. on roundtables we digress let's talk about the Super Bowl champs shall we like how is your off-season been now basking in the glow of being the voice of the Super Bowl champions house that change your summer and not to the extent that joy, but the opportunity to reconnect on my past and those who are interested in the RAM story I could not be more thrilled for so many members of the organization really Speaking from the return to Los Angeles all the way you know hosting the basketball that been and ideally plane and it turned out, winning a thing as we turn our attention to training camp in the head.

I imagine the levels on those type of opportunities will become a distraction than opportunity and will have to come to fight back the super hangover, triple hangover narrative puncture going down to earth on how much the narrative is Artie starting to creep into the expectations for this season is there anything that you think the team can do to avoid those challenges that sometimes you know taken other teams, but not on the LeMay Law born Atlanta patriot catalog in question were percolating in Olympic time media members like you come right out and predict a repeat which has been done decades on the middle of the summer and the political world on the shoulder that the play I think the most challenging schedule in the National Football League, but I think if you think you believe the prediction you made yesterday. I think there's a chance at the ranch ahead of schedule actually lurch last year and a lot of that has to be the quarterback Matthew Stafford and how much I think you can grow and improve in the second year teaming with which on top appreciate somebody watching and listening. Who doesn't share the last name is Mason. We thank you for that JB lunch for the show now voice of the world champion Los Angeles Rams I was joking with you guys yesterday when I came in here and get the respect of being a fan of her Super Bowl champion team right inside my suffering these these last six, seven years of me driving down the 405 is so much traffic.

JB I know you go early for us fans like it's a lot to write. I feel like I've earned this in the guys and give me any respect you feel like the Rams are getting the respect around the NFL for being the defending champion couple things I loved about that one was your lucky white Dallas Cowboys open kick return at the Coliseum on the lamprey people returned and as luck would have it, no pun intended. That was before chemical play call that I ever now leave now.

It caught off guard. If you are let out of that amazing. And then the other thing that I had to chuckle at was your future by assessment grid this week which I think makes me like your cart roll and the like. If you're probably bringing NJP to have this conversation but I'm glad the respect I think it has more to do with the external respect for the opponent granted in the place you're going to talk about the NSU West being the best division in football. Now the conversation has shifted rightly, I think the AFC West and the fact that the Rams earthquake schedule which includes the likes of the cowboy in the Buccaneers and the Packers also overlaps with that AFC West would not run the gauntlet and that if I heard correctly that your teeth are going to talk about your quarterback rankings and I would just invite you as you go through those later today to think of how many of those quarterbacks are going up here on the ramp posting schedule starts with Alan mold their Brady Roger Herbert Dakar, you need it to Who's Who in the Rams and in their secondary led by Dylan ramp Aaron Donald upfront and I have to navigate all that JB long joined Sheldon mine soon insert rich on the rich eyes and show you talking quarterbacks and now Matthew Stafford with your under his belt, the Super Bowl champion is starting to see them pop up in commercials is no Hollywood. I honestly think he still has that edge to go out there and trying get another one. I think if there's anything I learned from the first 12 months of watching him work. It got completely unflappable about not received now that I did on the other end of the spectrum are some of the Accolade credit that you finally get enough or not. When he was quite outgained, but also championship along the way. I don't change.

I think he actually had the chance to have that you get some of the reasons described previously, but whether or not okay gait comes back to help them along the way and you something. I think he's had any prior years in Detroit, but that the shop ramp In their handful of seasons not body on the help out in the red zone and so on you without looks like teaming with a Cooper cop and the options that you Stafford and McVeigh in the past. Again, I think the biggest untold story of the often inelastic was just how much McVeigh and Scott learn about each other and came to call plate next to plate in lockstep with absolute binding in the cookie. No surprise in the fourth quarter of those playoff games. I can't wait to see how they carry that momentum in addition to your work covering the Rams and con their games it and obviously now immerse yourself in Los Angeles culture. See you do impact 12 games.

