She pushes anti-Semitism once again, this time from the democratic socialist national convention keeping you informed and now this is I know you want to understand the structure we been living under right now is designed by those that exploit the rest of us, for their own profit. I always say to people you know I don't care if you're around global human rights in our fight to free Palestine or to pushing back against those that don't believe in the minimum wage want to hear from you Sharon page, call 1-800-684-3110. I tell people the same people that if you open the curtain and look behind the current it's the same people that make money and yes they do offer racism of these broken policies, there is someone there making money and you sign now, your host Jordan circular is behind the curtain and what is this is goes back to the councils on the protocols of the Elders of Zion.

There's some force behind everything that is pulling the strings. If you will the puppets raise the puppeteers and if there be depicted throughout time and with anti-Semitic cartoons of the statements.

It is juice.

That's not what she's referring to is why she has to implicate Gaza and Detroit's Kansas talk about Detroit that includes Gaza so it's clear what you say I am talking about Jews here.

This is a good comes of the time. Where was she had to leave the Congresswoman from Detroit is put forward a letter and it's signed by us six additional other members of Congress as well. Asking these, the Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to revoke the tax-exempt status of pro-Israel organizations. Why do we call up Pro Israel because she says it's only the organizations that are supporting the kind of trust building structures for Jews in the territories like the West Bank, but if you actually look at how she defines what it needs to be part of these groups. She includes East Jerusalem folks, including East Jerusalem, including that includes the Western Wall the church the holy sepulcher and the list goes on. If you're a tourist to Israel or you have taken a tour to Israel before and all that you saw Jerusalem for the most part is in East Jerusalem. She's concluding that as to say that any groups that would include BAC LJ that we have the tax-exempt status revoke interview because we represent the goods at your own foundation which is one of the largest areas that are to deem settlements on these been around for a long time and they are 60 70,000 people living there now. This is not territory that was just, you know, out of nowhere, became part of the Jewish state. It was part of a part of Israel since is today and Samaria.

For those of you that know the Scriptures. It's today and Samaria. That's what were talking about and taught her. That means it's occupied territory and of course the bond mispricing uses that occupy territory to which you know anyone on finding interesting here is a going right back to the IRS targeting tea party approach that we beat them on last time, but the going right back. You'll get to what they asked for in this letter in a minute but it's the same approach will edit it to savaging another Buffalo guy another list of people who we need to target. We need to look at what we need to attack. We need to focus on because of their charitable work and territories in areas and in concerns that the we do not like and that we are going to oppose and ask the secretary of the treasury to start investigating and examining them. So it's back to being exactly what we defeated in our successful attempts against the treasury in our successful effort against the IRS before turning the clock back again folks there's a lot to talk about here.

This was addressed to you as you said earlier, Pratt socialist conviction he was from the ashes of the old socialism printer to Varna nowhere. They together in person. Of course they gathered five new components, but it starts off with welcome comments were play for Québec using the open sea get the context again understated in the best of this. She's trying to have groups of the US tax-exempt status revoke over her idea of international law, not US law, international law, be right back. The American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life and the court said in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family. You forgive today online LJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition will show you how you are personally support the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the motion industry and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/2 secularism states that because you should sleep said something again that was anti-Semitic with this statement that quote if you open the curtain look behind the curtain. It's the same people to make money. And yes, they do offer racism of these broken policies are some of their making money. They do it from Gaza to Detroit way to control people to oppress people and see structures that we continue to fight against all the major Jewish group to US immediately coming out to condemn the statement they know exactly what she means it of the danger of what this means I would apply for you where she made the statement, but that there is context of why were talking. That's not just because another squad members made another racist, anti-Semitic statement were coming. You know that the point is I don't want and I don't want to elevate every time they do that she is specifically getting attention because she has filed along seven Democrats. She's one of those who have written a letter to Sec. of the treasury Janet Yellen on revoking the tax-exempt status of American charities that support Israeli settlements.

