Jay Sekulow why was Jack's Texas's lawsuit.

What happens next election challenges will talk about that Jay Sekulow will live from Washington DC questions right now called one 806 843-110-1800 68412, and now your host secular Jay Sekulow distorts. I feel we are take your phone one 800-6831 two the 2064 3110 do about of questions about the Supreme Court ordered Texas of God. Interviews about it on places like Newsmax, but we do want to cover that for everybody. What happens like we want to cover that right off the bat is very short order after you had it stated 18 states it up on the side with Texas 20+ some territories on the side of the four states that Texas was suing yet hundred 26 Republican members, the House of Representatives, including the GOP leader Kevin McCarthy get to states that you need to hear this case. But it came down to two very short paragraphs in the Supreme Court that it looks like let's break it down for was as a safe Texas motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under article 3 of the Constitution. The court went on to say that Texas is not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed.

Remember there was a complaint before is a complaint to be filed that sought to have an injunction put in place that would then allow for the state legislatures open with a prevailed to select the electors. The court said Texas did not have standing. That means they were not progress but Supreme Court said this was seven justices said this, that was not appropriate standing meeting Harry that they was not a legal cognizable injury to the police and the courts view to for Texas. I think that is correct and I think the Supreme Court arguably was wrong in that assessment. As Justice Alito and Thomas suggest. But I also think that we have to respect at the end day. The Supreme Court's decision making and their capacity to understand the rules and nothing said I put this out this morning I Newsmax I think were the reason even from the conservative justices of the court could be.

We don't need to do this.

These four states can take care of article had the ability of through the Republican state legislatures, thrown out ever all the Democrat electors said we just don't like the way this was done doesn't take court case just vote. They all had the votes to do it that they ought they all were in control of the votes were there, but they want to make do this remedy does it take Supreme Court actions I think will release from this court when it comes to election matters. They don't see another states that that equal protection argument that you're disenfranchising our state voters, yet they don't they don't accept that argument in this court limit sale so that Alito and Thomas disagreed.

They said the court should have exercised jurisdiction and accepted the bill of complaint very important here.

They would also said that they would've granted the motion for the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief and they express no view on any other issue so they they would not have granted the relief which would've been the injunction and they would not have voted for that. Yeah so really when it comes down to it on 9 to 0.

They would not have granted the relief right being sought by Texas is really what is being said and there's even though justices Alito and Thomas agreed that the original jurisdiction of the court should mandatorily be invoked when state versus state, and I do think Jordan what you said is right. I think that the probably the majority, the court, including Amy Barrett. I think my middle notice rethinking agreement. This is also the political question doctrine.

The state legislatures here for Republican state legislatures have a way to cure and yes, take care today. The running out of time. They could've cured it his whole tonic. You said you know what courts may not a likely chance, but we believe this is too much shenanigans occurred and so were to put in our own slate of electors. There is nothing in any court. Do the country to stop it at the Congress could do to stop it, but none of these four state legislatures have the guts to do that. They were all Republican Adele yet and editing the running at a time because electors are voting as we speak. I will definitely come back let's talk about the electric panel and always a think about their cases that are out there and what it means.

Next, the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith.

Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. It was with Plexiglas to was like let much less crime is that they get to test the safety through a microphone which is kind of cool and have this conversation with Santa that if I could hear was fun but you particularly well and again they insisted we sit 12 days. Yesterday I was like that they got the Santa and and and that I was a quiet 12 days is the relenting is because the election because you election and sure for a lot of you and covert.

She combined Thanksgiving was really normal for most people. Things are back to normal for most people. Schools are but a lot of enclosed early evening red states even place the been more open. It just seems like such a normal year than you realize.

What were up to your Christmas music is playing ads and it's it's a good reminder of the imports you get, such as the fun holiday. Obviously, about why we all celebrate Christmas and the birth of Christ but but you know I think it is more difficult for people like the pivot when you're not able to go to your church is the services leading up to that if the watch them online or if this be one of the few people that sides up, and even then I notice in places where even though Dennis records been very good on the on that church attendance, I noticed a people still very concerned about going well child care, and things like that because of COBIT, so it's tough to go. I got two young kids tough to go to a solemn, more solid service leading up to Christmas.

