Today on secular to Jim Congressman Jim Jordan Sec. Mike Pompeo and Sen. Marshall talked about a lot of issues in human form. Now this is what I hear from you, call one 800-6843 11 jampacked show that execute the broadcast joined why by Congressman Jim Jordan is fighting you specifically on this issue were to be talking about with the Department of Justice labeling parents as terrorist because that that whistleblower who put out that message from the assistant director of counterterrorism DOJ. The assistant director criminal at DOJ which was in conflict with what Atty. Gen. Garland's testimony was the day after that memo was written and and so there's questions about his statements to the House Judiciary Committee where I Congressman Jordan is the ranking member so he'll be joining us. Then in the next segment will be followed by Sec. Mike Pompeo were jumping right into Iran. He's got a new piece up@aclja.org today on that very issue.

Were they going to go to Strasburg France, MGA and the economy are used to seeing on the on the set here with me and in the studio with me.

He is in our office.

The Europeans are from Justice in Strasburg this week, he's going to be joining us live as well and then to finish out the show US Sen. Marsha Blackburn on some these inflation issues facing all of us right now, with thanksgiving, rapidly approaching and also the bill back better, a plan getting into the details there as well.

She don't want to miss any of the broadcast. Today there is certainly a lot to talk about with all of these individuals but let me first say right now, which I think is very important say you obviously those who were injured in Wisconsin last night. Those who lost their life. I we pray for those families as the details still emerge about what exactly occurred, how that occurred. There is this driver in this SUV. Of course you know you can look at it looks like it's acts of terrorism we see before that we look at his profile is catalog odd regular criminal record and in fact what the reports look like he may been fleeing the scene of another crime.

So was it was a just trite was he trying to flee and ultimately now responsible for this loss of life, and in so many injured including children. So that was just horrendous. I think it's a reminder want to still be vigilant these policies as we kind of come back out to the streets and we can celebrate together more public settings are more open settings.

Knowing one there so bad guys out there and there still criminal actors out there and I think that the last year and 1/2 or so we were not. Gathering that kind of way.

You start kind of losing your street smarts a little bit because just depending on where you live and if you're the town of Wisconsin again were just happy probably to be celebrating again together sort of forgery that happened on the event of celebrating the Christmas holiday, but we will provide more details is used to develop. We need to take a seat back to one. What was there any motivation here was at the wrong place the wrong time fleeing potential knife attack so I wouldn't forget that in today's broadcast and we got a lot to talk about with a lot of different individuals, but right off the bat.

I did want it discussed that that's the information we have right now. I'm sure there will be more information about this individual as as the days go on. But what we do know is he is a very long criminal record just was out on bail and looks like he may have been fleeing the seed of another crime, but that that doesn't take away from harm does it give that that those long lost life on this holiday season. Very tough for those family so let's all pray for their mistresses together around thanks giving table a leader in the week I'd give thanks because a given Anybody anywhere in any event, you go to and that's part of again. Unfortunately, kind of what we have to deal with this is a designation. Thankfully we have seen this widespread attacks, things like that and hopefully we'll get to that point. Let me let me to switch gears here will continue to fall that we got Congressman Jim Jordan coming up next to get right into this issue about that as the agent AG respondent. What's the department just said he is the rate member of the House judiciary. They need to be responding so were given he'll be joining us next Sec. Mike Pompeo from our team on Iran. This developments there.

He's got a symphony seal tape at work. Remember to support our work.

We were matching challenge month of November doubling impact your donation ACLJ.org is a great type building ACLJ.org] the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ.

The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you. You forgive today online ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a fleeing powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists. The ramifications of 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/secularist secular Congressman Jim Jordan from Ohio's fourth initial distrust of raking number of the House Judiciary Committee joins us now constant during thanks for being with us today. Let me ask right off the bat you we fall this on on our broadcast the ACLJ when the wind attorney Joe Garwood testified to the committee you serve on that you know he can imagine that that parents are being treated this way or that the terrorism division at the Department of Justice was involved in. Then a letter from a whistleblower is released. In that letter is is is the exact opposite of that.

It says exactly signed by the assistant director at the DOJ on counterterrorism and the assistant director of the criminal division we started learning about tags at which I know is like a flashback for us.

