Following President Biden’s first joint congressional address yesterday, Senator Tim Scott (SC) delivered the response. While even left-leaning media outlets like CNN deemed his rebuttal “largely accurate,” it didn’t take long for leftist Twitter users to start spewing venom at the conservative African American lawmaker. Rather than stick to the content of Sen. Scott’s arguments for attack, these “woke” warriors focused in on Scott’s race for ridicule. Jay, Jordan, and the rest of the Sekulow team discuss this latest assault on conservatives and more today on Sekulow .

Secular the racist left thousands spewing racial slurs and Tim Scott after he delivered the response Joe Biden speech from Washington DC your questions right now: 1-800-684-3110 and your host last night. If you could, through Joe Biden. Our nine minute long socialist wish list read your Otilia for the Teleprompter into a mostly empty room. Even though everyone's been back stay there for over a couple months those of the first people receive vaccines still mast is still most of the Congress were able to attend the light guested virtual guest but it was just, you know, I mean it was just bullet point after bullet point of massive spending total of over $6 trillion that we all have to pay for and were not addressing the fact that were not even open as a country, it instead of addressing whether schools were to open out when our people go to be able to go back to work.

One of the one of the towers in New York to reopen where the buildings in your career. For when it went winter people at the border crisis. Those were addressed. Instead, it was things will literally not happen during Joe Biden's life even if it was approved by Congress. He would probably not live to see any of these programs and that's not a mean statement that's just reality.

Because these were 25, 30 year long new deal type plans the Congress for what he is not going to pass literally Invoking the bed.

The memory of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and in the new deal and the work progress administration and that kind of approach to governing bomber start with some of the atmospherics of the of the of the room if I can. I found that very disheartening, especially since the rollout of the vaccine has been so successful personal Joe Biden never gave any thanks or praise to the trump administration for getting a vaccine approved in record time never happened in human history. And it was approved and done, he claimed credit for the rollout. Admittedly, the rollouts been very good but it was under the trump administration that they vaccine was developed that explain this to me and I'm all for taking precautions we were massing here for a long time I've been vaccinated. Most of us have been vaccinated here. Everybody in that room was vaccinated. They were way apart if they were all wearing masks and that doesn't it it it it takes away from the hope. I think that some people out and then it gives people that are skeptical a reason to say what's really going on here.

Then you get into the substance of the socialist moment. That's what I call it. It was a socialist moment eight $6 trillion package and when he talked about infrastructure what every commentator at least honest commentator said was that there is this not rebuilding the roads and bridges is not what is really talking about but I gotta say this also admin but doesn't bite you during Tim Scott, the senator from South Carolina.

We represented on a lot of briefs to the Supreme Court about one right now. Friend of ours.

It was the best post speech response beach that I ever heard delivered and there were some good Bubba Gump from Virginia did very good. When a number of years, and how rare it is to say that is it to get to in your lifetime is a very tough job. Tim Scott was phenomenal, yapping singer, you got, but then attacked but attacked with Vic. I got very serious racist slurs because he has. He had asked to be black, a Republican from the South who said he devoted his whole life in the South had not had issues. I he represented a more modern look at that where we are is a will and had the audacity to say that America is not a racist country. Overall nothing that's it would've issues. Overall, the countries that racist because painting America like that is very anti-American plays into the Chinese were human rights abuses basic to call yourselves racist in this horrible country don't go tell us that were committing genocide to get some grouping unit. The clean up your own house first kind of thing and again if that anti-Americanism. We the people leave the government we can get is that as well go by and say we the people means the government and what we ought of the exact opposite of what your thoughts to 100-684-3110 at 2000 684-3110 the American Center for Law and Justice coalitions at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Rejecting those uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online okay only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stay in the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to the pro-life many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right question for copy mission life today online/secular survey talk about obstacles response to Tim Scott making the statement that America's racist country and then this backlash calling him ill uncle Tim like uncle Tom in this kind of idea that you can't do if you are you'll walk this partyline if you're African-American or black you to walk the party line is a Democrat you could attack so you can use racism against him. Yet you know that you can use that that the old racist attacks against him because he doesn't fit your narrative and I was horrified at some of the comments are up on twitter targeting Tim Scott and course I remember this, of course, free twitter with the same kind of statements were being used against Clarence Thomas and I want to go to Harry Hutchison or Greco policy on this because you think that you know we talk about racism in America. We saw it last night. It wasn't what it was coming from the left on twitter feeds, absolutely, and no one should be surprised with the vitriol and with the venom that was expressed against Tempest God. How dare he declare independence from the progressive plantation. How dare he expressed any independent thought about the future of the country for future of African Americans.

