ACLJ owners a secret meeting at the outset of this is a buckle your seatbelts for this one folks.

We have uncovered something here in one sense I'm shocked that we got the document because I'm shocked that the shot could be part of the state had the document but one of the things we been very concerned about for a long time is that during the Trump administration. There was an attempt to undercut our colleague Arnel colleague Mike Pompeo's efforts to curtail and contain Iran's threat. The largest exporter of terrorism in the world. We have now learned folks, and this is breaking news and it is big news we have now learned through litigation through a freedom of information act request that we sent out that in fact after going to court that I ran Minister of foreign affairs.

There are a few seen him on TV Mohammed seraph, the Minister of foreign affairs, met with a quote.

Off the record conversation with ready for this former US ambassadors and policy analysts at again at an informal, off the record medium holding up the ribbon on the screen put up on the screen for our audience. This is the memo during the Trump administration people. The former, but in US ambassadors. We don't know who they are. Yet, we will that will be part of what we find out met with the current Foreign Minister was also negotiating indirectly with United States who was being foreign policy being put forward by the Trump administration and the seraph in this memo. It's about a seven page memo says that the former President was needing a photo op for his vanity. This what is in this meeting we don't. He says second problem is that heap. This is error speaking, spoke to the North Korean Foreign Minister after agreement with US and he said, quote Pompeii when Bolton can't get the piece declaration, the Trump promised that this is going on while Pres. Trump is an office in our colleague Mike Pompeii was Secretary of State. The US says no peace deal in the US will impose sanctions unless it's zero missile zero nuclear enrichment. This would Bolden want this. This is in the Scott conversation and then Sarah says that they he agrees with what Putin is saying that the US is excessively weapon rising, the dollar my reader Trump is that it will be a two-term President and seraph then brags that I said Trump would be elected President in 2016 we get into more detail on this, but would you need to understand the outset is this was while Pres. Trump was in office and you will love people need to can have this story broken down for the targeted trustee we been in meetings. Try to break it all down.

As the news is broken, so make sure that you understand exactly the importance of this topic is again the ACLJ work. This is what happened you unearth things you never thought you would admit the government because of our 40 companies they have to respond to something yes and when they do sometimes documents come out that are unexpected and do this in a million a minute here but we always say finding a needle in a haystack.

This was some newly found some haystack some needle at exactly ride because we had asked for this document. It appears in a pile in the trench of documents that is given to us gladly take it, but it raises so many questions that as a litigator I can spend days formulating questions about this document. Who wrote the word originated from Saturday get into their files of the State Department, etc. etc. you know what I think it is responsive to what we asked for in this sense, we asked for conversations and memos that involve seraph. The real question here is not how we got it because we got it through litigation.

The question is how the State Department and when did they get this. That's the real question here so I'm telling you folks, we got a lot to talk about were to break this down for you in the next segment of the broadcast.

That's right will take your calls.

We know this is a heavy topic and were happiest the 100-684-3110 is 100-684-3110 back to secular. We are discussing the unearthed document of the ACLJ obtained.

Maybe dad, you need to cut a break down even what the process is for us to obtain these documents to find out their secret meetings going on. This high level of of government silent minutes for Mr. Byron's meeting with with former ambassadors. Nine states were not currently ambassadors during the Trump and is in a verdict of the process and how entertaining this document is not likely. Others, not investigative journalism with melanomas. The leak document. This is something that know the if you don't understand the freedom of information act request related element, let me break it down on May 4. This may be the timeline here that I think makes sense. On May 4, 2018.

The Boston Globe reports that it was 18 2018. John Kerry's quietly seeking to salvage that Iran deal.

He helped to craft this because Trump administration had pulled out of it. On May 8 President from formally withdrawing withdraws from the JCP away in September during appearance on the radio broadcast, John Kerry acknowledges that he had been meeting had several meetings with Iran's foreign minister, seraph, the said three or four times since leaving office.

They just left office 18 months before, on October 4. The newly discovered meeting notes and this what we've got folks notes from quote Iran and US and put this on the screen and off the record conversation with Foreign Minister seraph. What significant here is it says that this meeting took place with the group.

