The protests in Iran are interfering with President Biden's plan to reenter the nuclear deal with Iran brokered during the Obama Administration. Separately, NATO claims "sabotage" appears to have caused the damage to the Nord Stream pipeline. All signs point to Russia as the culprit. What does this mean for America's foreign policy? Jay, Jordan, and the Sekulow team discuss these topics and more today on Sekulow.

The same mistakes talk about that today is sisters of maybe will be a lucid day for almost the rest the country I was for sure. Often people there. I don't the images of the loss, destruction is what is captivating.

You know imagery. But remember, people built buildings could be rebuilt.

Boats could be referred fixed or replaced at but that human life's canted. That's what we don't know yet we don't know that that the human toll yet from hurricane EMF tropical storm but also could revert back to a hurricane up the Atlantic so people in South Georgia on the coast. There Savannah Charleston area as well. Bracing for what could be a not a category 45 but even even just back to a given category one hurricane we don't know about the flood levels that we don't know about the water we know we see the imagery we see what we can all do right out is pray for the people that would be the help and and and of course I'm sure everybody was this broadcast rate, especially those you on the East Coast Midwest UDF family by the property that February vacation so a lot of connections to Florida when you're at East Coast or I don't for West Coast.if you can see far away, but even that would Disney World and all the things are in Florida and the keys are likely made that trip before, but for those on the East Coast. You know it's the go to want to go to places for vacation so I get really get more updates on that. I think as it develops and as crews were able to get in there and assess damages right now it's aerial you mostly aerial footage, but I saw what I saw. Yes you eat of the steam out of flooding into people's homes where people that have a two story homes. Their first floor is is flooded out loving this one for 159 and in some ways, and when the 9 feet, but it does look like that. They had a Florida had undergo present as a very good preplanning and I think their execution so far has been very very good. Obviously, the scope and nature of the damage will be determined today were to take a look at cellular thoughts and prayers continue to be with her friends in Florida.

We are going to take a look at in depth today. A couple of issues one Iran because the protests are growing the bind administration's desire for the piece that were their nuclear deal is also growing the human rights activists are calling out the administration for a double standard that the numbers you can give the Iranians money but bigger then used to squelch our civil rights protest basically that's what's happening right now so you look at all of this. There's another thing we are going to take a look at and that there's problems with the more extreme pipeline and recognize and be joining us for that and there looks like it could be sabotaged with the thing toward Jacob everybody on each side is saying it sabotaged so the question is who committed the sabotage and it appears most likely that it was the Russians will use as an excuse to buy the can get Natalie Gagliardi said they work in the Ribicoff Europe from natural gas, but now they commute they could say see what I try to be me the evil freeze you out the winter. We literally because of your negative layer of Ukrainians or NATO is there to blame. I don't know if you creative.

I believe they have the ability to do what you have to do to take to carry out that sabotaged the Russian certainly do. Of course, NATO could have been fixed since so looks like another dramatic move. I put which will have consequences which are giving failure is easy. This time it was in the area.

This is good to be.

It's a form of this energy issue is in the form of warfare they would use energy as warfare and academic it will have a dramatic effect on your that could cause world war you cut people off from energy. If they can't get their hopes. That's how things escalate quickly and countries that said I would only be involved certainly the assembly would be involved very back of secular culture 164, 31, and if you are in any of the areas impacted Florida and you want to reach out. Got any messages you need to share. We wanted be able to utilize our resources of radio broadcast to do that. I want hundred 64 3110 but we are thousands of other issues. They obviously for the rest the country and as the storm will assess and see what happens of the East Coast, but a lot of focus on Iran. There is bid get this another opportunity hand-in-hand into the world where the Iranian people on their own take to the streets. But what they're concerned about is it when they take to the streets, is not that they want the US to tell them what to do. Is it the US in the Western world is so is just lately what that nuclear deal gets so bad that they're willing to ignore a lot of these protests. I did there acknowledging some of that that the bad things that happened during the protest. The loss of life of the Iranian woman who was released that that spark allow this protests but at the same time they they had that idea whether it is in the overthink things that they do will not do a full throttle support of the Iranian people know in this started because of a protest that based on the killing were 22-year-old woman and really created a an environment where the people of Iran again and taken to the streets as reminiscent of the 2009 protest, but we hope it's not the same conclusion which was the Obama administration.

