Jay Sekulow action needed is present and finds border crisis worsens outside San Antonio keeping you informed and now this is what I hear from you Sharon, call one 800 and now your post today, a luggage with me working to discuss a number of issues.

Let me there's obviously a border crisis is is is now reaching the humanitarian crisis that we knew was can happen 50 dead in San Antonio in the back of an 18 wheeler because of human trafficking. So we talk about the statistics. These are just statistics.

These are 50 people that have died because coyotes were taking them across the United States and Mexico border to United States in un-air-conditioned 18 wheeler trucks we think about that for a moment we get into that in great detail.

The numbers are staggering. Logan just got a report on one that is this just tells you what the problem is this is just a border crossing issue just shows there is chaos happening right now and this just came out this morning by demonstration assigned a five-year contract to house what looks like 800 unaccompanied minors. Essentially, who have illegally crossed the border in North Carolina how it raises a North Carolina neighborhood in an updated old-school American Hebrew Academy.

This is where I get 800 people are going to be houses there for who knows how long it'd determine the time. It is sad you look at this ago. This is a horrifying situation I was in the community is also concerned about what this means for their neighborhood's needs for the skills that you have a big 800 is not a little of a small group of people know these things of these were a 30 people going over here in 32% over here we can noticeably disagree with that method methodology 800 kids know this is horrific and and for Afghan for individuals from Afghanistan rapid Brenda last month. Of course there were a large number like 50,000 that were not apprehended at the border, enter that number goes up every month. So when you get into this with Carla Smith for Martin Rawson of a live report from our office in Jerusalem. Now Jeff alum on there's a lot happening there also situation with Iran now in Cutter in Doha doing these negotiations with the Iranian still trying to get into the Iranian nuclear deal said that were going to discuss. We got all supposed by the way they see LJ.org.

This is important. A couple of articles dealing with the border crossing and also with the Supreme Court victory yesterday one you want to get those so we got it working to deal with that. We made it an appearance at the United Nations on the issue of Nigeria, which has more Christian persecution within the other country in the in the world right now, so we've got that Joe Jordan did a video that was played at the United Nations as I do the interventions. Now they last saw him in person.

Some by video and that was done yesterday to play that in the last in Iraq is a lot you have a lot of our team today.

There's a lot going on were also take your phone calls.

All of these issues and issues of pocketbook concern to you. That is, the rising prices of fuel and food with her about all those issues, 1-800-684-3110 800-684-3110 as I continue the discussion on what's going on at the border in the border crisis see the tragedy that took place with many dead out of a sibling is and is found in a truck.

I think this is the approach that prices are having right now oriented not just disregard it. Move on through talk about this in the next segment we also like Sen., I huge variety of topics. Today I have a lot of guest. Stay tuned. You can be on the air right now that's at 1-800-684-3110 the 2000 684-3110 to have your voice heard on the air jet of the work they see LJ all the great content we put up each and every day for incredible team here is that ACLJ.org ACLJ.org go there again you can support the work of ACLJ but you can also really deep dive.

It's an incredible text and video content, audio content in ACLJ.org working: 161 when it is segment number frightening 35 years, 1-800-684-3110 what Smith is with us and we got it right to the situation. Horrible situation.

50 people are dead in the back of an 18 wheeler truck that was bringing people illegally. Coyotes are called the traffickers. This is human trafficking folks across the border and their dead in this.

But the situation at the border is so bad that the President of Mexico is saying it hates happening because this traffic and people and lack of control and in this case of the Mexican US border, but also knew its interior. This is from and a lack of control of the border. The worst case of migrant deaths due to smuggling in the US this is what's going on right now it is an abject failure of their own design so much could be done.

People are telling them the border patrol is telling them things that could help the situation there literally refusing to do is to what is happening J we have 22 factors at work here.

One is inhumane when people die like this and then people are crossing the border who are sexually attracted to the fit know the guy that was called this this week with 150,000 for no bills in his car coming from Mexico and so is is inhumane and if we had a secure border and by that I mean if there were a wall with orderly ports of entry and if we returned everyone who cross except the most obvious cases of the legitimate asylum claim. If we did those two things are secure border and and and and following immigration law to think what happened. First, the drug cartels, their business would would almost dry up because of the second thing, fewer people would be trying to cross the border.