The Olympics are coming and there's a big story that the NFL is talking about a five on five flag football in the Olympics movement is that something you're supportive of you heard any rumblings about this unity calling flag football in the Olympics got my hand writing about the things like that you are aware that but I think everything it broke the game including my friend JD's trip to Africa.

Most recently, including the game abroad.

Another ramp instrumental not effort along the Pacific rim in New Mexico and other places were they really expanded their grandma out of the National Football League so the component of the Olympics and of all on the football so I hope that come to fruition.

We're talking earlier in the show about the state of this sports media and the conversation around new media and old media. You know you are young guys got a traditional job in older job in calling games on the radio but now you have a presence on Twitter now. Your presence on Instagram is a whole different day than generations before he stands on old media new media in terms of sports and where you think you fit in getting older, feeling older appreciate that you still love me, and I think that applies any longer.

But yeah, I think, in addition to my work, the national football league with you not very much in the transition at the college level outweigh realignment including the teams here Los Angeles in US and what that means but the pack 12 and the college structure at large with upcoming TV deal with those competencies you. I think the expansion the platform. All that's really well worth, I think, sporting a black sporting event continue to drive that are the most consumable product the sake of our business and for our careers.

I hope that's always going to be the case because: it live has always been my goal in the matter how our audience that the radio standpoint, there's never been. I don't think it better with your market in Los Angeles. Not like the years because I whether the traffic of the people you spent a lot of time in our card listening to you in rich and open to games on Sunday JB long joined show voice of the world champion Los Angeles Rams deadline soon insert rich on the rich eyes and show you talked about that lucky white head return for a touchdown gyre affectionately referred to as rock-bottom for being a Rams fan was the first place you're in Los Angeles in 20 years after the team had left for St. Louis. This was your first play as an announcer. If you could go back to that hot August day several years back and tell yourself everything you know now having called to super balls and a number of playoff games with advice would you give to that that rookie Rams reporter big different between being in the moment and getting caught up in it right.

I would very much that kind image in my mind that forever and I remember there being possible though others don't exist anymore and it was right. I don't think I really had a knack even though in a battle. Some of those about that. Have to remind myself that the airplane and point out, you never know what is going to find the game and I think that one shining sample the opening kickoff and another would be that you never know when a great offense of line no hands on Rockwell and often most finding plays in his career were the game-winning buzzer beater walkoff home run who knows if it might be the game-winning pressure from the greatest defensive player of all time. Be ready for. Be ready to bring your audience that the great thing about your live sports in the rent going.

Examples of the conduct itself went excited for the season. JB got me ready run through a wall you know I predicting Super Bowl advice, but we've earned it and I'm ready to listen to you call the games your wonderful job. Appreciate you sometime during the off-season and enjoy the season and hope to check in with you soon but no kick returns allowed per touchdown.

I love it I love it.

Thanks so much Mancilla golf course soon, I have directors and I hope we achieve that goal of the audience, along with realizing that you're not too bad your nice guy. Glad to see the check cleared JB glad to see the check cleared yeah Argyle is really listens to a Nielsen box of everything that monitoring. Thanks a lot JB JB long voice of the Rams appreciate you listening to the show and yeah I'm glad that my prediction of the oven for the Rams to win the Super Bowl is now locker motivation for McVeigh and the guys as it is the highest levels of the year of the Rams hierarchy element now that he made his way around being my lines predicted it. So here now make it happen. We know Cara probably saw this and then she priced show that the last area now. Right now we will now insuperable about a year and always going to hear about it. And yeah, see you. You made a smart move going up that are not alone in this and it was it was really interesting to hear them talk about from an announcer's perspective when you're calling a big damn think it's the Hail Mary pass, or that breakaway run, but it could be pressure could be a sack from the middle or whatever comes and you got me ready for the moment. What an amazing opportunity for young broadcaster Gartner grow with the Rams from that rock-bottom moment all the way to two super Bowls, and now I'm so happy they lost the first one I really am. I know it's weird as a fan, but I thought it was too soon. I thought it was to LA just to show up and be great. 75 and sunny. In January we Artie got a great supper you have that drive home after losing a soon as I like how the genius of Rocky.