The ACLJ when it comes to those below list at from the IRS and fighting back his targeting of American citizens just tried to get engaged.

The process we are still people cards drawn the place to start is usually the school board siding. That's the place to start your communities, but let me ask this first you sent a letter to the FBI director and to Atty. Gen. Garland, what have they responded yet and if you got any minute respond.

Now they haven't responded but but they need to become that merit done By the part about that we were not in any way. The Medicare one problem with that statement. One day before that there was an email sent from the counterterrorism division of the FBI to Special Agent in charge FBI agents around the country saying just the opposite thing put a label put a tactic ^ ^ Tagus direct tag on parents help their economy to come back in front of us and I paid the first question I'm asking is what the number how many parents now have this labeled if packets are rotated with their name. How many what the number yet.

We need to talk to you guys because this is that they got caught going after mom and dad simply standing up and saying we don't want this ERT did this rate the pain and the hate America curriculum talk to market. This is like fighting the IRS. It was we got on that below list finally and you realize the amount of people that were being caught up in it.

It was it was just outrageous but will keep this up. He takes it even a step further disease just individual parents are not organizing the cutaway showing up in a meeting that they're welcome to be at and if there are real problems of the local law enforcement can handle that. To me that's like common sense if you think your bad actor there and you're making real threats or your causing area or violence or disruptive not follow the rules.

This people there to handle that that summer were target were talk about the parents who just might be a little upset and might be in disagreement. But as so at this point, a Carson, Jordan, and as a member Congress shares his committee is ready member of the committee.

You don't know yet we don't know yet how many parents have received that tag. We don't know what we do know that need to stop the organization that was the catalyst for the national school Board Association sent a letter on September 29 to Pres. Biden asking for this to happen in the court five days later merit guard inducted memorandum to the US attorneys around the country. All 94 yet 30 district implementing exactly what the school Board Association asked for understanding, apologize everything is even a particular need that would've left click click organization or one day after the Atty. Gen. speak apologize for the statement that they made in their letter that became the catalyst for this whole charade that there this whole crazy profit.

Undergoing I've never seen that happen felt.

Let's hope it all Internet ducat, will stop doing it.

That's our goal is to keep after until it happened you and said you know they were sorry would you trust him on that as you think it is to be more than apologetic be some more info here because they open the store by denying and saying he couldn't even imagine this being the case, and then there is that that the league of counterterrorism is sending this letter around the apartment adjusted you. I actually think it worked or not. I don't think that the letter was actually what started it I think the letter was a pretext for the FBI for the doctor department abiding the patient to do what they wanted to do because we now know that before the 24 that letter on September 29 we know that the school boards Association was to communicate with the White House for three weeks prior to that letter being spent. So I think actually the letter with Jeff just the excuse just the pretext for the for the Justice Department and for the Biden administration to go after parents related. My parents began to get this left when curriculum that they want taught across the country.

So I view this letter, almost like the dossier in the trunk logic that you knew the dossier with focus, but they needed something to do what they wanted to do, which was filed and present trunk campaign. Same thing here that this the school board letter was just something that that the Biden administration needed to come to give them the excuse to go after mom and dad and that's what they did. That's what makes this so no so wrong on even more wrong that we initially thought it might have to end is very similar to the tea party situation because I read in the index. The whistleblower release that came out from the criminal investigation division. The counterterrorism division of the FBI think they did the same thing that Lois Lerner was working on with the FBI, DOJ, which is is there federal nexus to somehow we can edit and that goes to is or federal violations. Can we investigate can we charge someone. What's the motivation behind the criminal activity. It's all about.

Ultimately, Congressman George, it's about silencing they wanted.

If they want to find one person they can file a criminal charge against if they can do that they think other parents will stay away and keep silent without killing him on that. But here they hear the backfired instead of telling me that inspired peridot that many times, no bureaucrat, no lobbyist. No one will ever beat a mom on initiate and what they did. They fired up data around the country with solid display itself in the election of Glen Young ended at the next governor of Virginia.

