Guest host Ryan Leaf and Brockman discuss Tom Brady’s mysterious absence from the Buccaneers’ training camp for at least the next week and ponder if there’s a chance the 7-time Super Bowl champion doesn’t return by Week 1, and the guys debate the incident today at the FedEx Playoffs where Scottie Scheffler walked across the putting line of Cameron Smith to send a message about the Open Championship winner’s rumored intention to defect to the LIV Golf tour.

The Fantasy Footballers’ Co-Host Andy Holloway tells Ryan who are his top 5 players in fantasy football this season, names his favorite sleepers and says which players to stay away from, says how Deshaun Watson’s suspension will impact fantasy drafts, and says why Trey Lance and Jalen Hurts could post huge fantasy numbers this fall.

I shall studio to less people will reward gas lay two times now and Riley experiment here on the rich eyes and show I am rich alongside TJ Jefferson Michael Dell to follow and Chris Brockman a little retrospection from yesterday. It was pretty powerful show course this funding in general. But we had a couple callers that you called and you surprise me a little bit with this, but they just happen to call in and talk about some the stuff that they had gone through what they were going through and how that affected them and change them in how powerful it is to have you know have me in this chair Rich allow me to be in this chair and have this platform and stuff and I think I was, biggest take away really fully maybe sit in it until last night, and you put out some food through the rich eyes and showing the clips from when it happened so it was, it was powerful. It was incredible to be around in in in to see and hear other people because I happens all the time but I don't think anybody ever knows that it really in a public Formica is pretty cool and appreciate you guys being a part of it with me speaking to personal the breaking news this morning. Todd Bowles just announced during his press conference after their joint practice with the Miami Dolphins this morning that seven-time Super Bowl champion and future Hall of Famer Tom Brady his quarterback is going to be away from the team on until after the Tennessee Titans preseason game, which is August 20. Now this supposedly was in the works before the announcement was made today.

This was was known early in training By the staff and everybody he is taking a leave for personal reasons. Nothing was disclosed. Of course, but I mean this is this is news when you got the best quarterback in the NFL step away from the team for little while and deal something so you got a deal with no need to speculate it just is what it is but the one comment that he did make that I thought was a little interesting right. He said he was pretty and pretty high confidence that he be be back for the opener so I mean that that throws in the jeopardy. The idea that I don't know you know it must've gotten the question whether or not he'll be back for week one, but that was the answer he gave big Tom Brady fan over here, Mr. Chris Brockman really interesting situations, like comes out of nowhere.

I know Todd Bowles did say that it's been discussed before camp started the Brady might miss some time from the team will be away from the team, but to miss hopes of their joint practice with Miami right now. We saw some clips earlier the week of Brady unit Thor the Julio Jones look like they had a good wrapped on but he's got a mess over a week care and and then Todd Bowles said had a pretty high level of confidence of Brady will be in the lineup week one, but two times didn't commit to definitely having Brady back week like a pretty big deal. Also, very big deal for a team that a lot of people expect to be in the Super Bowl run absolutely right.

I mean you go to what their backup situation is in in Tampa Bay Unocal Trask still coming along. What is it Blaine Gabbert is a bag of snowboarding ever. I believe so.

So you know it, it will be interesting. Let's their early schedule early schedule is is going to be something that people regularly take a long look at now for a little bit right at Dallas at New Orleans really hard schedule yet at Dallas at New Orleans Green Bay Kansas City their first four games.

No, you can't go right that that puts them behind me. The eightball pretty significantly and really quickly, so that's a little brutal starts this season right that the tough, tough September no first birthday in October. Yeah, I mean you got Dallas who gave them just a heckuva game a year ago in Tampa to start the season.

If you recall, in the New Orleans is dominating them in the regular season already hasn't in the 014014 against him and home against Green Bay home against Kansas City.

Two teams that one of them was number one overall seed in the NFC last year and the other one got to the AFC championship once again right so I mean that's that's a significant September 1 four weeks of your season, and when you're head coaches is standing up there saying he's not. He's not you know he doesn't have definite confidence that Tom Brady will be asserting core back in week one that that's got a quite that's gotta give some some box fans out there some heart palpitations probably rent.