One is that he loses the fight exactly makes you emotionally invested in the character as you continue on. I think a lot of fans in LA got I felt a stronger emotional connection. McVeigh to the team for Aaron Donald for going to the Super Bowl. Awesome.

Happy having this real chance to look. I'm happy for you is a long time diehard Rams life, lifelong Rams fan so many years struggling others as young pictures of you without waiting for that goober signal over and leans in Santa Monica waiting for that live fried what surge pricing.

It's okay, gotta be there anyway that pictures you posted on throwback Thursday you and Jackie Slater like it was when he gave you his jersey, potential green was impressive.

Those guys are penalized for rich on the rich eyes and Shelley got Roe Paris Chacon and my buddy from MBA TV will talk some more summer league micro.

Arrows get resumes now known, but our is a great two works of Deion Sanders as well so talk a little bit about what Dion's been been up to also have Roe Paris: in the show and alley in this Tiger live stuff.

I know Rich is fired up about eight Tiger took to the podium at the open championship and spoke very candidly about his thoughts on what's happening around the world of professional golf. So will get into that next deadline soon and for rich on the rich eyes and show back to the rich eyes, and Sheldon lines here for rich. I love to hang out here with you guys and and when you go to the archives of the old interviews and see all the great people of stop by the show and sat on the couch and talk sports. He got some really cool folks here Kevin Bacon was just point displaying the Kevin Bacon interview. Such an expansive to real Nixon genuinely sell a lot of respect Kevin Bacon at the garden in March 20 games under 500 there that the family interviewed him a lot over the years. One of my more embarrassing moments, though doing what I do, was with Kevin Bacon.

Yes it was confusing to people so the worst place on earth to get a scorn the dodger game everybody knows is, con so, con in San Diego for days comic book convention.

They roll out all the movies and I when I was working at XRT I go down there for four days of a comic book convention.

All I care about is what Kershaw did last night. So things interview number 60 of the weekend and I was on stage and I was talking to Kevin Bacon about how he played magneto in this X-Men reboots and then there is no he did not. Chris Brockman know he did not.

Here I there was starting to be a little bit of a murmur in the audience and he looked at me said then I played some other character who I magneto magneto's last and that has been right so the blues that came down, gone down the sports manhood Trojan horse there event and I was just just cast off into the depths of La Jolla and yeah I was just I left the stage so mortified he was a good sport about it, but yeah, sorry guys start, con nerds even got on Johnny drama when he with the comically known questions were only there is a smell that if you put in the bottle and sold it as they click on icon I would I would know what that fragrances certain Muslim mosque that is palpable, con Ellie, are you wearing, Kanye, smell like, let's talk a little golf Chris you and I are the biggest golfers. Here we have a tee time on Tuesday.

Thursday will become. Yes, to think I'm working on it but you and I are often out playing golf so we don't watch professional golf and you watch more professional golf than I do. Probably gambling off more than I do that you gamble on everything more than I do erect, but I am very interested in these comments made by Tiger Woods and what impact they will have on the future of the sport Tiger biosensor purposes is the sport of Tiger Woods save the sport of the modern… He's a face of my defendant was so interesting about where he is in his career that he still competing in these majors, he still playing in these tournaments is easy. There are yeah what two years away from winning the Masters 319, yet he still part of it. It's not like he's retired and commenting on something that he used to be a part of.