She included their East Jerusalem, our office Israel right on the line right on the one right on the line between what was with considered East and West Jerusalem is been so again 167 war. Yes I been this this to be. It's not big, never narrow it down to actually just the groups that are in the West Bank, which is, you would still be wrong in my opinion yes they are. They make it so broad that basically said a Jewish group of this country. This data provision of this country that doesn't believe Israel should keep America especially East Jerusalem. The milk on the other parts negotiable in the house… You negotiating try to calm trades you negotiated. I slip no, not Jerusalem.

And I can divide Jerusalem, but want to go ahead and play Alice late start this up so Democrat Socialist Bernie Sanders party believes party. It really exist poet exist. It's really it's actually they have more representation in Congress now probably that included the US and the probably their health history.

But here's Dave Pinkham. The he is welcoming the group. They had their convention advisor this year.

Take a listen. Good evening comrades. I hope everyone is having a very wonderful and so the first day of their 2021 convention and proceeded to leave was the keynote speaker for that first day.

Here's the statement where she makes all of the anti-Semitic tropes uses the language that will play that we had. We could review her response which of course she's not apologizing. I know you all understand the structure we been living under right now is designed by those that exploit the rest of us, for their own profit.

I always say to people you know I don't care around global human rights in our fight to free Palestine Oryx you pushing back against those that don't believe in the minimum wage or those that believe that people have a right to healthcare and so much more and I tell people the same people that if you open the curtain look behind the current it's the same people that make money and yes they do offer racism of these broken policies bear someone they are making money and you sign right there. Again we read that for you. We play the statement Harry this is a member of Congress that is regularly used these veiled shots at Jews, whether they are Jews in America or Jews around the world and Israel, and she makes no mistake about shows exactly what she's doing. She is not uneducated she she is really she's an actual lead activist and pro-Palestinian world going so far. See you utilize the treasury secretary to try to harass pro-Israel groups inside the United States. So she knows what she's laying out to these people who are been attracted to this Democratic socialism movement from people like Bernie Sanders and the radicalism just seems to be increasing as as that these parties gain more significance and importance in American political life. Jordan, you are absolutely correct proceeded to leaves, anti-Semitism, and her class hatred record calls Vladimir Lenin's commitment to hatred that led to the Bolshevik growth revolution. The slaughter of more than 40 million people as part of the age of social catastrophe that includes the Nazi terror every American ought to take seriously what to leave is advocating. Her approach is plain and simple bigotry to leave and her socialist comrades have taken it up a notch by sending a letter to Sec. of the treasury Janet Yellen.

She is targeting the tax-exempt status of pro-Israeli groups just like Lois Lerner targeted tea party groups and conservative groups in the past and the AC LJ has fought Lois Lerner and the IRS and one before and I think we need to basically prepare to fight on this terrain again, so no one should sleep on what Rashida Felipe has said we should all be activated. We should all be energized and we should respond vigorously. Here's what they said and did United States government as a party to the fourth Geneva Convention and the customer international has a duty to not encourage recognize violations of international humanitarian law or peremptory norms and must act to and violations of international human humanitarian law. Then she says she's tax-exempt nonprofit status of these groups and their US donors effectively subsidized from the US government to support serious breaches of international law. Now I don't know who taught her international law is someone that has you had this experience to as people that a lawyer that appeared before international tribunals. First of all, the argument that this is a Israeli sovereign territory is very clear now.

The anti-Israel forces disagree with that but this idea that if you support a position here that for instance the West Bank and an admin East Jerusalem as Jordan mentions as part of a bit Israel and that the settlements as they call them.

These towns that have developed over the last by way 60 years are somehow violating international law and then your to create a list because one of the things they asked him to do this in the last segment is do you intend to examine the 501(c)(3) status of lately lead with these groups because of their activities in the occupied West Bank and including East Jerusalem that we have been to each group is only been in the occupied West Bank is a call that it's not the occupied West Bank and Samara, but they is wrong under international law, but it is really wrong. The IRS targeting once again groups based on their policy position. That's absolutely right. There were back again to something that we want, and I thought was conclusive that we had wanted, and then to keep the Internal Revenue Service out of targeting groups because of their conscience, their belief, their legal positions and the things that they believe to be the case.