Former US ambassadors and policy analysts and an informal, off the record meeting. So these new story breaks on February 21, 25th, rather we sent out a FOIA request will put that on the screen and let's go through cc with that is that is a request from our offices to the State Department for information regarding current government officials conducting shadow diplomacy with Iran while they were nongovernmental officers said the freedom of information act allows us to ask the government or official documents that are not classified but that we get to see them and see what was going on, and so we made this this request and we specifically for records and communications that have been reviewed recent received by the Department of State in any in any regard with John Kerry, Robert Malley or earnest monies with their and send this with this document that we are talking about right now is in response to that and it shows that there was a secret on the record meeting that happened between these formal officials and their course.

It's it's also off the record.

They got a memo that ends up in the State Department found out and he dated just give this to us so we ask for it in the letter is required to do under the statute, so we we asked for. They don't give it to us. We then filed suit. Well, that's why that's exactly how we doing for litigation. They all given to us to file suit. Ultimately, the document is produced, but the question is how to get into the State Department files. I think the burning question here is that while the Trump administration is in power and is attempting to exercise its constitutional jurisdiction to deal in foreign affairs. We are having back channel communications by a former of ambassadors and officials of the Obama Biden administration with people who are our enemies the Iranians the big exploiters of terrorism okay and are talking behind our back the unmitigated arrogance of this elitist attitude think that they can get away with doing these things while there is a current administration in office and they continue to meet was very very polished urbane Foreign Minister of Iran at his residence in New York City right under the nose of our incumbent officers in the Secretary of State's office in Washington DC. This is abhorrent. So my question is this? So why is this important now and what does this mean what can actually happen. Assess personally. Technically, there's a wall on the books called the Logan act and went after Jennifer and for this when you have a government in power like we did with Pres. Trumper.

Pres. Obama is a private citizen, you cannot undercut and attempt to undercut the foreign policy of the United States. That's number one number two they were actively trying undercut our farm pulse we pulled out of the JCP away. We Artie pulled out of this Iran deal and they were going in to have these off the record meetings discussing it. Assuming, and again this is an assumption that they even go get so far into looking at what Russia how Russia is perceiving the United States and all of this right and clearly it's a runaround from administration medicine power and they are going back to former administrations that they admit this would be my assumption that they perceive as allies or somebody that they can actually have a conversation with and get something done outside and around the current administration.

It was interesting though. In the memo itself. It's zero says according to the State Department's record so they're saying this is earthworks that we can only give you this document is a government document – a government document is been unclassified okay it says this when Trump left the JCP away. Iran had a meeting with EU officials and foreign ministers and were we were asked if we were talking behind their backs with the Americans so they Iranians had a meeting with EU officials say are you going to the Americans behind her back.

We can't is what seraph said there are no sunset clauses in the JCP away because technically JC of POA was already in effect, but that that doesn't matters.

Iran will never seek an atomic weapon now.

The problem with all that and he is bait and it's already been proven that they were violating the JCP away and yet they were still bound by because the Europeans were quote holding them to it that never became true either.

That's exactly right. Today they said that they were abiding by the JCP LA the simple one-page bullet point document when in fact we know that they were enriching uranium as they were preventing inspectors from coming into look at what was going on in their facilities for uranium enrichment in Moran Pres. Trumper pulled out of the agreement and now instead of trying to support the United States policy God officials, former ambassadors and officials of the United States. Contrary to law. Contrary to American law purporting to negotiate and have secret meetings outside of official channels of communication and put in and to exercise their own little diplomatic authority which they don't have because they're not empower reverse this for a moment looking for people to understand versus could you imagine right now if Mike Pompeo was out doing this to the current administration what people would be saying or here for him.