There will be fewer people sexually traffic there be fewer deaths there be fewer drugs and then the second factor courses national security this week for people from Afghanistan were caught crossing the border in the last year 50 people on the terrorist watch list have been caught crossing the border. We don't know how many got away those of the widely apprehended numbers were getting a go big always like to be 50,000.

I mean it's it's a huge number said high level of this customer border patrol said that they were with over 50,000 with a call got a ways. In May alone, Andy. That's interesting that the force of trafficking you've dealt with this as a prosecutor is is a problem not just of the border.

It's a problem throughout the country because I get the globe and said 800 kids are being moved to North Carolina legally.

In any case, only recently support system the numbers by the many 800 employees in the thousands of children while WHAT some of the other is fairly clear, but I looked at one article I just read version that stories thousands of kids, but I'm to staff up to even take care of anything that is interesting to mix in the present. Mexico said it's not just a problem. Once you pass the border but also in the US and tearing other words, there is such a system in place that he traffickers human travelers get these people in and then they have a whole national network to disperse them. It's affecting everywhere and even the President of Mexico says that while it's amazing to me that the President of Mexico is more knowledgeable about what is happening in the United States and the President of the United States.

These coyotes to bring the men not only bring the men initially through the border, but then dispersed on the cities throughout the United States and now the United States is as blogging pointed out, concentrating them in smaller cities around the country 800,000. Whatever it is. Can you imagine the impact of the resources of those small towns and communities that they now have to face in feeding, housing, clothing, policing, supervising 1800 people were now just plopped into their communities.

What about the school system. What about law enforcement went about feeding them. What about housing them. This is a crisis and it is a terrible situation that the President of Mexico recognizes the present United States apparently ignores phone call Chris Chicago online one Chris earlier here is a much back on hold real clinical track back to their just glad he made no eye conditioning noise and have a question for Wes. Let's also talk about the border situate from a national securities perspective and this is a very serious national security perspective and use some improvement in the air that the reports this last week are that in the people crossing the border illegally, with four individuals from Afghanistan and honestly did not come to the eye states legally know they did not and in the past year since is present but is been present in this last year at his office 109 different countries, people from 109 different countries have been apprehended at the border hundred and nine and those are the ones they've apprehended and again we don't know about the getaways sums they did that in the last fiscal year that since October. There've been 400,000 getaways the border patrol estimates. This is a real national security crisis after the 9/11 events happened.

The 9/11 commission said one of the failures of the American people collectively, was a failure to imagine what the terrors would be willing to do. I think we are setting ourselves up for a terror attack because we could not imagine the administration cannot imagine who might be crossing their border and what their plans are from a national security perspective, you know it's interesting because Chad Wolf is former acting DHS secretary said this about these kids love the most authentic listen.

We have a crisis right now when it comes to UAC Hunter unaccompanied alien children.

These are individuals that are under the age of 17 years old I come across that border by the league, mainly illegally and we have a crisis here because we are seeing numbers of those individuals coming across the border and highest numbers that we have ever seen begin because of the policies of this administration. They exempted all minors early on in their administration from title 42 of title 42, which remains in effect today does not apply to UAC's into minors. This is any. This is a real tragedy. Law enforcement is telling us that they have what they call assist calls and they're finding 1415 16-year-olds left on the side of roads in major cities and they still tell the officers they were taken here by their stepfather or their father and but then they don't know the name of the individual that took him you had to deal with this is a prosecutor we we get an epidemic of this right now it's really causing havoc in cities throughout the United States or jail.

You're absolutely correct that I did have to deal with it as a prosecutor because we have so many of these migrants and illegal anchors coming to the United States and is deposited in place of railroad yards in front of communal hospitals bangs just deposited on the streets in cities and towns in front of police stations in front of firehouses in a band like they were animals, and then you had to care for them. You can just let them out there and let them just be exposed to the elements in the home was you have to take care of them know what is law enforcement supposed to do what medical services supposed to do.

