Secular radio thank you present from my Washington DC Jay Sekulow you very much and we love you and I can tell you that from the bottom of my heart.

This is been an incredible four years we've accomplished so much together. I want to thank all of my family, my friends and my staff and some of the other people want to hear, hard work, people have no idea how far work. Lines are open for your questions right now.

Call 1-800-684-3110 as I conclude my term as the 45th President of the United States, I stand before you truly proud of what we have achieved together and now your host Jordan secular radio calls to. I know that the President is not giving his speech is an oath of office give his speech at our monitoring that if there's anything significant there.

I think that we know from our audience. If that's what you want to be listening to you can go to a number of different media outlets and you can watch that speech in its entirety is going on right now sort of do some different on our live broadcast as we take your phone calls 164 3110 because really is a stateless.

I think today it's all right to be set it's it's all right to feel upset, it's all right to be a little bit down on when you when you imagine what it would be like with another four years of the pro-Israel pro America America first policies. Pro-life with more judicial nominees. That would mean it's already amazing present trumpet just on the judicial nominees was able to fill three vacancies on the US Supreme Court and at his latest being just disparate right at the end of his term is first of four years and that and wondered what it would be like so I don't think it's a day where you have to just quickly shifted be excited about. You beat you to celebrate that peaceful transition of power that we have in our country we have a history of that's fine. But that doesn't mean you have to be happy about who's the power shifted to. That's also American right. I heard Rand Paul earlier today think it's great to have the strictest of our son who had wanted to be not but I'm not happy, but who extrinsically killed that's okay that I think have those feelings is also great to think that we need to those of us who appreciate what present Trump did policy wise cut through the rhetoric cut through the tweets cut through the that the St. Peter witchhunts. Even though I believe they were and states you look at the actual policy accomplishments really do that. The other broadcast while Joe Biden speaks so give you what kind of alternative to the guys talking about unity. But in his first 10 days very doesn't sound very united to me by the way, he will be repealing the Mexico City policy so again be funding abortions with our taxpayer dollars overseas. We talk about elections having consequences. They have them immediately when it comes to our Presidents because of their their executive power to act. So in a few days as he goes through his list. I think that's on day 28 so eight days from today you will be beginning the United States with your taxpayer dollars funding overseas abortions yet again this is just an example of where this is going. Naturally, when you elect this party. Right now, which is a party that you have must be strictly pro-abortion to even be considered for nobody they're also saying that immediately the President is going to work with his team to get back into the JCP away. That is the I rent the so-called Iran nuclear deal, which was when there was no nuclear deal at all. This is as Iran is internally crumbling and willing to put I understand he's going to prop it back up again as it is crumbling economically and militarily, but he wants a proper backup again. That kinda tells you what lies ahead.

So yes, you can celebrate the transition about the smooth transition about live in the country for public policy challenges ahead. Folks are going to be great. Let's not kid ourselves for a moment. This could be challenging to know when they start at about 1158 way to feel the law. That's when the challenger started and believe me he's heading right to the Oval Office to begin executive order signed. That's when the fights really meaning.

Look at you look at massive change very quickly were prepared to fight back and fight back. In a way that is backward to do that at the ACLJ when we disagree. The policy belief the country will know when it's when it's a policy that we think is damaging nicely know that the challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

You are already a member.

Thank you. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn life will show you how you are personally publication includes all major ACLJ fighting for the rights of pro-life activists ramifications. 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the street and what Obama care means many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy mission life today online/question on YouTube because you think cable users of much of Facebook on YouTube. I encourage you to share this because it people an alternative hearing Joe Biden talk right now about a lot of again things actually aren't the case because the unity talk in the coming together. Talk. Give all the speech you want to bet that the actions speak louder than words and what he's acting on his physical divide the country immediately, including impeachment, which he is not called for that to be called off. He could is I think he could step in it, but he hasn't.

He's encouraged so Harry wrote on YouTube. Are they still pursuing impeachment are not abides, inaugurated, will they just let it go dabbing there that we expect is article that article of impeachment is what one should be.

That could be delivered as early as tomorrow and we Kevin impeachment trial beginning next week in the United states of America.

There is talk that the impeachment Arabs impeachment yet been drafted.

