I Understand That You Know When You Come down the Hill with Rep Right near Blowing Hanging Rock That's Correct and Right by That Mountain and so When You're Kinda Coming down into the Valley. It Would Probably Seem like You Needed Some Kind of Full of Drive Vehicle, Tells the Story What Happened What We Believe the Snow the Ice When We First Got the Result Gravel Roads to Offer Amount Half of the Main Road to Get Here so It If You like Google Drive Is a Good Neighbor May Make Them Governments Noda to Slush, You Couldn't Get around Jeeps or Just You Go Anywhere so We Bought Jeeps with the Winches and I Can Tell You I Have Never Ever Been Stuck in a Jeep Is Never Anywhere We Go, Water, Mud Hills I Get in Trouble for the Winch on and Have Absolutely Love the Ones We Thought We Never Lost We Would Buy Brand-New the Ones We Bought Secondhand Wheat We Have Had Issues with the Times, but Once I Bought Brand-New.

I Mean We We We Have All These Jeeps over 4 Million Miles One Well and We Talk A Lot about That and We Want to Get to Our Segment on How to Sell Your Own Use Carney in Which We Say the Beginning to Show That Were Share Some of That along the Road Today. You Know, Maybe You've Never Tried It, You Bought a Car Didn't Seem like the Dealer Was to Give You Enough for Use.

I Will Try to Sell It Myself.

I Can Get More for. Of Course She Can, Because of the Dealer Trade Sort. Honestly, He's Got to Trade for It at a Price Where He Can Wholesale It If He Doesn't Sell It Because Most Dealers That There like Any Other Business Person. If Inventory Does Not Move, They Have To Get Rid of It Because He Did Type up Their Money and so When They Trade for Car They Buy a Car There Consideration Is after 60 Days If I Don't Sell This Car.

I've Got to Make It Go Away.

And That Means I've Got to Sell Wholesale so They Can't Have a Vehicle in Their Inventory That Would Represent a Loss to Them.

If in 60 Days. They Can't Sell It and Also Obviously They Need to Make a Profit in Order to Justify Tying up the Money so You Have All Those Factors and People Used To Say All the Time. Or You Can Sell This Car for Exit Exit Will Yeah I Hope I Can, but That Always Does Work out That Way. And If It Doesn't Work out That Way. I've Got to Be Able to Turn This out Get My Money Back so I Can Put It in Somebody Else's Used Car That Might Sell Them Because Now I Have the Dealership in Marksville That Would Be in the Car with Zealot Winston-Salem Give Cars on Different Areas so When We Talk A Lot about How You Price a Used Car. How Is It You Advertise It All Was Kind of Thing Wondering about Talk More about This Boot Camp and Most of All, We Would Love to Hear When Did You Hear from 866-34-TRUTH 87884 We Got A Lot More Easier about How to Sell Your Own Car and Most of All We Are with These Men Working on Their Masculine Hearts and Were Asking That You Would Pray for Them As Well As Give Us Your Insight. What Was It That Happened in Your Life Where You Begin to Hear from God Because It Seems What You Hear Somebody That Was at a Camp Somewhere They Heard from God Better Maybe to Go Be a Missionary or Maybe That Was When They Originally Came to Know Christ and Begin a Relationship with the Lord of the Universe Have That Happen for You.

How Encouraging T for All His People Get to Hear That Story. 866-348-7884 Is a Number to Call in 86634 Truth.

I Know It Takes Courage to Call into That That You Have No Idea the People That Would Be Encouraged to Hear How You Heard from God Because There Are so Many People out There That Would Love to Hear from That They Would like to Have Ears to Hear, but They Really Just Need to Hear Your Story so They Can Connect Maybe on How They Can Do That. We Would Love to Hear so Dean Get Back to Our Jeeps. I'm I'm Interested the 79 That Is That a Six Cylinder Four Cylinder Four Cylinder with a Four-Cylinder Standard That I Have an 83 That's a Six Cylinder Automatic and That the 79 Is That the Original Engine in It Are All Original Really Anything That Might Lead You to the We We Purchased Ourselves We We Got Good Friends.

We May Maintain Them, Which Excludes Daily and We've Been. I Spent Probably $500 a Year on the Order Jeeps per Year Making Is Jeeps It's It It's a Bargain.

