Rich reacts to the 6-game suspension recommended for Deshaun Watson by former federal judge Sue L. Robinson and says why the punishment should have been harsher.

The MMQB’s Albert Breer tells Rich why arbitrator Sue L. Robinson only gave Deshaun Watson a 6-games suspension in the wake of dozens of sexual misconduct allegations against him, if the NFL can win the battle in the court of public opinion against the Browns quarterback, why Deebo Samuel’s beef with the 49ers wasn’t all about the money, why the Cardinals felt compelled to include the eyebrow-raising mandatory film study clause in Kyler Murray’s contract, and who has the upper hand in the Steelers QB competition battle between Mitchell Trubisky and rookie Kenny Pickett.

I got you got Vegas voice elevated as the square of the real thing is okay Vegas voice Israel very recently answered screaming over the thumping music at the ground pool parties and yelling for all okay very good to see whether DJ Mikey is a you writing so I didn't know that you and that's what you call working for Fox on the boat work three days for file time and I off yesterday to see you over there, TJ Jefferson, the candles already were candles lit rated go to see you over there sir Buster only of ESPN's you join us in our number three the major-league baseball trade deadline is tomorrow. Luis Castille became a mariner since last time so there's that and were waiting to see if the Juan Soto shoe drops could show a Otani really be on the market. As I said the other day if the Angels do that they should just close up shop. 29 major-league baseball teams if they do that so Buster only will join us in our number three for that Bob Ryan will join us as the great Bill Russell passed away yesterday at the age of 88. He will join us and will have some some thoughts on the passing of the brilliant great Bill Russell and the first guest joining us in 18 minutes, Thomas Albert Greer.

He has been on the training can't be for Sports Illustrated is MM QB came out today with some interesting nuggets on what the Steelers are going to do with the quarterback position and so much more. He will be joining us in 17 minutes time, but obviously the first item up for bids with him will be how we start this program, which is the fact that the Sean Watson has been suspended.

We have now finally gotten the number of games that the Sean Watson has been no suspended by Sue L. Robinson be independent.

I guess disciplinarian. The judge, Sue L. Robinson took it took quite a bit of time to come back with the number of six regular-season games that the Sean Watson will be suspended and notify on top of it and I'm sure he is just fine with that.

Certainly, since the Browns had his back in the way that they put in the first year of his new contract together and how nearly 99% of the money that he receives this year is free from any of that suspension taking a bite out of his salary so the headline from here is simple. It's not. It's not enough. I II take this approach because of the way that Watson acted repeatedly. A repeat offender of all of the women who sued him and the apparently dozens who didn't warning the New York Times the 66 masseuses is different masseuses. He contacted over 17 month. And I I've said here multiple times. All it takes is one and then there is 66 of them and more than two dozen who sued him now, I understand there were no criminal charges in the six games that Roethlisberger got for his transgressions and the six games that Ezekiel Elliott got for his neither of them were criminally charged so that's how you can take anything from previous occasions and applied as a presidency or and the two things I have to say about that are there is no precedence for what the Sean Watson has done using Instagram in a predatory manner. It appears, and there were only five instances that were placed before Sue L. Robinson, for whatever reason and so she just took the five occasions to take a look at it and to me what Watson did is unprecedented. There is no precedence for this, and then secondly, while others presidency or presence or tell you about the precedents that the Supreme Court is taken a look at right now and I know I might be conflating issues. I'm just saying in courts of law were seeing precedents is thrown out left and right, to the detriment of women's rights. I might add. And that's where I also learned on this. It's not enough. Is the court of public opinion.