Later, Simeon will eat. By the way, is outraged by this. This was undercutting our position protecting Israel. This was undercutting the position of the United States to get out of this horrible deal in Iran. It was ridiculous. It never was that happened was a pathway to a nuclear weapon and what it shows in the big question is to me in and work in the league. This is ongoing litigation folks. The big question is how did this document and up of all documents how did this document end up in the State Department when it's acknowledged. At least this is what it says on the face of the document cc it says MJ Z. That's thereof. Foreign Minister Moran replies to questions posed by a group of US former ambassadors and policy analysts at an informal, off the record meeting at the Iranian ambassador's residence on October 4, 2018 yet it's in the possession of the state out of the State Department which that is a question that we will have to proceed and only did these FOIA requests. We have a purpose and mission, and this is like. I think he said it's finding a needle in a haystack because they respond and they give you tons of documentation sing have to go through and read and when we find something like this.

We now that were on the right track and it's important then to follow up.

Obviously they know how they got this document Dana White. The details that surrounded and were going to have to pursue to get that information now. I would tell you this and have everybody sit tight where Mike Pompeo joining us next member panels they say on your I gotta say this.

It took going to federal corporal note on the screen for television audience of people watching our social media platforms are described for railings.

This is the complaint that we filed in US District Court in the District of Columbia and that complaint will get that up there moment lists out the various causes of action and the failure of the government to reply to the FOIA request there is.

That's the complaint. The shocking part of this and it is shocking is that this document exists that this meeting took place.

Logan and that this document then found its way into the now unclassified documents of the State Department. Yet who knows who did that but it's an interesting part of the story gathered that we were able to again uncover this on earth. This put in the right request. Holy trying undercut the present present from administration, and specifically Mike Pompeo will be joining us in the Niagara is will talk to him in the native questions or comments. Well, you give us a call 1-800-684-3110. The 2006 is a more unbelievable 3110 in your pride break that down even more and what we can do about it. I think a lot of questions about values, which the Logan act, no that's of the people have brought up years after years after years we discussed what that actually could be when there is something this clear that we will do that we will have Mike Pompeo, former secular state arching accounts for global affairs on with us in just the next segment folks to share this with your friends of your social media platforms very important. This is unbelievable. Find unbelievable fight back with more guess everyone we got. This is some I'm still in shock over what we've covered and it took going to federal court on covered working at the learn a lot more about it, but we got a memo that was produced after litigation from the State Department. It says note from Iran and the US and off the record conversation with Foreign Minister Mohammed seraph's reef at the Iranian ambassador's residence on October 4, 2018 and seraph this with the memo says replies to questions posed by a group of US former ambassadors and policy analysts and informal off the record meeting but this ended up in the State Department's records and became responsive to.

I a FOIA demand that we have joining us on the phone right now is our senior counsel for global affairs but also former secretary stated United States during this period of time, Mike Pompeo, Mike.

It's shocking because by name.

I'm guess you're not.

You're used to this course are mentioned in this memo by seraph and he's basically stuck using the United States administration, then President from you and others of diplomacy that was photo up based that he agreed with Putin that this is so that you would accept the deny states is excessively weapon icing the dollars leading to world pulling away from the dollar as a currency of choice she's talking to them about the value of the JCP away and this is all going on while you wisely got us out of the JCP or your reaction. This memo really something that I had in the memo before Jerry DeFeo should be acrylic product that made it public so the American people can see what it pretty outrageous conduct, and frankly not surprising. You have to remember who the characters in the room are right. These are Foreign Minister's reef one who get Sen. Feinstein and John Kerry.

Meeting with routinely as if he was some Iranian modern he was someone we should listen to when in fact he was a thug that had been part of an organization that you killed so many American they are meeting with them. While there, the former ambassadors are not on watching a course that we knew.

Even when we are still in office that John Kerry had done the thinking thing multiple times we had met with Foreign Minister directive basically tell them don't worry the calories, and the top team will be gone. Pompeo will be gone.

The forecastle will pass along and when they do that will rejoin the JCP away as it appears the bike team is actually trying to fulfill the Kerry property. There and give you all the money that the ayatollahs desperately want that to see this memo in in living color is truly remarkable to watch former American State Department officials behave with a van sitting born Sec. of the theocratic kleptocratic regime.

That is the world's largest state sponsor of terror. Myself, I was in your shoes here and look I represent the President and I miss you and there were leaks we we all knew that we ought to deal with that document and get out.