The page that make technically delivering this afternoon to the Senate but there are reports that they could be delivered as early as tomorrow and then it's likely that a proceeding trial would begin technically begins at 1 o'clock the next day, but they could, by agreement, agree to move it over.

Now we have already raised and it's interesting to me was that the President present. Biden is now talking about unity when they are about to again.

I hate to say it this way but I'm going to say it this way. Basically, insult 75 million people voted for Donald Trump absolute, your pastor, that doesn't sound very unifying to make it go is not unifying. Some of his. His rhetoric has been very disunited and get to use a word, but also his silence he could call for the Senate to just dismiss the impeachment charges and go on. He could he could call out the Democrat leaders in the media who are calling for the D programming of 74 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump that that that language is out there every day on the media he's he's silent on that he could talk about uniting the Republican Democrat party for the good of the nation. His silence is more about how he's not serious about uniting us then the things that he thinks I wish he would speak up. He is the most influential man in America today is, he could have a profound influence in uniting us if you would speak up. Here's what is afraid of the play.

Sen. Schumer, so let me be clear, there will be an impeachment trial in the United States Senate. There will be a vote on convicting the President for high crimes and misdemeanors and if the President is convicted, there will be a vote on barring him from running again. Which is really what this is about any of that is the attempt to bar Donald Trump from holding public office, including the presidency of the United States that is bald-faced obvious and clear. There is no question about it in my mind. You talk about bringing the country together. Biden you the presently United States you can. You have can have an effect on Schumer and others. But you know you don't want to do it. This is from the speech from Joe Biden… This is this the President now present Biden, who has encourage the impeachment to continue.

He didn't step in and say this is not to be good for my administration ended up behind the scenes.

Obviously because Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer would be moving forward aggressively. The way they are. So he's he's greenlighted the impeachment but trying to make us believe that what he's saying. The speech we should actually take as truth.

We know it's not truth. They they want to destroy the Republican Party destroyed present Trump cancel us from history reprogram you will first deprogram you within reprogram and if they can't all just go just take you off from being able to communicate your message. Take this new speech because the speech doesn't match again. Words are present Trump. This was is also very important words versus actions. The actions speak much louder either empty words from Joe by Daisy gives his inaugural address bite 64 reason show the way, the way we can see each other, not as adversaries but as neighbors we can treat each other with dignity and respect we can join forces stop shouting and lowering the temperature for about unity.

There is no peace, only century no progress, only exhausting outrage.

No nation, only a state of chaos and for this reason, the impeachment of Donald J.

Trump should not go forward is what a citizen on the because it's politically motivated. Obviously office will encourage well let's hope it doesn't design it politically this politically, certainly because impeachment is a big deal used to be a big deal.

Now it's becoming like the norm rights as the first President to try to impeach twice was not convicted, acquitted the first time, but I go through all those words that that Joe Biden we just we just heard from Joe Biden, and we wish you joy for how you stop the shouting lower the temperature we have impeachment trial for goodness sakes, you can't is a trial it's adversarial it's nature you're trying to impeach someone who is no longer an office at 70 5/2 the country voted for. Think about this and we spent three weeks on the Senate floor argument its objections. It's adversarial it's it's it's hard to get is not always a partisan is a get word I would search circle is and is adversarial.

That's what it's adversarial process, and it was super adversarial unrelenting still visualizes sitting on the floor of the Senate with 07) go tomorrow house manager sitting on the other side. You know, just being just as strong as they can and adversarial in their position and we being as strong as we can in our defense of the President, but the point is that does not point the way to unity that does not create a sense of fostering the togetherness of the nation that divides and if present, Biden really wanted the faith and unity in the way of unity that he talks about people he really wanted to shouting lower the temperature and stop the rhetoric he would take steps to stop any impeachment trial in the Senate look. We haven't even got into the policy issues and here's the thing.

Elections do have consequences. So this election with all of the irregularities in a nonsense that went on and it when it is now final date. He is the President of the United States. Joe Biden is the present. So now it's in be policies that will have to be attacked and addressed and dealt with in the courts in the halls of Congress closely divided Congress but would you have to recognize here and I think you have to recognize it is.