I will proffer to say, shall frown upon this significantly and this is absolutely important in this aspect of it as well, especially since you take a look at what Sue L. Robinson, apparently, is that we have not seen the full ruling from her as to why she thought what she thought and why she did what she did, and I understand that makes my commentary here fraught with the possibility that I might be criticizing where criticism is not warranted, but my compadre from the NFL meeting Tom Palmisano tweeted out that he has seen portions of it or it's been given to him or leaked to him that she called Watson's behavior. A pattern of behavior egregious, but notes that the behavior was nonviolent sexual conduct and explaining the decision to suspend him six games now, I don't know what that is nonviolent sexual conduct but I'll just look up the definition of violence which is behavior involving physical force intended to hurt, damage or kill someone or something also means strength of emotion or an unpleasant or destructive natural force, but I think she's just saying you can put hands on somebody and didn't viral violently attack but what about violating somebody what about that definition violating is failed to respect someone's peace, privacy, or rice rights break or fail to comply with the rule or formal agreement.

He certainly violated many of these women, who then sued him civilly, including one who was yet to drop anything. According to Tony Busby the attorney was represented most of the women coercive behavior according to some of these women coercive asked those women if they felt like he was nonviolent or violating them.

That's why say it's not enough. And to those who have absolutely lambasted me.

I got a thick skin but I see it, that I haven't taken owners of the NFL to task, but I am feeling free to bash to Sean Watson who I have multiplied multiple occasions said this gives me a zero player pleasure because this person who I have met on multiple occasions was to me. One of the right spots to come out of college and cast their oral of what appeared to be nothing but beneficent behavior and fellowship for their common human and how deeply shocking and disappointing.

All of this is the league should absolutely take a better approach to hammering those in ownership people yes who pay my salary on Sundays when I worked for the NFL network in the NFL media group, which as you know, I have signed up for four more years, or agree to terms for four more years to and gladly and happily to be somebody who talks football for a living, but any owners who run afoul of the ear personal conduct policy should absolutely be taken to task and have not been taken to task significantly enough to open the door for the players Association to appropriately tell Sue all Robinson you can't give more than X number of games when we haven't seen the behavior on management side taken to task and the reason why Calvin Ridley gets more games than the Sean Watson and the reason why you see suspensions for four games almost as much as Watson force a bold deflation that in my mind never took place.

The reason why it's so all over the map is because they're in different silos under the collective bargaining agreement personal conduct policy and then also a policy for gambling a policy for PED's a policy for competition competitive matters and the personal conduct policy and the way it's been hammered out and also discipline handed down. It's been a complete mess for the last 20 years.

We all know that.

Which is why the league said let's just with the players doesn't find somebody who can make a ruling. And then if the ruling is zero. We can do nothing about it.

But if it's more than zero, then the Commissioner or his designee can then have a whack at it on the appeals process and I know the players Association is not happy about that but they signed it they signed it and so that's the diff that's that's why Ridley gets a year for parlaying four figures of dollars. Apparently NY. Brady gets four games for bold deflation and then somebody who is credibly accused by multiple dozens of women get six but in the court of public opinion, that stinks. In the court of public opinion is filled with women and filled with purchasing power, and the court of public opinion must be addressed as well must be addressed as well because a lot of people are like, well, how does somebody get this and somebody get that and he gets this what I just explained it to you. But that's not going to matter at all. So I say the league should address this, especially with him not getting find out is Sue L. Robinson not know that the Browns and brotherhood blame the Browns for that. If that outrages you that this is only going to cost him a mere bag of shells to use the Ralph Crandon phrase because the Browns in the contract put so much of his first year in a signing bonus that is not subject to suspension and penalty for six games. The Browns had his back on that and he saw that coming, and I also sent you see the criticism that the league gave them the easiest six games to start the season because they knew it was coming six games so I guess the Chargers the Steelers the patriots that doesn't matter right there you can just roll over them, and Caroline and the Jets Atlanta. They stopped them there. Forget about the fact that they they through Houston in the backend. I guess you could sit there and say that Dexter make sure the Sean Watson would be there for some revenge game that, by the way, is a 1 o'clock Eastern on CBS.

I believe that day and that will be as nailed to the wall as possible because nobody's gonna in the in the league put that on national television so we could be relitigating all of the stuff so let's see what the league does. From here, because right now the message is you can be credibly accused of all of this behavior by multiple women and it hardly cost you a dime and all he does is cost is six games and you get a $230 million guaranteed contract. Otherwise, wow, this was all playing out stinks in the court of public opinion I believe is ready to bring down the hammer. Wonder what you think 844204 Rich number to dial here in the program out of prayer will join us on this program in just a mere matter of time to find out what is possibly next year and what else do you think about it, I again happy to hear from you.