You Know, Occasionally, a Battery Occasional You Know, after the Transmission, but Religions Original Parts Holdings. All Original Releases with the Problem but That Is Been Very Good Jeeps for Us the Willies Is Probably Six Votes You and It Can Let Came Out Of the Trailer and We Had Great Ideas of Restoring It, but It Was Too Far Gone Too Far Gone. We Got My Father Was the Jeep Dealer in Albuquerque New Mexico and We Would Get These Old CJ Twos CT Threes and They Had Were Sixfold Systems and You Know They Had Generators They Can Have Alternators and They Had Funny Wiring and after You Know 60 Years That Wiring That Relays and Things That Were Just It Was a Difficult Thing to Keep Those up, but Again It Shows That You Know You Think about It You Make an Initial Investment on Those Jeeps Was Even Back in 1979, Probably Six or $7000 but Think of Other People and They Bought How Many Carson for in Our Eyes to like to Be Body GPO I Can Bear to Go and I Told Were Never Going to Sell the Street to Keep It Forever with You Forever.

So Don't Think about Treating It into Three Year Were Keeping It and We Keep IV Was like That We Maintain That Men We Get a Money's Worth Out Of Them and You Said That the People That Sold in the Jeep, Which Interestingly Was the Chrysler Store That I Opened Many Many Years Ago in Winston-Salem Which Is Now Called Northpoint Anyway.

They Gave You Lifetime Warranty and They Don't Know What They Set Themselves up for They Are in Your Lifetime, Leaving Greg You Forever Good Well That There Is a video@mywebsitewithchristiancargo.com and 87-year-old lady who bought a Mercury think what brand of the model.

A Mercury was but anyway she had over 480,000 miles on it and she had bought like a battery from Sears that their pennies that will have a lifetime warranty and she had a book that she would layout and she goes I lifetime warranty on that. I've had eight of them. You know I they gave me a lifetime might escape me a lifetime working on the muffler. I've had six and its business video is still there. That name will come to me, but I do when you mentioned lifetime warranty. I thought about that you know if you know you're going to keep your car as long as you live like I do will read you know you by lifetime warnings that you know that they offer lifetime organs on certain people on brakes on alignment on all these different things and so if you end up. You know, keep in a book like this lady did you know you got a phenomenal resource there that you can keep turnover. I promise to get to this some how to sell your own car, and I know that for a lot of folks that's an intimidating situation but before you even begin the process.

One of things that I think you ought to consider is you know, are you prepared to sell it. Is there a payoff to your car and if there is a pay off your car, what is that mean exactly in the process. Somebody comes up to you and they want yesterday. You owed $10,000 on that car and and they and you sell it for $11,000. How does a car get paid off. How do they get the title.

How do you have this in mind that all this could happen and you need that kind of figured out before the person gets there and you go. Oh by the way, I don't have the title to this car but I need you to pay it off.

And how does it work the course if you're in the midst of selling that Internet may be something that you talk to your the person that's going to buy early on. Normally what I tell people and what cartilage to we don't know if we sell a car that has a payoff. We trade for car that has a payoff. We don't let the customer pay it off, so to speak. In other words, you being the seller because if used if you pay it off for the customer and the you can wait 30 days on the title and the people and I can't wait 30 days on the title so call your loan company that has the title, find out what the process would be that they would accept what I recommend you can do if you're the people that hold the title agree to it is that have the purchase that the person that's buying the car, call the lending institution institution and get the payoff themselves so they know and then have them verify if I send you a check for $10,000 that you're going to send me the title to this address and see once they know that they're going to get the title from the lending personally can still say love, to give you a thousand an ominous in the payoff to all those are things that you need to work out before you even begin to think and I guess all this power how the children talk more about reconditioning pricing, advertising make the sale. Lots more from this boot camp I was looking forward to your phone calls.

866-34-TRUTH 87884 866-34-TRUTH live from spring boot camp. Jesus is about your relationship with Lord 866-34-TRUTH 87884 866-34-TRUTH and we have been barley. Here he is with the vineyard camp. That's the who's hosting this event and this is a fabulous camp appear about 300 beds of Lake my father's here is 87.