How dare he talk about the tremendous progress that African-Americans, Latinos, and women have made under the trump administration in some sense the progressives believe that the only reason to support African-Americans and to support African American voters is when they go to the ballot box. They cannot be seen as independent and so progressives consistently express the bigotry both soft bigotry or the harsh bigotry of low expectations and that includes disallowing African-Americans from having an independent thought your areas ethically correct out of my death and Bennett than what is been the colleagues of Tim Scott Bates made statements that on this yet are starting to Jannine for a first of all, I think you're hearing a trend you saw last night how effective Sen. Scott was in a number of issues L through from his faith and at very powerful closing he drew from his personal story condo Congress in one generation and obviously drew from his personal knowledge that yes, America has flaws that we need to work through, but Ross is a land of opportunity and he spoke to both of those in such an effective way. I thought Lindsay Graham actually I was one of the ones that were obviously a personal relationship from the same state expressing support for that but J to two things I would say about that. That's one of the reasons why he is the lead in our brief. They were filing in that task case where the covert bill is blocking states from reducing tactics that he can speak to that school choice issue yet. I like few others in the second thing I would say quickly J. Can you imagine if it had been a conservative that was leading that racial slur on twitter.

How soon do you think twitter have blocked that phrase. It took twitter a little while to do it on. Unfortunately with the double standard evening. It took this morning so took you know that it was flowers but 12 hours yet ridiculous. And here's the thing a man with a banner I thought were on five of the factors people I want to see people condemning those kind of statements aimed at a good man and you sent me a text during Tim Scott speech and you said this is the future. This is the way the Republican Party should be moving forward. That's exactly right. Janet should be the bright shining star on the firmament of the Republican Party is someone like Sen. Scott is articulate. He is sincere he is Christian and is thought what a terrible thing to express your Christianity, and to embrace what a terrible thing that he quoted from Scripture at the end of his speech and made a statement about the grace of God, what an awful thing to say what a horrible thing. The progressives condemned him for doing that a person who grew up in South Carolina with with just a mother to raise him who had a grandfather who couldn't read, but good report with the newspaper and firmament as an example for others to read and went to Chick-fil-A and got his start and really brought himself up.

No, that's not what he supposed to do. He supposed to wait for the government to hand out stuff and because he is African-American supposed to wait for the progressives to give them stuff is supposed to get food stamps is supposed to get section 8 housing is supposed to waiting get all the benefits of big government. No, that's not what Tim Scott did and he made the statement that were not a racist country and were not were not a racist country. There are races in this country there are races all over the world, but Tim Scott. As I said was the shining star in the firmament yesterday and that is the face in the future of the Republican Party. If it is I'm all for J income VP Harris agree that the United States is not a racist country was under agreement. She said I think last night.

She's a statement I can. He wants our yet. Let's play it last night in America is not a racist country agreement that you make of his warning against fighting discrimination or discrimination. America is a racist country, but we also do have to speak truth about racism in our country. Okay, so they is executive Scott.

Is anyone going to call no one would have the nerve Harry to say to VP Harris okay, you know, some kind of racial epithet and that's when this I think that is correct. I think of VP Harris has achieved a level of protection.