And here is the another situation in which we are now resurrecting the ball list be on the lookout list and saying that if you're a C3 organization or charitable organization in the United States and you support the Israeli position the Jewish position, which happens to be the biblical position to I might say today and Samaria are part of what is today modern Israel. There is no occupied territories, Judeo Samaria, what they call the West Bank of the Jordan River are all Israeli territories.

The deed book, the holy Bible prescribes that and now what were trying to do is to undo that by having the United States of America on its own disenfranchise these that's really what it is is due to neutralizing disenfranchised charitable organizations have taken up the cause of these of these Israeli oppositions which are justified historically. That's the important thing here, no one seems to want to look at that look at this in the play of history.

These are his Judeo Samaria. Read the Bible, Jesus, private preparation, Judeo and Samaria. This was part of the Jewish nation. It is part of the Jewish nation.

Today we need to recognize that we're not gonna let the Little League crowd in the national democratic socialist letter to Sec. Yellen go unanswered. I'm holding my hand and this is the draft were still working on this a multipage letter that is a legal brief. Actually that is going to Sec. Yellen saying basically they're wrong and that they start talk targeting individual groups again based on the positions they advocate as to the nation of Israel that we will take legal action.

We've done that before. This is it new for us.

We have been down this road before, but you understand that they're promoting this adding organization called the national democratic socialist convention.

It is for real folks is real, what were play for the sound at this gathering is and I will tell you to not laugh it off because I get the seven members of Congress would sign on to a letter that they would go after somebody organizations in the United States and they know exactly what that means. By including East Jerusalem. There they specifically do they say, including East Jerusalem because they don't want to just say all it's just that the groups the West Bank, or they of the conflict is going on in Gaza know that's not what this is about. This is about as she does not see Israel as a Jewish state as she does not want to see it continue as a Jewish state, and so as she wants the abolishment of the Israel that we know today as our ally. She is a radical in support of these terrorist organizations, and she continues to double down because she's in the safe political district where she's able to take these positions now take from this is what happens after decades of indoctrination at play in education in the United States pushing this on people in colleges doesn't everybody doesn't last. With everyone we are starting to see the ramifications of what it does last. With these activist members of Congress and only when a society can agree the most vulnerable invoice as is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life.

We've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally support the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress.

The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge today make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you. You forgive today online ACLJ course criticism of what Congress over to Leavitt said it is their credit socialist convention with her comrades, but it hears her response. Again, no, no apology, no matter how much people support oppression, try to police my words or twist my commitment to justice. I will always center love it attempts to silence me at work.

My words are truth to power. Bring your movements together scares those who support status quo. I just understood why people who love the freedom love the idea of not silencing people why they only want to do a silence people because the same time she's tweeting out, you know, free speech for everybody, let's fight you know fight for freedom of speech. They don't believe that that was you socialist is not just a regular member of the Democratic Party course socialist believe in controlling the best control you gift to speak controlling who gets to be the voice she does not believe that our voice should have the same treatment that her voice has in fact she's writing letters to the secretary to penalize us or revoke art to make it almost impossible for us to exist and have voice we have so that we can live in a country where we could take opposing views and still exist affected and that you write the fact of the matter is this, and in her world into leaves world people like us don't get to exist. We don't get to make our point, but I will tell you this because of the support of our many tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of members to the American Center for Law and Justice in our ability to advocate, not just in the United States but in international tribunals around the globe. It was just we were just there folks we been at the ICC more than most lawyers in the United States, that's for sure. Let me just tell you this. Those are not tribunals you want to have to be before just to be honest we did it because you go where you have to go even if it's difficult let me tell you this, their letter ignores history, it ignores the 1967 war when Israel was attacked by its Arab neighbors and East Jerusalem in that attack, which by the way, had a Jewish presence for 4000 years wrote a book about it called Jerusalem. The fact of the matter is that if you look at history, managing history and the about 1967 we been to the battle sites.

