Hidden treasures of the hundred and 19 today around the fourth of I am section hundred 19 Psalm 124 and very cool. You know we been lining this up was sort of a template of Isaiah 11 passage which gives us the anointing's of Christ and as we know each letter is Christ we get to see the anointing of these letters and those orders are so to speak, because the fourth anointing of Jesus is the anointing of might and so when you look at the might kind of the idea of you know what, it's the strength of this particular letter and it with what it has to do with God's vision God's providence, and this idea of servant when you are when you've accepted the vision of God, then you become a servant, and so this is amazing. Verse 124 in English reads deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy and teach me thy statutes and so you know this this first really reminds me because the idea of deal is that were due.

You remember that famous passage where Jesus asked the blind man, it would be pretty obvious what the blind men wanted to do for him, but Jesus asked that question, what would you have me do for you will hear you now is recall this almost actually tells the Lord what he would have him do for him is that word deal as I do and so he saying, do unto me according to your Hasid. That's the idea of loving kindness and says mercy here, but you know it's it's like you love me, Lord, show me you love me that it's it's really cool and then he asked for this thing.

He asked through in a just time and time and time again in the salt where he says teach me your statutes and again we talked about his many many times that the statute are what they call the high hard ones. The ones that don't necessarily make sense to us, but clearly are very holy and soon you look inside that word statutes.

I know we've done it many times, but I don't think I could ever get sick of it. It is this idea that the first letter is a hat which means life, and so clearly the statutes have something to do with life and the second letter is a cook and the idea were to study that coming up very shortly but that's sort of like a heart cry it's in.

It also has to do with holiness of this heart cry of holiness that that has to do with life. So it's kind of like saying, Lord, what what gives you lifeways in your heart, Lord.

These particular things that we can do that would bring you life. You might remember and I'll tell a story that will come illustrate the whole thing.

So this morning as I was, you know, just marveling at this concept of G.I. can ask God what would you have me do for you and so now is an opportunity for all of us really to say here's God that God this is what I want you to do for me so I said that to him I said this morning I really want to see some way that I can love you better. I mean, and this is kind of what the psalmist heart was is Jesus. How can I love you better and immediately he reminded me of a very sweet passage in Jeremiah that I thought about time and time again over the years. It's in Jeremiah 3122 and it says the Lord's going to do a new thing that the bride will encircle the groom while the bride is the church and if you think back to the letter we just studied in the sonic is this idea circle in the end. So as I asked Jesus.

You know what what what can I do to love you.

He reminded me of how much I love that concept of you might know that in the Jewish wedding the bride encircles the groom seven times in the idea is kind of like in Jericho, which again this all has to do with this letter. Sonic and he reminded me of this important so beautiful at that. You know when they were when they marched around Jericho, seven times it brought down the walls and so the idea of going around the groom seven times is to bring down the walls of the groom's heart that that that this marriage is going to be a union of when when the to really get closer than the walls come down and they can really be themselves and and so Jesus reminded me about the sonic fits into that so nicely because the idea of infinity. It has to do with the sonic.

It has to do with cycles, but you know I hope your marriage is like that.

I'm so blessed to have the wife that I have that we sometimes encircle one another in an effort to get in or down the walls so that we can truly love one another and and so I loved what the psalmist it is is you know it's like, here's what you can do for me. Love the Lord, in your love show me how to love you and I just love that idea.

And so Jesus just said Robbie encircle you know is like man I want to do that. I want to bring down your heart so I can see you more clearly. I love love love them might think that this the power of that in our lives. You know in your loving kindness like deal with me Lord love on me in your loving kindness by showing me how to love you through these high hard statutes which you know the one that's always just jumped out at me love the God, the Lord your God with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength without strength word is me owed in the Hebrew and that's would like all your art. Like everything of God, and so this gets back to this whole idea of man. This is God's vision. This is his vision is that we are going to have the same vision for our love is his love and the things that he loves me love. And so this is the might of the letter I am from my perspective one of anointing that we can ask for what would you have show us the hundred