They weren't supposed to. During the impeachment stuff was being leaked by then to media that's normal. But here you are negotiating the United States best interest your are Secretary of State and then at the same time that your Deberry same time you're doing that and you may been idle. If you were in New York. If you were in Geneva wherever you were seraph is meeting with former administration officials with the Obama Biden now the Pres. Biden, but then vice President binds administration officials undercutting exactly what you're doing on foreign policy calling it a dangerous and un-American, and I've said that before, with expected secretary. Behavior but II have another former Secretary of State by from time to time meet with government officials and other nations. I always avoid anything that has to do with American policy because I'm not the sectors that you talk to them. Be friendly. If they say something that will metatarsal and I will pass it along to secretary Blake team to make sure you precisely what was said that if that is not how these folks.

They worked overtime if they're going to cut her knees out from under fair try to stop us from what we are doing date they never in that sense fully left office today and that is both un-American and dangerous as a question for you, Secretary of State. You spent a lot of time to serve out the deep state within the State Department but working these kind of documents. He described her audience of the challenge of what that is and in how that worked and honestly how much work clearly is left to be done. Jordan unfinished business for sure.

At the State Department but are good people there that I do the right thing large segments of the career bureaucracy at the State Department have an establishment of your foreign policy. This would be the other to be the Biden Obama administration via foreign policy and for my thousand data Secretary of State.

We were working to deliver on what was a very different understanding of what we put America first. Not a globalist idea first and we were running into the internal resistance the State Department J talked about some of the things leaks undercutting us a working on Capitol Hill with Democrats to undermine our efforts. It was extraordinarily difficult place to deliver on what the American people ask when they elected President truck and there remains an awful lot of work to do, that I have. I have a theory on how we can fix this, but you take another conservative brotherhood compared to go do that hard work you might want to hear that because one of things that I'm concerned about here and that is and I experience this went in when you're at the highest levels of government as you were and I was outside of the representing the highest level of government.

He always had.

There was always this undercutting that was going on, sometimes inside, sometimes outside and you dealt with it. What is more difficult is when the government should dealing with our knowingly will family one thing really soliciting this kind of engagement from former US officials to undercut the very policy you're trying to put in place and did you all night and I don't to disclose anything you cannot disclose what did you want it just expect that that would be going on while you were in office militarily but with effect to Iran.

That particular document that you have now on earth through amazing work at that.

We knew this was taking place weekly new character which we knew we like to travel. There's a fellow who was the secretary of energy academic artist money that he and Carrie were traveling to meet with uranium leadership and we knew the storyline they were telling them that we talked about this lawyer and we had the guys out there trying to undermine what were doing the talk uranium leadership that this Bishop will pass if there just patient they can just hang on and continue to terrorize their own people at that either of people that they can write the life will return to normal it when Pres. Trump was ultimately got a so it it it is it is both indecent and un-American J wheat we knew was going out but it wouldn't shock me to find that's going on.

Even in other places during our time in office as well him and we don't yet know about it.

I hope the ACL tear. What did you do the artwork and FOIA to get that information at the American people need to know that there are people inside of the government believe government and then work against the interests of the duly elected leaders of this government that we put so much more time around time. The center Pompeo thank you so much for your insight on this a lot more and I had this is with us in a couple weeks and her studios were to get into this and that, because I know it's horrific and in one sense, but not shocking in another. I may not.

To put it that way meet that this kind of conscious, intentional act would go on. Having said that, with this is one of 150 pages of documents we have to go through so were just going through this right now. Thank you, Mr. Sec., folks, we come back again recently and take your phone calls at 800-684-3110 to support the work of the American Center for Law and Justice is a really good reason to do it that FOIA request that was a tranche of documents we got and there's hundred 50 of me go through this one in the rain but will try to figure out cc raise the point what's really at the very center site attached or something like that is being a mild right there's more information that we possibly haven't been getting or magnanimous, and you kind of clarify you. This document is more about it and just show up in a file. Folks, not something this or shake. I will be back double take because 800-684-3110 back with more than just a ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work become a member today ACLJ keeping you informed and now, this is Jay secular were talking about a major find in our practice information and practice against the State Department better wrote rise. It would arisen out of a report that John Kerry was quietly seeking to salvage the Iran nuclear deal. On May 4 when on May 8, just four days later Pres. Trump formally within the discussion regarding oil and formally withdrew us from it. At the same time and this is what shocking just five months later at the Iranian ambassador's residence.