He was catching fish out there a skunk or elegance Gadgets get One but he caught six to my one and a really nice and he just had the best time after they have for some of the guys around horseback riding. They were coming at you just have to see if it's fantastic shooting and fencing and skeet and all sorts of things like that but one of the coolest things I've been talking about annuities Jeeps he's older Jeep that the Dean has, but the other thing that I would love to talk about fermenting before we get into some of these things about Sunil car is you have an opportunity because this camp is known throughout the world. People come from all over the world and and you've actually had the president of Francis. I'm here. And recently, and so you went to France because they're bringing a lot of folks, the president of Francis bring a lot of folks over there but you kinda know what the feeling of Francis of in the current crisis and what could you speak that a minute for people that would get your insight that normally would hear about what I texted once I know or are shocked the French have his egalitarian mentality towards the world you know you treat people nicely treat you nice back in this. It's a fraternity and in the quality so they have brought in Muslim immigrants for years with this mentality that you know we we have an obligation to to be host people like this, but they didn't require the people came in the country to assimilate very well and Holland, for example, their neighbor, you've got to speak Dutch and learn the culture to be a citizen but in France was much more an open system result was you had these conclaves of mom of Muslims in in in Europe that never became part of the culture and I saw the rise of 15 years ago I began to see the anger with the Muslim youth and adults in France and I watched as my French friends basically shoot you shirked a way that would confront them when they were impolite or rude to view the French people in and I thought this is going to blow, eventually coming I like, I could see it coming. 15 years ago I saw France becoming less frantic, more. I don't know some other Mideast country and I and I question that 15 years ago anyway. My point being that I think it's a boiling point. Now I think the French people have said enough there there there are shocked that they're angry they're disgusted that their kindness is been Turner. I think they've come from this secular mentality towards the world is headed to a better place to guarantee that the world is full of a bunch of people thinks of me and I can I think they're prepared to say this is evil. There was a hard time for the French people say right and wrong.

I interviewed staffer years.

I asked him you believe in right and wrong and it's a well that little bit left little bit right now they're saying this is black. This is evil.

I think I could see honestly revival in the church. I can see it. I can see the thing that there is a need for a Savior. There is a need to be able to call things right and wrong, and also to fight things arrived in Tennessee. Those things headed our way.

And so little things that we can be praying for and ends. Reasons for people to come to camp like this to hear from God like we talked about because you are tell me before the show. How many people in ministry where where where did they get there. Call it camp victim. It's incredible percentage of pastors and youth workers who felt the call to full-time Christian ministry at a camp. It's just part of the deal was and where did Jesus go but out in the wilderness really is going to hear from his father.

And that's just part of part of the reason that we have these mescaline journey boot camp center. Well I gotta get to this Chris got John Eldridge, on the last segment I may not want to miss John talking about his book on prayer a moving mountains, but after you consider how you handle that payoff and all those things on the scene. You gotta get prepared and don't go by anything Robbie said, and get yourself in trouble.

Ask your attorney or raster bank loan and the money get that all straight understand that something you have to think through and get the process done before use. Before you begin to advertise the car because you gotta know what you so the next thing from my standpoint sell car with a dealers guy do I promise you can recondition it and because the seller car with the check engine light on it just means the person is looking at the car is got to assume the most expensive repair could possibly be there that you know you don't want it. If the check engine light. The customers can immediately think of that could cost me six or $700 to repair orphan ABS lights on their thinking through 3000 so if you can get that repair done for 60 A.D. hundred and $20. You those people want to pay more for the car because they got to set aside enough money to whatever it takes to repair any light that Psalm so now the first thing you gotta do is any major repairs or things you know are wrong with the car because that that's just gonna cost you have to set aside more money and money is time so they can take the time to repair that I got to consider the money it's gonna be repaired and the time to repair. Then obviously maintenance issues you can sell the constantly pulls out the dipstick half a quart low unitless can't be good if you look at the coolant and it's you know supposed to be green and it's that's kind of dingy brown that they know this ain't good. So you gotta get the maintenance up to you.