We house people like this how we deal with the crisis. The President has just ignored it and said that it really doesn't exist. Really, the vice President is supposed to be in charge of the border has gone down in some planned event in El Paso. The President won't even go down there to look at it and then smuggling of people like the other day like the Vincent Texas incident outside of San Antonio. I can't even think of a refrigerated truck that wasn't working with 103° temperature and think of these bodies in that truck. It's something that reminds me of the horrors of World War II and it's happening right now in June, 20, 22, in the United States of America and let's here actually from the White House spokesperson about this. One of them to say about the situation and the crisis. The current manner, which is in part why people trying to make this dangerous turning thing. Smuggling network. This is the border is not closed mean this is this is this is preposterous. Yeah, I bought a break from reality.

The border is obviously not close and you know who has operational control of the border cartels yesterday. Department of Homeland Security Sec. micro said the cartels don't care about these people.

My question is, sir, do you your perhaps individual.

I'm sure individual members of the administration they care, but the policies of this administration are uncaring and I think that the net effect of this is the linear impression verify that report we got this is now reach the levels where we don't have control on the situation.

Now we are going to get probably any tomorrow. The remaining Mexico policy decision from the Supreme Court. Another big one and that may have an impact. But if the administration doesn't have a plan is not can help anything, nor does it only we trust that the Supreme Court decision is going to of all the remaining Mexico ball 01 of the things that the rather President by the first thing he came it was reverse the sanitary policies of Pres. from the wall. The remaining Mexico policy. All the policies of Pres. trumpet put in that were working and then to come out with a ridiculous statement through his press secretary that the border is closed. What are you talking about right. You think we are idiots out here. This is not mean this is that that was a preposterous statement. I coming up in the next segment we expected. This is now happening, Kentucky, Utah and Louisiana all facing all lawsuits Louisiana and Utah. A judge has enjoined the state law that put restrictions in place on abortions. We knew this was coming. Working to get into this a great detail. Take a cause of 800-684-3110 Frank Manion from her office in Kentucky's enemy joining us with a lot to discuss. That's right, 1-800-684-3110 is some phone calls that are on the wholesale holder get to when we can see a few lines are open as well. Right now, 1-800-684-3110 continuing this conversation he said with a shift in the next segment talk little bit about what's happening in the life situation honestly with the overturning of Roe.

What that means state-by-state receipt a lot of things going on within the compass of the Kentucky in the next segment later on to give us a call one 800 684 30.

What did I were still talking about the border crisis.

We are going to be shifting in this segment talk a little bit more about obviously historic week for life historic week as Rose overturned now as we expected going back to the states.

As the Supreme Court ruled, and that is going to be 50 new battles. The root literally and states that unit would be initially people thought while the states it up, pro-life majority may be fine in the states that don't get it working but right managing accounts with ACLJ Frank you not been doing this work for you. And when that date is put in place a 40 years limit that's a good number thrilled with the decision in Roe. But right there in Kentucky were your offices.

You got a challenge there.

There's been one in Utah and Louisiana in Utah, Louisiana, the court subissue temporary restraining orders not allowing the pro-life legislation to go in effect even after the Supreme Court decision shocked by that I get.

I don't hold out a lot of hope that the court Kentucky gratuity different than the court in Louisiana Utah. Kentucky is generally considered a very conservative place in court justices are elected, but in the past.

They never confronted in the abortion issue directly because it was federal matter until Friday so that we don't really have a track record, but I have to say, that is, as you know, these cases are filed on the basis that the state constitution does protect the right to abortion. Federal after God and there is a significant amount of right to privacy case law. Kentucky already is what the ACLU's that they've already sued a suit yesterday. They've obviously been waiting for this because filings that they got out yesterday are from the ACLU national is a look at the local Kentucky ACLU changing the name of the states, you know. In any case law that they're static so they're ready to go. A lot of this is ultimately come down to the state Supreme Court's select take Kentucky for instance I don't know what the situation there is, how does your court view. These issues, I think I I'm not that optimistic with the state Supreme Court because of their long history of sort of mimicking what the Supreme Court is done with privacy in your bodily integrity and all that sort. I could easily see them siding with with the ACLU on this but the good news in Kentucky is the issues on the ballot in November.

