My question is a two-part question.

If an employee elects to take the unemployment compensation instead of being paid by the employer. He really elected to lose his job and not qualified for unemployment. The second part is if the employer can't pay the employee because he is drawn. Unemployment does that really make the employer subject to a loan rather than a grant so let me explain the question on some personal some people understand initially these funds the three and $50 billion that's been put forward to the existing PPP program that is initially a loan that turns into a grant so you don't pay the loan back, so long as you keep maintain your employment up these individuals or two months a week.

Now, you raise a very interesting question because it's happened. Some employers as soon as this hit had no choice had no choice but to put people on be that I called it furlough or lay people off, and people want unemployment so this is the great enough and this is the great dichotomy legislation doesn't take care of everything. But you do have people that companies that could not even wait for the loan to be processed before they had to do some layoffs in the program does allow those employers to highlight hire those employees back. Would that impact the formula that is used for how much of this loan can be forgiven and converted to a grant and the answer is yes.
