The ACLJ sent a letter to Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Biden's Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regarding Executive Order 14076, the so-called "Protecting Access to Reproductive Healthcare Services" which as we explained in detail, poses a significant legal threat to Pregnancy Resource centers across the nation.
