Thanks for listing and thanks for choosing the truth podcast network. It's almost insane. It's how to maintain your sanity in an insane world. The way closed the last one with better yet, what was happening there but I was afraid to touch as we were landing that we were ending the last session with Mel Gibson try to kill himself and Betty Glover. That's about the worst place to get Ms. Robby pointed out sometimes. That seems like most sane thing to do is to get out of here and we want to assure you it's not talk about a little further this half hour. You also want to talk about what were each doing each. All of this, even those that haven't talked to Masha to stay sane in an insane world right now. We pointed out last segment. It feels more so than other times a lease for some of us right now, but it's always kind of been insane from the getting of Adam and Eve breaking things down with God's eye.

We don't have a lot of Mongolian hordes inviting in an taking or not telling us all they could but there's never been a time in history when people work doing awful things to one another lie, hurting, and we have a solution that the first one is God. We know he's the solution for all of our problems but we want to get to the point of looking it's more practical things as well using guys in practical ways practical, but he doesn't have to be yeah well yeah I can make things miraculously don't understand his ways and all even when were and have a title character .89 the clip you have it on one of the things that can be part of a solution to staying sane. So this is a clip from Google me and grew is giving a quote peptalk who is friends that are helping him build a rocket to the moon. The dream of is in this is more just like a conflict, and resolution type of in a movie, not necessarily insanity but the insanity of it is, as things were going good. They had a vision that had a purpose and all that fell through, and then the response of the people to come back to make it. My point is, here is this.

There's a lot of bad stuff a lot of crazy stuff going on and how can God's people, us. How can we bring sanity to an insane world and we I think Wayne keeps talking about and I believe it's key to key to it is is loving others and you see some of that love.

In this clip it was happening at the end of the minions are offering up what they have to help with this. Yeah you here you hear the coin to the plate. Now some room going around is no longer funding. I am you put those rumors through in times of money, money we get live. We won't now would probably be a good time to look for other employment option.

I know I have my resume as I suggested all of you do is get you see so you hear a lot of hope comes back from people that have reached out and love that I think you know we've heard a lot of stories about as bad as things have been in this crazy world we live in. There's been people hopefully all of us.

I think we have in different ways stepped up and and loved on humanity and their variety of ways. I know that personally for me. Try to think back I mean I haven't every first time for coping. You could really have a lot of contact with people but I know that I did a lot. God put a lot of people in my heart and brought other people in my life to be an encouragement during that time. And you know I would've been able to give that out as he prepared me. I think through you know the community. I have here in the things I been through that, you know, it's just that it is not it at an easy time for people and and I think that that there have been a lot of God has been glorified in his church.

I believe quite a bit in the way that we responded to the needs of others and help yeah I think it's been a community second. One thing that we've done as a team.

Honestly, is continue to have boot camps right, you know, the first one we did after you know the spring got canceled.

We did a summer one and it is right in the middle of covert and weekly we were at the limit of people. We could have, you know there but it was providing. It was way we could go live on others by letting them be with God in a quiet place where they could hearing. And that's why we are doing. Each time is because we see God love on them in the way we can do that is to help provide that opportunity. God obviously gives us the resources in those things and all falls back to him allows us to display a part in it, but I think that's as a team.

One of the ways we do that not sound like Roy's plugging the boot camp which we are. It's not because it's a moneymaking thing that's really not it at all. We don't really make any money off of them. Maybe sometimes a little baby. Sometimes not any right, but it's it it's more about ways we see people get set free and in the joy of seeing people walking some level of freedom or healing are those types of things and so if you do want to come to the cancer is one coming up in November 18 to the 21st anything information at her website@mcinerney.org to register. I would say that it would be a great thing for your heart to consider coming any and something that the product of that boot camp, matter-of-fact of the first when I came to some of the summer boot camp that was going to be the spring boot camp is bit wobbly yeah but that's a whole other story was droll.

Do you look at this topic.

The story of Jesus in the boatloads of guys go across the sea to the God who was neck and in and changing the tubes in this by demons where cast them out before prices went up into the whole 9 yards.

But think about that because the resources that were involved in that was, love, and also by us were talking about in an insane world. Here's a guy that nobody really want anything to do with me. He was little offkilter not been that way about life somewhere nearby really wanted to deal with me but here comes Jesus we call it Tuesday. We did a Monday night things got week of but here in and the response of the people in the community should have been a rejoicing, but here's a guy who is now closed and in his right mind, and the people run Jesus out of town and so often. I think Robby we run Jesus out of town. Even though the miraculous is happened and asked the insanity. But Jesus brought sanity to an insane world and everything going crazy random yeah what what a wonderful story but yes that's been my life and I thank God somebody reach out into my insane world and brought some sanity clarity. Think you can do you want to ask questions of you guys like how they stay sane in this, this time with you and play. Thanks for what would you like well actually I want to put my wife in this because she gave me a few quotes and if I don't use at least one of them I might be in trouble when I go home and maintaining your writing is a good way to stay sign producing and this is actually part of the overreaction of the world. One of my absolutely favorite but actually is my favorite author is Mark Twain, Samuel Clemens and I Of his books are bad now because of the content but brilliant man love cats, which is always a good sign not to eat a there, but he he. Actually I got the quote hear from them actually looking at the twine at the other will slide back over here because I screwed up.