This is a moment in history where a lot of good that has been done is not only potentially can be rolled back. But as you see in the next segment to be rolled back go back to the unity theme West I was monitoring the speech he said it a lot but Schumer's out there ready deliver articles of impeachment against the President was not an office will never happen in our history exactly exactly in. He could stop that. Again, I repeat, he's the most influential man in America today. A simple sentence from the man could stop all of this he could lower the temperature.

He says he wants the temperature lowered.

He is the person who is most capable of lowering the temperature and yet he's incredibly solid.

My question for the Democrat leadership do you want unity or acquiescence. I think what they want from 74 main American $200 up his acquiescence and Janice to shut up. I think Angela is picking up on Susie. I can tell you I like that audience is very informative for thinkers to financial burden on you to see what would happen present Trump simply ignores the article and nobody does a defense. Novi shows up still need 67 centers to convict right yes you do need 67 centers evict add let me take you there is there's an idea that you to say I'm a private citizen. I'm not going there. You know it's because it goes back to what we said before, and any and I talked about this. You talk about that have jurisdiction in a case ship that subject manager and the personal jurisdiction subject matter jurisdiction. Here they don't have either an out and impeachment. It says the present.

So I think one approach could be that the President's lawyer write a letter detailing the constitutional analysis of why it's inappropriate to be proceeding and the against the former President, not the President, a former President has a title present progress was like. But his former present. That's right, I mean it would be in my opinion a very good strategic move.

If the President floors are members representing them were to write a respectful letter to the center of the United States simply saying you do not have subject matter jurisdiction over an impeachment trial of a person who is no longer an office you cannot remove him from office because he's no longer in office. He is a private citizen, you don't have personal jurisdiction over the individual because he is now Donald J. Trump, the individual human being, not the present United States and I declined to appear and to participate in any trial that is possible and may not be a bad idea. J wins coming from Pennsylvania on 968 when welcome to Jay Sekulow Lodge on the right Democrat given more hate and humor and politically. Now how can there be coming from the last thing they're going building getting in the clay pot because it is this really going for you to try to crush the public and party divide and conquer six reds right now they see they can divide the Republican Party amongst those who support the President still are the policies the President believe impeachment wrong, and those who would like to see him erased as well because they either want to become present themselves or their the kind of the old school Republican Party, which I think really exist on paper would ever be electable again without working Americans finally came to the public party under present Trump accuracy unity. This is a it's a partisan town and you're about to see a partisan warfare that that is what will happen to start off with the second impeachment this time of eight President who is now in Florida is a former President only when a society can agree most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice right, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn mission will show you how you personally.

Publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means many ways your membership is empowering the right question mission life today online/challenges facing Americans is freedom and sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines projecting your freedoms and rights in courts in Congress and in the public exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

You are already a member. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ Sankyo is present, Biden has delivered his speech output so therefore if we could really pull see that there is anything else was so newsworthy. But it was one.

It was really thick.

Compare contrast this message of unity, that which we knew he was saying over and over again, but we have an impeachment that's likely to begin next week trial of a former President so you will divide the country immediately have impeachment of former Presidents do something that's never been done before. That's only for the purposes of dividing the country and pop trying to punish not just present Trump, but in a way punish all the people who voted for and supported.

Because it's it's like were impeaching were all being impeached and I think it was some somewhat said that this is really a thing about this one that there saying the word unity write lesson. But you're right, it's really acquiescence. It's a shame really is. You know, and in another America you could disagree with someone on their policy have a heated discussion without being called a racist or misogynist, or all those kinds of think those kinds of terms in the rhetoric are hearing from the left there there designed to shut off conversation.

They want you to stop objecting stop questioning and that that does not lead toward unity. It just simply doesn't. And yet it seems like every time you question someone's policy get labeled as something that that's really bad in the various now it's it's you it's it's made Americans with different policy positions.