Obviously we hope everything's okay course records raise family. Reno's mom's been sick in the past so we know when you're on the both his parents were doing with coded two years ago saw a lot. Hopefully everything's okay. Obviously yes, big, big deal. That's the big news that came out this morning.

Another little tidbit of interesting fodder. You and I were watching and it had a very viscerally different reaction to the right and the start of the FedEx playoffs started today at the St. Jude FedEx St. Jude classic and cam Smith, who's been rumored to be leaving for the live tour and it seems like most likely after the FedEx playoffs are done so he can have a chance at it.

I guess another 15 million are payday if he's able to win it.

He's a second number two point ranked player in the world right now behind a guy name Scotty Scheffler who was the number one player in the world right now they're playing together.

Cam Smith Knox in the Eagle from about 170 yards today to start his round and then this footage came out of cam Smith in a crouched down looking at a split sizing up his pipe and Scotty Scheffler walks directly in front of them through his line and cam Smith.

This is down there and just kind of looks up like like Breaux, what you doing what I've been what you doing and you and I had very different reactions to this right yeah so you're in it tells tells how responsive to watching us play out. It's awesome yeah because the F those guys who are leaving the tour for live in a fit of your Scotty Scheffler and you're the number one player and this group of live players sues the PGA Tour they're suing you your member the tour they're suing to get back into your league with a voluntarily left for a massive payday from a terrible weed out terrible country terrible regime. Whatever. And I so yeah if there to do that it were playing partners, then why should I respect you. You have no respect for me whatsoever.

You have no respect for the tour. You have no respect for where your playing and what we all stand for what you used to stand for. So if were playing golf. Yeah it's divorce a gentleman's game.

There a lot of unwritten rules in golf.

One of them is you don't walk in someone's line but you have already taken a blowtorch to the unwritten rule book and the courtesies and the gentleman like behaviors that we all get O'Connor completely agree to a dating back hundreds of years. So why should I care about you and your line you not to be. If you want to be here.

Why are you here while you try wants to win $15 million right. Go take go to Erie to get that in spades. From these other people.

Okay so IIF course at a different reaction.

I I thought that this was.

I thought this was a inactive a petulant child.

If you got a problem with them to address them in the locker room. Maybe they have and maybe I wasn't good enough for I just I don't like if you get a be you know in a whole like cam Smith is to the tour will respond by being in a holdback tool that's just my that's just the way I the way I view it like that super highroad obviously and your better person than me fairly, but like I just don't see wow that gets anything evaluated. I think it's awesome that the really funny moment. If he did it on purpose. It seems like to get up her little psyche was cut I like to smirking the whole time and cam Smith gives them a double TF Breaux. I got out to that the videos you can see it but yeah I mean this is great this is what's come to now it's it's a good guys and the bad guys and what makes me makes me just what I thought about all along.

When it comes to golfers right I like. I I've met movie stars and Hall of Famer's everything like that and I'm I'm never and I just you know it's it's like, but when I meet golfers like when I meet golfers. I am like a little little child like I'm starstruck like the one time I met George Smith. I was of the kids like 20 years younger than Jordan high rise in the region of yours.

I am am in awe because I love golf. I know how I know how damn hard it is and they are so good at it like I been so good at it. So I'm starstruck by them. But what I'm watch the Bryson the Sambo and bricks Right a few year ago and now this stuff like like the petty nature of it all may feel these are just a bunch of just adult children who get to play a child's game for millions and millions of dollars just absolutely petty with one another and I'm starting to cut off all his is hilarious. Hilarious. It's hilarious like petty is followed when it comes to this type of stuff and I'm just like Scotty. Come on, man.

You're just just throw them up against the locker and in the locker room until also be one thing if like the cam Smith is number two ranked player in the world right Scheffler is not obvious to be number one is an amazing season all year, dating back to the beginning of the season and what he did at the Masters but the one thing if Scheffler was like the 58th ranked player of the world, no one would care. Jeff is number one. There is nobody better than him on tour right now so it's literally like what would you do what you say to me. I'd love to see the 58th right player in the tour due to because like I said it like like we just really think you're so low. Cam Smith.