What were seeing it play out across the country. Courage is contagious and what they did. It they just fired up parents and parent that no I don't care what you do not stop me from doing what I think is best for my son and my daughter and that's exactly what we feel display for this all backfired on. So much so that the school board is a said apologize for the initial letter that Kenneth with the pretext for the FBI doing what they're doing like a massive red flag.

I noticed our audience with the American people because of the Biden ministration can label these parents as domestic terrorists showing up in actually engaging civic duty when they feel like that students are being taught the right thing are strictly speaking out about curriculum and those kind of issues. I try to protect their children. I if you can start labeling people stare so that you can start labeling any kind of grassroots activists they disagree with equated today with the left left of them leaving the First Amendment immediately that you can have a real debate political cocktail. They believe that… We conservatively believe we have a we have a debate about you move onto the next issue. Not today.

If you don't agree with the left today.

You're not allowed to talk, and if you try to talk if you try to speak. They're going to call your right to call you names. The going to try to cancel you and that's exactly what the administration tried they tried to call parent name they try to cancel parent and parent that were not having it working to do what's best for our kids in it and and like you said it completely backfired on them, as evidenced by the Virginia Lexus tomorrow what you said you would do fighting for freedom in the swamp. Tell people about the book about the learned tomorrow. I wrote everywhere there, that's why I wrote it all out long handled yellow legal pad to take behind the jury or let it get behind think he can't operate all the big investigation that had the privilege of working on the IRS when they were talking about the Benghazi select committee and course impeachment, and then I really try to give a flavor of the interaction I had the privilege of having with with present trunk, who more than any official Georgia more than any President in our lifetime did what he said he would deal when and now I think your your listeners will enjoy the quick rate 250 pages, but they'll get a behind-the-scenes look at what it's like in Congress are particular to 3 o'clock I write a lot about how we started that group in our mission is to do what we told the American people into doing pie for them both about getting psychologists battles and conservative battles and sites is no better author. Something similar comes from Jim Jordan to be putting this book out for you. Do what you said you would do fighting for freedom in the swamp. You're doing that Congressman Jordan and we thank you, not just on behalf of the constituents represent in Ohio. All of us because you fight the battles that so many of our listeners and our supporters care about the ACLJ we work together before we when we can, and I appreciate you coming out today and and good luck with the book and happy Thanksgiving all the good work you do fighting for freedom and family think it comes from Jordan that's Carson Jim Georgie's got a new book out again. Wherever books are sold tomorrow.

Do what you said you would do fighting for freedom in the swamp. As you since you're really inside look from a conservative fire was inside those battles inside those committee rooms in the back rooms and and again from different perspectives and I think that again if your Surrealists are broadcast those kind of perspectives priceless because I get our perspective of again we were at the Piotrowski attorneys.

He's he was there as part of congressional theme of the house during the impeachment of this was again the IRS is right in the front. We were there. I calling this out fighting. It was its basically same administration that that those times Obama years before to the binder so it rates have partial Jordan joining us today on the broadcast indefinitely. Checkout get his new book, do what you said you would do fighting for freedom in the swamp.

Let me encourage you secretary Mike Pompeo's best joints really go to Iran.

The next thing the broadcast watching this broadcast share with your friends and family getting her to do that and put that share button and let me remind you the entire month of November is a matching challenge months critical to the ACLJ just to the broadcast. But for all the work we do with the American supplied justice.

You can support the ACLJ today and you're able to do so financially and again if you're able to do so financially double the impact your donation by being part of our matching challenge donating today@aclj.org] only one. A society can agree the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn gold mission will show you how you personally. Publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, Mistry would Obama care means to serve in many ways your membership is powering the right question mission life today online/American Center for Law and justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those covering corruption in Washington fighting to protect life reports and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this or that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100.

This is time for the ACLJ. We simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you today online ACLJ is joined by Congressman Jim jewelry now joint by former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, our senior counsel for global affairs Sec. Pompeo's got a new piece up just posted today@aclj.org on Iran. The Biden administration is committed to repeating the mistakes of the Obama administration last week by administration special envoy for Iran Robert Malley was on a diplomatic mission across the Middle East.