Col. Smith saying basically to the protester standdown absolutely, they failed the Iranian protesters in 2009. Hopefully that won't happen again. Right now that the protests are growing each day. According to reports, and now Iranian artist and celebrities and athletes are speaking out on behalf of the protesters. That is virtually unprecedented in this repressive state.

The interesting thing about the Biden administration.

In particular, Jake Solomon and Jake Sullivan just to remind our listeners was the leader of the team under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton who engaged in secret talks with her and to get the first Iran nuclear deal signed and also to give Arendt billions of dollars.

That's the same Jake Sullivan who now says that he can support verbally the Iranian demonstrators and also try to renegotiate their nuclear deal and that's impossible just a break from reality.

And here's part of the reason why Jay and that is among their many responsibilities. The Revolutionary guard Corps, the IRG see they are responsible. First of all, for the research and development of nuclear weapons that falls under their umbrella. But they are also responsible for defending the ayatollahs regime, which means there in charge of also attacking the protesters what you both well here's my list list to set up your let's play Jake Solomon statement about negotiations with Iran. While these protests are going on and then I want to play one of the responses from about human rights activists out of Iran. We are in negotiations with Iran on its nuclear program is in no way impacting our willingness and our vehemence in speaking out about what is happening on the streets of Iran we have in fact taken tangible steps to sanction those morality police who caused the death of my 70s total nonsense because I want you to listen to now, the response of an Iranian citizen who is in the United States right now is a basically a spokesperson for the P people are protesting that there is upwards of a million people what the thinking and let's play it must sees statement listeners very carefully killing people?

You going to negotiate with Addiction and people. This regime so they talking about regime change here. That's what the people in the streets wanted and were trying to negotiate at the same time with them for a nuclear deal, when you talk about regime change in you can empower people to if they can do that on their own. That's the best way so it's of the US troops have oppose regime treatment doesn't feel like if United States saying here's what you gotta put in place if if we support you.

I just a guess that is the basic support of just so you know what you're taking this off the table and must do everything possible right now to cripple that regime economically but this is a Regina put all every section you got every section of the world can get by the people take to the streets in see what happens because you have a regime that is Andy, the largest exporter of terrorism in the world is. It is the largest exporter. There is no doubt about it this one thing that I want to point out this regime of ayatollahs in this Muslim regime has been imposed on the Persian people. I want people to understand Persia is a man what we know known commonly today is Orion, a massive cultural, political, and social territory.

Throughout history the Persian people have contributed greatly to arts, science, literature, historical traditions means the work that they do and that is been have been surprised by this regime is now finally coming out because the metalwork miniature illustration textile design literature. For example, the Persian language is known to have the one one of the been the oldest and most influential in Persian literature the Greeks like me or not grade to grade into to say good things about other nations that they conquered Xenophon in his economical said the great King Cyrus second in all the districts who resides in and visits take care that there are five of these saws paradise as the Persians call them full of good and beautiful go of things that the soil produces. This is the Empire that is seething underneath the come out so I get asked this question Wes and that is when this happened before the government of the United States failed people on the streets.

How do we prevent that again because with what what my she is saying is it's gonna happen again.

Based on the statements they're making. When when all this happened before in 2009 what do we do.

We gave Arendt billions of dollars in secretly secretly negotiated the deal. The only way that we can support them. Now other than of course our verbal support is to stop what were doing in the negotiations because what Pres. Biden is not already.

He's quietly lifted a few sanctions as a token of goodwill, but that the agreement specifies that if the Iranians will sign the new JCP away we will lift sanctions lifting those sanctions will allow two things to happen for the nuclear weapons research and development to continue and for the people to continue to be oppressed and so that's where we are can't join in looking at the just looking at what happens you really were studied at last time and work as part of his running that same pattern I mean is, there is an is is not getting the coverage a cup of our thoughts are me that that's and I think again that mainstream media doesn't want to put the Biden administration in a corner same way that I think I fell if he did to the Obama administration who then had to justify their nuclear deal. After that protest movement and that was that again.