I don't care number two golfer out there all walk through your line, you know, what's the worst thing that could happen to the PGA Tour through the FedEx playoffs, while the worst thing is one of these guys would read winning somebody you need to buy the 58th right players GTP Boston his plague of this event so he could really do it because he's been playing well lately as well.

We have one of these guys wins like if cam Smith wins and then just bolts like these rumored to get this to be a major bummer if you love golf so major bummer band sound like the big Lebowski there.

Let yeah I it was very interesting. It was funny to see both of our reactions in real time like come on Scotty, be better than that your like I love it, yet awesome I love it. This is awesome looking at that pettiness by connecting next a chef is to be like clapping or talking, it is. That's right something to me realistically, like if the guys want to the PGA Tour guys want to be just like a we don't want you want to be here so were not to make anything easy for you what Rory said to when he was just like it's nice to not have to deal with the distraction this week because the width guys ensued to get into this event and it got denied and they're not there and Rory was kind of thing like it's nice to not really have to talk about that and then somehow some way shape or form at the bringing into it with with cam Smith now is pretty darn good golfer yet he's amazing that you went for him as him for how TMJ that's the most disappointing part is your big golf night. I'm younger to be honest men just from the keeper relisten you to argue this morning was the most interest I've had things like people who try to keep a real interest like I can't. I'll even have it you know will be without you enrich your uterine go back and forth. I just don't know what my opinion is I don't know where I stand on the slip thing so I pretty much tend to stay quiet as I had to be funny I do anything about that, like everyone else was in the studio this morning.

Listen to him and I argue about it right like you like take into consideration. It was around just like I was like this is awesome. You like what you meant you guys with embolic Monday May were already W dynamite and deftly chime in on that but I would like to be educated on that last night what happened with that but having a dynamite was also made CM punk came back last night Berlitz, the been out for a while and he said he got hurt. You know you Liana hello interim champion situation John Moxley John Moxley beer guy Chris Jericho in the match last night and CM punk came out for the Chris Jericho still around. Chris Jericho is still doing his thing. While impressive, I know that name is been around since 90 I think I start watching them and 96, 95, I still put in on recognizing the names that I remember.

I know that Ms. simply because everybody knows the business wall will were friends we we we had new birthday parties go very far. Kids are the same age. Okay, so that's pretty cool. That's one reason I know I don't know him as a wrestler.

I just know you'll room from real world or anything old and Janice Banas told me all about him from that aspect of things. But no, he just became a friend of ours and his wife while we were training at the gym together company a few years back right right when the kids were being born and now we would become friends like we just went up to us as unbelievable home in the Palisades of the Palisades. I forget the name of the place to live up in North Malibu, inland Calabasas there you go. Calabasas everybody and we went there for their daughter's little birthday or like I don't know if his birthday magister like celebration and I had a blast.

But I got to walk into his office. Reason all his championship belts wherever one in he let God hold one of and so we got a cool picture of what my my my remembrance of wrestling goes back to Ricky the Dragon steamboat okay macho Man Randy Savage assured and rocketed just randomly, the macho man the macho Man Randy Savage the ultimate warrior. All those things well. Speaking of education on our next guest.