Unfortunately enemies of each other. I will tell you that yes you can. There are some neighbors are findings gone through this politically. Maybe it was next door for a while but you know if you if you didn't like if you weren't both in politics before you have been through this before. I think there's never stop talking to each other and what I've noticed from such as my friend group being obviously so was on radio and how does this very publicly where I don't really know anybody as a friend from that has this ideological difference because not because it wouldn't wouldn't be friends with them but because they don't want different things. Either it's it's that that's not where America should be is not that of course naturally to be around people that share your your your ideas and same beliefs, but this I think what what is happening is a continued division. There's nothing more dividing than impeaching it it it upsets half the country. It will continue.

So why does Joe Biden want to begin his presidency with a refocus on Donald Trump because it because what it does re-energize me as someone who supported the President and instill it. I still attorney for the present at any kind of re-energizes me to say you know what Lisette, let's fight back, even that much more. Let's try to put every roadblock we can frontage abide because this guy, this is how he starting instead of stepping up and saying you should be doing this close and you know it's interesting because I've had a brief moment of hope initially that when when things settle down that the President now Pres. Biden would say you know what, for the good of the country. Let's not go through the adversarial process of impeachment against Pres., that is not an office. It has serious constitutional issues that have been raised that will be raised and it's not good for the health of the country, but clearly what this is designed to do and he is to take what Pres. Trump is done and remove it from the body politic. When I tried it. It's a cancellation call is a cancellation culture. The culture of saying we just want to pretend like he didn't exist for four years and 74 5 million people who voted for him. Where were deplorable's and should you know be changed and then reprogram back and doing the doing the things that we wanted to let me tell you, Jack. I have tried hundreds of jury trials in the 46 years I've been a lawyer. Jury trials okay. What hundreds of very trials in federal court and in state court.

I've taken hundreds of police. There isn't nothing more adversarial. There is nothing more hateful.

There is nothing more divisive then a trial in accord or in the stent in the Senate of the United States or in a court of law.

I mean, the backs are our people are bowed up as we say in the South. They are angry they are advocating their position.

It is vicious infighting. It is not unity that we so again you listen to the speech. Listen to Joe by this came from the speech this morning as the present United States President states now his inaugural speech.

I take a listen by 66 started.

This time in this place. Start afresh all this began a listen. One of the Pier 1 see one another, show respect to one another. Politics don't have to be a raging fire destroying everything in its path, every disagreement don't have to be a cause for total war must reject the culture which facts themselves can even manufacture was it that was a direct attack on the direct attack of the former President and his supporters people who voted for and by the weight doesn't have to be if positive fire destroying everything is at the total work politics is total war, by the way whether you like that or not it is and I doubt it can be done in a civil way because it can be done through elections and peaceful transition of power like we see and we can be done through debates.

It can be done through Aris but you know we saw the present Trump a total war declared on him because it wasn't done that way. He was being dragged through the molar investigation. The eight a special counsel found nothing. Nothing that he gets impeached for a phone call that is being impeached again for speech recent go peacefully pert protest and things that I have. He's being blamed for the security that Nancy Pelosi is in charge of security for the house or or or, will be in charge of security Senate not being blamed for the fact there was enough security there.

It's as entropic as he gave speech and therefore present to impeached you healthy politics total war present by your declared total war again on half the country by re-litigating the sense putting us all back through that impeachment again that since you want to take our the present. We may voted for out of history the and cancel them and make it so where they can never run again for office that this whole sense of this day there some kind of is it that that that's there so dangerous for country so dangerous. You mean now maybe confirmed over 230 federal judges from 54 judges, the US Court of Appeals third of the appellate bench will be Trump nominees filled all Court of Appeals vacancies for the first time in four decades, but the second third 11th circuit from Democratic majorities to Republican appointed majorities appointed three Supreme Court justice, expanding its conservative majority, 63, I eliminated the Obama care, individual mandate of the Dow closed about 20,000 for the first time in 2017 top 30,000 for the first time in 2020, the S&P 500 and NASDAQ repeatedly of Notch record highs. When economic those even under covert things were totally disastrous because he got relief through our foreign policy. The policy piece peacemaking set of warfare and conflict is what scares me is as a parent when I look at the Biden policies. I see more war or conflict or American skill oversees the Broadmoor of art, a brave American men and women military prey that doesn't happen, but I see that policy is the same actors with a they preach peace.