Why because she is willing to after admitting that the United States is not a racist country then accept the progressive narrative that virtually everything in the United States is about race and the only way we can solve everything from climate change to US energy policy is by focusing on race and perhaps white supremacy and so I think the American people reject this progressive narrative.

And that is why Tim Scott's statement last night was so dazzling and was so welcome. I think in the homes of most American people yet again Joe Biden speech was just unrealistic. Didn't seem like he was speaking to a half-empty room about all these massive programs and people can go back to the job they have right now they've kept it there still working virtually big corporations are free to open up their their headquarters and abilities to leave North African and people back and he's talking about rebuilding Pittsburgh. It's wonderful about rebuilding Pittsburgh, but are you and allow the people, even into the factory enough people to where it would affect the leave people working there. If any of these plans were funded, who is gathering together if you can't gathering the Congress. So instead of sending a message.

What would've been a powerful message as if Joe Biden would've taken the mantle of this vaccine is working in as a full room packed house so you can go inside in Washington DC in a packed house instead of up empty seats looking weak looking scared looking feeble, which is his specialty and someone again that you just don't believe anything you say is reality because look at the room, it's a good bunch of excuses had an old was rude and quiet and absurd and it's virtue, signaling its telling people to be a good American don't don't go back to your office. All you don't go back to work. Don't go back to a concert.

Talk about your bars and restaurants. You have to be 60 apart from everybody, even if you been vaccinated. So either he's doesn't trust the vaccine or or they like the idea that more more people need the government they love the idea that some people need to get on Obama care because of economic problems in this, follow them out of nausea. That's a negative that because we had to deal with a pandemic in our country and I the irony of this I got some of her hairy mama same for the next time I went on about this. We people is what Andy I see in you and I both would like to invite in the studios been vaccinated, but the imaging they sent to me sends the wrong message to the United States to our citizens.

They were safe. Even the former head of Planned Parenthood is a CNN commentator former Baltimore gravity. The statements were Baltimore officials. She said this she said it and I will tell you. She said that this was unnecessary to be double mast and mask when everybody knew vaccinated anti-now well that day that the progressive agenda the progressive agenda is the squelch the idea of self-love of probe self enrichment progressive ideas tried to bring Greg to portray a sort of a feeble attitude as Jordan said that where do you know sort of a locked up in our cages without going out into the public and this is the idea of dependence because that's what federal rather progressive ideas and Democratic power grab ideas want to portray.

And that is one of dependence and feebleness and that is not a good again, all with Sen. Scott portrayed what the United States is all about and that's exactly the vision that I got looking at that empty house chamber last night. It looked absolutely awful you know her opinion pieces with mass and distancing Biden speech sent the wrong message about the power of a backseat. It was message wrong. The substance was wrong.

The atmospherics were wrong and Tim Scott was phenomenal and fine also made the safety of American defeat is, which is that we can't solve everything on her America can handle problems we can handle this get over history. We have only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice as is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later, planned parenthood's role in the what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith covering correction in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life reports and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ.

The work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous support in our matching challenge today make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you today online ACLJ 684-3110 UTC massive contrast I saw last night to the most excited members of Member of Congress Bernie Sanders, of course, and that excited by Barack Obama. He was that excited by your nothing was big enough for him.

But this time around he was he was right up front. He was, not falling asleep.

He was not aboard.

This was like his wish list.that you had a so-called uniter with a soft voice go through so may not be delivered. The way the Bernie Sanders were delivered very similar. These are his ideas based that the government is you.

You are the government were indistinguishable.

That's China, that's that the idea of China and the copies part of the Congress party China is that is that the them.

The government, the party. The idea is bigger than the individual. Take a listen to Joe Biden said our Constitution. His interpretation we the people as we the government take us. Our Constitution opens with the words and phrases we people's time. Remember that we the people are the government you some force in the distant capital some powerful force. We have no control over its between the people. First of all, break this down as trite as it sounds. We the people that we, the people in order to form a more perfect union. That means working we the people will form the union. We will establish the government's which is what it says but we are not the government, and hairy. You and I talked about that from a policy standpoint in any of the government's verbal standpoint, it's completely wrong. Absolutely. So we are being encouraged to do one thing to substitute our belief in God or a belief in government and the superiority of government. Who could forget for instance what Gov. Cuomo said, with respect to dealing with the pandemic.