Let me go right to Sec. Pompeo. What was Robert Malley's mission here. Sec. Pompeo, what is he trying to do with your meeting with the Obama message ended with two to get up. He whatever that means. With uranium through complete and total capitulation. I think they have come to view the United States not as an adversary but pray someone they can provide so talked about Valley when he spoke that well. The problem with the rod that they been excluded and forgotten in 1979 they took America not just hundred 40 people got to continue to develop their nuclear capability that he didn't observe the terrorist name in the Gaza Strip and 11 I would have to live with others around the world are underwritten and supported by Iran that fundamentally fundamental misconception of élan as a player in the region for good. I just returned. I literally got back to the Middle East a few hours ago Jordan I was in Saudi Arabia I was in the I think the people in those places know that Iran is a real correct and they are very concerned that the United States is demonstrating weakness in the face of arranging aggression. Imagine some of those countries, Sec. Pompeo, if Iran were to have a nuclear weapon feel like they would need similar weapon he could start off an arms race that region of the world.

We don't need an arms race like that to go nuclear and but but I would imagine they'd be very concerned and they'd be even more important to have those US defenses installed in those countries.

One of we worried about boats with respect to nuclear proliferation more than that. Jordan one for a rainy and perfect. Not only their weapon but have the enrichment capability to make not only a single letter about an entire program. Whether it's the Egyptians, the Jordanians, the marauding Saudis, the Turks, the list is pretty long, that want to grow the nuclear club at macroeconomics risk region of the world. I thought this day to that another senior minister's official name Brett McGurk was in the region. He was in Bahrain speaking talked in the same way that Robert Valley did about how we just need to invite around the world stage of this is an enormous mistake.

These are the theocratic kleptocratic care regime them with a nuclear weapon exposes the United States to enormous extortion and when they when the administration said, and apparently has told Israel a attacking Iran try to slow down Iran's nuclear program is a publication I can assure you Israel is will do what they need to do to themselves.

We know the seventh round of talks with Iran is slated to begin pretty soon the Iranian regime's hot hard-line position with a new present list of demands for the US to rejoin includes an apology lift all sanctions. There's even reports are now the Iranians per Iran's President. Some of his frozen assets are now available to him.

All of this together. I think it just like it's feels like the Biden administration will give away anything and possibly everything to just get back to some deal, even though was a deal of bullet points that can bill it will make the tragedy of the parable debacle and that look like child's play. In terms of listed meta-states of America, one when the minister started their negotiation when the by the minister started that they were going to go back into it deal, but it was going to be longer longer. Now it appears that they are prepared to accept the deal that is shorter and weaker is enormously dangerous, will send a signal to the entire region the United States cannot be trusted in the Israeli leadership is a terribly terribly difficult. One should never force the people that lived there. The Jewish homeland in Israel, put it in the place where the rating to have the capacity to extort and we shouldn't force them to make a difficult decision in the face of death.

American ambivalence to some reports again about protests breaking out in Iran against the Ayatollah, we are very critical of 2009. The green revolution when the Obama administration ignored the pleas, the signs written in English before being shot in the streets until there was really there was a moment there is opportunity there that was not utilized by the United States at eight. I feel like probably the people around her even more nervous about taking to the streets because the world seems to ignore their pleas because very much because of what were type analysis that the world is trying to get into, especially the US into a deal with the Ayatollah not to protest the Ayatollah they want to open up commercial exchange with Iran but were not good… But the European therapy.

That reason we the above administration and now the Biden prepared to overlook uranium people for the reigning people protested in the top administration. I remember not only did I but President from acute statement send out tweets that we are with you. We will support you do the right thing to protect your own individual freedoms in your own individual rights.