Okay, the Jordanians evacuated East Jerusalem during the 67 war in Israel reclaimed the property that was rightfully theirs in the first place. That's a good way to put it. Janet says the correct way to put it. So why that needs to be, but because it is the correct way historically to look at this Palestine as such with the Roman province. Okay Palestine. As such, does not exist today and we have to realize that it is now the Jewish state of Israel established in 1948, and the presence of Israelis of Jews in West Jerusalem is a historical factor going back over 4000 years, and as you say what Israel did in 1967 when it was attacked in mass by its Arab neighbors was to reclaim what was its own land biblically donated biblically given biblically be quested to the Israelis to the Jews and they are simply back again where they belong, to be and they will need to stay there and we will see to it that they do and that there is a homeland and representative collect names protestations to the contrary notwithstanding, the United States must never be used as a tool and she's trying to do to suppress our views and our attitudes towards these historical facts and realities of the phones Rachel called from New York came Rachel over the secular you are on the air really good about that. What really doing, and typically take action.

It's been going on for a long long time and the forging of a socialist agenda. It connects I would call. More than 37 members of Congress and signed on to this letter.

By the way is a way to get this information to know Mark is didn't send the letter because asking to go to her committee was that on right but it's not there anymore. They're being elected to do the federal positions in the house in the U.S. Senate member Bernie Sanders there to and that there be elevated their voice of theory no more. This is a realities yet. And the reality is we what we do here is we we get when we find out about the situations we have an office in Washington that monitors all this is how we learn these things we take action. We'll just talk about the course will give you analysis on this broadcast but we take action we sued the Internal Revenue Service when they went after conservative party groups.

Do you think we will hesitate to sue the IRS if they start going against pro-Israel organizations, not a hesitation. We will do it if necessary to defend what is free speech, freedom of association and equal treatment under the law, which is something Harry that these groups on the other side don't really want to see them play absolutely, so the socialists they don't understand history. They don't understand international law. They don't understand the fact that Israel's current territory was one consistent with international law in wars that were largely launched, by whom the Arabs they lost those wars and now they're claiming oh it's illegal for Israel to retain what it is actually one so I think in light of all of this in light of the history of the socialists in light of two leaves history. The ABC LJ is prepared to sue if necessary in order to vindicate the free speech rights of pro-Israel organizations and we will not hesitate to do so in the future yet and we've already started. By the way, we got a T Mandy that's already on this were to first respond in writing because that's the first wide response of the iris hasn't done anything yet. Maybe they don't wear responding in writing, point by point against the leaves, committees, or hurt the other congressman their statements. We are challenging each and every one of them factually and legally.

Your ride today.

Let me just say I read the first draft of our response today and we have young lawyers who are committed to this we have all the lawyers with the gray hair in the white hair like me and my colleague Gary Hutchison are also committed to this looking at this from both perspectives historically legally, politically, socially and in other ways to make sure that our response answers all the false allegations that have been made by Felipe and her cohorts fellow comrades at the audacity in the United States of America in 2021 to attend the convention which they are addressed as comrades did say Americans didn't say fellow human beings, but use the work comrades that were back in 1950s with the three lives in Herbert Philbrick on television is the counterespionage agent were back to using those terms. Again, we are going to oppose them and were going to do it in a recent legal logical way. We've already started that I've read the letter. I'm impressed by the letter I matting my edits to the letter and were going to proceed to respond to Sec. Yellen.

From what Kelly has said to her. I think what what has she made clear here too as well as we could get to this first half-hour is just the audacity of this group did not just making the political statements report to their friends and allies. That's one thing but to put their names to a letter to the Treasury Secretary I utilizing complex theories of entered how international law should then include US law to the make it illegal for groups to operate in the US, they would have to give up their tax status if they support anything involving East Jerusalem or anything involving the West Bank procedures will be if they can stay were doing the work they see LJ Weaver matching challenge, but this month of August.