Our hours. People understand yet what we we been fighting for church is to be able to me but you gotta be causes and and they are, let's get back to the discussion and letting everyone back to Texas for people if you're on Facebook.

By the way, or on you to let me encourage you do for small subscribe to our page so all you had to subscribe in that bell will let you know when were on is where I live right now so we encourage you to go do that on Facebook a go live and and not also course on YouTube were also on rumble delayed and then rub on twitter periscope and ACLJ.org. Of course, much of the subscribe and share this really important strategy for the electoral college is meeting today, let's let's go to that yet. So as we speak right now it's interesting, I thought they were waiting for news out of Wisconsin on a Supreme Court because that was one of the cases that have made all the way to Scott's report on their votes, but there like to start voting at noon Eastern time that we went on the air.

And so electors are are voting now. Now there there is a move and I think we will see it kind of play out as the day progresses that the Trump electors are showing up at some of these spots of the states were contested is up, protest, move, and they what they will say that no we we should art we should be casting a vote. This, I don't think we'll get to the situation which I think you all think for contested states yet.

Yes, you will see this group of electors show up and I know that we we pulled some history about that when things were contested in other states.

It was specifically Hawaii in 1960 yes or 1916 white appeared that Richard Nixon had won the state but was only by 141 Votes Ct. ordered the recount was still underway.

When the Republican governor signed the certificate from the GOP electors to give the states three electoral votes to Richard Nixon when they did the recount.

It showed that Kennedy had actually prevailed, forcing the government signed a second certificate, both certificates had arrived in Washington. By the time the Congress convened in January within VP Nixon charged with providing over a joint session asserted by his own election laws.

Hearing no objections. Nixon ordered the Democratic certificate counted and ignored the accompanying Republican certificate even though it also bore the governor's signature. Now what's happening now, though, is that the been in a variety of states in a form 86 the Republican electoral flights Pennsylvania Georgia Michigan Arizona I believe Nevada and Wisconsin.

Those electors are going to cast a vote.

But the question is going to be. Of course, that vote is not really it's more of a protest vote in a binding vote unless one of these cases that are still lingering were to do something now that's true J what it what it is, is there showing up as an alternate slate of electors saying we are going to vote for our candidate. In this case President Trump regardless of the fact that the certified list of electors by the secretaries of State and the governors is for the Democratic nominee, but it's more I think of a expression of protest, rather than anything that is going to be ultimately binding because the one that is certified by the governor of course is the one that most of the electors are going to follow in their voting out before this this cottage is kinda tumbled around the electoral college is not really that unusual. There's a great question coming in on YouTube. Super chat. It's as an attorney for the state of Wisconsin during the hearings on Saturday, so that the legislature didn't have the authority to choose their own elect electors, why would they argue that while the Constitution rest with the legislature, a process that maybe do something Wisconsin process it says is bound by popular vote. I know I'm not aware that would have to be that a state law that was adopted by the way state laws can be overturned very quickly by legislate state legislature so many lessons in their Wisconsin state constitution.

It may be that there was a law passed by their state limiting their authority. But again, those laws can be changed. Laws are easy to change the constitutions more difficult state constitution as well, but I think that it specific to these cases. All of these cases listed there still cases pending right now because of Wisconsin. There, in this case pending in Georgia. I think this case pretty Michigan with South Simpson. The palace case is still pending as well and would gonna peel up the Supreme Court at each of there are still legal actions. There could be additional legal actions.

The key date is really January 6 there's members of Congress looking at taking action as well. Explained that the people okay so this would not be what we are talking about.