We did everything we could to support them. I doubt that this administration will lift a finger uranium people but it's good to go to Vienna next week and do an awful lot to get money to the regime itself to the Ayatollah himself, which will only put United States and our friends and allies and partners in the region at risk so backwards finally ascertained Pompeo the trumpet ministration you served. There is the maximum pressure campaign was able to fix some of the wrongs done by the Obama ministration under the JCP away re-isolated Iran, but their economy to make sure they have resources they did, but the Biden ministration case to run to do this again. So we had a repeat of what Obama did, but maybe Rhonda a bigger cave when it comes to the money and what Iran is demanding to a future administration still salvage this situation or is it too late. We end up in that arms race situation, the Middle East, there were so concerned about while not much I am very, next to the public administration would walk away from any crappy deal that the Biden ministration entered into one of the conditions that the rating quite they want this administration to promise that there that walk the deal won't be broken again that promise can't be made the Biden ministration can't deliver on that promise because there are no Democrats in the Senate about three though the next Republican administration ex-Republican present whoever he or she, that person is granted by the LB arraignment should know and so should every country or every business of thinking about reentering Ron to do business with the rating regime. They should know that the clock is running the capacity to do that on this deal won't stand. I'm not not because the politics not because it was a Democrat that that because this is a foreign policy decision to put the American life is really like. Sec. Pompeo is a senior counsel for global affairs Sec. Tom Taylor say happy Thanksgiving to you if we don't speak before then and I've been really busy help you get some time with your family even insist that they, as always, thanks for me with some show at the back. They all thank you, and you don't let me just say folks were able to get reports from a former Secretary of State last proceeding for Secretary of State my company just got back from Saudi Arabia in the Emirates hours ago is on our team because your support financial that's that's how were able to do this and get analysis the world chucking it right off the right off three hours after returning home from the Middle East. As were talking on Iran's workplace. This is why we can bring this especially for the broadcast and ACLJ.org W.

Patrick donation matching challenge your events and the American; just as were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms to you and your family. Give a gift today online ACLJ keeping you informed and now is Jordan secular, one 800 684 30 want to show you maybe think I get through but for rights open 41 800 68 or 30 want to do a little recap you miss that first half-hour deftly go back and check it out later on you at the show for multiple different ways. If you're listening in your car right now you go to YouTube you go to Facebook you go to rubble periscope is it's available.

Seek if you ever miss anything you say on the back and watch it will always be available later today but we settled the show right off the bat. But what happened was constant was written. This trait still more details coming out about the individual really more praying for those who lost their lives at this Christmas celebration.

Those were injured. Let me also, I just say that what we know about that person is that they have extensive criminal record and they may have actually been fleeing from another crime they're just out on bail and look. That's one of the stories out. This is work develops their work in a rush to judgment since deftly terrorism notes certainly terrorize that community. But tell whether it's tied to anything like that. This looks more like some more than just an extensive criminal record, but you don't know yet. I will reserve judgment on that right now and again I think is just a reminder as we all kind of reenter and large events and come together that that at the end of the day we we keep our street smarts. I know it's been a while sub for some folks to be worry when the country may been a wild sales may still not really gathered together large events as we start to do that and that's part of being a human. We want to do those kind of events vehicles had events that we retain you know are since our street smarts and a reminder that when you come back to just the way you live before which is I get you kind of feel overwhelming when you certitude is first of its unfortunate for these folks ending in tragedy. I whoops will stay up to speed on it so we can all be there we were with Congressman Jim Jordan on this issue of targeting parents because they attend their school board meetings and how the Atty. Gen. came to his committee testified like he could imagine the counterterrorism unit that FBI would be involved in this W whistleblower letter that is the day before's test with yeah they are in their tagging just like to be on the lookout list or tagging individual Americans tried to again tie them to these kind of this discussion basic put them in the criminal process see if they can bring a criminal charge that the ultimate goal.

How can the silent speech at the card for George right they have instead encourage more people to speak out is really just the beginning of this issue. This was great to have him on the Sec. Pompeo joined us on Iran coming up in the next segment and you, who used to sing in the studio with me here. I want to senior counsel Stacy OJ is in our office in Strasburg France and he's could be joining us by video as well.

Severe watching little peek inside their European Center for Law and Justice in Strasburg France and he is there now so we can update you on our work in Europe and then alts and in the final segment of the broadcast we be joined by US Sen. Marsha Blackburn so if you thought you on the first half-hour was packed second-half hours packed.