In November we already have a referendum which will decide whether or not there is a right to abortion in the Kentucky Constitution, though, in a sense, the court matter get the litigation is a bit of a sideshow because the voters decide this in November and Kentucky coders to starkly get the lights out much more optimistic about winning their that I am about the course that will take a very liberal governor in a lot of our comets logging from Kentucky that are listening so that doesn't care about you. Kentucky is a very conservative area elected officials you think would be representative, but it Kentucky's kind of one of those anomalies working coming out going to write but would Frank.

We raised the point of the legislative initiative in ACLJ action 501(c) four is going is looking at the states because the week came to the same conclusion but connected his people rely on the state Supreme Court's here that may take consist of members in the state legislature to get through to the people actually vote on on on these issues so what is the fight look like in your view here means are we talking the 50 states probably probably are possibly possible is exactly what Dobbs said that people are freaking out about it been divorce although it didn't make it back to the people. That's what the conservative spring garden same for decades.

As you know this is a matter that should never become a federal judicial matter. It's a matter for the people to siding people and places I Kentucky I suspect the site right pro-life white conversation psychically and well, that's the way it is.

I will point out that I think will serve the devil is completely not so.

Vigorously, this particular law.

I didn't carry what we've already reached out to his office and told an email.

Contact us if you want to make it support any else we can do, but I am very confident that that this loss top-notch legal tension. Atty. Gen. sometimes Atty. Gen. when faced with more than a like kind of put up 1/2 hearted effort independently sense but that's not happening is very liberal governor. What is his role in the saloon about the conflict between the government.

Frank and the Atty. Gen. was interesting because our current government used to be the Atty. Gen. When we get that debited those who went at it all the time and wishing for the reversing now with this year as governor and Cameron. Cameron is already now ensure the process of filing today vigorously defend small title of any doubts that the government have much to say about so everybody knows is looking at legislatively conscious memories ACLJ is looking at it from a litigation standpoint right managing accounts with the ACL. James appreciate your comments on this and not being with us. But I'll tell you this loving this is exactly what was it was can happen that's happening quickly to but we we have been prepared to the decision, the Supreme Court was great and returns it to the states and I think the fights can be in the states. Yeah, actually. I mean, it's good to hear from people who are more pro-choice. The fact that filter putting their money and their time in the wrong places you see people supporting Planned Parenthood UPC people putting their time and protesting when really it's a Supreme Court decision. It was what it was and now it's where litigation is going to take place is where they're going to go to the courts to battle it out and inevitably go to the elections and end up coming elections. When this happened to that is to be an interesting part of this. I think people's natural reaction to either side is take to the streets in protest and donate to these organizations that really can do nothing you pro-choice person. They can't do anything right now court has ruled. So now it takes it to the court. Now it's getting it interesting how people get more educated on actually where they need to be there support. I think that's right. And there's may be a lot of there's a lot of talk right now but we get an and people trying to rush statements on and work saying we do this thing very strategically very wise, very smart. You look at a state like Kentucky is a perfect example Republican AG Democratic governor conservative legislature was like a pretty liberal Supreme Court in Kentucky. So then you got a look and say okay what we could go with that challenge up to the Supreme Court of Kentucky but also we may need something else legislatively and that's what that's worth going to take real analysis we got teams of people working on this right and I mean literally teams of people and rocks in Washington in her office in Kentucky around the country to deal with these a precise issue. So again I want to be clear that these are big issues were prepared or just being really strategic on how we engage us. I do want to take this call. We're going back to the situation on the border from Mark. I think we should address nothing more because of 800-684-3110.

Absolutely this go-ahead are easy on their market. Are there great long time with her first time caller. Like Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, why couldn't governors employ their National Guard to shut the border down because the there's been a conflict between the states, calling up the National Guard, the governors and the federal government on nationalizing the National Guard so to speak.

So this is been an ongoing battle and what were really hurting on the border, whether it's the 800 or so kids that had been sent to unaccompanied minor centers in North Carolina visited a residential area by target you happiness is like a disaster waiting to happen for the 50 people that lost their lives when you have bad policies to get really bad results. So again, we could have a state Mexico policy we could have title 42, the adjudications and release amount but this ministration does when they are ignoring the threat of the border. Maybe now, with the death unfortunately be 50 people.

These are human beings lost their lives trying at United States. This is an administration that so out of touch with see if the response will be back with more another half hour broadcast just keeping you informed and now now you have our the broadcast division joining us. We talked about the border crisis.