God had nothing to do with it. In other words, humankind human innovation that's all we need but we are one nation under God, indivisible, not one nation under the elites in Washington DC indivisible Pres. Reagan said in 1986 about the government of the nine most terrifying words in the English language are, I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

Joe Biden got the city completely backwards.

What he did and obviously doesn't know history as a read history that there was a famous statement made by King Louis XIV asked him about the state in the government and he said in French lick that same the state.

That's me and that is exactly what we fought a revolution against England prevent from happening. The state is not the government is not that rather the people we gave the government limited powers in our Constitution we retain that the sovereignty we retain the ultimate decision-making authority. We the people and the government are not nested are not at all. The same thing.

We have given the government limited powers over us and we retain the sovereignty, ultimately, to determine our fate.

So when Biden says the government and the people of the same thing is obviously never read history and never heard of the French Revolution or the American revolution, for that matter, and to say that about a President of the United States is pretty pitiful yet it is not. This became a synthetic me. It is we don't.

The fact is that yes you get to elect your leaders and there is a lot of controversy over the in the last election. The fact that he does government affect 50% of the country can think of. The election was held correctly or properly.address you is somebody who's was to unify and the idea that you have a get a divided Congress but also this bureaucracy is that it is a behemoth and if you try to do anything to that.

You know it it attacks you develop from his living proof that ongoing as we speak and still the attack of what it means to to even try and clean up what is a government that is out of control that you can't touch that you can't impact it seems like it doesn't matter who you elect they are still there. There still in their job with their politics playing a role inside their their nonpolitical positions and we have to a lot of work that this is the question that America has to face.

Do you want the government running your life for the and and so taking over every aspect your decision-making, call your racist tell your kids there racist telling your you know that everybody how horrible the countries with the vice President said the oh I don't regret racist country with his racist history is the constantly going back. Instead of looking for you to say you're all better. This is kind of is a newer strategy to try to post within their use of the pandemic to say you really want a free your free economies you really want trickle-down economics talk about 650 rich people. That's not really that important the country 300 million+ together's six and 50 really successful people who are mostly intact, so they were is impacted by pandemic right. That's the nature of the industry that the rent yet, but I think there's another aspect of this and this is this push for an expansive government and Biden made it very clear the present made it very clear he wants an expansive role in government in our lives in healthcare and everything else I mean anything a wish list of socialist ideals. No wonder Bernie Sanders was smiling. I want to play with Joe mansion said this, a Democrat from West Virginia and get Dan's comments on is this thing I have a chance to get through this play would Joe mansion said concerned about this push for more expansive government policy before over overreach and popularly stymied investments.

In Pacific Grove, 20, 22, 23, 24 non-so you see playing out.

I mean this this wish. This new act, please commit a $6 trillion program is to get through.

Why think horses certainly have a chance. I mean it's can it be up to Joe mansion and a few others in the Senate to keep it from going through but luck on jamming I think you can tile the strings together and in a message last night from Pres. Biden was that Washington is the answer to all of these problems with the American people very know very good and well that Washington is actually the problem or not the solution and not the answer. They're the problem. J.

I think the reason the Pres. Biden is confusing the government and the people is because he's been a part of the government for nearly half a century, so it might be true for him, but certainly not true for the rest of us. Washington is very out of touch for most fit most Americans.

They don't feel like they have a lot of say so see that you senators, who are we elected every six years.

So what to get elected. That's a long time to look at it back in and some are more effective summer.

