This one came your mind and and just go on and share to give our listeners an idea of the kind gifts were talking Robbie and I and a number of others were in prayer study group for long long long time and they really meant a great deal to me and one of the gifts that had came from some of the Scripture verses that we learned in that my daughter had a hearing problem, a sinus infection and mother taken her to the hospital of into the pediatrician and a week went by and nothing worse. Nothing better, took her back and I get a phone call about 10 o'clock in the morning and my wife says that with the hospital that the doctor had found that Hannah had leukemia will. I started praying in the first Scripture verse that came to mind was, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

The second verse that came to me while I was praying was with prayer and petition with Thanksgiving. Lift up your request to God and the peace of Christ, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In the third verse that came to me while I was praying is unchosen and holy and dearly loved by God and in a way that's hard to explain to folks that don't listen to the station like this. I heard a voice inside of me that said yes and we know that Hannah is chosen and holy and dearly loved by God and if this be true. We know God does not want her to have this cancer. I had a piece I was able to tell my wife. You tell Hannah we will get through this will lots and lots of things occurred that day. But one of the neatest ones in the time we've got here is it we had seven months of chemo therapy at the end of seven months. I asked the doctor, can you tell me the last time we saw positive test for cancer. He says it's interesting that you asked that because I had the same question I had them go back and look we had to positive test from the pediatrician for positive test at the hospital that first day in the cancer never showed up again. 12 years ago will. Hannah went to UNCG as she got a degree in child life management which would allow her to run a camp for children to be a counselor in the hospital and she works at the hospital Children's Hospital in Chapel Hill.

She had an internship there it went so well.

They offered her a new position as she created a new position in the surgery department where she gets to greet the children when they come in, she gets to explain to him about everything that's going to happen.

She takes the fear out of the experience and they get to use about 25% as much anesthesia on the children because of the program. She designed which makes surgery astronomically safer. It needs a water pump. It needs a phenomenal amount of work we may need to even have to replace the car, which we got a whole team of people working on that, but the need is tremendous. But one thing I do know absolutely foreshortened beyond the shadow of a doubt God loves a cheerful giver, and that any gift that's given that it's not with a heart like man. I'm so excited to be able to give this to me is like offering that the sheep with a broken leg or or some other gift that is is marred so that the first and most important thing to me and again I'm not the world's leading expert or theologian here on the Christian card but to me, God loves a cheerful giver. So if it and honestly just as is is honest, I could be.

I personally because I it thrills me know and to take a certain part of my income and share it with these two ladies and say that that thrilled me because I knew I know because I've talked to.

Personally the ladies I've talked to personally bear the people that were there and I knew that this was some God put on my heart. It was strong so however that works. It delights me to be able to do that and I think that that's at the heart of it.

To an extent not biblically obviously you got all sorts of stuff for you. Don't rob God and then and and there is plenty of Scripture. There, but there is grace, and remember first and foremost Chris. The one thing that God has taught me this year. Above anything else.

You are his favorite. He loves you and you don't learn anything by tithing or offering gifts. What we do and I just are giving back out of the abundance that he gave us and so I I love your question and I struggle with his stiff outfit times of God. You know, but there's this thing that I looked up on the spirit of poverty and the spirit of poverty. One of the symptoms of the spirit of property is that you want to withhold your money wanted to hold onto it. You're not generous because God is generous and so is were made in his image were to want to be generous when we can be generous but if we can't give out a something we don't have it for not meeting obligations house got going on, and so that's a really big question but I do think that God has answered for you Chris to make sense, and I know Bill where you want to say some chosen and holy and dearly loved by God the giving expecting something that doesn't work and I think it's a process that if you give in a little bit more this year than last year and you're planning on giving a little bit more next year. That that's important. But the most important thing is that you and your wife are happy and joyful and are making the decision together in that you moving in the direction that you think God wants you to have that's huge. I've never had a pet. I don't take care of my elderly mom and work full-time and my sister accepted and Caracalla stated that surgery and it can't affect a blessing and sometimes when things get so stressed out. There's too much to do. Can't get the help they came and locked an updatable furball come around less corridor and elephant effect and a frustration on this immediately different.

And the event that the black and white picture ended up getting it to it and lifted it That you got from the shelter and then she wanted to Nobody else wanted it Is a perfect cat and no God-given stress reliever.

I know my mother right now Sherry I'm sure you my mother has a cat like that that was a gift and in its amazing how sometimes animals like that are clearly a gift from God.