There is a off the record was nuts off the record now. By the way, off the record conversation with foreign ministers is Ralph who is still Foreign Minister of Iran with former US ambassadors and policy analysts at this informal, off the record meeting where they undercut where's Ralph notes the notes from this or what's Ralph said. He said that basically the Trump ministration was conducting foreign policy by vanity for photo ops. We don't we set about Iran. He said North Korean foreign minister said the agreement with the US. He said the Pompeo can't get the piece, the declaration that Trump peace declaration that Trump promise, which is that Mike Pompeo and was horrified about this. The US is no peace deal and the US will re-impose sanctions, but the condition is zero missiles zero nuclear Richard enrichment. This is what the ministration wants, they won't get it. He didn't want the other most shocking things me see states in this meeting. I agree with Putin that the US is excessively weapon icing the dollar and edits leading to the world pulling away from the dollars currency goes on and on and on about how we needs to stay in the JCP away.

And of course he says that. Don't worry, Iran is not can develop a nuclear weapon. Anyways, we found this because we went to federal court so long, I will. I want people to understand what the process was maybe a need to back it up to the United people need to be aware how this works or not exactly Mr. bartending on making freedom of information act requests, so even just the terms I think about it understand how this comes about this is it just this it using their tactics is the leaks document is something that came out, you know, because several and a drink season.

I can't figure out or anyhow I got got to got into the file I was hiding it out to you. I so here's what we did was explain cc per moment of what the agreement will quickly appointment information act is a freedom of information act is is there to let the people feel like they have can have some confidence in the government documents, delete any kind of official government documents.

We have the right to request copies of those within a if they're not classified and you and you know there is no national interest at stake on we can get those documents and we do it through a freedom of information act request which we put into the State Department specifically asking for documents that would relate to these secret off the record meetings that Obama official era officials were having with Iranian officials in the memo Andy which is coming shocking to me. But in the memo they put that these are US former US investors and policy analyst meeting with Arafat's home, not hiding at. That's the kind of thing that just outrageous man horrifies me so much. Jay is a former ambassadors and officials of the United States go to the residence of the Foreign Minister of Aranda New York City during the pendency of the Trump administration okay and have meetings about foreign policy issues resulting in this multipage memorandum authored by someone very foo. I don't know, and it somehow gets into the files of the Department of State and pursuant to a freedom of information act request comes into our hands and from then into the hands of our listeners on the public. How in the world.

This happened pretty interesting quote.

Maybe we get back from the next segment.

You guys have to hear of your listing right now becomes direct from Sarah pretty interesting comment. I specifically target.

He's not teasing it was a lot of words will and 38 seconds to stay tuned to the next segment will also take phone calls.

We have a few that Artie therapy will the lights. If you do have a question. This is a pretty heady topic but it's important you know about it. Eunice, did you try 100-684-3110 voice heard on the air. Ask the questions you do have this question. You sound like a genius, asked the question that the audience needs to hear sisters were all doing wrong back in just a moment office visit ACLJ.org for more. The soundbite really that came directly from the documentary soundbite but it was a comment that was made very casually frogs there of talking to is under the United States.

Just you talk about poll numbers how he's doing. This is from the document the way on earth I was popular suitability. But now the 47%.

He is up. He is closer to 80% of the people of Iran once preferred engagement now opted for resistance is the only reality to sit there complaining once I was as popular suitability obsolete of the fate of so the money is good. Maybe by the request of our previous cats to show so it is interesting think they're having these casual poll discussions. It's unreal. It is really bizarre it is.

People always talk deep stately say those things. It's been used against a lot of people, as I conspiracy theory or a buzzword or think that these are conspiracies. This is a document coming straight from the comfort of their own document guide state to prohibit is not what I try to give it to us but to reject screen change Jim Jackie's reaction to having your foreign policy undercut was very clear. Take a listen reason about working with an adversary underlining US stated policy is really outrageous behavior and West Smith Carla Smith is now join us for senior military and was the fact of the matter is, we now know because of the spoiled litigation that's exactly what happened absolutely in.