They don't make peace present Trump may have been talk tough, he may peace is a difference in and ready see were being tested as a country of Iran. The whole world history test divide starting right now ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is sending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and now secular talk to so there would hundred 64, 31, two, we titled the show today very simple.

Thank you present Trump statement were making on the day that Joe Biden is a bit and I greatest present United States that stated that that there's anything that you see is the present United States now and he will have to deal with the covert you have to deal with the that foreign policy. He will have to make those decisions.

So we know about what's coming through talk about that as well. Of course, is first thing he wants to do something that, by the way, were all doing already. So is a covert bass mandate for hundred days. Really, I don't where we not doing that yet we all have the world spaced out here and were not were were in were able to operate in our office where we are but but that we have our policies in place. There's not a private business. You can go into her school school I went my daughter's is only four years old. She was mass most of that and that's up with her. It's it's a sprightly unchurched preschool so I don't know why it wise that SH is kind divisive writers try to say don't open up we can't get to their case that's starting first. It's a climate rollback including the Keystone pipeline which interesting enough, the tribes and labor unions want who were opposed to this now said we moved so far down the road on this, the tribal issues were worked out economically so that they want this to proceed.

So do the labor union so he's at a lesson they met with the AOC's in the lab. The Harley Sanders they did not want the President. Pres. Biden that Ben decided that he's going to have to came into that. So they did joining the Paris agreement course of her to do that which is ridiculous because it doesn't hasn't done a thing you will do a thing because China, Russia and India think their part active participants in nice okay he is repealing what they call the Muslim band which again this was the State Department visa processing.

That was a limited restrictions on student visas from countries where there was radicalism and teardown center, and you can repeal that immediately was where countries cannot verify the people who the people were likely certified study selling Nancy's work on this right now, here's what's interesting about that does have the authority to do it. Yeah maybe could become rollback with an executive board present putting in place with executive or springboard said that Executive Order was in fact constitutional, but I go to this. It's interesting to me that the progress that has been made in the Middle East under the present Trump is the most progress made in the Middle East in our lifetime. When you have these accords not talk about even when Sadat signed a peace treaty with Israel and Egypt and the Israel and the Jordanian treaties.

Those were great. The Camp David Accords never really came into fruition, but here you have these majority Muslim countries, big countries, powerful countries joining on the side of of of signing the Abraham accords now it's interesting as we have the sound from this from the this is from the nominated secretary of state. This is interesting what he said on this one. Take a lesson final question because my time is expired. Do you agree that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. And do you commit that the United States will keep our embassy in Jerusalem yes and yes thank that's Anthony Boykin and he is saying yes and yes to both Israel that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and the embassy will stay there that will be a lasting legacy of Donald Trump yes because Joe Biden would remove that it was he there is no other Republican Mitt Romney, what are you doing here got elected George Bush did not do its and you know I can't predict who the future Republican nominees will be if they would've done it or not, but you had to be bold by presence appeared to be the drain the swamp present so much incoming that now. I'm glad that auntie Blake is not listening to John Kerry who said the paper they saw they were wrong.

They thought it would cause all this violence, a cousin of violence and selective peace.

They hope they say they hope to build on that piece that could be the lasting policy legacy present Trump is that piece that he's made his long-lasting and this evisceration can ignore that which might also box amid or on what they are executed be able to do with Ron because of the piece that has been made whole and in North Africa and Morocco and to 202 two UA challenges facing Americans are substantial time and are now free to start constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the frontline protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn. It's called mission will show you how you personally. Publication includes a look at all major ACLJ fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means many ways your membership is powering the right question free copy mission life today online/note that I think it's okay to be upset okay to be angry.

It's okay to be sad because of what you you know what it could have been like for the next four years for our country. I'm not talking about it's about even a person in the sense of of of like the individual but is the what what present Trump was doing that he was willing to take on DC in the swamp and he was willing to take the incoming which was started with Muller immediately when he was in a President and then went to impeachment means he's being a piece out of office. Even for what he did to Washington DC, was try to drain the swamp and I think you cannot, we can all be upset that he didn't get the four more years to continue that to smash DC to to disrupt all of it, but he did a whole lot those four years that didn't get the kind of attention it deserves or or push it indefinitely. Sure they will continue to talk about that because we'll see how Biden tries to change, change that this this new administration try to change that.