We talked about the situation on the litigation now over the outcome of Roe versus Wade this next half-hour want to focus on some international matters in fact were helping Jabal amount from Rob is in Jerusalem in about five minutes to let you know what's going on in the Middle East. There's a lot happening there but also working to get into what were doing at the United Nations with Van Bennett, Jordan Maeda would scald intervention. That means an oral statement to the United Nations on the situation in Nigeria. Nigeria. Unfortunately was removed from a list of particular concerns by the State Department. We talked to Mike Pompeo about that yet in Nigeria. A Christian is killed for their faith every two hours and from October 2020 till September 2021 ready for this more Christians were murdered for their faith in Nigeria than in any other country and yet went by without number 4650 during a period Nigeria County for nearly 80% of the Christian persecution death cases worldwide in the State Department takes them off of the country of particular concern less. This is how out of touch they are on the on again, basic fundamental human dignity, the right to believe in your conscience your faith and to not lose your life, or what's the benefit to them for doing this for removing so they get to focus on other things. They can have economic benefits is learned there are things that they'll do United States taken off the list. Nothing that outweighs the death toll that's taking place here this Nigeria was on the list, put on the list by the trumpet ministration Mike Pompeo was written about it on ACLJ.org. That's one of things I want talk about. Look at the people that we have that working with former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, former director of national intelligence were canal boats which were cabinet members in the previous ministration. So when we were dealing in their partner teams and not just on radio they're helping is a whole host of areas and I think it understand the nature and scope of what's going on were as we go to an international focus here, but this is really serious and we gotta be concerned when people are losing their lives for their faith with theirs in the Middle East whether it's in Africa wherever it might be. We have got to be concerned with. Take your calls and all this to at 1-800-684-3110 800-684-3110. I am concerned also that as we talked about the border situation in the last Hour the broadcast that we are about to have a migration crisis worse than any we've seen, you know that the number of what they call contacts last month and then under the numbers are staggering 239,000 240,000 migrant encounters may of 2022 and it was high last May and 20, 20 180,000 so you have more than 60,000 additional and it's also higher than the 235,000 encountered in April 22, 2020.

That's every month, 1/4 of a million encounters on our border and got this press secretary same the borders closed so all of these affect international matters.

That's why the ACLJ with resources around the globe can fight on all of these fronts but we have got to get border security in place, folks. We have got to get the immigration system fixed. We cannot have people coming over in un-air-conditioned trucks we needed remaining Mexico policy into your case is adjudicated. This is unacceptable. It's a violation of basic human dignity if we are to hear calls on this and the other topics at 1-800-684-3110.

Once again the 2000 684-3110 theaters of the calls which you have quite a few open lines right now so if you want to be on the air. This is the time to give us a call again that that what he hundred 684-3110 of others on the border crisis whether Todd life laws will take him on all the topics we've gone over it will keep going. If you questions that are about those.

It would take some more at the end of the show as well. That's it.

What he hundred 684-3110 would encourage everyone to visit ACLJ.org.

As I said earlier, not just a place to go when we say go support the work of the ACO figured out a odyssey that is what we love you to do with love and support. However, our team creates incredible contents. Make sure you are there, checking on the videos all the articles are depressed all the blocks they sell jadeite organ also should be called 100 684-3110 right to Jerusalem where our leader of our Jerusalem authorship album on his right now and yet there's a lot in the news I there's a lot of talk about what's going on back at one of the time. We just had a report for those watching on our social media platforms about what is going on with Iran and their nuclear capabilities. And the big concern that they have advanced significantly yet at the same time finding out that the United States is in these sort of talks with the Iranians until our cutter about still trying to get into this Iranian nuclear deal. What are you hearing on the ground.

Now that you're in Jerusalem people are absolutely stymieing their trying to figure out there asking me as an American, what earth this administration can be thinking if you want to destabilize the Middle East destroy all of America's interests saw the brutal dictators over there. People encourage a massive global terror and openly give nuclear weapons to the enemy to declare that America is the great Satan's role.

The small state.

This is exactly what you would do so, why are they doing, and that's what people are asking me for the answers they don't see the answers yet, so here's the question though the midcourse Gnostics not doing these directly right this is the list of the subterfuge of all of this. There doing this and what they call it that your intermediaries third-party governments.