I'm going to need some education on because I've never participated in any sort of fantasy football league game. Anything you mention it yesterday. It's crazy whenever that's really changed this year and that that's changing this year and our next guest, Mr. Andy Holloway from the fantasy football is podcasting to join us and Phyllis all in with it all here on the rich eyes and show your listening Riley fear on the rich eyes show will be right back back everybody to be rich eyes and show Riley fear filling in for Rich today great show lot football but this one I was really not interested in will report to him as a guest because as I told you guys. I have never participated in any fantasy football league or game or anything in my life so I need to be educated and who better to educate me and give you guys the inside the Mr. Andy Holloway right the fantasy football is podcast host joins us now here on the Mercedes-Benz bands phone line welcome to show any how you hey Ryan, appreciate you have me on that blows my mind. I heard you telling your story about the softball home run Derby competitive food that you had going. How in the world that cannot handle that into panic. You know when I was in the locker room in San Diego. They tried to get me in a NBA basketball fantasy football league and I just our fantasy league and I just I paid no attention to it and I just looked every week to see my players that I picked what I just just didn't interest me nothing, me, me. I was turned off by when I was leaving the stadium one time and a guy like rated me up and down about how I destroyed his his fantasy football day because all poorly. I play because he started so I think that that ultimately put me in the wrong in the wrong direction. Yeah, you have to be a little bit more complicated for players than Wheatley… The neck on the show couple days ago and he was saying how much he enjoyed the attention. But I like your 20 touchdowns, probably at them to do it right right okay so speak to me like I'm a child's right now and talk to me about what what goes into your fantasy football line and how do you said it has the draft happen just just talk to me at like like like I'm a newborn in your teaching how to walk a little bit right fantasy for dummies there are, yeah, I mean I think the thing that people connect with Janet. How would you make it make you a fan of every single team in the league.

I mean it. You can have a match up on them on an apical game between a couple of teams that are out of contention and you can still have the 12 guys are merely guys and gals are merely just going absolutely bonkers rooting for one player that has a huge impact on your fantasy league though, you know, the just for your you throw yourself into that pretend general manager role you you go and you have a draft that you know if your league is worth anything. It's probably over the top year we are mocking one another throughout the year end and ultimately one person get in there.

The king of the world and the rest of them live in their shame for another year and and you know it. It's just one of the things that makes football fun. I I've been asked a few times on the on the on the website cameo to contrast order. Also I been told many times that like the loser of many of these leagues get like a Ryan leaf trophy so I called. I've been involved many many ears and in this in this way, tell me about the difference. The different rate differential between the weeks because my dad and his best friend been doing this for years, but they just go by there league is only about like touchdowns. Like if a guy gets put touchdown point is not about how I reception some hazard carries her or attempts or things like that.

What what are the difference between the the leagues that have different kind of point systems when it comes down to it, yeah.

I mean that.

That's a pretty old school league and that that is how football really got started, but with the adaptation of so much technology and having your team in your pocket and the ability to not there go two box scores in the newspaper and add everything up.

We we seen the fantasy world grow quite a bit, you know. Now a lot of people play in leagues better reception so if you catch a pastor getting a point and then we seen a lot of variations of scoring in the years that you know the leagues where you know you have quarterbacks to get six points or four points per touchdown. You get points taken away from fumbles and interceptions and so the intricacy has grown and the types of leaks have changed a lot over the years. There's a lot of league. Now that I'll find the leak where you know your keeping your roster for multiple years. You're not just doing one fresh draft at the beginning of every year.

And it kind of just different preferences for different people.

While it seems like it's it's so intricate and in deciding and enrolling with that you're about to kick off your year to your podcast and talk to us a little bit about what you're doing spot a fly there on August 24 yeah you were really excited about our plight Is been gone for a while. We do that every day, but the live show on modify live football or party room right is an opportunity for us to just come together once a week we do it on Wednesdays at six Eastern and we chat with and we answer every question possible. Talk about every waiver wire pick up every upcoming matchup and you know the passion is real you know everybody in fantasy. I think it wants to make a prediction that turned out right so that they can tell everybody that though you know we we have the opportunity to connect on modify live and finance question and if it's just a good time. If I recall the party room right I so you get to be my year to be my roof this year are eyewitness to make sure I get your number cool it if I were drafting who who who are the top five players in in fantasy right now that that is is a must have.