844204 Rich number dial, especially if you disagree with me. We always have rational conversations here in the program even with people who don't agree with me. I actually appreciate hearing from you folks in that camp, especially in then there's Bob Ryan. There is an overreaction Monday. By the way depot Samuel signed all of the receivers who wanted new money have now been signed, only one got traded though only one got traded is he like to point out on Twitter over the weekend. So there's all that right on the program Buster Omi joins us in our number 384-4204 Rich noted.

I'll take a break out of prayer joins us live on the rich doesn't show when return on this first day of August, does your antiperspirant keep you dry all day. Dove men plus gear dry spray goes on instantly drive for a cleaner fuel and offers 48 hours sweat and order protection repeat that 48 hours of sweat and order protection. Use it and don't even think about it. Also dove men dry spray contains doves unique one quarter moisturizing cream. It helps protect your skin trite dove men plus care dry spray goes on dry cleaning feel all day back your American eyes enjoyed for four to allow Mr. handed out his MM QB today.

In particular, just reminded me that football is back because it is so filled with information and nuggets that you want to know about your team, your fantasy drafts that are coming up, just based on his information, but also important stories are going on around the National Football League and he was in Pittsburgh and so will pick his brain about that but joining us here on the day that the Sean Watson. We learned initially suspended for six games for the upcoming season from Sports Illustrated on the Mercedes-Benz vans phone line is none none other than Albert prayer back on the program right on Albert Geyer Brockman talk about the Red Sox felt felt felt felt that Jesse Sam is all I know why, you kick your Marathi or Xander Kaman don't know you're going nowhere and not an assignment which I still don't get how this ownership group that spent through the nose 15 years ago. Now the sudden is acting like the click of the Oakland A's.

Every time you guys.

There's a lot of walk then then why not get some for now it I hear you. Trust me, I would love to pit the two of you against one another to Red Sox fans cannibalizing chatters awful have a wonderful, but there's too much football going on. Albert so walk me through what you know about Sue L. Robinson's decision in the house she came about it please you. Yeah I like the important thing here know first of all, his vision, which I know you don't need clarification, but I do feel like that are important distinction to make here that it was the arbitrator throughout Rob making this decision it wasn't based on 24 cases 24 lawsuit that was based on four the NFL brought five cases throughout Rob through one of those cases adequately had to the woman involved in an outline yelling and I think some of the language we've seen come out important you are to use the word nonviolent and you like.

I'm not gonna say whether she's right or wrong. I don't know but you know you I think her using the word nonviolent support and then in a minor thing here is pretty critical of the NFL reacting the public perception making decisions based on public perceptions of business to business. Now I know that but I was part of it was like that.

She was saying like it should be about the facts in the case, not how whatever decision we make. It can be perceived publicly. So you know II know like the union and in Walker camped out like that leak at present on that strong case homicide cases you know may we clean out there in the public over the last year and have and I mean I get the 16th extension with her to back it up. What you know of course that mirrors the decision to the league made in the Elliott bedrock predicates which are similar only in the event that you obviously the accusations in those cases were really bad. So what happens now. I think the league of probably taking the temperature of the public right now to be on with you. You knowing I don't think that this is a simple decision for Roger Caddell and we can look at like different things you can do here ability.