We said no one got to 270 in the because Noah got to 270 look at. At first the house state delegations. This is something is done every election fact Democrats did it to Donald Trump just got didn't get attention but they did is now Trump in 2016 when he wants they did in 2017, if that a member of the house followed objection to a state selection they could file to multiple a to specific electors so they could do to all the electors from Georgia all the electors from Michigan all from Pennsylvania offer Wisconsin but you got have a sitter that signs off on that if a senator signs off on it the house and Senate then must go back into the liberation for two hours over each of those and then vote. Here's the difference did not voting by state delegation. So what's tufted for President Trump in this scenario and Republicans in similar ramparts thought about being the center that signs onto this to actually take it to that level where they have to have the debate, which again I think is not initially a bad thing for the country have that debate in the house of the Senate, but but ultimately it's house straight up numbers vote. The Democrats even though they suffered election losses.

They still are in control that's represented right so so it would be of uphill to say the least that the Democrats be the ones voting to take you by debt out of preemptively out of office but that challenge is there constitutionally legislatively and it looks like it could be made and we could actually see at least the debate but I do think that for legal challenges. You have to be honest as attorneys.

The clock is ticking very fast and even if you say that this is not really the key date that it's January 6, when Congress certifies arts January 20 was all that within a month and so and you had the Supreme Court weighted that I don't think they're gonna that you like to hear anything else from them.

I don't I know that there are some appeals on state matters. There might be small things.

I know that was devastated at least of stay in place an initial Wisconsin matter with bit of a late votes Pennsylvania, but I'm united I votes to the chain that you like. I think it's a house in Pennsylvania it when it's not outcome the term. I suspect those would probably be lifted. I think we have to understand something here mandates that was it. Anybody left anything on the field and he is our litigations got nothing that I do is later still cases pending, but is nothing was left on the field we went to every possible avenue that could be legitimately explored on the legal front that has not worked. No one has an and I think it is to the Presidents credit that he used the legal process in a proper way in each of the jurisdictions in which there was a question in Georgian Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and so forth to challenge what had happened in the election all the allegations of voter fraud in election rigging and so forth were debated and decided by the courts. Unfortunately for the President adverse to him okay that the process that we used. I think the President had the absolute right to challenge the election and the way that it was conducted by each of the states in the various jurisdictions in which election lawsuits and outcome losses were were filed and finally, I think we sort of culminated Jay with a case of all cases and that was Texas versus Pennsylvania state in which the ES was outcome determinative in which the Atty. Gen. of pencil of Texas and joined with what 17 other by just 17, what's out there in Amicus. I think six other states try to six of the states try to also intervene and intervene, so it wasn't as if it wasn't a significant case. I just was Supreme Court said no standing for Texas and even the two justices that would've granted review said we would not have given the relief. I think there's a great question coming in on line to join. We should take. I think this is a little like a map of the right yes and and I think after those you watching on Facebook periscope YouTube as well and what you subscribe on YouTube. Click that a bell as well to get notifications when were live by throughout these processes and adding a radio practice everyday and when Hazel we need to come back alive to you get those notifications to subscribe on YouTube. I would be just open that up for about a month of got a lot of new people watching. That way was a radioisotope we go to this break outwardly, playfully, the default, the bald Eagle video this produce for kids, but actually this explains the electoral college and how it works. We put this out before the other. The election, but so people understand the think again it's a civics lesson we all need to kind of remind yourself constantly.

This is a big day for the electoral college as they vote will be playing that for those watching broadcast only when a society can agree the most vulnerable and is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life.

We created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally pro-life and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life Jesus were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. We are grateful.

Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100. Give a gift today online ACLJ try to explain what's happened legally what is going on lately. Whatever the electoral college. What you might be seeing the next days today as well, but also that that word were not ignoring this wall well it we talk without recruit LS we protect at that more when I got a freedom of information act request that were working on right now type that will yeah later the broadcast supreme information act request were prepared on that to know exactly who knew what like Nancy Pelosi knows all this and put some on the Intel committee wise that okay what did we date. What did she actually know when they get these that you not defensive briefings. What that means, as well as the issues with involving Hunter Biden is is is father. The criminal investigation to Hunter Biden, which now includes Prisma and now click you know it at all. This idea that this was somehow a lie uses better criminal investigation. The entire fall and elicit for maybe year year and again, Joe Biden said the present was lying ways we talked about that with Hunter by now we we get those emails coming out saying that they were the owner at Joe's office Joe Biden's office mates with these Chinese investors and things like that were to get into all of that at the ACLJ on his income ironically has a swallow thing pretty deep.