Yeah, yeah, I think not been tailored to the very top of that list in a running back for the cold day of fantasy football for Chris McCaffrey fill up their fancy players been bummed out with the injury, but when he played you great you got a couple light out Jefferson Cooper cup, who absolutely dominated last year. That should be near the top of draft and then one of the more interesting names will be to Derek Henry Bill have that same Derek Henry inside of him as he piled up all of the touches over the past few years because he is a fantasy force as well. Let some of the names I think you'll see at the top of draft so interesting right from some analyst perspective and in what the running back has become in terms of salary Allocation in importance on a team similarly is is different with the fancy side of it because of why the demand touches they get why are they so because if they can get reception as well as his is rushes me what why are they so important on the fantasy side in comparison to maybe the game planning aspect of of of of a real game. Yeah, not good question.

I think a lot of people that are brand-new to fantasy. They, you know, the default answer, for they think would be drafted first quarterback, but in fantasy football, you end up starting multiple running backs and there are so few running backs that have consistent workloads and so they get prioritize a lot in fantasy because you know beyond a handful of players like the dapper mention Jonathan Taylor Derek and Rachel make the note that your melodic committee, backfield, and it that's really become the norm in the NFL is the fee you know two or three back make an impact. You talked about like your teams are willing to move on instead of paying the contract because they conform committee backfield with with younger players are less expensive players, but in fantasy is just about scarcity. It's about how many of this elite player at this position existed in and running backs. It's hard to find a handy Chris Brockman here let's talk about who were staying away from and who are sleepers who do we not want on our team and who can we get later in drafts that are going to help us with her. Sir yeah I think one of the big names in terms of a breakout/sleeper candidate this year is divorce Williams in Denver because you know I heard the rich ties in with Justin Herbert discussion before I came on like that that division has some flamethrowers in it. Now you know you got off and put up big point Russell Wilson arrived in Denver and here's Dante Williams at 22 years old with the whole world in front of him. Melvin Gordon there for one more year, but you know every fantasy player wants to know when you Dante Williams is going to kind of take over and so he's either big name that I think will be polarizing for fantasy football players and then on the other side of think people are really, I think they're really afraid to mess around with the wide receivers in Seattle. I think DK Metcalf you know what a physical force.

He is Tyler locket.

He's been great for years, but here you have the departure of Russell Wilson and I don't know if it's a we place our trust in Gino Smith accrued locket going to get you guys monitoring, engaging the DeShawn Watson situation in Cleveland and how that affects the rest of the browse because they do have some relevant fantasy players like Nick job and now my Cooper yeah, no question. It's one of the hardest situations that we deal with, you know, in the off-season when you have these ambiguous suspension situation. You know, everybody trying to get an edge in fantasy. So you'd love to see a situation, reconstruct what about playing Cleveland but right now you know were going into the year, with the expectation that to be Jacoby Bruce and then trusting those running back to get it done. It's really hard to take a chance on my Cooper target take a chance on David Bell, the rookie wide receiver because you just don't know what that pathing often gonna look like and and right now it looks like it's going to be a mystery for a while and the teaching books so as to something, we only talk about a lot in terms of C&C with the Milesian particular the last few years our fancy champion has been decided by the defense RRR league. We were defense is pretty nicely in terms of points and I know one year when Jacksonville caught fire. I wrote them to a championship and then two years ago the patriots defense was extremely stingy and the team that had them won the title in our league. So, are there any defenses right there out there right now that you have your island to come to be like you look for them in fantasy, maybe they could be sneaky good. Yeah, I mean that one of those things that is so hard for fancy players. I think our general advice like kickers to be effective. If you're not spending your whole off-season REIT, asserting that the last player taken in draft.

You might not want to have them have a heavy proportion of your points because there's a little bit you know defenses are some internal really talked about Jacksonville, you know, we seen them in days gone by. Bounce back and forth. You know from dominating all the sudden being wasted draft pick know some of the staple that you know what the top Buffalo in Tampa and the Rams, you know, the Chargers could be very sneaky this year but no fancy players probably don't spend a lot of time focusing on defense. You be careful of how much of that you give them is going one more question.

So like, as you're talking with Ryan earlier I'm in one of those dynasty leagues. We do keepers and yet I league we cycle through the keepers so we cannot rotate every three years you we have a max and how long he can keep the guys, and I just miss can put it out there right now I need you to help me pick my keepers essentially I can kick keep to this this list to give you cannot. Here's Travis ATN Courtland Sutton or Chris God when we are a full PPR league one point per seven with six points for every touchdown okay okay yeah I think I think I'm in a lock Courtland button in the right now I think in it in a keeper dynasty situation.