Another project not one throw, really quick, like the leaking appeal and the union can appeal the decision. The union Artie said they won't feel throughout vision and then if you, Roger. What is your hearing and hearing the case and so you have to get like after you get to that, then obviously Roger or his designee would make a final decision and and you know like I could but interesting about this on bridges like that that you have no Roger here Roger you're kind of knowing in a spot where do I want my name on the decision and if it sticks in six games. You could say what we think we know at the show got year, but we do think Sue Robinson ran a fair process of working on allow for that.that decision to stand. He could knock it up a couple games and I'm not sure what EA would write like that if you if you went up a couple games but then that really do anything, not even involve yourself in the process and you don't look like you're being that I or you go to a year and if he were to go to a year or then be NFL going back in court with a player and there's a decent chance then that the Sean Watson would play in the opener because the union would seek a Temporary Restraining Order and you know try to get a stay on the suspension which would put sunlight now till the love that that the cases in court, which would obviously make it a pretty public thank you so unite. I don't know that there are great options here for Roger to tell him and I think it can be a very great difficulty decision to make. Over the next you know, 48 to 72 hours. Whether or not the league goes for like a minute. They do whether or not Roger Caddell here on the rich eyes and show so what are you hearing from Watson's campus anything on on on this. I think they are. I would either know they're happy with the suspension, but I would say at this point there seeking closure is probably the best way to put it unite. I think they feel like after this things been here before two grand juries and now former US District Court Judge like that enough and so I and as part of the reasoning for you, but you knew getting together according to state now that they did last night because no Shirley felt good about how the hearing went but II think the other part of that lies like that. They felt like this have gone far enough and so I I I actually think Watson's campus at peace now with what it is stand and you know I pause very much in the NFL's court dear we we will hear from him more than wait till you see he's just been so poor to be very honest with you in explaining himself throughout this entire process. What what what might be the plan on that over the next couple days, think my guess you know the Browns have been out there the other day I Browns that sort of had the fancy be the one without the slightest over the camp and all the questions and all that different stop audit. He made that answer question two, et al., that's right, football.

My guess would be they'll probably wait to see what the NFL's and I do before putting in before the media because there still obviously are some unanswered questions, but I do know that I compute on the Browns organization feel like one third closure on this still be able to speak a little bit more freely on how their process worked in trading for him and everything else so I think I did give me here little bit more from the ground over the next couple of days. My guess is they know when you're talking about kind of tone tainting a little bit when you made lots felt becoming available. They may wait for the NFL's decision on whether or not there general appeal that decision by the arbitrator as we speak.

The league just put out a statement and they mention how they thanks Judge Robinson for her attention to the matter and appreciated her diligence and professionalism. Pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement. Both sides can appeal in three days. In light of her findings. The league is reviewing Judge Robinson's imposition of a six-game suspension will make a determination on next steps.

So right film is not, and I think like you Rick for not being like a business right like that's right like a guy I i.e. unite their very much going to be sort of monitoring the way that this is discussed exactly you know and and and and so everybody keeps thinking the league or its independent arbitrator is like real life like we should depend on the NFL to make some sort of a judgment that say a grand jury didn't or a prosecutor didn't police didn't or whatever.

This is essentially a business and so when it comes down to it, you know these to Sean Watson guilty in a court of law. No and forget about the court of public opinion for a moment this is running a business and then you return to the court of public opinion when you're running a business like that's a fact.

And so you don't want to get caught up in the. The jaws of the court of public opinion then don't keep looking on Instagram for some masseuse over and over and over again a different masseuse so what is it true is it true Albert that that that Sue Robinson put in her opinion again. We haven't seen it yet. That that Watson's only allowed to get massages from Browns employees. Is that true yeah yeah part of it yet and I think we all become conditioned on that bike and I haven't part of it like, but you'll member like the backdrop of further counseling. I believe I can write in that decision now so like there are always many condition on the these sorts of cases and look like you're right public perception does matter because it is a business and its authority. And these athletes are part of what shape the image of the entire heart you know and so light and I think with you know I drop us, but if you go back to that one and you listen in a language that I Roger other people they would you put the league in a position to look really bad and you violated the personal conduct policy. You put us on a bad light. And I think that this is similar and I think if we get our in you know eventually to Robinson conclusion becomes public and not if you haven't yet.

It wouldn't surprise me if that's part of it. You know I part of it is you know it's on everybody involved in the lead players, coaches, front office people. Everybody else put the league in her addicted to keep going in a positive light and obviously to Sean Martin failed to do that, per year from human to be in Sports Illustrated on the rich eyes himself. The depot Samuel deal is done so as is always about money. Albert no II actually don't think so.