It is dangerous that is not only irresponsible, disloyal behavior that is dangerous behavior because it impacts national security. It gives a sworn enemy of the United States. Some hope that were not serious about our policy tell you this to go and take a phone call but I mean there's more to this. I guess what the great question that CC you have is there's this got there they gave it to us.

There has to be more to their mastery. Martine cover and obviously we will as we got in these documents, but if you just take this memo clearly, there have to be emails there has to be some explanation how the Scottish residential apartment at Sec. Pompeo saying I've never seen this during his heart when he was reset yes and it's in State Department's possession. There's there's more to uncover definitely know how to say this, that would take the calls will mostly to Sandy. This is the only thing we got them all the spoiled litigation this year. This would've been worth it. It would've been Jay but that's what foil litigation is all about getting a nugget of the information in the haystack of otherwise trash or rejected information, but this really exposes what the Obama Biden administration was doing to the Trump administration okay and says he is horrified. I am tribally horrified that they would dare to engage in foreign policy discussions with an enemy of the United States. While an incumbent presidency is in power and they would go to meet was Arif and have tea and coffee with them at his residence in New York City and talk foreign policy. They think they are. These global leaders know they think that they could continue these conversations going and undercut the policy of the administration. That's who they think they are. I we got calls coming in 800-684-3110, 1-800-684-3110 Laura in Kentucky online free Laurier on the top line I think I carry black belt handicap in the middle finger on everything that did not question after I and now and sad and gathered me ever again happen to the people anything. Probably not being honest. From that standpoint.

From the standpoint of Will there be legal action taken against them.

I have no idea.

I guide I don't think so, but what does happen is when we say it's what Logan said when we say folks, there is a deep state that work to undercut the previous administration. All were doing is proving that so let me tell you that's more important to me, that's more important than someone getting indicted on the Logan act violation is that we can establish this litigation.

What was being done. That's what I think Logan is that is the telltale on this absolutely is the work that's being done UMC to see the work of the ACLJ as well. It's important to follow or doing it to see this kind of thing happened again, this is it some bad actor leaking a document to us. This is it somehow think that this is the actual legal work of the organization what and when.

What is in it we can put on fast-forward for a moment here. West in we know Biden was administrating her trying to get a deal with back into it tramples out of it. Remember the spokes Obama signs it made this when I signed it. It's a meaningless one page document.

This joint comprehensive plan of action for no nuclear weapons for a period of time which was almost about to run out anyways with the Iranians, they preach it. We are pulling out anyways present from said it's ridiculous. So it was a pathway to there getting a nuclear weapon.

Biden comes into office he tries to get in it were starch in Ukraine Russia says no this isn't gonna happen where things now.

Yeah, the alarming thing is Jay is the negotiations are not over, they been eclipsed by the war, Ukraine. The shortage of a reform with the southern border inflation gasoline. The negotiations are actually still going on. A week ago today. Last Tuesday, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the IAEA, Rafael Grossi spoke to members of the European Parliament and I read his remarks and they were really disconcerting. He said in his remarks, the Biden administration still wants to revive the Iran nuclear deal. Therefore, the IAEA last week was sending representatives to to ran to try and iron out the wrinkles because we don't have any direct negotiations with Iran and he also said that in the last few months the IAEA has IAEA has discovered traces of enriched uranium insights that are ran heretofore, has not declared and also said that they are raining here you go into a nuclear deal with them when you know where I will death the other thing Grossi in talking to the European Parliament members also said in this is these are his words, the situation does not look good as a ran is still not being forthcoming in the information that the IAEA needs from them and that they continue to limit access to the declared sites limiting access is a nice way of saying they're not letting the inspectors and and yet his opening remark was the Biden administration still wants to revive the deal. But the thing about that for a moment. That's why none of this makes sense and that's why in this document continue measuring out what that's going on in the Biden restrictions trying to respect your channels through our foreign policy to get back in the deal, but we had performer Trump ministration professionals undercutting that what the media would be saying but it's vice versa doesn't seem to matter now right absolutely sends initializer versus Obama era farmer you know what right then they get by with it no problem. You know even this memo they're talking about prisoner exchanges the things that are should be with the current administration not with people from the four former administration that you're trying to deal with and negotiate with that undermine undermines and undercuts the current administration, and they were blatant about it and believe was our element with a more because when hundred 684-3110 Bob Missouri Allied for Bob welcome about my call will be made aware of this document. I know it's probably a delicate situation but I would think should be made aware of this. I don't know if we know that my pump is a great state was made aware of it so I can imagine how big the Israelis were made aware of it and as Andy as we know, Iran is the largest state sponsor of terror and in Israel is one of the primary targets and here we are back channel meeting with the ambassadors and former policymakers of the United States with the greatest exporter of terrorism in the world.