We know wide receivers are our they have more longevity and so I think your opportunity there with Courtland Sutton having that even let you know the Cooper cup asked breakout type of year with Russell Wilson the real possibility and then I guess I have more confidence in Travis ETN over CAM makers, not the Achilles you know we got the workload late in the season. They look great but should be better this year, but I think Travis ETN you pitiful PPR lead to catatonic passes and so I think I'm a lot those two guys, then it might be a bit of a shock with with how good Chris God when is been but I'm looking to win my league not finished third or fourth and I think that might be that guy for that is amazing. I was even really considering them but he was, my fourth, thank you. As I was, leading running back heavy. I was going to go acres in ATN and then try to fill out the wide receiver throughout the draft but Orlan Sutton can have a big year with Russell Wilson.

Galya interesting is why that's why we have people like that.

We have allies why we have people like Annie Holloway on the cohost of the fantasy football is podcast before get you out of here Andy and thank you so much. I might my interest has been piqued enough lessons of these guys whenever I host a show that I think I'm I may get into a league this year. I but get your royalties on the lot, but I should do some pretty funny ones out there anyone more like whose good.

It was the quarterback that's going to have the Joe Borough type breakout this year. We all know like Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady and Justin Herbert. Those guys gonna be the first, quarterbacks probably taken the most drafts but who's going to have that Borough type delete the season you think well yeah I mean I think I think the name of my colors would appreciate me mentioning astray Lance go because even if he is not a world beater by NFL standards. You know in fantasy when you run the football into Chico and failing to gonna run the ball a ton and so you that player that later in draft at the Hyatt up like to do that to have that breakout this all the confidence we haven't in Kyle Shanahan.

You know, I don't know trailer had to be the pastor everybody wants them to be this year, but it might not matter for fantasy jail and her some scouring lists and ranking heading in me. I see him in the top five and a lot of people headed Tom Brady ahead of Aaron Rodgers went to jail and hurts do this, you mention the rushing with with Trey Wentz. He certainly adds that element to yeah that that's the secret weapon for Dylan hurt and I think people are willing to move him up here in the rankings because of the addition of Ajay Brown because the lot basement come in and year to and hurts have the ability to do a lot for your fantasy team even if he's in only throwing a couple of touchdowns in a game so I think people are really excited about what he can do them and you look at the top of draft work.

You see the rushing quarterbacks.

You see Kyla Murray see Dylan hurt Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen, these are guys that have that ability give you a baseline and not bear you if they don't you know throw two or three touchdowns and again, sorry I let you go here, Andy. You are doing some pretty cool and your release is a children's book here soon called the football family and my my wife and I were talking last night about what Saul means to us what kind of things we like to do in the fall and my son is starting to be old enough now where you know football is becoming a part of the fall form, you knowing and understanding that what what's this book about and how to learn about how they can get its in and start something like this with her family when your kids are young.

Yeah I think that's all you got was born out of water show is all about you.