I do think about role and yet it last year. If you look at the it's really interesting.

I believe I threw like nine games. He was second in the league in receiving art and on then you got RAM Monday night gamers role started change and from that point forward he was arguably the most valuable player on the team but probably the third guy in the passing game behind. Granted I you and George Kittle at your numbers and so united part of this was how people envision themselves, envision himself as being a true number one receiver and that's sort of what he aspires to be there to the audience, which is playing by me, but I wasn't getting a bunch of sweets and stuff like they were playing and I formation failed to me like so like any good longevity piece this to and knowing the more he played like that, especially with injury history like it could affect the shelflife and so I think of much of anything else about your leaving on a relationship you have a good player. John went outstanding at finding a way to talk to him about how you plan to use them. Going forward, and give him assurances that you can have a say in the way you and that's the way it works with athletes and a lot of levels.

Now you know.

So I I think the money was never to be a problem if you look at the deal. It's actually a market deal. You know it's right where Kerry McLaurin and BK Metcalf.

It's right where those guys got paid. The contract look like relatively similar template with their now good night forever afraid to pay depot the way that Metcalf guy like Metcalf work out okay.

I think of much of anything else that is about depot feeling comfortable that you want to sign away the next four years of his life to client San Francisco based on what happened last year still see him see number of touches at running back and just trust the process or or has there been some sort of a deal struck the Internet. The name it gave me your heart but there was a running back. They took at LSU in the third or fourth round. If anybody had that I can't member the guys name, but as we speak. Go for bucket. Third, the great big draft and 1/3 or fourth round right. That was after they drafted you. I met Joe and Trey sermon last year in the third round, right like I was told like that part of drafting at LSU running back like a pirate wire but drafting the LSU running back was sort of in all the olive branch to be in saying hey look like were trying to build that so we won't have to do this at work yet.

You know part of it last year like they didn't have enough quality debt.

That position so they're saying the depot essentially were drafting the text for this extra running back here even though we talked to last year as like sort of a symbol to you were really trying to fix that position so you can play the sort of roll your vision for yourself.

Davis price the running back. He also pays his debts.

Like all ministers as well, about 1/3 round pick DSL so pretty year after two draft pick on running back right at the pretty valuable Peter draft capital to be using on a position that a lot of people don't value right so like that was very much. I know that's part of the Niners, but that was sort of an olive branch to to be about were trying to make that position.

Appositional I will have to use you and it's left without her prayer to be senior NFL reporter on the rich eyes and show what did you learn from the independent study clause existence, and then disappearance what what, where, was what was that all about train wreck, like. Like I I know I II know this like I know there were some questions about Tyler and I think they work ethic, and I don't write like I take care of his body.

He does like passing teammate in Arizona because much of it I think it was as much about how we allocate his hours and Larry allocated hours. Much of anything else that's my feeling. I they want him to be more of a leader if they were doing and in the contract. They want you to sort of got all guys what them and I know I could that mean being a full participant copy or program what you have any point in his career, not quite a workout because I think that means allocating some of his time that he does it. Take care and take care of his body studying the game because you may be the way he plays it sustainable five or six years from now. So much of anything else. It was maybe not shot at Kyler's work ethic so much a like a shot at leadership and your what sort of leader he was going to be 13 going forward that's so important when you're giving a guy contract like that is what you know this as well as any pico got a clock from they keep score they pay attention. We are paying and those guys know Fokker they know how to guide their getting a interacting and caring himself and so you know I think a huge part of this was Kyler.