Here we are. During the Trump administration meeting with them talking about sensitive foreign policy issues. Are you appalled I am well. I think that's true when you look at what the people are when there said he said the people of Iran once preferred engagement now opted for resistance is the only reality and Israel needs to know that you well. I think Israel knows it. I think the world knows it needs and I think was the fact of the matter is based Biden so everybody knows this, that Iran is an resistant motor not complying yet bind is committed to trying to get some deal to restore the glory of the Obama makes no sense. Now here's the bottom line. Iran does not want an agreement with the international community. Iran wants nuclear weapons and the question is what is the world going to do about that and color me suspicious and jaded J but my theory is that the Biden administration will quickly tried it execute a deal with Iran in order to flood the market legally with the ran oil so that the gas prices will go down so that his poll numbers will go up and that is a real fear that I have to tell you folks went on about this and wants a live broadcast will take your calls to 800-684-3110 display support working Americans are for law and justice. This was litigation. Put that complaint right back on the screen. We start with a letter and get the response we were entitled to went to federal court got a court order targeting documents and then got one that shocked us if you think there's a deep state. Guess what, there is so mean people say what is this all me at the end of the day that's what it means. The allegations objective states with you within these constraints. Within these bureaucracies, people trying to undercut the current main current administration for the present United States was for real. And there's your memo showing off the record meetings with Sarah. We think about that for a minute come back with your calls at 800-684-3110 will get comments and social media as well document that we either talk a lot more about that a minute retakes of your comments of your calls of the people social media posting will take some of those you can obviously give us a call as well.

We opened up slide 2000 684-3110/segment of the days of what a question or comment out the time to put that in.

But we also don't want to ignore this important day for elections across the country from the primaries are happening right now, Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Minnesota.some of these are historic your red states who have baby teetered on blue turtle baby teetered on purple over the last a few election season and one red state that ends up being pretty much all blood in the Senate so there's a lot of things that are happening matter would just ignore what's happening as we know people are headed to the pulse yet. It's interesting and will start with George and Sandy's home state you got Herschel Walker I see were nearly know where my land, I can vote in Georgia but you know I support everyone goes about okay so Herschel Walker is running on the Republican side against the whole group, but I think the consensus I guess from the media there in the Paulding is that her smokers do not run away with this being a title on her will. Herschel Walker is going to do what he did at the University of Georgia and run all the way with his. There is not going to be a runoff is going to get in Georgia you've got. I have 50% +1 of the vote of the predictions that I see that he's going to be in the 60% category and then you got in and you got this war between the sending Republican governor Jim and the challenger David Perdue and that's it. That's a fight. Right now, but it looks like on that one. That, and it's interesting there got my pants as backed champ and Pres. Trump backed Perdue but it looks like from the pulling down C 90 year there is a point that looks like Jim's going to take out when to the I think a ride to camp is probably going to win that election.

There's a lot of animosity. As you know, the drain Trump in camp over the election and what happened in 2020, but I think that David Perdue ran a lie. A lackluster rise in the primary and governor camp is probably going to win that. Also, there may be a runoff there that I think governor can ultimately will win the Republican nomination for reelection as governor of Georgia. And I think today at 5 o'clock. Pennsylvania has to certify find it in the be is correct will.

I think it is any at 5 o'clock today that the certify the winner of the Senate and then the beat there's a looks like it's going be a Dr. Oz by about a thousand votes or Georgia. I think it's interesting that he go back and I know people don't want to put too much stock in this but it's absolutely true.