Yeah, and a lot of trouble, try to cause trouble during the impeachment while he was knew that there was always you going out with tiny people to ignore what's going on with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, either because you think about what the grounds for impeachment were for the disparate writer. This current present present trouble, but we had to defend and that they've actually got criminal investigation onto his son and he was doing business with his son lying about it. So who else he lie about it too well. They try to impeach the President over a phone call with the President of Ukraine. This is the Joe Biden matter involves government business of business between the government of China purportedly and the Biden family and and and that gets of what I can get a pass mouse representative to be careful though because house represented margins very thin, very, very thin, and it may take a year to what we may do so tomorrow the broadcast I think would be good for us to take a look at the Eric swallow thing I want some of the statements he made during the impeachment about the President being an agent of this one and that when Emily got all those La Scala statements and then let's get with Joe mindset to the present about your lying man about the sun being. You should be investigated when in fact he was the best game Joe Biden honestly know it. So I think we need to have all of that. This legitimate news inventory or that. Don't forget that because I can a reality with the election but were getting into that we get to that next.

At least it's dangerous not to because of… Be honest about where things are looking at like poorly. I mean, it does look good for present trump right now when you look at the core of this locality to be realistic. Don't let these stories be buried by the end of 2020 and you got a national election taking place in the state of Georgia element for Senate that literally will determine who controls half a branch of government taxes. Yet you agree new deals. Your your event tax the rich idea relations with Israel all that major any kind of major things you cannot do through executive action Executive Order by the way, then gets undone very quickly. By the next present these like that takes both houses of Congress. It is a citizen of the public and your taxes are to be raised in your 401(k). I think the economy will stay a lot more stable and yet I can get the crazy green new deal pass through, they can try to do some of that like piecemeal by Executive Order. But again, this is probably the I've never seen anything because you get to that are so significant in the they should be the collect very two different races one was a rock open seat runoff. Yeah, the other was arrested at that Senate race. The data pretty wanted Justin would buy enough but yet I think that when it comes to that day I was get a split ticket that I was on whose initial let's take Steve's call per month that he is a very good question Casey Wagner Jay Sekulow live your on their a state gentlemen, thank you for my call report regarding the Texas case is just devastating fire. Two questions for you. If three justices that present trump nominated are considered be constitutional along with the other two comparative character. Why would they refuse this case, which really came to be perfect in my second questionnaire. Do we have any viable legal recourse is now to save this election now that the Supreme Court itself is turned against us. And could this really just be the end of the Republic will easily unlink any of this is the end of the Republic of our Constitution endorsement. Let me let me answer a couple of these. With regard to the constitutionalist look Alito, Thomas, the other three mentioned it even utility new stresses courses and and just as Barrett are all constitutionalist.

That's the judicial philosophy. These are not easy cases I met I've told you they were uphill cases to begin with their difficult and the relief that was being requested was extraordinary, which was putting the lead just throwing it back to the legislation outlets constitutional, but I think what Jordan said is the reason the constitutionalist said you know what we are Federalists. Therefore, the states can fix this. If they see it Harry as a problem leave. The Constitution does not have a process which mandates that state legislators actually have a spine they could have taken action each and every state legislature could've taken action.

That's number one number two. Many of these state legislators could have taken action before November 3.

So part of the issue here, I believe, is that many state legislators have just slid around without focusing on doing their job.

So I think going forward it will be up to each and every citizen in each and every state to put pressure on members of the state legislature to make sure that election integrity and that all evidence of fraud is eliminated with respect to future elections. If we want to keep our Republic we must ensure election integrity, but your new said something to the I think it's that needs to be underscored again. That is, the Supreme Court knew that the states could fix this if they had the gumption to do it constitutionally.