We need more of you. We need more of you in a number of different areas and I think that's part of the reason why such a statement February because after what more report unsuitable Sunday you. Kyler's camp knew, like right like they're not like really hundred percent all Internet so we need to start the pressure on them. If Kyler had seen his ex-college teammate Baker Mayfield wiper contracted never wound up coming so that whole thing was complicated start and when you have all the application involve their you know I think the end up with these sorts of awkward, weird things quite the contrast so they're not as concerned about his readiness for game day. They just think he's on twitch too much like literally. That's what it is and they if he's on the twitch is much as you can see what is gaming your piece on twitch. You can actually seek what he's doing with his time here. If you're in a position of management or authority. In summary, could text. He's back on twitch again and he could still haven't locked down like he's done his film studies done everything you know it's kind of like to get Susan. I look at our 20 like you're done with your homework already. You know like that's the way we approach it. You know what you think they are concerned. No, like the note is that why you were having issues at the end of the year and they also understand if the quarterbacks working in you know the scratch of the quarterbacks working and everybody else you know the effect it has on the overall team that's want talk about leadership standpoint encourage rep coming out out like that. The wrap on him with a baseball player.

You know I doubt it will be. That means you baseball players mentality may be a little bit of an independent contractor. That's always been you know so yeah I'm definitely concerned there think about putting a clot in I mean really rich with the outside like like like that, like the alarm clock on his phone for 40 minutes a day and to clock out now if you can make that meaningful work.

You have to want to have to want to do. You have to want to do it the same way the quarterbacks want to do so, so much downside to putting that the contract I wrote you can tell me I don't know what the outside like I don't know maybe just somebody and think about what it would look like if you know when it comes out because as you know, everything comes out probably so I it's just wild and then we'll just see how it all plays out over there for six weeks with obviously no DeAndre Hopkins where are you right now, we can hear the first like five minute conversation with a lot like the speaker that was Heslop. I walked into an area where to be around all but II tried to raise the volume and my boys, so this would seem like a very important phone call which is which is okay to be a little God unite II got a be fine out here you go allowed no it's great I love it listens only need is just the sound of the sprinklers we got ourselves a hard knock open, so this is great. Before I let you go just a couple minutes on your lead item in your Monday morning quarterback going to Steelers.

Is this true risk.

He's getting because we saw over the weekend that Pickett is getting only 13 reps Mason Ross looking good, but is in Stravinsky's gig. You think I got back I in 2 o'clock or 2008 four quarterback got the first round from 08 21, only three didn't make multiple start not right. Every first round pick. Essentially that the Steelers are going and how everybody else does something Kenny Pickett look like he has a long way to go. Based on what I saw out there. I continued like right now that's what it looks like and I bet you look like there might be a little something there.

Like I know you took a lot from playing with Josh down in Buffalo on a serviceable starting quarterback you know so maybe more than you know.

But I think they feel like they got a contender there and you know like having a better quarterback. I played a lot and you help put Kenny Pickett out of the question out on the field and in right now it doesn't look like he's ready to start this greatly appreciated man be well that they support not will be having to.I admit I'm not to go back and looking up I get to hear my voice right like you bring back that memory of God. Are you coming out here to Los Angeles where the chancellors on a good text about that last night. Got yelp you got Bobby out next Sunday Monday Tuesday like that you found. Actually I I I don't know if I'll be here, but the shows on the air will reach out to you reach out to everybody here wants to see your training camp Nantucket George Hamilton tan and how it's all workaholic good shape right now is okay by that by the time I get that II think I should be in good clouds cannot get in your way, sir, but you be well, I think that you got a summer prayer right there who in the mentioned Mitchell Stravinsky, did you notice two things higher register these, you know, I mean he's got some going on in the queue at seven with Jan, he dropped the word that I associate with the word solid serviceable.

That is the subtext of the word solid is a solid gold serviceable. I do not view solid is everybody around these parts. Note as a compliment. There are so many more district descriptive adjectives and words to say something complementary, serviceable unit, but looks like.

Question looks like poll question. What's better solid. Your service era get our way better Rick Associates in which things are not allowed serviceable.