If you do a better job of Their constituents with to feel as an individual American your why do we organize into groups like the ACLJ why do we put ourselves together to take on these entities because you cannot do it by yourself. You can you can have the right ideas, but you can't you can't think of the government by yourself, or at least force the governments of this idea again that we are back to praising the big government programs instead of being the honest truth. The reason why there's a vaccine is because the trust administration told FDA cut the red tape right so so emergency approvals. They would never think they'd still be in the testing process on pigs. If this was the real. If this was that the Joe Biden government running. The backseat may still be testing testing testing would still be shut down completely aptly right. They want us to stay shut down that's initially there was to stay on that edge you need the stimulus check would do nothing question they folks were to be here for another 30 minutes so make sure you're getting the flower broadcast you getting on social media platforms. Carpenters like them number of radio station.

Forget the whole hour over the last two days of a matching town campaign. This is it for the month of April is a big big month for us. Go to ACLJ.org. Any amount you donate were getting a matching gift for you see the program you hear the announcement again he know the action that we take in Washington and around the globe. ACLJ.org the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be now $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in the work you do protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most to you and your family. Give a gift today online ACLJ.live from Washington DC and Mexico City had Joe Biden address to Congress. It states in state of the union. Obviously you don't do that cover for a year, but you still like to address. This address came later than most, and values you had springtime but also it was bizarre because we've had the vaccine they push the vaccine they've all been vaccinated still had all this space in between the senators listen to what Synvisc I like how the evening started, and there's obviously all you could you get focusing on different areas. I think the of the big things are big government, individual liberty at war but but listen. Kevin McCarthy believes that the that the finer points of how absurd that these Biden plans are when we are a nation that is still not reopen. This is how the night started.

For those few members of Congress. It actually did attend last night.

Take a listen to every member and 95 and was planted on the front of that last made in China and US Congress and make a metal member that made in China.

They write about this mass was made in China and so was the virus and here's the reality.

Everybody in that room was vaccinated every single person in that room was vaccinated and yet in the speech Biden himself said by American wheat should come to. There's nothing wrong with that, he says, been that way since the 1930s.

It's the law. Listen to what he said American tax dollars are going to be used by American products made in America to create American jobs. That's the way it's supposed to be and it will be in this industry and that's great and if there be criticism.

Of course, if Donald Trump, etc. because that's exactly but not from studies that but they're not buying in America. Another not by America because he he later on said there's exemptions and of course the government is if he's try to tighten up these exemption always talking about that you making the decision to buy American products. He's talk about government using your taxpayer dollars to buy American products think they'd be doing the first place but they have all these exemptions. Why because we are manufacturing is not up to speed why those in 95 Massey made in China because we don't have the kind of capacity to put those together and achieve at any any cost that is buyable by the US government and Eric determine economic state law for the imaging that is horrific virus you come from China Chinese mass that are are are produced to do it at while the present same by American absolutely. So one of the things that you should take away from that particular statement, Pres. Biden is that Pres. Biden remains massively confused. We are still a dependent country. We depend on China for a disproportionate number of drugs and many important rocks and what is the Biden administration doing what are the Democrats doing they are expanding as we speak our dependence on China and they don't seem to be driven by any urgency to change this particular pattern. So if Joe Biden really wants to deliver on making products in America supposed to China. One place you should start and start very very quickly and that is by ensuring that all essential drugs are now made in the United States right we got a lot to talk about what your thoughts to what hundred 684-3110. That's what hundred 684-3110. If you have the audacity to put out a different idea about the country to say to pay our country as a whole, not all basis is not like the entire country deposit receipt deal with Ford and and Ford to tell your kids help bad they are before the other kids and you called racial slurs is if you have a different idea about what the government should be particular because what hundred 684-3110 at 2000 68431 the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom.

Protecting those faith uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful.

Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you when you give a gift today online okay only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stay with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy mission in life today online/interesting where we are at now because it is dangerous ground. When you are you present your administration. Your activists are out of control because you you spew the same hate that they take on you just by doing the more politician style, but the fact that Tim Scott's speech and the reaction by the hard left to the speech is a bigger story is Joe Biden saying all these plays they would like to do, but it's divided Congress so some will get through some might not get through and he will explain when there's any of this will actually happen because we live in an open country get to me the whole thing is like speaking a half-empty room because it will let people in, and were supposedly these massive spending plans for a country that United allowed to go to a concert inside and schools aren't reopened everywhere and we don't have nothing to be open all those the kind of priorities. I think the people actually care about the government being involved in where the government can take this role, but instead, the response which usually is politically fraught. I mean I think every buy will tell you no big job you get, but it's also a in a kid it could lead to political in your political career and often taught or just not make any news at all. But last night it did at outward display from Tim Scott's kilobyte. I've also experienced a different kind of intolerance I could call uncle Tom in the N-word by progresses by liberals. Just last week a national newspaper suggested. My family's poverty was actually privilege because a relative own land. Generations before my time, believe me I know firsthand are healing is not finished. You note to say this is I keep saying that this the future of the Republican Party I think is the future of the United States, and I only that Harry first name it and I I was a fantastic speech, but he dealt with the reality of what the progressive (he is trying to do absolutely and the progressive left has always had a consistent policy of suppression and subordination for independent African-Americans and Latinos.

And for that matter. Women so if you go back to the 1930s in the United States. What did we see from progresses and I mean Democrats. We saw genocide.

We saw eugenics we saw abortion we saw exclusion from the labor force through deliberate and premeditated federal government policy and if you go back even further.

Guess what we saw Jim Crow and we saw voter suppression coming from whom coming from Democrats.

So I think it is clear beyond question that Tim Scott represents a new breed of American and American who is willing to stand up to the prevailing narrative of the left, he is willing to stand up to the Washington Post, which basically suggested that he was privilege without referencing the fact that it it's actually the owner of the Washington Post who was privilege and that is Jeff Baeza who is one of the world's richest men worth something, like $150-$200 billion. And so Tim Scott I think is a great American story about the progressive left is quite prepared to ignore it. Why because he's an independent thinking African-American you Andy. I thought about the fact that by God's history wrong and then Tim Scott deliver such a compelling statement on the real principles of America I mean that what week was we always get do not always reach ideals to be sure, but the idea of equal justice under the law.

I meet Tim Scott in his life.

His strive for that and is seen it and I'm not talked to Clarence Thomas about that performing and our friend Larry Thompson, a former assistant Atty. Gen.

The Atty. Gen. United States. This is meant for him to receive the vitriol of the left on social media platforms edge city can imagine somebody like George that if somebody from the right did that but does receive that vitriol tells you there is a divide in the country but a lot of it's coming from the so-called progressives is and you know you but you really brought up a very important figures. Clarence Thomas, who I do not know.

Tim Scott, who I do not know but Larry Thompson, who I do know, and for whom I worked, who was the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia and come up with any privilege he was from Hannibal, Missouri he went to work from and sandal. He worked his way up. It became United States attorney for Atlanta and then became Deputy Attorney General United States is an African-American. Did he do it because he had some kind of privileged background, absolutely not. He did it because he had to drive because he had independence because he had the American dream behind him and he made one of the most fantastic public servants ever that we ever had and it was a pleasure and a privilege for me to work under him and it's the same thing with Tim Scott what the progressives want black Americans to be what they want to admit women to be what they want Asians to be and anybody who is in a minority deep pendant on the government. We don't want you to think for yourself. We want you to depend upon the government to do the thinking for you and working and tell you what you need to do and what you don't need to do and were going to make statements like Tim Scott is uncle Tom Moore erases and how dare he say that America is not racist because he doesn't fit the mold.