That's with the election clauses electric because of the right arm in each one of these states enough to accept the results ever are they can always say by the state legislatures can save it, that there is something wrong in this case, I can say we don't care the judges.there were standing issues of these cases, we still believe that what they were alleging happened and it. There were violations that that that executive branch and bureaucrats did not have the ability to change the rules and change should be 200,000 votes counted in Wisconsin on absentee ballots that were the people did request an absentee ballot with the state law says you have to request absentee about Wisconsin critics that they could become a symbol giving were going to do this. They didn't need the Supreme Court to do it now. We did think that obviously for them to get a backbone. It might take the Supreme Court that we set for them to get tobacco like Harry said they it would take probably court, but that that's why this records their so if there is another option of a remedy.

The court is usually can say that's the remedy that should be chosen and II think again on this matter. Specifically, that's how they got to. It is licit if you're Georgia Republicans control it, you're in Pennsylvania publicans control it. Michigan Republicans control it. Same with my voice constant presence is not of that of the design is still going on. I mean listen legal challenges of the difficulty that then yes, legal challenges, remember there's other other ways we talk about how you can Congress get involved in this in the present will continue to fight this as he's place for his supporters and to everyone would make that clear. In every case you guys out. He is not conceited. This is a consistent alliance with mom I you he said he was quoted in an interview save.

It's tough for me to ever say concede when you when all this is been put on paper right in all these cases, with subsequent outstanding issues not on merits direct Mexican-American, the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be now $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in the one who knew protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family. Give a gift today online ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and now Jordan secular.

Now there's another matter would bring up just because it's crossing the wires right now. John Durham, who now remembers a special counsel now that special counsel status like Bob Muller there's arguments over how they can be fired.

You know symbol every Bible. Most people believe the President can always fire them, but that the Atty. Gen. is more restrictive. Specifically, in doing it. Celestia Presidential action, but regardless of that he is adding prosecutors as we speak. The report to Fox News to looking into the matter on because he was slowed down by covert significantly because of grand jury issues and covert and Invesco and deposition issues and covert tracking down things all around the world with covert as you can imagine. Not an easy time, but he's actually adding prosecutors and former US attorney maybe got a list of those yet, but Fox's just put that out that that his team is actually increasing. So for those you thought.

That's kind of going nowhere. That's not the case. I think licit. It's good, put a lot of pressure would be on the new attorney Jeff there's a new Atty. Gen. come January and it's Judge Joe Biden's pick lot up for a lot of political pressure. If you just go in and fire jogger John Durham over the restaurant with the House of Representatives this close yet.

What's the difference in the house represented Vanessa 10 55, and Micah might say Republicans of this and that's what you know early voting started in Georgia today you you have in Georgia again and run a lot of stations in Georgia, a national election IN the year from them. It's a national election going on that I can't emphasize that enough folks, the state of Georgia holds in its hand, the determination of who is going to control the United States Senate. That is a once-in-a-lifetime happenstance. Sen. Loeffler is running against a Baptist preacher in a in the election to fill the seat of Sen. Isaacson, who retired. That is a very close in the election. Sen. Perdue is seeking to be reelected in a scene in which he is contesting against a Marxist, a young man was never lit, had a job in his life and who is a very liberal very radical and heckuva rights conceal mostly he did. He made 1.7% of the bidding center produce but it is a national election in that that election is going to determine who is going to control the United States Sen. yet. No question about I think we got you got to be looking at it that way. Let's go ahead and take a stick John Scull out of Ohio jungle had high I love watching your out your program. My great, great, thanks. Considering that January 6 is coming up and the vice President has the final has certified the pilot electoral with any pending legislation that allowed the vice President has to say we cannot search certified the boats no maintenance is not that's not how this can happen.

It's presented that's more of a ministerial act) we met, I think precisely correct.

I think I want the callers get Congress to decide Congress could say that we don't think this is valid. I think that's a real longshot.

There are also a few longshot legal cases out there that may indeed become outcome determinative. If you can cumulate all of them together but right now I think it looks very very dicey with respect to the litigation front yeah I think that litigation in this kind of situation I said with the left nothing on the field here move into the spring quarter multiple cases, District Court cases, there still something in your case a phaser so that's all pending, but anyways were to continue to covert tomorrow's broadcast unit to the search level thing was he was difficult during this impeachment nags right in the middle of China to get into that tomorrow the broadcast was remember to as well.