You know, we believe it. Fantasy football NFL fandom, although things are. It's a family affair. You know I am got three kids and I've seen them grow up. You know I just started to get involved in fantasy football and being fanned were the four cardinal fanned out here and so I want to make something that kind of captured that story about how the family can get. Whether you're rooting for the same side or not and and how it brings people together and so that's what I did call my football family can find it on Amazon or Barnes & Noble or anywhere you get books and becoming out the end of the month and I think anybody that has kids or nose kids that are you know into sportster you want to get started on that journey. It can be a fun book for them. I'm looking for somebody to be looking for that to start reading it with my boy. He loves reading books before bed, so I think that would be a good night time for this fall. Andy, thanks for taking the time today been very informative and and without a lot of fun. Appreciate it appreciate it. I grabbed Annie Holloway everybody the fantasy football is podcast. You can check out their live event was spot a fly on August 24 to get the insight that you need for your leagues like like I'm just gonna get his number and and like if I'm an adventure into this world. This year I want to do with the highest level right arm and have, have the guy that that can make as he is getting some solid info around the island, Sutton. I was even thinking I will never thought Travis ETN only. I actually scooped him up late because he was on IR all last year about week eight week nine I picked them up and stash them as I was think about him as a potential keeper this year because like Jacksonville is going to be as bad as probably behind in a lot of games this year. Garbage points fantasy DJ you can attest to this garbage points helps you win championships. Garbage points old… Keep your interest piqued, and maybe some bad teams because that right absolutely absolutely okay. Learning a like Annie said gives you interesting cat like Aguilar favorite teams. We love that one team. TJ loves Dallas. I love watching the patriots but now suddenly I've interest in a ravens Browns game that normally I would die would even think about cardinal Seahawks, you know, suddenly I'm into it because I have DeAndre Hopkins or DK Metcalf or Calibri Kyle Murray is my quarterback last year, so I want to cover. Every router is pretty good until he got injured right like every other Calibri all right I am never done fantasy, that's where they I know right I don't know. I don't know what I'm not a big gambler right right I never have been, you know, I have some some crazy story nice in Vegas maybe will do a member will do my story time here later about that but I'm never been like big and so you know I just I watch the games. I watch him as a like a play I'm watching from an analytics aspect after the like.

I'm immersed in it.

I'm not thinking about you know your travel safety and get the ball late in the fourth quarter. Given the large one. Get the end zone right arm. I want truck driver Lawrence them to run a great play that gets them in the end zone to win the game title mentality and I want to 15 yard reception that he takes the ends of that's eight points. It deftly changes the way you watch 1000% is going to change the way you watch football but also is going to make you more interested in football. To think that I'm coming. The gambling aspect in the legalization of that a lot of states. The fanned rules of draft kings all thing points that all of those things are the future. Everyone is present in every state is going to be its present but it's it's in the NFL figure that out because the NFL knows how to make money. I mean that it did for all their faults.

They know how to make money right and so once they got in bed with the gambling aspect of things you knew I was in a completely want a complete 182 right knee was so foreign that taught Tony Romo could go do some sort of fantasy football. I mentioned to now their sponsor for the for the NFL right and it splints completely. They knew it they saw the writing on the wall. Anybody else and submit your feet in here on the ground floor everybody because is the way it's going talk about dancing was talk about dammit and it's all about live betting right it's in the moment. It's in the game. Whether it's through fantasy. That's where this is going and in people who don't like it you know, you know, get off my lawn. People get over it like this is where it's going. Everybody I know it's here, and it makes to your point for very exciting I'm I would like to maybe be a little more invested.

This year also.

I know you mentioned a gambling aspect and you play for money. That is true right but no Miley.

I started this league that I'm in right now and so the 2000 season we've been together since then and the monies nice, but it's never one time ever been about them. I know it all themselves about what said season is over and you have six months to just texted group of guys or calm in the middle the night just let them know that you're better fantasy football them than they are and that to me and in our transit that that means more than anything else is able to say I'm better than you with this and that you know the money thing is cool but that's not really why we're playing. I think that my wife and I done some fun things around you games week one week to week three games and in the lines of how she how she would batten just from the periphery of the Medwatch of me a few times which hearing some things listen to how she bets on games or would bet on games I think should be a lot of fun doing stuff like this all brings up her maybe her and I can join the league together.

Some like that go that sounds like fun. All right, we come back and put them will put a button on this on the first hour. The show here in the rich eyes and show I'm finally feeling for ritual bareback for the back everybody to the rich eyes and show Ryan leaf here filling in for Rich alongside TJ Jefferson will to follow Chris Brockman Mike Hoskins air producing run the run and everything pulling all the strings for us. Your back there. Love that love that with Eddie Holloway. No will see me.