He said that screwed up again sorry nevermind will go back to it here. Mark Twain said whatever you find yourself on the side of the majority.

It's time to pause and reflect, and I think I have rarely been more attacked than I have in this time been quite at peace with both the attacks and with all the stuff going on around me because first of all getting older helps.net health and if things don't get you as excited but I see a lot of excitement, a lot of fear that passes for insanity and the way I stay saying this to not listen to some of that and the next clip I'll let you go visit my beers.

It is an onset that appear a second, but I think the you seen your here recently as 60 minutes show the other night and watch of the herd about it where they were accusing Facebook of stirring up things because fear generated income right we can recall that the nightly news. Yeah.

And for the most part they done that for years of fear generates income Branson so that's insanity that we see as is manufactured at some level right because people know that it's a profitable thing and so I think realizing part of that can help you stay a little bit more sane because you may have more of a discerning spirit at that point, so maybe I'm not gonna trust everything I hear or read you know them and try to find out a bit more for myself. You know and and hopefully that does help some people in in so will move on to my click now get off the list of foxing. The at the clip is from a TV show called Ted Lassa it's on Apple TV and and I will go into the whole setup of it, but he's an American football coach, a college football coach. He gets hired by a British soccer team in the Premier league highest league there is hired by the female owner who got the club at a divorce and the only reason she hired him is because she wanted him to render the team into the ground because it was her ex-husband's favorite thing in the world and if it has been a cheated on her will take up here Ted Skinner, one of the owner over in loving on her well being a good person and were at a scene in a pub where the husband, the ex-husband's there is kind of putting pressure on the ex-wife about some the stuff on the football team sees me the soccer team a comfortable right on the soccer team in 10 steps in and says hey don't in darts a big deal over here and listen to that as he steps in and kinda rescues her to listen to the very end of the clip. It's really kinda key. There is too light.

Thoughts More of a carnal man myself about getting what we could maybe wager, say 10,000 pounds. That's a little rich for my blood. If you win I'll let you pick the start line of the last two games, but I went.

You can't go anywhere near the Phillies nobody next week. Let me know if I'm warily I forgot got a lithium Rupert guys underestimate me.

My entire life and for years I never understood why that one day I was dry my little boy to school and I saw this quote my Walt Whitman pain on the wall. Their exit be curious, not judgment. I like you back my car I'm driving to work and also it hits me all the info used to belittle me single one of your thought they had everything all figured out, so they judge everything they judged everyone realized that there underestimate who I was, had nothing to live.

They were curious. They would ask questions. Questions like a lot darts to which I would've answered yes sir. Every Sunday afternoon at a sports bar with my father's mage $10.16 monkeys in the CID winter units but he has to what I really liked about that scene is a whole thing of curious versus judgmental you in the last year and 1/2 two years, I realize how judgmental I'm realizing anyway how judgmental I really am. You know, and I think that if I would take time to be more curious. Once in a while and try to understand someone else's point of view versus judging judging them for what there is is you know that we be in a different place now that I would. I would that have a different heart towards others and maybe return it have a different heart towards me and I really think that that's something that as a society we lack. We don't lack judgmental and being judgmental that's that's rampant in a skit on any social platform, specially Facebook and see it through their being more curious about digging in insanity. Why do you believe what it what makes you feel that way, those types of things and I think it we could benefit greatly from doing that and and I'm going to try to be doing that more frequent have Artie started it in and it seems to help at least helps my heart be in a different place is all being judgmental does is make me hardened and more depressed, and that takes an ugly places we need to be discerning.

That's not the same as judgmental, judgmental, were talking about. Okay, maybe you're you're awful because you you talk a lot. You have this accent that that sort of thing is not productive and I don't believe anything I just said but I would add a different thing alive and we could all five things about the best person we know that are negative before looking for.

Those were in that place that's really ugly and I like one of the biggest solutions to dealing with the crazy world was our topic last week that does take me back to the other quote but if we have community people that will call us out doing things it could go a long way and we can be different than most of the folks out there that don't have all the same Jesus, Jesus, I guess I did the other one was a Ben Franklin quote which of always really liked with Franklin. Two minutes that we must indeed all hang together or most assuredly we shall all hang separately and if were out there on our own working at the a lot more vulnerable to the worlds of the things that do appeal to us that are not godly things is just so much going on now that's of time for us to come together in community and I know somebody has to say about that Wayne. Apparently you have something you and say about okay yeah I don't know you.