But why would you put it makes no sense to move all the progress that was made in the Middle East with the Abraham Accords and so many other issues you and I were there for the embassy move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. These were historic moments in the Middle East did not explode.

In fact, to the contrary, things got much better, much more stable, but now you got to give Iran this kind of rope and then you have Saudi Arabia was now has relations with Israel, Jordan, Egypt, UAE. A lot of the other Gulf states was saying Iran with a nuclear weapon will wreck havoc in the region and will be deadly. Literally. And they are the largest state sponsor of terror.

Look okay play amateur psychologist here, but all I can think of is this is what I'm telling people ask is this is consistent not with America's interests of the left's utopian vision of themselves as masters of the universe is sending us pretended to change the climate and defeat a virus and you know there seems to be the ideas would be great and demonstrated we are we in the Muslim brotherhood in the mullahs in Iran and the Palestinian Authority and make them not terrorists but peaceful statesmen and working to solve the world.

That's great, except when it was in real life mass destruction bloodshed destroys America's interests as well as any of our allies in your writing. We just suspect success the Abraham Accords, and yet they seem to want to look exactly the opposite direction. So we got the ship going on. You had the previous talks with their ratings were mostly done by Europeans and Russia as in a numerical figure that one out. And now, and those were Indiana. Now they're using cutter as the even Mary intermediaries how dangerous do you think this is Jeff. I think it's it's on the road to disaster exceptionally dangerous.

The last go around when you allow the binding ministration is moving in this direction. You know the nuclear warheads for second if that already has ballistic missiles. I see you don't need them to reach his they can use them to Chicago and we need to openly states its desire for destruction all the time and we have more and more evidence thanks to his thanks to Israel and their and their mission dangerous missions to reveal what I we have evidence of how much they've been lying and cheating throughout so. Yesterday it is besides the ultimate danger for us in America.

Of course this means massive increase in funding of terror and destabilization, especially in world parts I want go to domestic situation politically in Israel because I was a big news last week with the government following so to speak. What is the latest derailment there.

Maybe we need actually explain the people how the government works.

I think that Israel violated. We hear the headlines and lexicons on computers so you break it out a little because were so used.

American politics is not a constitutional republic in Israel Jeff so I think it's in love and actually is right.

Let's start from the beginning here and describe this: it's more like the British system is coalition government. How does it work so here you don't like the two major parties zero direct elections for party. There are numerous farms and people for numerous parties and then the parties have to see based on how many mandates or seats.

They have to be in the Knesset in the parliament China group together to get a majority of 61 okay and that's where the fun begins. Because the coalition building is then becomes a lot of horsetrading for me it was reasonable, mostly in American politics.

What the Appropriations Committee looks like where it matters a lot less than dealmaking and so is the ultimate dealmaking and for the first time, the last of this present government was formed by a couple of groups on the right breaking and completing direction to form a government with parties, now they're all members of the surprise Israel. But these are parties that are pro-Israel parties is to sign a Muslim brother was a shocker when supposedly extreme right wing Zionist parties form the government with them and people with lasting three year attention and then click things are beginning to collapse and beating as I know the opposition leader because he couldn't form a majority government. Last time he was gaining power because the right was realigning sitting there like the current situation. Republic on a moments notice. Vitamin E could just literally fall apart what you did because some of the coalition partners pull out where is it now there's a lot Dr. Netanyahu may be coming back and try to put his own coalition together is Outlook realistic or not surrealistic right now is look like you there. It was highly realistic as the schism existed among the right just say that the national religious parties Zionist parties secularism is pro-Israel parties as we would quality know a lot of it is that he may come as a result they they don't like what they see in the last year they think certain redlines across and so even though some of them may have issues with BV was dominantly been a major David made a little seasoning your mind and that the whole that's actually by no means clear that will because there are lack of personality. She's not a lot of personal political futures estate so it's it's it's a race against time. You can put together a coalition of majority and that's actually why he can't call this government to stop so the chance to quickly reestablish it and not allow BV that a little more time to call government entity could reestablish his coalition on the right generally are hopeful that he will be able to pull together again but is by no means when you think will now all I don't think will help her for quite a while months I would be shocked to hear including I talked to some of the best well-known clinical analysts on both sides of the political spectrum. And they are here with this. If you have any time he could happen quickly or can drag on possibly from my limited by phone last question here, Jeff, and that is we do a lot of representation at the international criminal Court in the Hague got all these complaints being followed regularly by the Palestinian Authority but we also do a lot of working today in Samaria. You were just out yesterday.