But it's the same people and and Jake Sullivan to provide the everybody there still they believe in nuclear diplomacy when it comes to Rod. That means two things.

That means the Iraqi regime stays in place. That means stability for the Ayatollah because you can't cut a nuclear deal with the regime. It's not stable so how to get stable they get influx of of of Paltz a cash try and ACLJ action. We got a new email out today from the Savior on the ACLJ. Actually she got that brother out a new letter writing campaign asking people to get involved in ACLJ action.org to Congress telling them to stand up against the Biden administration's plans on Iran that were not considered pallets of cash to these murders and that's that's exactly this same journalist who is speaking out who we played who talked about that this the fact that we would we keep basically going in and giving buddy to the bad guys and she said you keep saving our birders is whatever saving very much. We don't have that doing that audio it's very very power damages.

She says we don't want you to save Iranian women. Iranian women are brave enough to bring the box to themselves and to save themselves. We want you to stop saving our birders. We can't do that in a nuclear deal got to save the birders if you want the deal right had to bring himself to say himself to stop all which he also said if the Iranian women managed to tear this wall down the Islamic Republic will not exist and that is a powerful statement and will that is and this is exactly what the problem with the print policies of this administration have been in the prior administration under Pres. Obama. They are not allowing the surge of cultural and political, and artistic and literary and musical heritage.

Orion is not a barbarian state and eggs in his leaders are barbarians, but it's people.

The Persians are cultured people and they should be allowed to flourish less quickly. This is a tipping point. He was in deep regret that they at that tipping point. If we sign a deal with Iran is that if we sent to do with her and it negates all this going on in in the name of anything in the rates of people who they are to heal organize the folks this is good ACL action forgiven by the website LJ action.org. She reviewed her to become a bigger but write this letter deliver Congress and ACL tax turning artistic to ACLJ filings in support of life as you know, since the overturning of Roe versus Wade.

There is a ton of work to do across the country. Some of it is policy so that is issue advocacy sub is getting out the vote and others are going into court and that were Artie see that in Kentucky and ended it's about Oklahoma and that we were Artie see the actions all over the country. So I we will update you with the ACLJ is doing in these cases all across the country, so we only go to Jeff's reducing accounts for the ACLJ because we got a filing for Kentucky Supreme Court. Jeff tells was going on there on that particular one. In 2019. The conduct of the legislature passed pro-life laws about the trigger man expand abortion justify the Supreme Court overturned Roe V Wade, which of course it has done it all about the six-week band banning abortions are six weeks of pregnancy with three days after the Supreme Court reversed Kate Casey Lamberti, Casey and Robie wait to abortion clinics in Kentucky. The only two abortion clinic.he actually filed a lawsuit saying that these two pro-life laws were unconstitutional under the state constitution.

After hearing glass that lasted about a week. They got a temporary injunction forbidding the state from enforcing those laws.

But after going up and down through the appellate system on these emergency motions. The Kentucky Supreme Court stated that injunction other words, it reversed that injunction. So these two pro-life laws are are enforceable as of right now.

So what is the Kentucky Supreme Court look like as far as judicial philosophy, conservative, progressive living word is benefit. I will point I would put it fairly conservative Supreme Court yet.

Well it did stay the injunction so that was a good sign.

The other good sign from the Kentucky Supreme Court is at its scheduled oral arguments in this case for November 15, one week after Kentucky voters, including myself, go to the polls to vote on amendment to to amend the Constitution to say that quote all products to protect human life. Nothing in this Constitution shall be construed to secure or protect a right to abortion or require the funding of abortion. So I think the Kentucky Supreme Court.

It will be more than happy to move this case.

If the Kentucky voters amend the Constitution to allow the legislature to make laws regarding abortion and abortion regulations and answer type interplay ACLJ. Actually, the issue advocacy with voting taking place and how it indicates an outlet liked what you have said.

I think this is important.