I I've I have said things like this before, like as Ishmael get into it and then understand so is so darned busy for me right busy set alignment fly line up each week right thing like that is that ours know you pay attention to waiver wire you got it. You've got injuries as general manager Riley had a game that's not a game by way of if that seems daunting. You don't play fantasy baseball had deftly don't do that is legit every single day and you can't stop yeah I know fantasy baseball is the hardest thing is follow the path it's impossible. Man oh boy you guys do is show you got a kid your single dad.

Right now it's running around the country and intercept lineups to the bathroom is for my wife with this. You sit in on that toilet. She already got got me a clock like Lily's closet you turn upside down is like it in the sand through an hourglass area not like it when that runs out like it's time for you that you cannot spend that much time in the bathroom.

Once he got a five minute limited their visit, yes, you got me*.

I would that would work man is that is your time it takes me five minutes to get comfortable and Ryan was pretty cool. The new house we just bought a new house to move into both the castle one of the castle. It's got a day men's and women's master bathrooms amazing nice so she has her own entire bathroom with shower closet bath mind has a shower closet and into what it does have a bath but I'm not a bath guy, so I'm not trying to fit in a lot of bathtubs probably but how cool is that right right so now you can like Jimmy with this hourglass will be glad you help me out while I don't know anything about it. She how the data must be present right just want me on my phone.

Look at Twitter and figure out how to set my lab because we do in principle but might not be the best idea. If I get her involved in it did actually know are you a co-owner you going to go you know I think showed team know I think she gets her own team yeah I want to because it" more competitive. Coming right.

She was at unbelievable ballplayer incredibly competitive and she computed everything with me. So is this a big opportunity that you know when did minigolf little while back sheep. She was talking up a whole bunch of trash about how she could beat me minigolf that did not work out well for you, for your own putter. I didn't I didn't. Are you still the one I thought it would.

I do. I mean, I figured I would wreck it. So I thought maybe I give her leg up. If I used it just a fighting chance of putter that you know is been used by 200,000 people over the last 20 years and I were talking fantasy football ride we got this tweet from a listener Nick Molinaro.

I thought this was hilarious. He said the first time he ever played fantasy was 10 years old and 98 is 20-year-old brother, let them play and is with him and his friends. He picked you as your sleeper early in the draft and the guy right in front of him pick Peyton Manning well work out for the kid taken Peyton work out for you. One of 28 was at the root here. Right. Debbie also treated to the most touchdowns ever for Ricky to damaged patient ID through 30 pics by 20 paving dad 26 touchdowns I made -24 pick you do yes and I love you less points. Well I had 15 in only two touchdowns are not much better having as many minus points for the interceptors but I certainly didn't have enough plus points for the touchdowns right now those one of those things will help you out there bro appreciated appreciated.

I'm walking out of walking out Qualcomm Stadium and I believe it was after the Giants game okay so the week before was the Kansas City game where I went one for 15 right for 4 yards look at the reporter. The whole thing the whole week I'll be all right. Just you don't talk to me knock it off. You know we going to play the Giants next week. The Giants are very good. They come to Qualcomm. It's at home, but like I told you guys many times like when you're battling the best defense is in the world and now you're just against the media teammates are looking at you like what is our leader wanted not job you can't function. I went out threw four interceptions in a game against the Giants got pulled late in the game. They ran a Make-A-Wish commercial that I did with a bunch of Make-A-Wish kids that got booed like I know the kids babe while my ass right on the honest assessment of the screens on walking out at Stadium and there's a stomach the Moriarty no yelling at me as I got but there's is one do like you follow me on the fence line going to get in my car like you know you know this is I started you today and I think I think my response ultimately to when I looked up at him is like a mean I don't eat you might want to get me but you were the dumb ass that start me today writing so if you are a real general manager so you saw what the week leading up to like this too can compartmentalize this student can't function in this league. It looks like why did you start me I gets on you sir are a that's on you and try to turn me off in the fantasy football aspect like Chris, you know, the more the comes the light with information that comes new thoughts right past trauma and how it affects me nature and I totally get that discreetly and that was it. I started you today that's that's amateur you never start rookie quarterback right what we doing right 1997, 9 to 1990 A.D. early days of fantasy football.