If you do want to try talk to us on the air on this to be the time to call one 800 684 31 two that's 1-800-684-3110 and let me and so it does appear now that the driver suspected of killing those individuals in Wisconsin was speeding away from a knife fight so some that's what official reports are now say so like a criminal or other criminal activity just ended up speeding right into people of the unsold fortune tragic there set the latest on that's at that story. Let me encourage you know we got throughout the month of November. A matching challenge just to explain what it means a group of builders comes together. They say you know what we want to encourage new donors and and people who maybe don't have the Pastore regulatory but were to match their donations so if you donate $50 right now ACLJ.org those those donors are going to match that which means it's a quiver like $100 for ACLJ to get them to match the donation. Of course you have to take the first step in making a donation daily match donations to come in so you take. At first step in this action, and so if your financial position to do it and I always say that me to get accurate financially able to. In that at the situation to think about wearing where to donate the today show is a great example all the different types of work are doing in the US and around the world because of your financial support donate online ACLJ.org double your impact today that ACLJ.org will be right back live the American Center for Law and were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom.

Protecting those faith uncovering corruption in Washington and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this. For that we are grateful.

Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift comes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100.

This is time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous heart wrenching challenge make protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you today online ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you personally. Publication includes all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood. What Obama care means to serve in many ways your membership is powering the right question mission in life today online/secular joining us in annexing the broadcast will be US suitor Marshall Blackford talk inflation talk about this reconciliation issues in the center now that that's out of the house.

Get support for patient there. Of course the inflation every American say when they are at the grocery store, especially this week preparing for Thanksgiving, but I do want to go is this is been a pack show over France to the European Center for Law and Justice, which is headquartered in Strasburg France and the Congo senior counsel with the ACLJ is in Strasburg right now is joining us live in and the right off the bat I arrived in Strasburg recently tells about the work going on at the European Center for Law and Justice. We have a full schedule of things they were doing at the European Center for long.

Justice here in Strasburg France and I can tell you that we are continuing the good work of the ACLJ does the United States of America and throughout the world and not be in Europe and its tremendous schedule of activities that we are engaged in publications, conferences, reports that we are putting through just to name a few. We have exposed and continue to expose here and it's 9 o'clock at night here in Strasburg because he was dark it's dark outside, but were still here in the office. Gordon and were still doing work.

We have a conference call coming up later on the seasoning but will expose and I'm holding up right now.

One of our publications exposing the abortion industry's grip on European institutions. One of the documents that we have put together.

We are also looking at the dark funding that is the funding by groups such as Amnesty International and human rights watch open society and Soros and his related groups and how they invest to promote abortion and the leftist agenda and the financing of the UN experts is one of our publications that we engaged in and put together on these very topics. One of the things that is really troubling Jordan that we have exposed here at the ECL J in Strasburg and France's conflicts of interest, reforming the European Court of human rights, which is just right down the street here in Strasbourg. Jordan, as you know, because you've appear there because they are they have judges ruling on cases introduced by nongovernmental organizations that they use to work for before they became judges on the court. Think about that for a while. Ruling on a case that you were and you know I did involved in by the litigant, and now your judge on the court is great and we we stopped to give enough to everything going on the world, but it's great that you're there right now.

Now the Senate be able to reengage not just by phone and Zumba by being back in the offices together with our international team is that they really have exposed that at least I think our audience I need to hear it, the, the issues and problems plaguing some of these are European institutions like the European Court of human rights, and that the international criminal court in an entity, you win anything they do an incredible job and really are our lead when it when it comes to international efforts. It's a team pride predominantly French team about some other Europeans as well and and and think they hit issues that honestly most groups in Europe and organizations that operate their don't want to touch that's exactly right. Gordon issues that are nontaxable by other groups rather reluctant to do it will expose that hat on and one of the things that we've been doing again is looking at the persecution of ex-Muslim Christians in France. Chris people who are of the Islamic faith and convert to Christianity are severely persecuted and we have the report again.

I'm holding it up are famous use of props, but very important holding up a report here talking about the persecution of ex-Muslims and also pornography and especially child pornography in human rights and the fight in Europe that the ECL J is engaged in against those who traffic pornography and pedal pornography in Europe.

That is something that we're doing that. I don't know of any other organization that is doing it with the persistence and zeal that we are and we know it is having an impact that discloses the people were be a lot of this work.

It was begun over the last couple of years ago during the pandemic.

It's now getting out throughout the European media different countries, and it's it's it's causing some portraiture for the European center from just a good way be contacted by officials, former officials, because of these reports especially on Soros and the connections throughout.

