How does Genesis 1:1 really read and in that is there something to wonder about?

This is today on Bible wonders I want to wonder with you about the big baseball game. You know, in the big inning Genesis chapter 1, which is just Gottlieb through the sport like if I studied the Bible forever. I never ever ever get all the this possibly in there and the course. Many, many, many Jews have written just volumes on this very first group of letters.

It's called the bear, she very sheet because of the letters that are the beginning of the Torah, and so interestingly that word is become synonymous with beginning even though that isn't probably the way to interpret those letters but because it is the beginning everybody refers to as the beginning so when you see this in English they say in the beginning, that would be one way to say it but if you take just the first two letters which are a bat which means home and arrange which means head to some extent, but that in Hebrew is bar those two letters which mean son, you heard it like you know Barabbas, the son of the past five so to speak.

That was the one that got set free instead of Jesus in the crucifixion story, but that word bar means son. So the very first two letters of the Torah.

You could say mean son or you could just say home because that that means house and the Jews teach and I think very much in line with what is true is that God wanted a house and so he you know in the beginning he made out and so when you take the first three letters and you put them together to make a word you got that house and then you got the race which would be bar, but at the third letter and its analysis, and that means to create, which is bar and interestingly that word is repeated right after the receipt it says bar again.

So if you'll just allow me my interpretation of this I think you will find some is really neat in here as I've studied and studied and thought and prayed and said now if I was going to personally translate this in English what it actually says in Hebrew. This is how I Robbie government would interpret it. What it says is creation was appointed by the creator God.

His heaven and his earth and course there are some words in there that you've heard all along. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth doesn't mention anything about being his, but you may know we talked about last week that when you put a top in front of something you're saying the Omega well when you put Alice in front of the top of you got a Alice in the top of that is the same thing as the Alpha and the Omega well before he says heaven and before he says earth it says act, which is at all is tough, which is like his stamp saying this is my heaven and its my earth and the other think the interesting thing about the way interpreter that is since the word creation is our creator is what that starts with when it says God created the heavens and the earth where the Elohim that they're saying is Lord and I could be any number of different gods, but the way that it's written in Hebrew is very specific.

It says the creator God. You see, and so as not to sing any of God. This was the creator God who happens to be the bar, the son know that that bet in that range and it's just written all over this verse when you think about it. So how does this work out practically in my life in your life will we were made in God's image, and I don't know if you've ever thought about it but when God created the heavens. He created the spiritual work world and when he created the earth, he read grade the physical word and you know Jesus was always teaching about others.

A spiritual aspect of this and there's a physical aspect of this and so what you were told right there in Genesis 11 is God wanted a home needed to home on the earth, but he wanted one in heaven to another words he wanted a home, spiritually, and he wanted a home physically, some which are stories like but my parents divorced when I was a kid and I remember thinking God can never go home like in so many songs, a singing songs written on home that are written on broken hearts, because we always want to go home. Well, God created a home, he made a nest for us on the earth, but he also made a mess for us, which he said don't let up your heart be troubled right. I can't prepare and asked to prepare a place for you in the spiritual world to now since were made in his image a bit as you think about it, our lives are very much filled with meaning. By creating a home, both physically and spiritually. A place where we can enjoy our families, we can be ourselves and where we can enjoy a relationship and intimacy where in our homes, so we too are nesters but not just physically like your house but you got one spiritually and there are certain people that you will let into your home and that certain people you won't let integral and got the same way. In order for you to make it into his home. He wants you to have that stamp that's there. In Genesis 1 the Alice in the top that time of being across and that Alice being a heart that longs for God's on the one about today on Bible wonders