We get into the conversation around crazy that it's me and we're sending us a question that it's it's a conversation I will go especially recently.

I'm targeting it's not easy. You said something earlier about how people are drawn to the crazy. It's funny how they're always drawn to it, but they never get involved with those that are there. They look at it from the outset. They don't want to be a part of peace and they don't want to be curious and asked questions and they just enjoy the judgment from outside now the thing with the whole Despicable Me women.

It was perhaps not okay with that note, please toasted it working right probably have to go to foreclosure crucial its heart packet to go to crunch. And from the outside looking in. It was great mascot is like I don't understand I don't get and he stays telling me that he he's taking us to the place to to understand to it and he took me to the Scripture. Recently, you know, there's no man has given up. You know mother and father and sons and daughters and in home that will be given much more. I know the what is calling us to is to do something much greater. We could stay where we are. We can be a great blessing to many people will look up the excellent different beliefs about what's coming with things understand on this or we can go and we can help others understand we can help others see you. We can help others build and we can do people people's communities build up actual places where people do together instead of doing this thing individually inseparable because we are all building our own king. And even whenever you look at the prayer that Jesus told us to pray your kingdom come, your will be done and how many of us are truly asking for the will of the father and how many of us are praying and crying out for comfort in a time of crazy give me some comfort in the time of this great rather than teach me how to go out and get comfort we skip. We have talked about how and it's not about me, but it's about how God used me to love on a man whom nobody else wanted a level and he didn't have to dial now we people are crazy enough to do that.

The nurses thought it was great and they came up to me and and and would ask me are you sure you know what you're risking yes I do want to die from the community. I think loving another way that helps you reach at same. The stated and I sure you're not alone and that losing the house. Wayne and I love that I was in the matter over to talk about community, but that's an important thing, and briefly one of the best times I live our lives when we left Nashville we were just a few years away from having house paid off again and be found in dad, God called us to Alaska and we sold and got rid of just about everything we owned and did what we were told that was among the best times in our lives so being in a desperate situation is a good place to bake is that's where God will come to you and bring you out of that and through it and he obviously like everything we can and show the answers is Jesus and God are IMing that the Holy Spirit and the whole the whole package. It is that they're the answer to the situation and there's also your practical things we talked about when I started earlier about being curious versus judgmental.

It doesn't mean change my values to your values trying to understand where you're coming from right you know it's not necessary change in position but a change in understanding and I think there's things you can do.

There's for me. I just went over to the show. I just realized why I've been on this. This probably last six weeks and organizing things in my house and getting rid of stuff.

I think it really comes down to Gallagher in the stuff that is more. It's the one thing I feel like I have some control over right now you know when so much feels almost out of control. That in and doing projects.

This little project rent house. Whatever they are, to feel like I accomplished something but it's not sitting in front of the TV is not sitting in a place where it's going to make me feel depressed if the weather is so beautiful right now. Get outside and do some stuff outside it's not too hot it's not too cold. You get out there and enjoy some of the weather.

You know, let the sunshine he during her talking about this. We I was asked by Robby if I enjoyed what I'm doing and I basically said I never use that word but is it fulfilling absolutely and I think so much of our society is bent on you. I want to feel good about me want to have things easy, what life to be fair, and none of those are part of life and whether it's crazy times are the best times of my life sober still like to have those, but you touched on the biggest change in my peace in my life is when I finally got to the point of saying I don't have to have any of the answers, much less all of my want to know everything and be in control of everything but and that's get me out of some bad times but it's also put me in some bad times but if we could release the control to God. Go with what he has for us. It's you can have peace in the midst of hell you're talking about trying to do all these projects and stuff enough in on that verse more lately that it's interesting that you say that John brought it up on the wild heart podcast unit, where he's at and I think you're right think you want to put the world is not right right now your area that you want to make going back to see the whole insanity thing. I think I insanity opinion comes from basically a lot of people that are saying things that aren't true. And it brings a lot of confusion brings a lot of division and inner Jesus gave a command for that he's to me this is very important. It's like you can get in truth and be mad at anybody that doesn't get it that he says in a wise acerbic and harmless is that I think that's what are called the if in doubt of what the truth is there is only one true greatness. Jesus and walking with him in the midst of whatever's going on in the world. It's always been something that is, people came out of bad situations and they wanted him still the answer today. Whatever the situation is to walk with him through it. Go to mask injury.org register for the upcoming boot camp November 8 the 21st will talk with you next week and we hope you have a wonderful week.