So we have these institutions so it is having an impact and an it is caused action as well.

What happened Jordan so many of these people will hear us on radio in Europe because we have a radio program that friends are Greg, Lauren, Christoph, who work here at the office put on every week and as a result of one of our radio broadcast regular told me that a consul general and not to say what country it is. But it's an Arabic country contacted him and wanted to come into his office and talk to him about about what we had exposed on that radio program that's a pretty big thing for a consul general of an Arabic of dominated country who heard something on the ECL J broadcast to come in and say I like to talk about it and we do see me and he came to us so we are having an impact in Europe and that's very important, especially in the countries along the north Mediterranean shore also and the European connection between them.

So we are having a tremendous impact in our European work through the ECL J.

This trip just for perspective because we seek to get conflicting reports about how things are in Europe with Tova chewing things like re-opening and closing back. What is it like like if if you are you Strasburg is there is a Christmas capital of the world. This is this is the time of the preparing for the decorations and lots of people and our people get to be out like that again this year that were they not sure what is it like all the Christmas market has not yet opened in Strasbourg.

We hope that it does.

I was in London before I came to Strasbourg and I can tell you, you could not see the pavement in London for people. I mean, people were out by the thousands seem like in Oxford Street and France's open France's wide open right now you have to get a special health permit. Christoph engaged in that truck today so that I can go and eat in a restaurant, you can just go into the restaurant so it's having an impact and has a tremendous impact on travel but were saying people persistent and going about their duties and their responsibilities and were helping and working very heavily for them to be able to do that during this time of pandemic. At least reduce pandemic that were seeing in your travel is difficult. Jordan and requires a lot of documents are required a lot of things that we ordinarily would not of done.

You have been to Strasbourg you have been to the Christmas market. We hope to see it open and that fullness again. We we don't know right now it hasn't opened yet, but will see. I think you for joining us live from Strasburg in order to be on a call. I appreciate you you Greg or I stayed up late to do that as soon we have a call between some us of some of the Wesco severance at the time summer in in Strasburg France in that office to get a just a reminder from the work they are doing to Gabby just a great job show you what the just been doing Reese Lisa, Eddie, I think, for joining us. We appreciate that.

I'll talk you soon on that call.

And folks, this is just another example and it I did mean I don't want to cite a real early this kind of show came together this morning with all the guests different issues different topics.

I think it just shows all of the different work of the ECL J is engaged in its important work that you could support@eclj.org I will walk you through that effort just just a minute here when you are support the work of the ACLJ you in the month. The matching challenge month and you donate $25 online ECL J.org you're doubling you you you really it's like you donated 50 bucks to the ACLJ early church 25 people. Some is a negative charge twice know you not because of a group of donors.

It will match all of the donations that come through in the month of in the in the month of November so this is a critical time is a key time to support our work is Eddie said it's not is not impossible to travel so we could start being face-to-face with our team again. Of course could do it by zoom doing it by phone calls of the court, lots of different technology that enables us to continue working throughout all this, but that that's why I asked the question. A final question and the about the pandemic, like what is it like they are because I guess he yell.

He talked about London's back streets France. We got have a permit to go into a special different permitted to go into a restaurant to eat.

But you are able to do that so I did. It's it's opening up the world is opening up.

Let me just encourage you so you what a Savior we have offices around the world, but assisted office in Europe which takes the lead at this at these international institutions, European institutions, and of course at the United Nations as well. Let me encourage week we are able to do all this work all around the world. Whether it's for the persecuted we think about what Eddie just said, it's just regular persecuted Christians in France who were former ill converts from Islam, but there a democratic society, and they still have to fear from persecution and is the government there doing enough. This is one of the issues that Annie talked about the Europeans are flawed justice is working on right now. Let me encourage you to support our work@aclj.org and you don't want to miss that come up next if that's right, Sen. Marsha Blackburn. She's got a lot to say about inflation, about Bill back better. This is the city. Now let's move through the house what's good after the Senate.

What about the syllabus. What about the Joe matches, where they thinking of the inflation that were all see what is the gas pump.

Whether the grocery store. Whether it's big-box stores so support our work. ACLJ.org stay with us share the broadcaster for the family that Sen. Marsha Blackburn during his next only one. A society can agree most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission will show you how you personally and the publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the industry and what Obama care means to discover many ways your membership is powering the right question for mission life today online/American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom.