Let me tell you something that scared me when Joe Biden starts quoting Franklin D Roosevelt in the year 2021 and starts making those analogies, you better start getting scared about where the federal government is these individuals. They bring up racist in a race spot is this 1930s America is not is not the that but yet they can use them as it's like Margaret Sanger and all the stuff they they that I live parent is now said Margaret Sanger, founder was wrong was on Medicaid measures, eugenics yet and and and support of the KKK all of their pet projects is its divide. That's their eyed strategy. It's always divide and conquer divide around racialized economic lines, sex, men, women you know and and anything you can do to put people in the categories they love checking these boxes and that's the opposite of what Republicans had a cover for which is it doesn't matter what box you check, we don't care if you're if you're Elon musk, or if he just presents it at an you know it doesn't matter. You can you can make it work, but I think that the idea like space X what got us our space program to the next level was private industry working with the government, not the government right an answer is that they could not even forget how to they got lots of money in the technology Harry your your smiling over there. What he really think well I'm thinking Jordan's analysis is spot on. Use it's clear beyond question that the original progressive architects and some new Deal renovators were partisans of what human inequality. For example, the labor legislation that they pioneered was designed to exclude immigrants, women and African-Americans. Additionally progressives were what enthusiastic Biologics bio lodgers believed that biology that is race determine human worth American labor reformers judged an impressive array of human groups, unworthy of the work they call them the so-called unemployable and they engaged in deliberate and premeditated policies to ensure that they were unemployed and that is the legacy of the Joe Biden's of the world and yet they now want to assert that it is tempting.

Scott standing in the doorway preventing African-American progress when it is their own racist history that does so very effectively. Harry is 100% correct. I hope we put this out and send this out but listen. Also what Sen. Scott said right on that point, we are family. We are all in this together and we get to live in the greatest country on earth the country where my grandfather in his 94 years saw his family go from cotton to Congress in one lifetime. So I am more than hopeful.

I'm confident that our finest hour is yet to come. Original sin is never the end of the story, not in our souls and not for nation. The real story is always redemption. I am standing here because my mom has prayed me through some really tough times. I think it's if the mayor is the checking the box we initially had her third child. She felt so security is like four different questions. Try to get your race, your essay if are you this, but I also but a Hispanic that but even if you said no.

The first time psychic box that how many different ways to categorize America's assent to say hey were you born America here we go, and you know it's it's it's one thing to say we needs to through a statistics of this but these are the individuals they grew up in the in the American South where they when he says that there were plenty of people he's talking back to her white for the same experience who were from cotton to Congress also is it mostly for plantation owners only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable and is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold mission will show you how you are personally support publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways, your membership is empowering the right question free copy of mission in life today online/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family. You forgive today online okay let's say we had opportunity as a country that our President tell us that you and it could be demonstrated by a packed room 1600 seats full. It's safe for us to do it say for your business to do it. We can reopen that really should be the message right. We got the vaccine so reopen. You've all had the opportunity to get it so reopen and reopen the schools in the fall, but instead were still sitting 6 feet apart when no Americans.

By the way are living this way, so only the elites now who have an accident been vaccinated first right regardless of whatever. If they met any kind of statistics from 30 years old hundred, however, know they are.

They got vaccinated, but you know they are not putting on the message of only elitist gets to decide. I would have 6 feet in front of me. I get to have this many chairs and I left the shop to where they were shaking his handiwork is pumping as a joke went with it when you're with your your facemask is messed matching your your jacket in Utah in the it's it's become an industry that is an industry it's and it's it's an industry and I love it because this is this is government on display were given not even allow government the comforts of speech would you like for possible for the vice President and the and the. The vice President and the speaker not have mass on the boat been vaccinated, and he really is. Also, this is bizarre because you see the movie, but you don't what was what was the sense you're here for members about all that it would be one thing if we were where we were six months ago but thank God were not.

I think there were lots and lots of members you thought like Kevin McCarthy did they thought it was theater over unity because J luck if if than if the intent had been this speech is getting unify this would've been the perfect example because this was an effort that was begun by the Trump administration operation work speed was an overwhelming success, and in the buying and frustration pick it up and carried it through that would have been a message that could have unified about they chose theater over unity ID was an opportunity to lead by example, but instead they wanted to keep the issue on the table for the reason that Jordan just talked about. If you want to engage in identity politics and you have to divide America to accomplish that.