But unfortunately what were seeing is were going back to where we were four years ago now. So were going back to the days of Obama back to that since a means by me this the same people so the deputies become the cabinet secretaries but it's the same mindset and and what what use what you see. We saw a lot of conflict in the world, and we saw a lot of violence saw a lot of disruption. The airstream was not ordered being sold on what it was actually we have a lot of distrust in her country of government and yet the same actors are to be brought brought right back in and empowered and empowered it and working have to fight aggressive because his nose up is not a partisan thing. Most I'd see a lot of those Republican senators and others at 17 that will vote to impeach. I don't think so. A. A private citizen, but I'd say more than half of those sinners don't share the politics of you and me about half Republican senators don't share the politics that you and I have talking our entire audience on the issue. So it's pushing because they ran on sainted. They all ran on say they support this policy is on the record they they have to, but only if you stay on the if I think you could be sad and upset today.

Tomorrow at work yes or this afternoon you get out you know, get over it today and be ready to fight, fight for the legacy fight for the policies you truly believe that you know that there's a fight for and and you don't give up because we haven't midterm elections in two years have basically divided U.S. Senate with it is divide U.S. Senate right on the balance of power in that we have of course present selection for years and any any present who discuss what and who was kind of not even said that he he will run again mean that we don't.

He kind of is hinted that he might not have it. I can't look for years ahead like I could tell you this so you look for tomorrow. We have the right, we gotta be ready, and I think that you cannot wallow in despair. I understand people are sad and disappointed you and the process is now over. Remember, the only way present can be removed once Wharton's offices.

Impeachment now. The fact that the bring of this impeachment against the President, the former President I think is outrageous. Setting is unconstitutional.

We'll see what happens with that but certainly not unifying. Gotta look forward now and say okay what are we prepared to engage. So I think the life issue for one is going to be very difficult on this administration). It is celebrating.

But listen, we taken Planned Parenthood to court have to do that. We haven't had way too much as much about the funding anymore because the present really lock that back. That's going to increase the Mexico City policy, which is funding for organizations overseas. I do abortion to be repealed today and it probably 30 minutes. That's what's gonna happen and what Jordan says right on the Republicans and in been in the Senate. Some of her with some or not here's what we have to do we have to be looking at the issues in the policy and saying what am I willing to fight for a fight for life fight for freedom of religion to fight for the state of Israel and and credit resolution to process what I mean by that is that we don't have government by fiat, but look, this is not the first time we been through this we have been through this before I go to West First Lady we have done this before. It was just four short years ago that were finishing up with the Obama administration.

Let us not forget yeah those eight years were tough, tough year in every sense of the work for the American people economically military, no peace in the Middle East. All of the things we survived is that years will survive these two into other quick things I have hope because I believe in the American people who we are and and what is our foundation.

The other thing to angst very sorry that that Joe Biden is our new President but I will pray for him because it to a certain extent the success of the American people is tied to his success to a certain degree and I will pray for him. Even when I disagree. I refuse to do what the Democrats have done for the last four years and that is to demonize people who disagree with me or the ACLJ let me tell you this.

You know Ed, there's three lawyers on this in the studio right now that have lived through each one of these battles with the present form presentpresent from those present at the present is a present three of us live through this battle. The amount of incoming against Donald Trump is unprecedented and it in American history I've never seen anything like it. I mean, the man took office under attack.

The first thing you have the mother investigation in this Russia hoax and collusion which we now know is alive and never occurred okay and we have spying on this campaign which is been proven. It happened it occurred. There's no doubt about it. Then after that he makes a telephone call to the presently Ukraine and he's impeach because it makes a telephone call and he's tried in the Senate. He's equated in the Senate, then the poor man has Cova deface that and then Supreme Court cases that are coming to them from the district attorney in the Manhattan and so forth. I mean, there was no and to the attacks that he endured over another.

Not yet. Look what he accomplished.

I mean these the imposition of tariffs drunk to stop unfair trade practices. It was China eliminating the Obama care, individual mandate, lowering drug prices protecting patients with pre-existing conditions. As Jordan went and said the federal judges we don't have vacancies anymore. Three Supreme Court justices who were conservatives who read the Constitution literally and as it's written and do not legislate from the bench 7 million new jobs and opportunity for African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, Native Americans that has never existed before we can have four years of empty wasteland that helped to the historically black colleges and the total change in. We also had for the peace in our own country.