Protecting those face covering corruption in Washington fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous heart wrenching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you today online ACLJ Secco. It is always great to have US Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee joining us at cinderblock predictably with us today for superior overhead and the holiday season American people that that the families are budgets are a little strange little to say maybe more stray than that because of policies. Washington DC it's exploding inflation.

It's hitting everybody in it. What how hard it's hitting you yourself seeing it. I mean, you see that we all see the gas pump stores and prepare for Thanksgiving traveling all that it feels like this is because of out-of-control spending. Washington DC get the by demonstration. The left they would spend more than they think that they're going to solve inflation by this reconciliation package build back better. Now let's move from the house to the Senate how serious of this this inflation problem and your colleagues understand what you do. The seriousness of this issue regularly gone.

I will call back all money spent every capri government controlled recovery.

What happened when Barack Obama was there eight years and doubled wireless recovery history until present Donald Tromp about people wearing red and that the rate is going to do something about the economy going. Prior to heading and then shrink ivory by trying to engineer trying to not their way out of the poll numbers taking all about: as we start hitting into the 30s as a President as a leader you know something's not right to get it seem like they just won't engage.

They say it's whether they're ignoring it or treating it like it's really not a problem like for middle-class middle-class Americans with something to say what really affects the wealthy, the most of no that's not that's not who is affected by inflation, the most of people who need to to be to fill their take a gas and with it goes up a couple of bucks.

That's a big deal if if an item at the store goes up a dollar or two dollars of the buy regularly for their family and they may by a lot of courts, not even available.

It's a big deal when you look all that all things going that you're exactly right by people that are purchasing product right down anybody making under $400,000 switch to specific exam every year we all understand this. This is not working yet. House passes reconciliations like a call to Bill back broke but in the Senate. This is a lot tougher to get past even to reconciliation your in the U.S. Senate. Your colleagues on the other side of the aisle like cracker's sitter cinema sitter mansion jute jute where you where you think this bill stands right now, the U.S. Senate harder every day, more well-liked, they'll realize that their pocket are contracting their representatives and sang out what number of right and Jordan I know you look at the Capri court number of right that had been trying to Democrat to lean Republican and people are looking look at what happened in Virginia need Jerry Cattell happening in South Democratic area at that date and there are like angry at the local level and people are well. I think the court jelled by anybody.

Well, I think you can't important child by distance from this administration would you do look at the number of races that are now in play races as it states like you said blacker that have not been states where Republicans a bit of place, especially amidst some statewide races potentially for the in the Senate and other races like that.

I just haven't been there and because of what the Bible this patient has done or hasn't done. We got the situation that there's a tough issue coming up and that's the Olympics as well.

I know you have spoken about this issue that Chinese athletes disappearing, and maybe there there but we don't really get proof of life. This is this is a difficult call because I understand you are athletes, they they practice a bit.

Training for this edit severely experienced delays so you're the one hand, I understand there there issue but also your concerted that they're going to place dangers that is Abby this is the country that donated coven, whether intentionally or not mean that whether lab leak about something you know they came from there and the disappearing athletes well all our our well anything like it in the past 30 years or so have all come out of range in the world for our athletes to no harm done when we know can show how athletes are referencing the tenant start her for a couple of weeks. I got her back broke the Olympic going on here. So when you know things are happening.

I think it wrong in our athletes.

Sen. Cotner nine Pam down the ladder to be Olympic recommending our athletes not doubt our President should be strong mentally and that freedom dying American friend. I think they're going to be out where not going to try to back down with my right where going to allow them to complete going to celebrate the competition in our history we see in the US to take the steps the will, as always, let me just say we appreciate so much fear with a severe Blackburn have a happy Thanksgiving as well and we appreciate having you on today talking all these issues that issues really right right gas pump right. The store and Sue Blackford said the longer it goes tougher. This should actually pass this like which called Bill back broke plan so over to watch carefully for God Sue Blackford again to give us keep us updated. Keep you updated as well. Always appreciate her joining us, letting her to support the work of AC okay for matching challenge the month of November.
