Our first priority and as we do that, having the years of being independent has been really helpful for us. You know that we had just not knowing our schedule completely and and and being tough spots and having to travel different places not having a consistent schedule that that's that's our world. We been living in the world was completely adapt to whatever happens and we can schedule games and filling them into the mix. Everybody had to adapt to certain things was cultivated so I think that's just the time that we live in right now and I know you're here and in LA and that's Big Ten conference a lot of different opportunities for so many people to play college football gets down to it in the next few weeks is going to be all about ball and then I think that's the focus will not be on the on the players on the field rather than the players that she can't control and then that's that's what I think us coaches will focus on the on these young man in China.

Give them opportunities to play in and have a great experience at the same time we know that there still going to the transition from young man's an adult and hopefully we can have a good impact in their lives and help influence them to be better in the community. I am all for them getting money but maybe just different forms in different ways and creative ways that we can actually repair for the future so that when there graduated and then there is young center – you have something that's in the bank or something that they can call back on the down on the house.

I think that is important thing for us to educate these young men and give mother to be educated in so many different ways. Now we just had to add the financial responsibility to our our our our duties and responsibilities, and I'm all for because it gives these young men opportunities to do things with her name is like stuff that I didn't get to do that. One of those old guys is that man I wish you I wish that happened when I was there that we had a rough night we had a pretty good too.