Even with that political turmoil. I think the vertebrae are in a sense, that's why they were able to go with these political attacks at such aggressive level because we didn't have new foreign wars. They were they were troop withdrawals we were taking out Baghdad a strategically we destroyed Isis strategically without 50,000 troops having to be deployed. We took out the head of the Iranian Revolutionary guard strategically not going to war thereon, and Iran go to war. That's over that and but I will tell you the present.

Trump is still under attack today. By the same Democrats by the same committees in the house by the same elected officials in New York. They want to see him either erased from history or behind bars that the rhetoric and to continue this so since you have two battles to fight. Yet, to battles of the Biden administration will that will come and you had to battles to to preserve a present who finally got to Washington said I don't have some great respect for these institutions.

This was to serve the people if they don't, you destroy them, as it should be done or you're fired and you don't know wants to talk about the VA actually working that was that was like the depths of the worst of the worst bureaucracy was so corrupt they could never get a VA secretary and he wasn't being indicted.

Didn't work for veterans now does he get some credit for, even from around his own hard vaccine within less than a year. Oh yeah memory was called crazy did not in a liar but he wasn't lying. He just knew that if I think was interesting. One of the congressman said today he had to bully the FDA but it took a bully to get it done and sometimes it does take a bully tough guy, not a wimp who lets the bureaucracy run the and unfortunately that's whomever collected America elected a wimp that the bureaucracy will run.

You can Artie see Joe Biden's gives words but Susan Rice is running things. Kemal Harris. He was Artie indicating that the campaign she could see that by his words don't match up with the policies that are being enacted and I think we meet when you put in place one who loves the bureaucracy and loves Washington.

That's the scariest thing to me is should never let have so much respect for those institutions.

They run you horse must be elected officials that represent that will be attested to by all this will be a test for Joe Biden and Italian Kemal Harrison administration and I think we can most of us predict where they're getting up with bureaucracy to ignore your phone calls were comments we come back lesser vesicular radio 100-684-3110 really right to work where you are right to work the mixer fly just to support her work ACLJ.org. The battle get down is already beginning since it really begins today because the power has shifted, and it will be a dramatic change support our work at the mixer fly just as it ACLJ.org we write back only one.

Now I Gabrielle Scully from Georgia online one, Gabrielle. Welcome to Jay Sekulow life legal question lately. They ordered him to stop all yet built. Yes, that is about when they stopped him with like 50. Lawsuit always try to prevent him from from God's word exactly Executive Order, but this is what your past that now so he was able to do about 400 miles of the most sophisticated most up-to-date new and you saw this massive decrease wasn't an issue anymore illegal and agree I think that is a new that you are doing this plus enforcement of our actual laws and deportations but what Joe Biden is going to do is present likely today to sign a order wall proclamation Executive Order that terminates the national emergency at the border halts the funds for wall construction directs a pause and ongoing construction as soon as possible but no later than seven days.

Yes, I may not meet the looking man stops being built, but this is where we go back to the issue that elections their consequences with elections and this is one of the cons was a look when I could be of the constitutionally mandated to build a wall where you have to challenge the wisdom of of reducing border security to such an extent that it causes harm to the American people. For instance night.

I understand that they stop this cabinet was on its way that can stop now in Guatemala and other countries got about it again. I think some of the country.

Stop when it was like July was given the welcoming is this first hundred days no deportations and and if you're here to be granted amnesty right so that somebody can't do know that the Conrad of amnesty cannot be done by him right.

Dr. these temporary things can be with the full on amnesty would happen to Congress and listen congressman you might get to go through the house, but as I get through the Senate likely. So he's also good to make promises that he will this happen because Obama lot. They made promises they could never deliver on and I think it would didn't cause Pres. Obama's much because it wasn't a great year.

There were great candidates, especially Isaac.