You don't really want to achieve the unity they are such hypocrites. I meet Gavin Newsom has the private dinner with but you know tons of people every day. During the height of an we are team here pointed out that Nancy Pelosi, I remember this now. Laura Matt us last night, but not when the height of the pandemic which is getting her hair done in an ACL are notable to this look get my haircut this afternoon.

You know what I would be wearing a mask and I've been vaccinated me, but they locate a voice exactly what you wish I feeling irony of this.

The irony of this is that Joe Biden juxtaposes all this imagery around this statement number 27. After 100 days of rest.

All America is ready for takeoff in my working again dreaming again discovering again leading the world again we are shown each other and the world that there's no quit in America not okay relating again let let let first of all, the imagery that was shot in that in the Senate chamber which I have spoken at enjoyed his bed as well during impeachment 92.that did not show we were leaving again and open to getting the Bible.

It looked like a lot of elderly people. Okay, it was happy. I hate to say it was like it look as if Jordan said my mother is right, but the fact is that it was sent the wrong message and then he has the nerve the gall to say were leaving again. Meanwhile, Russia has amassed troops on the border of Ukraine. I ran is is is surrounding American warships and in the Chinese are threatening Taiwan.

Other than that Harry were leaving again, but you have to have master they gave out in Congress were made in China absolutely zero, but you have to hand it to the Democrats. They have mastered theater and at the end of the day.

However, it all about control. It's not about unity and it is not about science. Keep in mind that the Congress was socially distance last night during the speech despite an IT study which shows that there is virtually no difference with respect to Cogan transmission were not talking about vast vaccinated people. If you're 6 feet apart or 60 feet apart. Why because the air is being recirculated so the whole notion of socially distance in Congress last night, is contrary to science, but it is pro control and it is and it is pro dividing the American people. So I think Dan made a very excellent point. If you believe in identity politics, you have to pursue division. I just wonder Jordan a big debate the invocation of the Jordan and Amy on this one. The invocation of FDR someone a lot of people of FDR because we were in the depression we got out of the depression, in part because we end up in a world war it's been with me. If we study our history. Okay, let's be clear. As a history major and I say on history and his instrument but think that the idolization of FDR. What do we really want to go back to where they work progress administration in all these agencies now accept thousands of True true casualties.

Women having your building missiles and by Bob's and plaintiff you are having to do it. It worked for the time but it's not modern it's not the way our company works now and because of labor unions because of what killed the manufacturing that was there was built out of that we became this economy based on education right and we put out a lot of people with bachelors degrees and no job for that that you and didn't train people for work didn't train people then you needed three more years go four more years ago anymore is a sweet attitude to be qualified to do anything. So all these plans live in America doesn't exist anymore yeah that's is that this is America that is and II think it's people like Tim Scott speaking out from the southern states red states states that have gone through historical changes but yet where's the massive protest on the races you have that Minnesota not met the state to the head right out with it at mode you know most in your face.

I will, I would say and addressed it but it's maybe these very blue states that are now as this will culture as they now realize we were out they were all racist.

So the FDR issue any memory time, but this may be a marker for little bit for the FDR analysis, and I know a lot of people like at the Everett. Some of those policies were socialism may not like my grandparents body was the greatest thing whoever lived in as a historian I realized the important role that he painted a templated critical time in the United States history. But, as you correctly pointed out that there was a world war and mobilize the nation and mobilize the economy. But when you quote Franklin D Roosevelt in the year 2021. That is an in apposite analogy you don't make that and that's not the kind of big government that we want in the year 2021 we have education we have computer learning. We have science we have things that have been developed since then and make this a completely different country." FDR to analogize that kind of big government is buying good last night, totally in apposite and inappropriate and really very scary world we live in now is still trimming the people who are making job creating jobs are people who are much military and that that's where the next next American move is.