As we see now in Alabama you have a situation where please have Tony Turberville who is a senator Holmes was coach of of Auburn and then you have over in Georgia right now. You've Herschel Walker, I see the biggest Georgia star practically volatile in now you have camp and Purdue Georgia Tech versus also a Georgia person you have it. It's weird to say Brian Very steeped in the University of Georgia crowd grew up with good months for the growth of the Dooley family not so you have this interesting sort of college football analogy that's happening all over the South and then returned Alabama Alabama you have a a priest strong race pretty evenly split between a Katie Brett Mike Durrant and Mo Brooks originally had the endorsement of frontrunning that he would throw it. They which are in the of Katie Britton's who was Alabama through and through and her husband was a captain of the University of Alabama. You have a lot and she's currently leading you have a lots of college football connections allow cell get control of potentially in the South is fascinating like that's watching all of the duct is what is he played for when we play Florida play collegiate sports but interesting. You have an interest. I just thought it was fascinating to me. You have not.

The South Georgia and Alabama. At this my way is easy that have the sort of millionaire SEC by interesting because it's not. It shows you how legitimate some of the stuff is steeped in where those owners only people have been part of the state for so long a concern in Alabama. Turberville might might not win because the University of Alabama. People in same family of my wife's family talk like that. I have quotes of them there like you know I would never have voted for Tommy Turberville.

I never thought I would.

But you know what you know.

For this moment that's fine is better for the state enough in the alternative, because there Alabama fan, so it is very steeped in tradition where one has been a long time and we do love our football in the South were really doing and I'm sort like Logan a big SEC fan to I think you will show your SEC body part part of what I things going on about you not insult tongue-in-cheek but not totally. The people in Georgia and Alabama have decided that maybe athletic leaders will make better leaders than traditional political leaders, and they said there Heather going to have that they seem loyal to the state year back. Let's take pride right sports fans landing that's become whole thing and in Georgia and it was Stacy Abrams and and with Herschel Walker. Stacy was a pretty controversial statement the other day same worst place to live in basically stated that she's trying to become governor of and it's really very close and was very close less than be very close.

This time Herschel Walker said the people of Georgia have given me everything because he and his whole career was coming from the University of Georgia, a play high school football and going to the University of Georgia so it it's going to be interesting.

I let let's go back to the let's go back off the politics for a moment and go back to what we found to wreak state at the end of this broadcast what we find. We filed a federal lawsuit against the State Department for allegations of shadow diplomacy that was taking place while Pres. Trump Mike Pompeo was serving as secretary state. And that basically John Kerry and his acolytes were conducting shadow diplomacy and foreign policy with Iran and that was based on some articles that it come out and we filed a FOIA request we can get the answers we want and we went to federal court went to federal court. We got a document that has shocked everyone, and that is this documents called notes from in Iran and US off the record conversation with Foreign Minister Mohammed Sharif at the Iranian ambassador's residence in New York City on October 4, 2018 where the ambassador replies to questions posed by a group of US former investors and policy analysts and informal off the record meeting talk, and they're talking about US policy and engagement, but CC said you found something even deeper than it will find itself just a general discussion about US policy, which is terrible and undermining it's it's blatant and ridiculous, but literally in this document Terry says. My hope is to find a way to exchange the prisoners that we each have said now they're talking about specifically prisoner exchange between the United States and Iran, which should be done exclusively. Well, it shouldn't be done. We usually don't do prisoner exchange by discussion to be done with the administration to disempower not with these former Obama era administration people that did that to me is a shocking thing on all of this is that we have to start yes I will admit it left really start wrapping up this show but I think people hopefully will see a bit more of the work that we be doing yet this whole document to hundred 50 other documents to review so the bottom line is the litigation here. Randy mattered and we got. We found that needle in a stack the nugget as you call it Yahweh God FOIA matters ACLJ file FOIA request ACLJ prevails and things that are uncovered are really shocking and abhorrent. In this case it's something that we do and we do every day. I would encourage people support the work of the ACLJ. You can do it directly.