He still in the mix is an interesting time but we all know that days coming soon kind of feel father time creeping into the back nine was career but this whole thing out live golfing guaranteed money and the prestige of the PGA and all his stuff and ties back in a little bit to what we're talking about yesterday with admin nine then really struggles watching Tom Cruise on screen because of his feelings toward Scientology and what Tom's role is in the church and so know where we as consumers as fans draw the line in our artists are athletes, morality, and what we can tolerate will be cancer. It's interesting and nuanced conversation in 2022 culture and I think this golf stuff is right at the center of it taking the money from the live golf tournament is saying that you are no complacent to the actions of the Saudi's are or what have you summer make an accusation of these players on other players are saying that the PGA Tour is far too long taken advantage of us and not give us guaranteed money and user name and likeness to go out there and corporate sponsorship. There were not a part of and all the things so let's listen to what Tiger had to say when they asked him at the open championship press conference which is happening right now over at St. answers seen entries on the birthplace of golf hollowed ground and Tiger Woods had some some interesting thoughts about the state of the game. Let's take a listen. I disagree with it. I think that what they've done is that they turned their back on what has allowed them to get to this position. Some players have never had a chance even experience it. If they've gone right from the amateur ranks right into that organization and never really had a chance to play out here and what it feels like to play tour schedule in order to plan some big events and you know who knows what, what's gonna happen that in the near future with world ranking points criteria for entering major championships, the governing bodies out the figure that out and I some of these players may not ever get a chance to play major championships and that is a possibility we don't know that for sure it is up to the all the major temperature bodies to make that determination but that is a possibility that some players will never ever get a chance to play major temperature never get a chance experience. This writer walked on the fairways. I guess national I'm in that that to me. I just don't. I just don't understand it. If you young player and you hear that from Tiger Woods. How can you go play live golf.

How can you possibly go and play live golf when you hear Tiger Woods say you'll never get to experience this on the rickets experience walking down the fairways of Augustine that's Tiger Woods saying that were so lucky sports fans that still at this and in this time that we live in that we have Brady and Lebron and Tiger and these guys will been around Sue Bird, who been around for 20 years, Diana, and you can share some insight about the state of the sport. They've done it at a global level of the heights of which have never been seen before Sony's coming up and saying no I don't I don't understand this.

I don't think it's right for the game you have to listen to you do or you don't and $50 million you care about that more than what it feels like to hit it out of the pine straw and 13 enemy like a guy who's already got that right can say that. But when you don't talk about those who live golf did did pluck a lot of these guys, right from the college ranks in and you know is been reported that they were getting a good amount of money anywhere from like $15-$25 million so when you're 22 years old and you're about to embark on your PGA Tour career or in a good start out on the lower tors maybe a plane in Canada Korn ferry. What have you to go overseas and play in the DP and it's like a look this other poor you know it's last of the grind schedule wise there's no cots guaranteed nine guaranteed at least 120 5K for coming in the last and they're going to post 25 mill upfront for me to just go and he saw the pictures and the videos that private jet that 767 or whatever it was that these guys were all parting on looks really fun. You know, and so sure. I'll take that.

I can understand while you're at that age. When you've accomplished nothing someone is going to give you all of this money out of the way he speaking like the wise old Oracle and that that is ultimately going to kill the longevity of the sport. Yes, it will be good for this generation of young college Were coming into indemnifying the big plane will join the environment and I go out there make all the money I get it.

But then eventually that's going is not stand for anything other than money, you will be no emotional connection to the players to the game itself and I think at that point, you're while there's no history there is no tradition like a are you a big letting you know the names of their teams. The fireball go white.

Really, what is the connection to that one of the trophies mean, what is the tournaments mean nothing literally means nothing money and money monies and it's for the Saudi's to get everyone to forget about all the bad things they've done is not a great television product you tell me that you to make any with the ring on the TV part live golf is sitting on the couch on a Saturday and watching Bryson D Sambo come down the stretch to win $20 million you tell me that that's a better television. Nothing is going off in the Sunday Agusta is not to elicit any type of a motion for many fan like when Tiger wanted 2019. I was literally on my couch trying because that's how much it meant to me as a fan and so live will never do that. Ever. For anyone except now it's literally exist to make money for these guys and so that's the path you want to choose, go right ahead. You know, I'll judge you in the way that I'm going to judge you but I would prefer it didn't exist at all. There is another part of that soundbite from that press conference for Tiger talked about guaranteed money and getting it in the dirt, which I thought was a great phrase for someone of his stature in the idea that you go out there and you earn in that sport is not guaranteed for you. That's what keeps you sharp. That's what keeps you dialed and keeps you getting better and pushing her game forward. I think there's something to be said for guaranteed money. Obviously, however, is not a team sport you out there by yourself. Go out there and get it and I think there's something very empowering about that and and I think Tiger's perspective on is incredibly valuable. As for whether you're in one of the older established stars like Brooks When these guys are just said okay I'll go and do it for you. One of these college kids who hasn't made their name has made their legacy in here the imaginative if there is an offshoot of a bunch of guys and I want these other sports ones go start some upstart leagues.