The Decembers a matching challenge mode for the mixer for Law and Justice how bring this broadcast every single day it's out of our attorneys however represent people at no cost, and even many of you probably been represented lot of families represented during this over this school issue were still doing that we do that at no cost. And of course all the work we do it covert affairs in Washington DC and all over the world because your financial support Decembers a matching challenge month, double the impact your donation with the group or does it say we will match every donation that comes through the month of December, December severe thing about going to AC okay, it's a great time to do it NACLJ.org the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. If you are Georgia voter. I'd say get in their vote early voting vote in person if if you feel like it's safe for you to do so because I give you that there is a lawsuit filed there have nothing do with the present selection by either the RNC to make sure that this Georgia Secretary of State. All these consent decrees were put out because they're getting sued by Stacy Abrams group that was… Get any litigation, yet the really awful Georgia events. They conceded unwritten unreal leg absolutely hates dancing prevarication contains the entire election. I mean that you know it's like self-induced fraud yes and so there's lawsuits. There are Georgia conducting election subject to the laws of the state of Georgia and the fact is that that that there were even a spot we had to file a lawsuit like that coming from the RNC of illicit window. You all know the importance of this race.

If you don't like the green new deal. You know who to vote for George. If you don't like higher taxes you know who to vote for Georgia that could be prevented regardless of who the next President is by who controls the U.S. Senate. Is it going to be working to change America Chuck Schumer or to get a B were to stop radical policies which, I mean the that's basically the question here and Ed for vote. Let me take there's excitement on both sides, muddy, poor, get on both sides. From what I've seen more money is for get to the on the left but money is not everything. Politically and certainly if Georgia voters thought they were robbed it in the Presidential election. They need to turn out that much more because people eat it's understood here, the realistic, how important is your senior single vote matters and again it's very tough to predict these runoffs.

People sometimes have election fatigue country could have election fatigue measure for Georgia if still being inundated with ads.

You still got politicians covered in your stay there all they are still right. Basically, you know, and encourage you if you donate anything to to the Republican side of this epic is getting to attacks a day to your phone to donate to the Georgia font it. It is, but is very recent national election and also it has to do with all every but if Joe Biden is present. Everybody appoints a kata position with a has to be confirmed would have to go through Republican confirmation versus just a pass on its Democrats and and and so with again. I think it impacts Durham. I think because the house of small margin with the sedated state stays Republican. Durham stays in place. If it doesn't I think they start removing people like that and that's the kind of things.

It will implicate Hunter by will go nowhere.

The, the criminal investigation.

But if it states Republican Senate and it's barely Democrat in the house, then you don't then it these moves are there to be very careful politically but those they make because I got there all up for reelection in the house in two years. 1/3 of the Senate is up now that's an aggressive so I think what that's that's where it is us who had taken a phone call. Take tomorrow's call program on focus in on this Eric's global situation which I and and and the allegations are and how we at the ACLJ will be involved in dealing with that I needed Georgia.

She is in Georgia right online for needle welcome to Jay Sekulow live a Machine quickly.

No flip vote on our way how to get around and things look a liquid vote with the Secretary of State hiding in the whole thing on her hand, states that it won't do anything and are national in court that for you to take this as a reason not to vote because is no evidence that's been put forward in a court of law that shows the date the machines actually switch the vote. So this is that this is were falling into the prey of the left ear, which is on my boat stuck in a matter that is the switch anyways. That is not been established. So don't lose your right to vote and don't lose the control that you have over the outcome of where the Senate ends up because of these allegations involving dominion. This is good.

Listen, this is what they left want you to do. They want you to not show up and be in your home state.

That's exactly right what they're saying is they're putting out stuff about the dominion machines being defective or not, scanning the votes right and so forth. This is not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt or any other standard in a court of law.

Don't let that stop you from voting. You go into that precinct, you can begin today, December 14, you can walk in an early voting your county in your precinct where you are registered, and you cast your vote. Don't let them take away your right to vote by you saying in exasperation will it's not going to matter it is going to matter is going to matter a great deal look America is based on the ballot box. You need to do it. Also, remember this in those dominion machines. David perdue got more votes on election day. Okay, so Leslie states he would want.