Let's take a break and phone calls. On the other side right here in the rich eyes and Jonah got three ideas. Three. Chris couple questions for permanent back here on the program so poll question is the suspension for DeShawn Watson appropriate just yes or no to I get little or no yes or no. You normally use like putting yes or no questions right in a note okay but so that one out there when you want to put the you know that it would you rather be referred to as solid or serviceable. What I mean. I would rather refer to as solid and serviceable to then what's the waiter will more solid and insult anomalies that you I say solid time is a Songhai that said, he's a solid guy is fine like it's talking about your work is solid and just forget that it's a losing.I will just leave DeShawn. Let's go to to her to go to Chris in Phoenix Arizona. What's up Chris what's going on in your monster. I wanted to talk about what they wanted tell you that I watched you on the mothership and you and the end. I'm so sorry.

Anyway, my point that's okay Christie I have three daughters, three daughters and the DeShawn Watson thing really bothers me because he is obviously a predator like he is. You don't get massages in doing is thing like that in the little I hope that they suspend them for longer than that battle for about that and then my other thing was stored got by the way, yes. I couldn't remember his name is Amy Buddy management yam ownership of the Brown Lake barrel will absolutely nothing. I mean thanks the call.

I mean how could they not be signed before knowing any of this fully mean whatever he told them to their face and again he might have what done done the work that is clearly necessary for him on on straightening his life out mean and he might take offense.

His life didn't need any straightening out again. I don't know anybody in my circle, nor the admit to you know what I'm doing with my spare time I am going all over Instagram and slide into DM's and asking for people to know misogyny on either help I need your help.

Within an hour.

With your help pay where are you we could meet at this place that I've rented you know I can come yours. We just read just read all of the New York Times material on this please before you form an opinion or you think you formed your full opinion he could've done the work he could've an and he could just basically be able to just turn the page in his life and say he's not going to do any of this behavior anymore and the hassles like okay we really quarterback here so will give you the best contract in the history of the NFL.

So when somebody's like are they fine with this a.m. and they might get offended by me saying all of course if I were, this work will not find that this sort of behavior.

Where were not fine with this sort of stuff do you pay the man and you also formulate his contract in a way work. This suspension does not touch them financially when any significance any bike because you set up that way and they should be fine with six games because you know what the prime season is completely viable other person earlier. The commissioners have many good options because if he does something so significant over the six games. People would say that the situation was rigged. Even though this was collectively bargain or they would sue and thus have a temporary stay and he would start week one bio against Carolina and Baker may feel potentially any SMOs options does the those are very poor options want to go 12 games, 12 games, doublet, Peter play this year and then also kneecaps the Browns potential sees. Why not do.

I'm coming back on doublet as you take a look at Sue Robinson's decision, I Ian Rappaport tweeted out the conclusion, the NFL may be a forward facing organization.

She wrote that it is not necessarily a forward-looking one, just as the NFL responded to violent conduct after a public outcry, so it seems. Yet those responding to yet another public outcry about Mr. Watson's conduct, at least in the former situation.

The policy was changed and applied proactively here. The NFL is attempting to impose a more dramatic shift in the culture and its culture without the benefit of fair notice to and consistency of consequence for those in the NFL. Subject to the policy again. I didn't read. We haven't seen what she's referring to earlier but that does appear to be her looking at the language and making a ruling based on the language in a collective bargaining agreement and talking about a public outcry, but then she says, looking at the record when compared to the relevant precedent and looking forward to how this disciplinary determination might be used in the future. I find the most appropriate landing place to be as follows.

Mr. Watson is hereby suspended for six regular-season games without pay. All this, the most significant punishment ever impose on NFL player for allegations of nonviolent sexual conduct Mr. Watson's pattern of conduct is more egregious than any before reviewed by the NFL. Recognizing that the only discipline mentioned in the CBA is for the real story behind some of wrestling's biggest moments something to wrestle with Bruce Prichard and Conrad Thompson to all-time high the phone as much of him as having a conversation where is Andre three, was that Andre was number one is not even going back before you know Holcombe was a baby face Holt and Andres were able to go in headlines in New Orleans Superdome at Shea Stadium in Japan wherever they went. That was an attraction something to wrestle with Bruce Prichard listen wherever you get your podcasts