If the voters do the right thing Kentucky if we get them out out out then you don't have to rely on judges that's it that's it. I think that is important part of this entire strategy moving forward is will battle without court we need to, but that's the last place you would be know what you want it up to the voters. But you will voters make the decision recently saw a boarding at a Kansas which was I think it was too quick to fast, not have time for groups like EC objects.

We did get involved. But it was all he had to do a lot of issue advocacy this time around. These November ballot issues are very different because you had a lot more money in a good way getting spit on educating voters.

We also have a brief that were filing in the Supreme Court CC in Oklahoma. I want to talk about that in a moment, but also folks understand what's happening here.

We got this convergence of public policy Gracie LJ action we got litigation through the ACLJ media advocacy were doing here we just we just got an order out of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, in our case.

The corruption governor no mortgage. We had a great victory there informed consent so postop, but we got another one that were filing at the Oklahoma screenwriting Monday yes sound like he said were constantly working and were working on the legislative side. The ACLJ action and were also working through our law firm and in the state courts, and so were filing the one that Jeff just explained in Kentucky and then on Monday will file wine in Oklahoma basically saying that that the legislature and the people of Oklahoma. They're the ones that get to decide that enough that if an unborn human being is worthy of protecting or not. That's for the people in the legislature decide not for the court to create a right to abortion subject when we retweeted a very specific tack here in this brief that we file with the Kentucky Supreme Court when we assert Kentucky Supreme Court. Do you want to go down the same year trajectory that the federal courts did after Roe V Wade with the ad hoc nullification machine dictating whether or not judicial doctrines well-settled judicial doctrine same stand or fall. In light of a potential finding by the Kentucky Supreme Court that there's an invite is a right to abortion, and it's what we've talked about many times Jay gets the abortion distortion factor when the end when a judicial body makes a moral political judgment like one regarding abortion. It therefore sets risks. All other judicial doctrines that may interfere with that paramount right when they view as a paramount light and so what we're doing is giving basically giving a warning to the Kentucky Supreme Court look at the experience of 50 years of the federal judiciary wrestling with this issue. Do you want to do the same thing, the answer that question is no, somewhat cautiously optimistic about that once again is Jordan said you cut him up on the status of wheat we were working with that was that that the South Dakota Atty. Gen. and how they were working there because when you first read it. A lot of these constitutional members people read the minutes it's very confusing and part it was Claire were trying to bring clarity to back to decision its wide submitted by pro-abortion. Afghanistan will appear on the ballot.

November's for people review and no vote in the Presidential election right so and then will only appeal the bouncing of signatures. This was just what would appear, and we just would like was to be clear in all all all it needed was what's it it's at which the up the proponents of it can argue with. This creates a constitutional right to abortion it South Dakota labeling that is a sentences yet so it that's good Jeff. Overall, as you see Willie about a minute left here. How do you view the world going on the state front and we got a lot of activity. I know that what a lot of activity and thought important activity and we all know when spring court ruled in Dobbs not going to be the portion of it was the beginning of a maybe even bigger round of litigation and advocacy that need to take place in these in the course and in the legislatures and so part of what we need to do and what we are doing to our amicus brief is asking the court to allow the best people to decide these fundamental issues of moral importance. In other words, the legislature, the elected representatives not in the case of Kentucky, a majority of seven lawyers who sit on the Supreme Court of Kentucky. Thanks yesterday senior counsel for the ACLJ folks.

If you appreciate the work that were doing on the lipase. Let me encourage and support the work of the American Center for Law and Justice you do that ACLJW should also be signing up for newsletters or email alerts and text messages going to stand top decision we've covered since we started the storm. I ran the life issue in Kentucky and Oklahoma. The VA comments we mentioned the other day we got legal rates going on that and coming up really talk about what's going on is Nordson pipeline which is impacting all of Europe with art Senior advisor Rick Nelson. We a lot of activity ahead and then some interventions be done at the UN support workaday sale date ACLJ.4 enjoying ACLJ action as well.

