Think about parents who have considered schools, whether trying to teach them these ideas as racist ideas pairs of responsibilities they know not in my school, not with my children in our PTA meetings and the school board made currently to be at talking about the kind of things I get asked all time. What can I do. I'm just one person. These are the kind of things every citizen can do.

The other is 1/8 grader and the eighth-grader just went back to school two weeks ago. They sophomore went back about a month ago and they are still losing out on education and the superintendent of schools get on TV and all he's all excited about how they open completely. Next year, but they've destroyed the kids education for around the country. I was blessed our kids were in school for the mass majority of the year here but there were mast there was definitely a decline thing will so the reports that in the future when we know this can be potentially an economic impact]. The kids were were really the ones who suffered the consequences. A lot of this and what a lot of us are sleep had to dealing with it, but when it comes to kids in schools is a lot of people who agree with you. Look written at it now a lot of kids are off already for some rhino North to make tickets a few more weeks, maybe in a month or so schooling left over us here at work were done for the summer and we are already seeing schools here in South saying specifically. Hey were knocking and require mass next year and start where are you seeing them say that I think that's a good sign for you New York. They did a study on what the cost of learning loss was from the school closures in the new through the economic analysis predicted that it will reduce the United States GDP by 3.6% and hourly wages by 3.5% by the year 2050, and the researchers actually were suggesting that they add another month of school to that this upcoming school year.

The 20 2122 school year because of that loss of learning, so the cost that you and I I know were very concerned about the entire time.

It was one of the reasons that we did a lot about school choice during the pandemic and tried to help students and parents in any way we could through the school choice initiative at the ACLJ was because we were concerned about that loss of learning and what that would do. How would it affect children their future and also the nation as a whole.

And when you look at these percentages. Those are pretty drastic numbers of eight an effect on our economy 3.6% and hourly wages of 3.5% over the next several decades as the children that are school-age now enter the workforce and are having at home and wheel of essentially having a missing year of schooling.

That's a big deal and I think it's something that we will start to see more of people talking about as we go forward in the impact of that really starts to come out yet.