Yes we just Georgia has this particular state law on how that goes to over react to that place. Let's go to Galen North Carolina hey Gail, luckily Jay Sekulow live your on the air and all the work hardening work that you have done. I think the caller to call it or any active similar question what I was asking that if there any legal patent by changing happened to that on vilified and the electoral college voting being changed or the election. The upper turned one electoral College vote. The key date is actually January 6 when it goes to the United States Congress. This is a this is a statutory date. Now let's be clear, the legal challenges so far have not prevailed. Now there may be legislative options but the electoral college is voting today and I suspect at the end of the day there will be enough votes cast in the electoral College for Joe Biden as Pres. with the caveat that there will be votes cast. Whether their valor not different question for the translate in these four or six states that are out there, but it's the legal issue here is I think very difficult. I mean there may be some more cases father people are saying there's the issues that that are already pending everybody's waiting for the Wisconsin Supreme Court that the well look lately, nothing was left on the table here, but it's a very difficult case I think would be kidding ourselves if we told you this is some easy road. It's never sleazy here and I think that and the overhyped things at we we've been walking through this process. The whole time we said you have the big case to be. It really is a be all in all was the wanted Supreme Court. It had the it had the it was outcome determinative enough electoral votes at stake yet number states basely divided on each side and the support was kind of a new thing for the Supreme Court to get is different than Bush versus Gore over your gravity recounts a couple counties you can keep doing overhanging chads, but involved this kind of widespread issues in four different states and and so II do believe the Supreme Court probably even the conservative said there is state legislatures that don't need us telling them that they had to about we don't need to invalidate their elections or tell him to stop counting, which is what they did in Florida during the Bush versus Gore case. They have all the remedies available they can put it whatever electoral slate they want no one to challenge and even to this report. So if we step it invalidated.

What is that actually do it. Just I give the states the do anything specific member. We said even with the Supreme Court does is it a guarantee victory, Pres. Trump, it's just puts more pressure on those states to put in a new slate of electors that it did that mirrors what the allegations were in that column will get time to get Nancy California 91 hey Nancy, I hear what you think and you think that the entire country anything to the abortion case under the Constitution the elect.

This election process is done by the states here that is in the Constitution of the United States.

The states a response. You have the constitutional right federally to vote for President states Avenue that's the method they chose, absolutely. So if you look at the Constitution clearly. Article 2 of the United States Constitution essentially governs the vote for President. And what does the article in the Constitution should suggest that the state legislators govern the process so the decision that the Supreme Court took on flight. In many respects sad effectively even though it's not written out. It's up to the state legislators to cure this process, which many of us see as defective on its face, but the cure lies with the state legislators and so far they have a lot of good exit now not to have a spine infusion that they could fix it right now and in the Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected that the present selection challenge that is final and that was there, but was the boat I'm looking at right now as we speak.

That sets forth 43 while the 7797 justices on the Wisconsin courts went somewhere else and that we can buy from a break.

Maybe our folks.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge today make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family.

You forgive today online ACLJ similar to a lot of the case is in fact mirrored what I said Newsmax is sporting with this Wisconsin Supreme Court election challenge 423. By the way, that's how close the scheduling only friends the scandalous conflict yes the lead electoral votes would've slipped was because there were 200,000+ votes being challenged in this case, most of those votes were for Joe Biden because they were they were absentee ballots and went out to people in two counties which are heavily Democratic and didn't request as Pepsi belts which you have to do Wisconsin law that even the justices who are part of this for three majority said it was illegal. Said it was fraud, but not enough fraud and that it was too late. It was challenging the rulebook after the game. Let me tell you folks go back months and you will see court saying can't challenge this now because you haven't shown any harm yet so the rulebooks were challenged.

