You can set yourself up to be more successful in the transition. You can prepare yourself for that now looks like so many different things.

But when you come from up the life and pro sports or military or a business where you've worked the same job for so long for new built-in routine that now you have to re-create. I think that's where you see a lot of pro athletes for military they get caught in this rot because the first on their life in a wake up with a clear purpose in the morning and will have their values stated on the wall like they had in the Buffalo Bills facility. Every day we walked in and so being able to create some core values and light-duty routine stack wins is what I call it but did some habits each and every day that could benefit you in all buckets of life and you will start the font filling opportunities come your way, and after stacking rings your ears stacking seasoning.
