They did not pass nationally over the course of time you've had these amendments may block voucher programs on my state of Michigan. We have the most restrictive Lane amendment where money cannot directly or indirectly go towards any of religious school, so we do not have voucher programs. We can't however to get around that the state of Michigan as other states have started charter school programs in the public school as a way to give a quality public school education to students, and those are educations where there's disciplines of the most famous one of the cornerstone schools in Detroit. If a person walked into the school. You would think you're in a Catholic school.

Everyone wears uniforms. There's discipline the kids lead to read/write, etc. and they go off to have a good job to go off to college, or homeschooling became very big in the state of Michigan where it is very organized.