They were upset with whatever was happening in the NFL or the NBA.

He had no Lebron James sitting down saying like this. Is it right. I don't understand this. I don't think this is good for our game. I wonder how that would land with Paolo but Cheryl. I wonder how that would land with Chet Holmgren. These guys and is really interesting moment for Tiger's been through so much and worn it all on his sleeve and and you know my feelings about Tiger aren't necessarily the same as is everyone else's but I do admire, respect and appreciate him because he's the reason why I fell in love with the game of golf.

Absolutely. I have an old DP who put me on TV for the first time I will run through wall for that do for the rest of my life because he was crazy enough to think I should be on television. So I think that you know when Tiger said this is what made you in the first place is what gave you the opportunity to go and do that that's that's really profound stuff I think should have an impact on teacher to your point about yes Tiger has all the money he's a billionaire now so I it's easy for him to sit in this position and talk about how guys shouldn't take this big lump sum to go do this Tiger also reportedly turned down $900 million.

Wow, it did to join the lift door so he sees one 900 way.

What way is Chris rock 900 million Roy McElroy has also been kind of the princely grazing time to step out on dialysis yet he was also offered $400 which is more than these guys could ever possibly dream of.

And it goes back to the quote we are talking with John Romm, who was also reportedly offered a lot of money as well in the hundreds of millions like his life is going to change much though when he cares about is the tradition in the majors and competing in the grinding and I think that's super admirable and respectable on you know good for those guys were standing up and speaking out is a change of 400 million+ I had my guess would also yours the five, 400 million you guys I've seen you putt the mentors BC not perfect, you know, the US Department of Justice is opening an investigation into the Torah's handling of its players and whether it is engaging in anticompetitive behavior during its ongoing battle live so the story is continuing to unfold.

Obviously, but I think the idea of these young players hearing from Tiger himself speak out on this on the issues surrounding this change in the game.

I don't know.

I would like maybe on ultra stick. I do know I would like to think that that would have some type of weight and some type of impact RB Gautreaux parish coming up in about 20 minutes but TJ's goats. The greatest players in the history of every NBA franchise were getting to that next.

What division are we doing with her to do the Southwest division Southwest division social demands. The Western Conference once confident I will find out who the 12 a is you know 12 is the best seat on Southwest.

We saw lines in a rich Eisenstadt ongoing work. 12. I did not know that walking down the left front of it and not a frequent 727 yeah I like was the staff on the plane theme dresses. I think dressing 5.105 what would happen with other sports. There was like a live situation for football. Who in the NBA would be the first sign up for a live tour know that with James Harden to be on and James are okay. I mean who else is out on the lives of his cases of using this for everything Lyle's attorney is 90 miles turners on the live tour like Calkins missed out on the tour, is Alan Crabb's ability NBA gallon crabs on the live, my guy Lou Cornett in the NBA finals is on the live tour right away you a you know he's going to the live tour will mellow ball and the basketball lived and is bringing Angela like bellows joining the personal and work as an old head D join the live tour right different arenas on the lift. It was a reason to merge them as a live tour I'll start referring right up there now. It's a sin is a shame as I'm hearing the big 37 some financial trouble really.

About three hours on Saturday you watch me three and zero Saturday or Sunday on I love and I lays out if I'm going to go to it live really cool concept that concept. It's cool for guys who never made it. It's cool for these guys. You did and still have some money.

Johnson likes back into the lead author off the big three yeah I hope those guys figured out Goucher more than mixing different in the shower I mix them yet.

We are talking yesterday to TJ like the idea that the work you do internationally puts you in the basketball Hall of Fame. So how is it wasn't a part of the Americans.

Likewise, Jim referred to the basketball frame for it in China think that's how that works. Now is our denial think that Marbury has a statue and should deftly be in the Hall of Fame. It's coming up next deadlines and for rich.