Be prepared for the people to check that out and then the tires. I don't know used car dealer that if the tires are half gone. They're going to absolutely replace because of the first things anybody looks at when they're gonna buy a car is a look at the tires and so that's something that needs to be done and then that detail, you know, clean up, making sure that looks is that it possibly can because do you know that first impression on the drive up and they look at the car at end people in. They think when they sit down and they see dust all over the – compared to if they sit down, they see clean instruments clean instruments mean that person took care of the car means a car was maintained at the images so much of when your seller car. Then the next and probably the biggest mistake people make when they sell a car is a don't figure out how to price the car properly. They don't know how those books that you can go online Kelly blue book black book and all those things. The other great guides but you know after not a read of the people spend lives little lifetime learning how to read those books and how to know the difference between an average car in a rough car and a clean car and most people 98% of the people overrate their car they think their car is a clean carpet their car is in average car clean cars are very very very rare for a car to be clean and Robbie spoke the most used car people's books.

It's got to be extremely low miles. It has to be really obviously well well well maintained. There are very, very, very few clean cars out there and that's okay. Average car is an average car see how you rate the car, get the pricing. What's wrong with asking many counselors plan succeed you my emails right there Christian Car Guy.com all over the place. People every week asked me Robbie.

We think my car is worth what you think I should sell it for you know I can give you my my my take on that. That's what I'm here for Christian Car Guy.com Jesus labor laws. There are car repair for single moms widows and families in crisis. All that stuff is a Christian Car Guy.com water resource and I have all my experts there.

All the people that that are involved in an approximate online utility of all those experts.

That's the reason many counselors plan succeed. We have that ask an expert page there for that very kind of thing then the other thing is you as too little for a car you know if it into your homework and you don't ask enough that the other two lower-priced can literally scare off buyers is her thing and something must be wrong with his car.

In fact, when I found the car for my daughter. It was obvious to me that the price was too low and I and I was like wow and it was kind of scary to me like is there something underneath this that the person knows that I don't. As it turned out I checked out the car and everything should have the car for a while now.

There was something wrong. It was just price to and it was obviously you know to me that that that was the situation but so you gotta do your homework when it comes to pricing and making it too low. Is it scary to a buyer is making it too hot. You have all those things and take some thought and consideration. Then of course advertising, which is a lot easier than it used to be said to pay for the ad in the newspaper dollars, things will Craigslist… Like this phenomenal free resource artist at the value anybody I know. That's either selling or buying cars these days is using Craigslist and and it's almost like this resource and for all these things are and so that's an easy one. Now if you got a specialty car. You know you have a mini Cooper or something that you're trying to sell. Maybe an old viper those cars that's what eBay motors for you can eat it when I had would trade for car like that I would always go to eBay motors with it because you can get somebody out in California you can get all these places to find these unique cars while there's a lot more to how to sell your car. Of course you have all those resources posted Christian Car Guy.com as well as links if you find out about the vineyard can masculine journey now. Stay tuned. If you got John Eldridge coming up in the last segment of the Christian Car Guy shows date Jesus is. I can ask God for anything above your salvation. That's listening today that you could have that God would impart into you. My passion is always been that you would have a conversational intimacy with Jesus and something that I've enjoyed immensely is made all the difference in the world of my life and one of the people that are spoken that into me in so many different ways over the last number years is John Eldridge, the author of wild at heart, and he recently wrote a book on this conversational intimacy which he calls moving mountains praying with passion and confidence want to welcome John Eldridge to the show today to talk about that very issue conversational intimacy with Jesus, which I know John is a big part of your passion. Glad glad to be with you.

Love the opportunity and the ideas prayers as a place for so many others that struggle with it.

Even if we been doing it for years and years.

So here's sort of a practical guide that can help along those lines, yeah, I want you. There's enough books on prayer out there. I didn't want to write this but like I said show people how e-readers enough, you ought to do that, not your Bayfield tinge of guilt that all yeah I guess I ought to pray more.

That's is not helpful, but I want to do with a look pretty simple.

If you break it down, collecting know what you're doing. Folks are break this down into some simple things for people in prayer on the first big ideas. You are just hitting on here with like, let it be a two-way deal we do that we make prayer speech. Frankly, talk we write like you try getting your marriage like that, you know, and the idea is what will let them talk back begin open up the possibility God got a desire to talk your direction to now, and even just that simple stuff can can open up some really wonderful you have a chapter on the list just listening prayer and what's involved with that which is just awesome. One of the other chapters that just grabbed my attention was also a clock close to your heart.

Third graders at Normandy. That's the title of the chapter that just got a go.