I don't ACLJ if you can double the impact your donation ACL pay.or that's ACLJFET orgy at the American Central and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate will be managed $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in the world who knew protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms are most important to you and your family. Give a gift today online ACLJ.keeping you informed anything now is Jordan secular Mexican so we are taking this on a directly she'd sleep is done. I did want to tell you what's coveted exit with a broadcast. We read this weekend to visit this weekend because R's are special counsel for global affairs for restrictor statement Pompeii was in town is able to come in on the weekend to do some filled with us for a documentary about.

We also make sure to give it to the radio studio to do a segment that we could show today on the air. So I go see I get sick tape of the onset with us in the studio part of the team talking about how to get a preview of the documentary, but hitting a lot of issues right now. That's coming up in the next segment that will be will rejoin you to finish out the show. I just want to make that clear everybody wife see Mike Pompeo on the set so we can talk about this letter from Congress was the lead requesting the IRS to Janet yells after the treasury to start revoking the taxes and status of pro-Israel organizations and I said earlier they really haven't started doing that you will that's not true. We are producer reminded us a group called Christians engage had their tax exempt status initially denied and this was the reason they gave him an arena. For example, you educate believers on national issues that are central to their beliefs in the Bible is the inerrant word of God. I can't believe they write this stuff in the IRS. Specifically, you educate Christians on what the Bible says in areas that can be that they can be instrumental in that it says including US and Israel relations.

They said so that Artie started doing this now. Fortunately, it was overturned quickly. The fact that the I kick it over the sanding of the fact that the IRS would in writing, write the words, inerrant word Bible as the inerrant word of God you're educating Christians on what the Bible says in these areas, including US and Israel as it why is the IRS engaging in this we know why is hostility is hostility is hostility to Christians is hostility to those who believe in the Bible is the word of God is as the kidney, then Greek, the proclamation of the word of God and is hostility that is inherent in the bureaucracy of the Internal Revenue Service.

God forbid that you should believe that the got the holy Bible is the inspired word of God and from that take a political position in favor of the Jewish state of Israel.

What a terrible thing that is what were going to do is were going to suppress you from doing that by taking away your tax-exempt status, which means your funding and your associational rights are going to be deprived of you because of your free speech in your conscience and this is still happening in the United States of America in the year 2020 1JI cannot believe this. It turns my stomach. It makes me physically ill. It's unbelievable because we went to federal court and beat the IRS for doing exactly what is being proposed right now.

Eric absolutely and it's very important to note that the left. The left wing in America. They believe in subordination. They believe in oppression. They believe in subjugation, so long as it advances their political power and so here we have proceeded to leave.

She asserts without any evidence that Israel Israeli policy is a form of apartheid. At the same time she celebrates the minimum wage laws, which were introduced in pre-Mandela South Africa why in order to displace black South Africans as I have argued previously. These laws can often be seen as a form of subordination racism and suppression, and yet she is accusing Israel of precisely the policy that she supports Rashida to leave has gotten her history, her economics exactly backward. We ought to reject her and reject her vigorously right folks will continue discussion after we have some special for his secretary. Pompeii was here the at our offices we are filling some of the news over the weekend at Stephen on Saturday. So as we do the work.

ACLJ and we also wanted to do a radio signal for you, onset with Sec. Pompeo submitted that you'll see that or hear that in the next segment of the broadcast will be back live to wrap the show with you, the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom.

Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that.

We are grateful.

Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family.

You forgive today online ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free hour for publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition life will show you how you are personally support the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to the prone life in many ways your membership in the ACLJ is powering the right question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/studio moments ago a favor but now back on the said here the radio said talking out.