The day before.

Give us the latest in the note, this describe again. Let's go back with Jordan Logan said what's we talk about today in Samaria tell people we were talking about. Sure.

So what the world likes to call the West Bank the last couple of decades is actually a hostile name that was given to a region known as today in Samaria literally since Bible times, and there is only getting Samaria, except when the Jordanians invaded so that Israel can have it states in 1948. They took control of the West Bank, spent the Jordan River. That whole area and we don't have an accurate estimate of the graphic that area is very contested but it is in fact very much the indigenous home of the Jewish people. It is very much the Bible talks over the place in the Bible are there Jerusalem as part of that area and so now it's been disputed and once again my frustration like with her trying to apparently and there trying to rehabilitate the Palestinian authority which nearly 2 decades as demonstrated no interest in peace and just interested in their and their control of the population.

There, and the Israel is control general security borders there and there are Jewish communities there and their and their muscles integrated and they are interested in the main part of Israel.

And so yesterday I spent the day in Judeo tomorrow actually bettered. The plan is to go to have run and then on Thursday to spend the day in Samaria with people who are local leaders, you must, but rather look at challenges that are facing both in terms of the future sovereignty and control and security there and how we can help them let me say this.

Not many groups have an office operating in Jerusalem and have a singularly Jeff Aleman running that operation so that were involved in all of these, not just the political issues the legal issues the sovereignty issues for the Jewish state, and we been committed to this for 40 years. We may multiply made multiple prayers we have as a group at the international criminal court may Hague successfully going to continue that fight. No matter what jurisdiction you enter any place else to bend the right for a Jewish homeland, including today, in Samaria, which is part of the biblical Israel anyway so it's you look at it that way. I wrote a whole book about a call Jerusalem will be back with more this moment.

Thanks to the secular wrapup today was a very interesting segment to get to include my brother presenting at the UN today baby daddy give a brief yesterday what that is us with a bit of sorting his wife Suzanne is our director of government affairs or your representative. I want to set the stage for this limiting to belittle aspect before we go to what Jordan actually did at the United Nations today and that is stand when we talk about these interventions on countries of concern that we have is because we get a chance to speak to the entire Gen. assembly or or or lease the human rights commission River might be explain this to our audience so they understand exactly more, before we see that actual video yet – I think this is one of the most important components of her international work and it's important because were one of the loan voices that is actually going to represent an ideology of freedom and ideology of democracy and actually just just independence.

J. This is why we work so hard throw European Center for Law and Justice to get consultative status so that when the United Nations would meet whether it's the Gen. assembly in New York or today like you can hear from Jordan at the human rights Council there holding their 50th session in Geneva I J inside those rooms if we weren't present. A lot of times the atrocities that you can hear Jordan talking about just a minute. They wouldn't even be mentioned in these councils even though they are allegedly meeting to address human rights abuses so we got that consultative status is specially for times like that with this when the US administration J is not going to be very forceful in showing up and pressing the case for persecuted Christians around the world. That's what we do and even during a time of COBIT where even now some of these these presentations are done virtually our status. J gives us the opportunity to be inside that chamber in Geneva and pressing the case for those who are persecuted in this particular interventions about Nigeria, which was listed as previously as a country of particular concern to the United States.

We sent a letter on June 8 to Secretary of State Anthony blinking expressing concern and outrage. Frankly, over the lack of understanding this difficult situation that Christians are having a Nigeria and in fact that the delisting of the top Nigeria is a country of particular concern. We actually went directly to the State Department on this. This is an inexcusable decision by the Biden administration.

Janus actually gives a glimpse of how we can address the issue in Geneva were also can address it domestically. I heard I heard Logan asking minute segment before why in the world with the US have removed Nigeria from this country.

Of particular concern list. I J I really think there are two reasons for number one is maybe more broad, it's because it supports their policy of appeasement.