What the world where we are right now it feels like with a really big idea. I don't know how this got lost for folks is that we actually live in a world war. Now you more than 2 million children every year that are trafficked in the sex trade in a think about little girls are being forced into you know, having sexual things with with man every single day no reporter for a dollar like you understand there is evil in the world you know you take ISA set a new Wawa last December, their religious decrees that now there are executing handicapped children and ghostly understand folks like there is evil in and and a lot of times like in the whole prayer equation know people say why pray.

I tried it didn't work going. Second, like you're probably blaming things on God have nothing to do with him enemy the evil one. The idea third graders at Normandy like you. You wouldn't want to hit the beaches of Normandy and obscuring your lunchbox. I that's the point you want you want to grow up in my glow. Teach me to pray like that's our secret weapon of powerful things we have to let slip. Learn how to do this thing get taken out just you know we have a boot camp come up on the mask during the night. Just this week I woke up just totally my truck that I've had forever and people that know me that you got on the 400,000 miles on it engine went out on it and I got another engine put in an and the harmonic balancers is gone bad on that engine and I'm just totally defeated, you know, like, really. The Christian Car Guy and you can get your own front and I got all these things going on and on and on waking up and I'm not feeling any hope, and I know it's warfare and I got all the things in Isaac Lord I really need some and it hit me John's person. He's got a daily prayer which I've really really enjoyed many many times I got in the habit of doing, but I just sat down. I just went to that and there's no explaining what the end of that daily prayer does for me.

It talks about things that I really never had thought about asking in prayer like calling angels to come help me in the spirit of God lift up other people pray for me and things.

It is just awesome and not to mention in a just bringing Jesus in your whole situation that daily prayer is huge. Yeah, it's real helpful to get accuracy of folks know why I get a prayer like on maybe but don't know how that daily prayer to something that we done over the years and give you some handrail gives you a starting place. I don't think prayers always know following what someone else's praying. But sometimes it is helpful and it's become such a natural part of what we do not, I actually prayed like it before the morning cup of coffee like it first thing in the day if I can dial in now like I can reconnect with God, our what Christ has done for us. Like I can dial back into that every day like different for the rest of the day what changes everything. The meetings I'm in visions I making super helpful yeah I put that in the foot well you know but that be of a place folks can go to to lean into something Midori put down on paper and and learn to come to pray something like that be really helpful.

You can get spoiled because once you have that connection and you wake up and you're not feeling like I can fix this. No way I can face the day and figure out how to get you back your loan.

We gotta get our union back together because I can sense that is not what's going on here so another one of the really things and you've written about this in several review books which have enjoyed so many of them, but is the idea that if it doesn't work the first time in and analyzes prayer for the rain is just one of my favorite things that you talk about what you share that with our listeners. I think we can look at prayer like chopping down a tree you know you got your trying to change through prayer, whether it is a marriage or finances or something going on like you don't chop a tree on one whack at you know, drop the actual walk away you look at the story of Elisha and in the Old Testament Israel had been in a three year drought and God comes to light. Pray for rain to bring the rain.

I want you to pray for some folks up in Sunday school. Remember the lesson goes up on the hill and up on the mountain there any praise and sent his servant had a lot change on the horizon. Anything whether certain comes back and says no light goes okay go at it again so prayed again second time sent his servant certain comes back not in a good third time sent his servant certain comes back not been there boss. I'm sorry Mike pointed most of the work you know like a stick that eight time right with it give up.

He doesn't lose heart and and finally back to seventh time and back and goes yeah actually there's a cloud it's not very good but there is a cloud on the horizon in light like that that guy got there very uncertain like learning.

Hang in there with his heart sneezing. You know you don't just try going on at the all right.

The book is called moving mountains. It's by John Eldridge. We got up there@ourwebsitechristiancargo.com as well as links to ransom heart ministries which are just as important, resources you want to. Really cool stuff that is going to tell you if you belong to the tribe you can see videos of John doing live boot camp. You can read all these articles there's so much there so many resources with through that ministry ransom heart and so we can have that all available because again it's a big part of our lives. Christian Car Guy show John, thank you so much for being honest is more than awesome yeah II think :-( I've been part thank you for listing the Christian Car Guy show today. Remember, slow down.

Jesus walked everywhere he went, got it all done in 33 years and have out this week and some intimate time with the Lord. Thank you for listening to the Christian Car Guy show