We work on the documentary to be out in the fall. I would've taken opportunities of special member of our team is in studio with us today regularly on the broadcast former secretary state my Pompeii or senior counsel for global affairs Georgia state in the studios great to have in the city of Sec. They are rose in the studios because and just as you are just a moment ago is okay. Will we would talk about a lot of issues today but I did think it would be need for people to know, kind of in a preview of what we were doing in their and one of the first topics we went to a course of foreign policy. The issues that are that everyone is talking about right now course China how we hold China. Can we talk on the radio broadcast that is the greater detail for documentary coming out the fall just a few minutes ago. This idea that it always seems ace. It's like an uphill challenge to hold the Chinese in line but but as signatures that you did that to me what the will of the ways to if you were going to just fundamentally combat China on with the virus and what there'd doing around the world what to do in their region of the world as well, as it was that look like for people begins with a central understanding that their real threat for 50 years we viewed the mess up a partner like that bill that the US economy. Fair enough. Today the Chinese come. His party wants to undermine our very way of life.

So that requires a fundamentally different conception of how we deal with them is what we did set up residence and we want fair and equable traits of tariffs on we said you know you get a voice as far as on the will close our borders to China. We kicked at a bunch of tiny spies out when I made the decision to close the con Chinese consulate in Texas, there are a number of actions, some of which we got done, many of which we were still working on that have to take place foreign policy also course, you can't.

We don't overlook the significant progress we made within previous ministration with you in a sec. state with the Middle East as well that is always been a very challenging region of the world, but the progress that was made in the last previous four years when you're secretary state present from was the President.

If you look at historically more progress was made in that for years than in the previous time since the state of Israel new independence in 1948. I would say the same. Israel is just a lot longer than 1948, but since it's rebounding, so to speak.

The progress made in four years out did 40 years. I did, but it is a challenging environment and it's a very tough environment, it remains such, it took administration that was prepared up and decades of just trying to appease the Palestinians. That was good and and and note no good that they're not prepared to do any kind of deal to recognize Israel's right to exist. We said fine like you like to be better in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

But what I can let that stop us from building a piece so we punish the Arabian regime we made friends with our golf allies and we supported Israel and everything that we did weather was the movement of our embassy.

The US embassy to Jerusalem remove the recognition of the Golan Heights or or my statement about the fact that not every settlement is an occupation right these these core concepts built out a more stable, more prosperous Middle East that will change history. Reply that I was one of my favorite moments in the White House was when the President signed the declaration of the Golan Heights. I was there and present gaming.

One of the signed copies of the declaration was there with and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and it was an instrument in a sum is been working on Israel issues for 40 years. This was a culmination a lot of Bob hopes and prayers.

But the reality that happened was very significant and when everybody thought by bringing destabilization to the reason it did the opposite. The ultimate irony is moved embassy to address MLB work out, acknowledge the Golan Heights is the rightful property of interstate they'll be war got get out of the JC POA there will be what we did all of those things we were in no you worse. I will never this is a reason the stories are going to forget, so you should never forget this, so him over there for the Jerusalem moving of the embassy and the talk with David Freeman the day before and work with our team in Jerusalem and I get a call from the President this was that night after the embassy movie remember the war was like six rockets from Gaza for like 10 minutes piece is called… Just make sure like to be able to do this, make sure it doesn't escalate said you got really good people to commit to escalate when it was a great was a great moment. This victory yesterday. He tells those I threats at the you as it was yet a person had your position, former secretary state junkers liberal into the Middle East. Turn on fire but we do see also another issue timeout globally was religious liberty. The importance of that is a human right is you don't really have human rights that religious liberty is part of sweats and a First Amendment in the United States but at the foreign level. It unique to me except we didn't actually get to the document sets its unique for a radio audience that is that there is a genocide ongoing of Muslims by the Chinese and yet still the UN and international institutions and and bodies seem so afraid to acknowledge that you get it seem like to be if they were any different type of Muslims over there in different parts the world, the world would be.

You know, in uproar, rightly so, like, that we should be now like the US is taking the position that there's a genocide, but rest the world. They think these Muslims no matter, and that that's not how religious liberty works misses that the power that China has over the international community. That's what you're seeing you play there none of the large Muslim countries wants to acknowledge what they know is true that there are million Muslims held in internment camps that they're being treated in ways that are historically horrific but the power of China and influence the United Nations, the natural human rights organizations, and frankly bite threatening commercial sanctions against regimes that taught even talk about this genocide. The Chinese have caused the quiet to permit this to happen.