We know the attorneys that were doing it all across the country for months leading up to the election and all the court said route. For the most part and not every situation but for the most part you can't challenge these now because you have actually been harmed and it's a getaway for the harm netted the court 43 over one vote difference in who want to say Wisconsin so anything that you think that these battles were fought all the way out as I could tell people they were. They have bid and they still are in substance of this Wisconsin jet checkmark that we were tied at that is hanging out there it's on hanging out there anymore it and I don't know that there's any other legal challenges that left in that state that some of those days of the federal court case that was apparent which a city pouted that RRC is a trump appointment iscity pal that are under seal so you don't know a lot about where they are with with some of the debated issues, but again, these these courts or take it seriously. They did was cuts from court and they put out there the election right as the electors were voting in their 10 electoral traces: toward yet. I hate Tracy Walker Jay Sekulow Lodge on the air line 6 hearing that one. With regard now, the city does not have the power to change the actual election, Congress does. Congress does so the house they were the house and never said it had to put forward a challenge to electors to do it today can do to all the electors in Georgia either to one elective some of them they do to each of those four states in question. Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, again eating to do this. This hope Michigan at Devon House member exhibit.

If one house where one said it never contested. They did must stop their joint session to certify the election and debate ended after the debate. They've never vote and vote would be pretty close. Probably right now but the Democrats control the house.

This is not the same as if you can't get to 270 so there is a way for Congress.

But there is not a way for the sit alone to do it. And right now. Realistically speaking Democrats even with their slim majority of 10 votes and I can devote to take out your bridezilla 12 so it it it might happen. We might see this move happened where the joint session is they have to go to debate that I don't think that's a silly bad debates put these issues out there and so grandpa segment doing on this inside but it has a 100% committed to doing it. You have to have a US senator also sign on so takes one member has one center. They did this to present trump in 2016, since not do that some kind of harassment it's done regularly every time Republicans won the last three elect three elections there with 2 bushel actions and ended trump selection.

If the Democrats did this cynically, so it's always done there be more tension at this time but none of the US it alone. They can investigate the put the info out there, they could not change the outcome of an election and that's a good thing that I don't view what one branch of of of the Congress to be able change and outcome of the election. Even if you really don't like the outcome. But let's at least will keep track take phone calls encompasses that you have bid.

It was good Kenneth in Illinois.

Interesting exec asked Andy about this is Walker Jay Sekulow Lodge on the air. Thank you, have to do with paper ballot with all the information about me coming out. I'm wondering if people will want to use paper ballot. But my question it is very focused on that because if there aren't enough paper ballot that people will be forced essentially to use domain or is whether or not you mail it or not it's so it's a scanner it's your scanner so you might get a paper ballot when you you do and you see you vote in a little electronically and then you get paper ballot that scans its associated two-step verification right. That's what happened to George's halves were either to buy you go to the voting machine the voting machine comes, it's a computer screen. You press it and want to finish it says you want to change your vote no. Yes whatever and then you say cast ballot and you push it on the screen and then a document is printed out and you take that document and you go to the scanner and you put it in the scanner and that is and you and you better look at that ballad before you put it in the scanner to make sure that it reflects what you put on that screen. I looked at my ballot very carefully to make sure it reflected what I put on the screen and then once that ballot is scanned. You have cast your ballot. Then there's that the answer for you right there again. I want to remind you, Sen. David Purdue beat John ourselves with those machines stop if your Georgia voter don't not vote, you better get out there. Might get 10 more friends to vote, but stopped being discouraged. You could deftly when these elections did Republicans were leading in both so they just they see Jake show back up again and stopping discouraged who's putting out discouraging stuff was pretty scary way for voting to its Democrats its liberals.

If the left is trying to put this out there. Yeah I think that's right that there is an intent look, be realistic.

There is an attempt to persuade you to not vote yes they want a low turnout because they fear that people turn out Georgia voters are discouraged because what happened. The prerogative of Republican voters, and therefore don't vote. That would be first long-haired Republican or Democrat, you should vote and under those demeaning machines.

Remember Purdue want Laughlin was different case was originally people running for that situation but if you add up either lobular and how Joe's they were waiting by like they would put it at 70. It would be like a 60% victory, yes. So let's see what happens. Election voting started today in Georgia so early, get out there in early voting. So get out there and vote.