Friday ACLJ action.org become a member, insufficient membership group is a 501(c) four is $25 a year more than that and we appreciate that if you will, but I encourage you to join in ACL's action.org to make that 25,000 nation and take part in the tools we have. She could speak out like on Iran and ACLJ action.org for decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines of protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing become a member today ACLJ keeping you informed and now is Jordan secular to secular art is a 160,000 majorities that exit with the broadcast was this can impact all of us with what template or tree pipe because energy price very high.

And now this pipeline which we do put was threatening to cut off your access to the upcoming winter now, it could sabotage explosions on both door she bought into that too was at fault fully functional yet but that both are totally take it out and this is as we approach winter that what happens in Europe will also affect us these energy prices so I think again you can't assail that will be your prefectural giving that with Rick without talking about Iran as well. I want to go to phones right away leaving Washington state and lied to Haley, welcome to secular euro beer and I don't know why Joe Biden in on deal with the Rand who are the Americans going to benefit from their he told why he wants to sign with him I is his reason is the same as this is when he was vice President and was present Obama's. They believe that by signing this deal with Iran. They're going to postpone Iran's capability to obtain a nuclear weapon.

First of all, Iran is making progress as we speak and the IAEA says are constantly violating by the way the rest of the world and that deal with Iran and that hasn't stopped them from doing anything but I think with the protesters are saying is the right response here you are propping up our leaders by notching a victory and that is what I think is the problem with all this.

They are notching a victory politically domestically in the United States and believe me I told you to say it to in Iran and that hurts the people that are risking their lives million people.

Looks like throughout Iran that want this regime toppled so II think it's a horrible policy is terrible for the region and puts Israel security risk. Jordan, the Gulf states, Saudi Arabia wreck absolute havoc and I think the administration is making a huge mistake in Jake Solomon's comments frankly ridiculous that they are and I played this table to get from the Iranian journalists who has been speak at this Iranian journalists.

She's in the US because Iran cited to kill her.

Then they try to kidnap her. We know that from the US or inside the US. I take a list of steps with the strength of the Iraqi women what we've got to stop doing is the United States by night to bring himself to stop all that statement right there because you cannot associate a nuclear deal with the regime, you don't believe is stable enough to be a power after you get the deal back. So what you have to do to stabilize a a barbaric terror support he received. It's not very good at handling their economy because the religious radicals. If you give up the house a cash reserve at a sale to actually build the data before $1.9 billion.

Javi the is and if they do it again. And what does that do it in trenches. The bad regime inside Iraq, the Ayatollah that the Revolutionary guard. The current administration. Any rod, because it allows them to give an influx of cash their economy to settle the people that Enright says stop saving our burgers is not physically saving them. It is sis a financially propping the mailing out Iran. This would be the second time we've done it with the people take the street so I mean it's absolutely correct and I think that this is a terrible move on the by administration simply by the way, talk about all these issues thought about the life issue I ran I will be talking about some of the stuff in Eastern Europe in just a moment and we talked about the brief the Kentucky Supreme Court of the life issue, holding my hands. That is now filed a petition for certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States versus city of Ocala versus two respondents. It's a balding, a prayer vigil.

We are defending the city of Ocala and that is been filed and now docketed with the Supreme Court's of your support of the ACLJ allows us to produce this broadcast to all these issues and go to the Supreme Court. At the same time ACLJ.org that's ACLJ.ORT will be back with more and I'll be joining us in just about secular so another major story that we need to give attention to, and if you get everybody's pray for people dealing with the storm in Florida and parts the East Coast Georgia savanna Charles today in South Carolina that are preparing as well so labor tracking all that is more information we have more updates for you to barf. Florida officials on the air. You can imagine how busy they are today.

But this is another huge story of what's happened to the door stream was one into the pipelines of the functioning pipeline and the one that was not online yet both. It appears to be acts of sabotage, a legal right to recruit now productivity ACLJ Rick, you got you got the Russian's basic biology site blaming NATO or blaming Ukraine sabotage and you have NATO and in the United States, pushing it looks like you're pointing the finger towards Russia for the cause of this, but what there is agreement on by everyone, is that this was not an accident.

It was not an accident. This is very deep water. Let's remember that yellow to go down entice these plaintiffs and to get access to them. You have to have the ability to go very deep in the ocean and break through concrete because the high is not only very thick obviously for the water movement by its encased in concrete. And so to be able to somehow penetrate.