It is such a tragedy that you have a million people and basically concentration camps was the sort genocide going on and Worldox like well made shyness. What can we get will actually a lot okay Chinese people are good people. It's the government that is the price the Communist Party of China. That's the problem. You know we all come from a faith perspective you need to, and our faith demands that we protect those that are being persecuted as Christians that's were supposed to do. I reminded my team of this all the time I met evangelical Christian. But we should all come at this from a faith-based understanding because it's at the center of who we are as Americans write this, my dear Christian Downing is is who we are. So whether was the freedom loving people of Venezuela or the great Chinese people are the Arabians who were suffering or the, the people of North Korea who are suffering under the leadership of Chairman Kim every place we go.

We if we work and build out frameworks for religious freedom.

We will empower them we will create more space for them to practice their faith and we will have done a good term for humanity, human rights, I Dennis this during the documentary either but is something I want to ask you, you actually get one.

A few people that have directly dialogue with Chairman Kim and and I met him what you read. The situation with Chairman she controlled by others is that with Chairman Kim has a big group around mostly military leaders who desperately want to cling to the very tyrannical power that they have we really believed I have talked about this much we really believe that we had an opening that that conversation is that the President had with him in Singapore and then in Hanoi. The conversations that I and my team. It had with their leadership and with Chairman Kim directly created a space where he might well turn but each time each time.

I think he was close to making that decision. He realized that the military was against it in the senior military leaders had the weapons and an awful lot of power and so his capacity to make those changes that I think Chairman Kim would like to have found a path forward on just foreclosed. This is why folks we encourage or support work because because of that were able to retain people like Mike Pompeo, former Secretary of State gives an analysis like you just heard and that is something that you not getting everyplace else and course. We also get the benefit of his expertise with all of our cases on religious freedom report also on the life issue. That's right in the life issue we discussed that the idea going from what you call the most pro-life administration to the most pro-abortion if it's not, I'll say to people. It's not like previous ministries both sides, mistress and Democrats more so than the Republicans were extremely proper.

Life is ever were but they weren't as hostile.

Now we see the hostility to the individual and we get into some detail in the in the documentary for the fall but that we see the actual hostility is not just with the proleptic individual Americans.

If you are pro-life you are somehow you are outside the mainstream.

You are and and you are not your rights are not to be protected Dravis, as they think their lives. In this argument to become more hostile and more radical they can see voices who before were perhaps agnostic on the issues they know these are these that these are lives. These are people that should be protected think this is a glorious thing that the more radical they become. The more we can belie the fact that the that that this date they frame it as women's health. We provided more resources for women's health around the world and any ministration in history. We simply denied our taxpayer dollars going to fund organizations that support abortion doing a documentary that being put together relics that were just in the studio recording a portion of her work and also cover government accountability education. The Constitution, so a lot more that will be able to get into in the special documentary reporting together, but again I just want to say thank you for ACLJ members. Really something cute.

She had to leave because I think this flashback we said who is this person that is a member of Congress. This would give her what she had to say about the Holocaust. We just took it to understand that everything she says is an attack on Jews always gets back to be attack on Jews were the Holocaust.

You can't separate that out between say it. On the other still exonerate instead of support, Zionism, or the Jewish state of Israel. I will probably use around the world because that's what that was use around the world that was used in that another do with Israel. And yet she still is a supporter there. That's how much her hatred for Jews.

How high this. That's why she never says I don't hate using her statements when she thought she treasured it to make statements like the one you want to take Alyssa bite to this the flashback to 2019, calming feeling. I always tell folks when I think of the Holocaust and the treasurer Holocaust and the fact that it was my ancestors. Palestinians who lost their land and some lost their lives, their livelihood, to human dignity, their existence in many ways, have been wiped out politic with in the name of trying to create a safe haven shoot for Jews. I have to interject right here as a person that is lost hundreds of family members in the Holocaust. What is despicable and disgusting statement from representative to leave and how she did not get censure or sanction for that by her house colleagues is unbelievable.