They just wanted to let everybody get away with things around the world the Jake.

Here's the second thing. People just need to hear this truth. They did this J right before Pres. Biden made his trip over to Nigeria so he was sort of greasing the skids for his his truck so working to show up today. Jordan Artie did you hear this audio just a minute and tell the truth I win the Biden ministration specifically did not write working to go ahead and play for you. Jordan's intervention that was played at the United Nations just hours ago, take a listen. Thank you, Mr. Pres. Nigeria has the third highest number of internally displaced persons in Africa. Such displacement is caused by the violence perpetrated by terrorist organizations like vocal ROM and floppy militants. These groups operate with impunity murder Christians because of their faith burned down their homes and kidnapped their children from schools in Nigeria. Christian is killed for his or her faith every two hours. In fact, were Christians were murdered for their faith in Nigeria than any other country vocal ROM in the full-body militants have already carried out numerous attacks against Christians, causing further displacement of innocent citizens.

Most recently, on June 5, over 50 Christians were massacred while attending a Pentecost service at a Catholic Church in May. Isis extremists ruthlessly executed 20 Christians to avenge the death of Isis leaders in the Middle East also made the floppy militants killed eight Christians including two children looted valuables and destroyed Christian homes, hundreds of residents fled the area as if the initial violence was not sufficient vocal ROM placed a bomb in a camp for the internally displaced. Fortunately the bomb squad was able to diffuse it.

The EC LJ asked the council to hold Nigeria to their international commitments and stop this bloodshed protect innocent human lives and punish the perpetrators. Whether you have it.

So then when Jordan does those of you do.

Those are CCR some of her international team that the point were we talking to. I miss what people need understand that we just work had a report from her office in Jerusalem that were talking about work at the United Nations were we talking to hear well today you're talking every member of the human rights Council, which essentially is every country of the world. Now there's going to be times where maybe a country or two cycles for various reasons.

In fact, you remember, the United States left the human rights Council under Pres. Donald Trump for a brief period of time, but essentially depending on the venue J you are addressing the entire world and I actually think it's against the backdrop of this administration, it makes it so important because typically it would be the US government that would be making this case, J standing up for those who are being persecuted around the world. You're not getting hear that from this administration. That's why we stay there during these times to do in J you know Nigeria is in the news is that this is particularly important intervention.

The Jordan did today. But this is just the latest in a long string of these that we've done earlier. This session Christoph Alton Lago from our Strasburg office.

I delivered one on me and Mark in just a few weeks.

J were delivering 14 universal periodic reviews for countries all over the world that have similar abuses to look is just another option you call it the ministry of presence states literally ministry of presence around the globe were playing this today.

We covered a lot of topics because she kind the breadth and scope of the American Center for Law and Justice in the outreach that we have around the globe and I want to go to domestic politics for a moment here as we we close the broadcast out. What is your sense of what got this disaster on the border horribly humanitarian crisis. 50 people died in an un-air-conditioned 18 wheeler truck crossing the border illegally. Coyotes bring human traffickers and the Biden ministration's as well. The borders close with its it's not but it's more than that. Is there any talk and converse about doing anything.

The Pyxis mass which is not the boat owner on anything yet mean their proposals J there been proposals there for some time, but the unfortunate there. The real truth of this is the Democrats in the Congress. Both the House and the Senate won't provide the votes. I even necessary just to stop. Maybe trafficking Jamie take that issue. That shouldn't be part of partisan. It should be very easy to come to a conclusion.

Marsha Blackburn, Ted and Bill pending the United States Senate for months and months and months. It has not moved of a J I think today's story is a specific example of something you said on this broadcast many, many times a closing the border, making sure the you have operational control of the border guessing that is most compassionate to its most compassionate to the people who are trying to come to the United States for a better life because it gives them an orderly in a safe way to do it without operation or conduct operational control the border what happens those people They die in the back of trucks J and Logan reported earlier in the broadcast that there's report returning at the numbers, but it could be 800 unaccompanied minors are being sent to North Carolina.

Thousands of going to the comely minors across bordering said to North Carolina to a essentially live and work in a school and abandoned old school of the divide ministration is least if in the next few years. This SLA answered very sad crisis that has likely consequences.