It means that you not only have to have the know-how that you have to have the equipment and the people that can actually go down and do it. So there are very few, countries that could actually have access to this to be able to do it. Several of them are in Europe and we know the others around the world. I'm more concerned about what this sanitizer means going forward.

Really, the lack of energy, now is a very serious issue for Europe and specifically for Germany manufacturing-based economy and this is not good for the world economy, nor for our relations with Europe you Rick. I said that I said this really the broadcast.

But this is the sabotage of the pipe lines is it's like warfare meet its energy warfare that we see here and I wonder what the repercussions of on the ramifications of all this are it at the end of the day me and you. Much was threatening to do this anyways but actually doing it would've been something different now you got the sabotage. Whoever did it, and went. What does a student Europe and say eight weeks when it's cold. Logan's argument happening displays as has already been happening.

Chancellor Merkel was wrong. Donald Trump was right about the leverage that Russia would put forward. I think it's really important J to talk about how we got here. There were sanctions on the pipeline pipeline was not going to be operational under the Trump bank sends and when Joe Biden came in. He worked with the Senate Democrats and they dropped the Trump sanctions on this pipeline quickly thereafter. It was a green light to pollutant and we saw the war in Ukraine. So now what we see is a lot of connecting and handwringing from divine administration as to how my gosh how did this happen immediately to talk about how we got here and why the Democrats dropped the Trump sanctions. That's really important.

But now I think you know were in a position where the Germans are desperate for energy in their minister cutting deals in there I'm concerned that they won't keep to their moral compass and where to get the energy they're going to play Germany first and do everything they can to get the energy and regardless of where it comes from that big. Where were the Germans go Rick look at my concern was always that they were find a way to restart the pipeline and see you trying to find a way to say to the world well in this position and we been able to work through their diplomatic issues with Russia.

They want this energy coming from Ross and the German never doubt the fact that the Germans will go into all sorts of exercises to be able to do this they're going to have to speed up now US LNG some sort of energy from the Middle East.

Qatar maybe there in a have to increase all sorts of supply, including their and I have to restart their nuclear energy facilities. They have a couple put in my whole. They got out, bring those out very fast. This is a political decision on Chancellor Merkel and she put them in this terrible position and now there their pain for their pay for it but Rick would the economic effects velocity reach out so it so it's not just what happens to Europe. This will directly impact the United States and there's some thought no one is clear whose response to, but there are people pointing the finger sake. This could be the Biden administration to the week we will see a thing as this develops who is, ultimately we might find out who is ultimately responsible but that but certainly there's all this finger-pointing but we do know is getting economically impact us here at home as well is no question about it.

Germany as a manufacturing-based economy.

The German business community functions very closely with America you think about pharmaceuticals you think about cars really all types of manufacturing we are intertwined with Germany when it comes to the German business community.

Lot of German companies employ a massive amounts of US citizens on any one example, the great German airline lose times employees for 18,000 Americans. You look at Tennessee where ACLJ space you look at South Carolina and you look at Alabama and you have the headquarters for the three largest German auto manufacturers VW BMW and Doppler right here in America, employing tens of thousands of Americans this is going to absolutely impact us, which is why we were so tough on Germany to move away from the leverage that Russell was creating other energy source and to diversify their energy as quickly as possible to enlist in the downtown shadow. I wanted to turn our attention to Iran.

We been talking about this earlier in the broadcast on Missy Allen and Jean human rights activists is been very public with a million people taking to the streets. I want to play what she said about the United States. Propping up the she goes in the murders. Take a listen to people question the same time to save enough to bring himself to say himself to stop saving all brick when you were in office fact is that the Iranian regime is in a buckling and now were about to put the Biden ministration gets away propping back up again.

I think what Marcy said is actually correct what were paying the murders last MSC let's let's say a prayer for her protection Iranian regime is absolutely after her. We know that she is brave and courageous.