Let me read it, but it's kind of calming feeling.

I always tell folks when I think about the Holocaust. It's a calming feeling and what she thinks about the Holocaust and I can hardly does not usually at a loss for words. The lawyer and I speak, historian, and I and I read and when I hear somebody say that the execution, the disintegration, the absolute destruction of over 6 million human beings by a terrorist regime in Germany under adult Hitler and his Nazi stooges can give you calm is not despicable. It's not horrible it's not terrible.

It's not just anti-Christian is something that I cannot even conceive of anybody honoring words like that… It's against context because that's 2019 here.

She's a 2021 continuing to double down on the statements of this work attacking Israel. This is just it may take Alyssa bite 19 we need to stop and look at our own country enabling act with billions of dollars every year being issued to Israel even though they are promoting racism and dehumanization she just she's on this. You know this is her life calling to denigrate the Jews of the world. That's a pretty bold statement government but that's what veteran Eric that's what her reason for existence is to make statements like this, and unfortunately interim party. She does that unchecked. I think you're precisely correct. So I think we can plainly state that her statements are indeed horrible and they are also racist and yet she claims that the Jewish state of Israel is races. She ought to also remember that the Holocaust and it was very was a very horrible event. It was done under the authority of what a socialist regime, and she claims to be a socialist. So it's very very important to keep in mind about what totalitarian regimes are able to do with respect to human history and limitation which talks about her relatives. Palestinian relatives assessing overall Palestinians. Of course some of the Palestinian relatives and the leaders of the Palestinians in the 1940s like Yasser Arafat you know he was working with Adolf Hitler, let me say that again working with Adolph Hitler, Yasser Arafat Arafat that's her lineage, so this is this is the fact that she gets what and then has the gall to send the secretary of the treasury Janet Yellen, a demand letter that start revoking the tax-exempt status of pro-Israel groups which your American Center for Law and Justice is already responding to were on draft number three of this letter, legal break, that's good. Going to Janet Yellen and that the IRS has already done this once already this year when they said that this particular group educated Christians on a variety of issues including US and Israel relations. That was a basis to deny the document status.

This is not pretend this is real but we are taking direct action and I will promise you right now we have to go to federal court on this.

We will do it. Yeah this is why it's important to point out we we do not just talk about these issues at this is what to note about the letter we been working a lot in it and we would be going back and forth. I went to talk better on the air. Our response that were working on, but there we saw this this speech she gave last week to the Democratic Socialist national convention 50 because the media person and that it we we realize okay this is somewhat again were not just harping on some yellow educator at some random place was got no name. She has vehicle to speak as she has got a group around her supports this position, she that their people. The U.S. Senate support this position and this is not it's not mainstream yet in the Democrat party. Let me take something out Russia to push these people out not making a statement by saying you know what we don't want you part of our party, even if that jeopardizes our majority because we believe you're promoting racism and your promoting anti-Semitism. We want nothing to do with that in the Democrat party that made easy way. Where should have the voice evil which is why she has a voice.

Santa Fe's addresses for she is the caucus with the Democrats in this be have a board wrote a vote vote in Congress. But the fact the matter is any willing among the left ear.

The fact the matter is there. This is not only wrong as a matter of law, but as you said this is wrong as a matter of history where no one reads history books anymore. They should read their history book and if they understand history. There understand that as the patriarch of Jerusalem said to me, I know who the sovereign is here and he pointed to the holy Bible I just say at all of which by the way, the irises of you if you reference that you could lose your taxes and status. Think about that you get further into that as well with your response that were working on the Excel yet public were to get that humility encourages the work of the ACLJ sought drought Mike Pompeo was in the studio with us over the we can breathe he bid and he spent time with the productivity but also this broadcast as well. The security support the work of ACLJ is how were able to be involved in all these issues directly, not just talk about the matching challenge right now double the impact of your donation ACLJ.org that's ACLJ.org will talk to you next time. The American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be managed $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in the work we do.
