So we got got continually adapt to the changing times and IL as part of that the transfer portal as part of that conference realignment is part of that and we gotta make sure that were doing our part as coaches to navigate through that book but never lose sight of our job to make sure that we put our players in the best condition to be successful and some of those what they're doing off the fuel from an IL perspective, regardless of what conference were in. Regardless of the guide my transfer might not go harvested.

Have you had a player coach come into your office or you into their living room and say I've been offered this one school for nine and I'll deal you match.

I come to Texas that happened not directly think people still are pretty tactful about things that unite you got it you read between the lines.

He knows what he can do what times of the day and in turn that spilled over until the entire organization that spilled over into the team that they they operate in a way that is very structured, very disappointed if they know what is expected of them on a daily basis and I think that the byproduct of Nikki is as a person that does mean they don't have a lot of farm that does mean that they're not tough and physical.

That doesn't mean that they don't know play Fastenal any anything else, but I think it all stems from, the regimented discipline that he had in his life that then in turn, bleed into the organization into the teeth. So are you saying you glean from that in your life is more discipline now. I think it would help. It was really really good for me to see and then live it in a way that man this is what I do want to date at 3 o'clock.