What I what I would say this is coordinated Biden administration policy. We saw the same time that Jake Sullivan was on Meet the Press talking about having to separate tracks. The State Department loves the separate tracks that we negotiate with the Iranian regime and we condemn the violence in the streets. I hate that policy because I don't think you can decouple when a machine that you're sitting across the table with negotiating with is is systematically killing gays and women and doing human rights abuses. I don't want to sit across the table and negotiate for billions of dollars given to this regime which will only further their terrorist activities by when Jake Sullivan said that they can do this separately. I Meet the Press that wasn't a mess day the State Department was absolutely net price saying the same thing.

So this is a coordinated complaint and from Wendy Sherman and from Joe Biden and Susan Rice to say were going to follow and shameful.

It's really they should be condemned largest thousand and nine great methylation already remembered right in this. It Jordan said earlier took 10 years of the training people to get to the streets again were about to see you get crossed. The fact is the largest US dollars yes crust because of US dollars largest exporter of terrorism.

The world is Iran in your right civil protest. The human rights protests are going on right now in a rent could be crossed by the United States cutting a deal this is a recognizer appreciate you join us on the broadcast takes Rick Tracy of general rate rights pieces for us as well. There I what I encourage people understand here is the Rick.

See you cannot have your cake and eat it too with the situation is to make choices. You can't. You can't negotiate a nuclear weapons deal with the regime that you're trying to also support the protests for the want to call for regime change, it won't does it work you have to give money over to regime your things to be the next day and by the way that I can accept the deal. So what they will accept always give us the money we can go fresher people, but will also remember you could oppress so much as you give them this influx of cash flow cheaper. The inflation goes down people art as willing to risk their life is exactly right. And by the way, the ACLJ uniquely positioned. We have an office in the Middle East in Jerusalem the heart of the Middle East that works on all of these issues because of your support of the ACLJ were able to do that. I would encourage you to support the work of the ACLJ ACLJ.org on your contributions that nations make use different ACLJ.org also follow us on Twitter, social Facebook, YouTube, rumble at Jay Sekulow at Jordan secular at Logan Sekulow@ACLJ we heard that the final segment more accident the UN talk to us on the air: I would do without hundred 6430 what is right.

Our final segment, but you do have time.

What hundred 683110. Whether it's the. The door trim to questions whether to rod, whether it is even have it updated at a Fort I think unfortunately of those 3.4 that were in the storm area do not have access to a lot of photos right now. I add the list it impacts so much was on the East Coast. Identify we have listed all of the country, but yet you have to realize how important Florida is to the East Coast, whether it's economically whether it's the retire their own property, their second homes, their ads, of course, a lot of people move their dirty covert as well to escape allotted northeast in the restrictions there were in place there move their entire families and businesses to Fort Noble continue to pray for our friends in Florida. We have had a lot of action at the United Nations.

I want to get CC to explain to you when we do these oral interventions at the UN on these countries. What that means and were actually a play even were to take you to an intervention that Jordan did regarding the situation in Afghanistan. Progression of the seats she's explained. Everybody what the this process with all these reports we do these oral interventions were about to do tomorrow in Geneva actually grant next week but go ahead, rights, and human rights Council is in its 51st session currently meeting we will sit next week. We are allowed to submit as an NGO five written reports which we did earlier and then after we submit those reports. We have an opportunity to do oral interventions. I where we get to actually physically present an intervention for these countries. We usually pick the countries where Christianity is most persecuted. We did oral interventions and will do our interventions. Jordan did one on Afghanistan and that's the number one country for per Christian persecution and then we will also deal on coming up Friday and then October 3 one on Pakistan and India where we highlight our persecution in those countries as well were to take you to the intervention that Jordan did on behalf of Christians in Afghanistan process is the kind of work ACLJ's doing. Take a listen incentive for injustice as a fool thank you Mr. Pres. Afghanistan has been reported to be the worst place for Christians to live in the entire world since the Taliban regain control of Afghanistan Christians and other religious minorities are at extreme risk of being persecuted by the Taliban and ISIS both Sunni Islamist groups are bent on the death and destruction of Christian and other minorities including the Hazara Shieh and the Sufi communities.

In addition to religious minorities schools and women and girls are already under attack by these groups under the Taliban's rule converting from Islam to Christianity is against the law and punishable by death.