Mitt Romney versus Obama. Everybody was giving it near the present bows I can get reelected and he fought it out but but it was wasn't there that the passion wasn't there and he may promise he couldn't do any job I will do that. The question the media that doesn't hold the account at all. Shipping healing for allowing us lighting on because you're watching this like I'm not clear why people that its return on and not enough to turn on praise Joe Biden networks and because it is not interesting your policy disputes and what you what is you want to do. They don't hear about his dog. They don't care about it, but the personal stories don't really matter anymore. He's the President what he does is present. Does or what he doesn't do my great fear in all this is we had for years with no military incursions coming west you served in the military, retired as a Col. from United States Army. My concern is about the same people back that got us into conflict after conflict. Absolutely you movies of the rental George Bush did that to mention many other elections have consequences. I hope Mr. Biden will learn quickly that words and policies have consequences when you telegraphed weakness to her enemies like Iran or to your adversaries like Russia and China, they will take advantage of that weakness when you telegraphed weakness on border security. You get 9000 people storming your border meet the policies and in the way he telegraphed weakness like Obama did.

I will have disastrous consequences and it seems like that's what is going to do. I want to go to Andy on this one of the causes that any as a historian and that is historically at this moment. If you lose your comparison in history.

Yes yes one of the things that we learned in the Roman Empire in the history of the Roman Empire was something that is very carefully if you conquer and if you win and you prevail, as he is done okay.

Don't over conquer. Don't overplay your hand because that will come back to destroy you ultimately and this is what he is doing. He doesn't understand the importance of consensus and the fact that 75 million people in the United States voted for Donald Trump for President of the United States. There's two Americas and unfortunately politically idea has been the case for long time, but they have tried to like drive that wedge like the drive that would serve you support a present Trump you are bad your big bad person. You're not. You can't get on the system.

The world of America first. That's racist. That's it, a phobic and and yet he I think you listed Richard Scott of Kansas can. I think this is important if you want to see the ideas of present Trump continue. How do you see how you see that done any Richard is right, Richard Walker, Jay Sekulow, like on their all American first movement start with the mantle in our local communities and ourselves in our in our neighborhood work up from there and take care of our local governments are County governments in our state government. You have to monitor that we have the Declaration of Independence, our government, government actually right Richard. People got to wake up because we saw Republican legislatures all over the country dropped the ball and I can relitigate that they did suffer rid this Republican elected officials run horrible elections and do it again. Enjoyed and and that that they think should face electoral consequences for that is yet to make a decision if you're if you if you vote more likely Republican and Democrat it is you want those Republican stay in office.

If you let is that who's gonna leave your party state level at the statewide level what Richard's document is even getting more locally involved Hoosier state rep. Can you hold them to account, you live in a Republican state represents District. They ran on being Trump supported this in Medford. Are they actually doing that the state level are they doing that at the at the local level, state level is your mayor doing what they said they were doing to do is your congressman or woman do what they said there had to do is your senators that you elected ran ads with present Trump in the are they still holding that mantle or they were if they run away from it. Those the ones those are the people who speak to cats about the party that the person who got them elected because of running with that message that that's the truth that's how I can hold today that we just taken today.

Be ready to fight tomorrow. Yeah, I think, look at me.

I think the President said this present.

Trump said this in his address to send the play for its number 59 this is a Republican proud citizens who are united by our common conviction that America is the greatest nation in all of history we are and must always be a land of hope of light and glory to all the world. This is the precious inheritance that we must safeguard at every single turn for the past four years I have work to do just that.

So now what I say to our listeners on radio stations on Sirius XM on all the social media platforms that were on whether it's YouTube or Facebook or on the other ones ACLJ.org rumble, let me say this to you don't lose hope in all the designers that were all kinda you know you in a bit of a funk.

I mean you know for a lot of us. We believe this every day for four years, literally every day for four years illegal and coming we were that we were trying to be the bulletproof vest, so to speak, so we still have to do that for present Trump because it still is still trying to go after, but I will say this.

We just have to be from what Jordan said just at the end there is very important.

We have to be prepared to engage tomorrow morning work prepare doing this afternoon doesn't stop for us and it doesn't stop for use.

Let's keep standing tall. Let's keep standing for American values do not pray for the new President were commanded to do that by Scripture. Be prepared to engage these issues ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.
