Joe's Out of the Race, But Not Out of a Job

Joe Biden finally resurfaced to address the country last night. He didn't say much about why he's dropping out of the race, and more importantly, didn't explain why he's sticking around as president. Charlie discusses Biden's speech, then jumps into the rise of Kamala Harris's Gen Z notoriety. Charlie points out that Kamala is no joke as a candidate, and this race can absolutely be lost if conservatives fail to do one crucial thing.