The Taliban has been utilizing tactics to uncover Christians by confiscating suspected Christian phones and looking through messages and contacts the Taliban is even use direct correspondence and social media to deliver threats of imprisonment and execution to every Christian in Afghanistan, saying, quote, we will find you and we will kill your entire family to bring you the punishment you deserve it to be a lesson for others who are leaving Islam.

In keeping with the very basic mandates of the UN charter. The ECL J request that the international community must not allow a full-scale genocide to perpetuate this is only the beginning. If meaningful action is not taken.

Now the problem in Afghanistan will only worsen those individuals were able to do this way it it it started she's back because we used to go to Geneva. There was no option to do this remotely, but of course recoated. It started to just see more of our staff are ECL J start delivering these again as well and we can start thinking more about the travel back because they actually do encourage more in person up to special which is a good thing for this kind of dialogue but I did think either these last few years we been able to stay go stay engaged yet.

So you got two more coming up to Marcel on the 30th will deal at Pat, and I don't know which wanted to be there Pakistan or Indiana in October terrible day. The other one in Pakistan because we have an affiliate office.

There are able to bring a specific case, which is very gracious and a 17-year-old boy he was falsely accused of blasphemy, and in fact in during the trial. The police on the head of police and all of the witnesses testified that there was no blasphemous statement made and no crime committed. But this poor young Christian man has sat in prison for five years waiting for justice that were able to bring those kind of cases which were actively engaged in and representing to the attention of the land in Jordan we actually have a 60 minutes.

We have an office in Pakistan.

That's right area for for that office is mostly dealing with criminal matters suits are not just more similarly gorgeous. I met Afghanistan and people be kidnapped, killed, executed rate taken from their families. Children taken from their families and any representation in court and gift like basically like almost biblical type dock on the judge's door to give show up you that that's it's very similar to that where in and out of sleep because the judges are scared for their life, not because they won't rule essay the right way, the right to out but it's just getting up to that point you know we're getting a lot of comments coming in on the sublime watches over social media fees and and a lot of people pointing out that Nigerian Christians you really getting hit very hard set. So let me clarify that in our five written submissions.

We absolutely brought up Nigerian that was one of our written submissions because there are Christians killed their just all the time during the day and so we constantly bring up Nigeria's well bite with the oral interventions and because so many NGOs and parties want to speak. You have to be in a very quick and we we got three oral interventions that we can deal out at the five is so obviously the written submissions yes go forward. So our work at the UN is very very active and I will tell you to be quite] announces ship it in the in the year ahead.

Worry me taken some major initiatives on on the global scene that I mean are going to be very, very big and have it I think a dramatic impact and I were already reaching out to various countries.

We got development in developing relationships with ambassadors and staff on these very senses that's how you work the situations it's it's country by country, and you do for us it's it's case-by-case. But somebody's is a bigger than just a particular case, but were about to expand that outreach significantly. Yes, right.

So I am or ever get to do that through work at the mixer flaw just to sell it. If I get for putting these teams together to be able to engage continuously whether it's over it overseas right here at home because we got all these divert Xmas together, and a covert is covered by good people go to the UN Gen. assembly. I just finished up in New York people are back meetings are back at their starting to it.

It will be able to be able to get scheduled out so you got a plan that years it year in advance so were starting to do that work at the ACLJ as well and were able to because of the resources we have available for Stacy LJ. That's because of of those you listed right out of no date to the mixer flaw justice and weak. We can't underscore enough. All of this work and expanding the work will we say we're expanding the work that leads forcible resources are being utilized were able to do that only because your financial support of the ACLJ you know you've been supporting us through covert how you been supporting us through this inflation of time. We really appreciate that, for the ACLJ Sorensen is definitely critical ACLJ.org ACLJ that are in hopes of your watching us for listening to us from the country.

Pray for the people of Florida and now the East Coast looks like Georgia and South Carolina could be the next two states benefit of the impact of the storm so give Pray for those people pray for Gov. Santos and his staff as they execute a plan to help as many people think and there's a million lien furniture million 1 million
