And as always the all the lawyers tackled the burning legal questions such as, has any attorney ever had as bad a week like say Alex Jones's attorney just add and how many Americans actually know the facts of the Breanna Taylor case and just how many times this is important just how many times has Josh seen Willie Nelson in concert. I'm working Patrick consumer advocate Josh will let you answer that last question first.

How many times have you seen Willie in concert Morgan answer is that I don't I don't really know. I know it's more than 10 and I believe it's less than 20 past hard thing about that because they just announced this past week therefore made. I will be in Raleigh and Zafar made was last in Raleigh. See having my wife was pregnant with her second child. I don't know what year that was roughly 8 to 10 years ago farming was in Raleigh and it was a lot of fun. Zafar made his is coming back an enemy that brings Willie Nelson back smuggling Willie Nelson. I did look it up Willie Nelson's 89 nine yeah 89 I signed for the first time last year at the outlaw music Festival in Raleigh and I was a great time. He puts on a good chauffeur at that time and 88-year-old right right and his sister is a year or two older than him, and she plays the piano next to him and she's amazing. She's passed away so she will not be playing amazing. She was amazing. See, they always had a Willie Nelson. If you never seen me plays the same release and I remember was different. At one point but the more than 10 less than 20 times I've seen him.

He plays the same set starts with the same song. Same order they would always for his I can't member his sister's name, but it would always break out she would do a couple piano solos, but but she is very good but she did pass away the other day.

It is sad. It does seem like a family event, though his youngest son was there last year. Outlaw music Fest does he bring him with on fire made to Lucas and his oldest son, Lucas usually comes Lucas Nelson and Lucas Nelson's well-known, but his younger son was there last. It will usually his, his band was like robots versus dinosaurs are some weird like jam session type type man's way he was there. We were at that concert I tell both in your face. I'm assuming you've seen Willie Nelson less than 20 times the battle is exciting for idea forming. It's a lot of fun. That's all day. So where I think were on the hunt for a sitter for an extended period of time.

That's 12 to 12 I think is how formate goes, but when is farming coming under the I don't remember September is coming up soon you let a leadtime when the week we we got our we got our tickets for formate thing about this this morning. You know I get to watch brain-dead dings and tells me what's going on and we all got our phone on as I'm usually in front of a computer I can now when I was nasty as is and pull you guys do you ever wish someone tells you, so you text somebody or email somebody and they just say they didn't they didn't get it right there that you don't hear from so the next day you believe that they really didn't get it or do you believe I was no noted there definitely knowing it, but I let them have that because I need that as well. Why would I want to jump in on this.

I've had a situation where you know I have a 22-year-old son and I will text and I will hear back, and he hit me with this. He said that I'm trying to put my devices down. I'm trying not do so in my notifications are off. It's on vibrate.

If I don't answer right away. It's nothing personal you're my dad. I love you but I just don't want to look at my phone.

He goes he was alarmed by his screen time and he said you know what, step away and it 22 I was actually impressed by that and then I started looking at what I'm doing. It's hard to put the phone down so I I get what you're saying is delivered. They sought to take the opposite approach delivered on my phone and my phones on a set. Do not disturb after certain hours that you can send me stuff all day, but after certain hours so you are still willfully ignoring people.

You're just enabling your device to ignore us see that my notifications could light you know, Josh, things are figuring things out the whole day and he'll message is like 11 o'clock at night. Now I have to have my phone on. Do not disturb otherwise all those vibrations wake me up so my mom will call me and I'll look at it in text her later me like I was trying to sleep, so I ignored you that I was amazed to remember no course predate cell phones and predate there was a time were like you would remember when we had the group of friends in high school and we'd all school, we'd all draw you and we decided to really be here, and really go here and you had to meet there and if you were late. You know like we couldn't get a hold of you.

We call your parents house. Maybe if some I picked up the phone and we always had a friend who was habitually late like really late like are they okay late and I and we just to get a hold of him. So eventually you give them like 1520 had initially just leave and they would know that you left him you would know if they're okay Sgt. pagers so you can always page, people with these types on the phone right as I think about the times are you know Cassandra, you're closer to me so you know when people calling you be like hey stop calling me is not o'clock at my minutes are free. You know you really pressed the Internet on your phone, your letter know quickly trying to get out of the young.

It's hardly disabled – that was yeah would bankrupt my family now like it's always on the sprinkling cigar box and opened up his handsome like pictures in there like tickets you know before like digital you don't say to bad some ticket stubs and their but I had my Sprint phone card and there I was like man and I picked it up. I ran around and showed everybody after it awakens what you do with your phone you know them things last forever. I had the Nokia Nikki was my first phone and had a series of flip phone number in law school had the fanciest flip phone you could get the time and I had two videogames one is like a space" lamp and see her blimp and you shot things. One was like the snake thinking yes probably don't care as much as I like to read joke is football fan, chose not used to hearing Joe easel under the weather today saves not with us, but the first college football polls came out insist it was number 13 to see that morning. I have not seen it, but I see it on my notes congratulations will pack preseason means absolutely nothing were all very nervous about it because were not used as and 66, Accolade said that they gives us even more reasons to lose. The first thing that you see you have any other local teams that are ranked look, I think Wake Forest was in the top 20.

But I think that was it for local changes complacency teens having pit was in there. Things like that but what anyway so we got Cassondra got Taylor here in studio with it with me and Morgan today answering. Talk about a couple of things couple legal news items in the past couple of shows we spent time dedicated to listener questions are really go back to legal news because we had a couple I think, interesting topics pop up so Alex Jones was in the news. Cassandra was going on with him so he had a defamation suit against him, and he's also dealing with the bankruptcy issue, but he didn't end up losing to the parents of one of the children of the Sandy Hook massacre so is 50 million judgment and case to talk about the attorneys in discovery and you may have heard this on the national media outlets, what happened to him and his attorney battle is interesting angle to look at and tailor some news in the Breanna Taylor. I guess what I will say cases, the ongoing saga associated with her death, and so we got some we got some updates on how that's going yeah like Breanna Taylor was her death was about a year ago now and looks like some charges are finally getting laid from the Justice Department in that ongoing investigation into how her death occurred. So that's always interesting to see how that's progressing because that's been going on for like eight years and change talk about that case because I don't think the average American consumer of media really knows what happened, I think. Early on I got reported kind of at a polarizing time and I think putting what side of the narrative you fell on you, you, you can arrange with the facts that suited your solder that were being reported to you by your favorite news delivery service. I think there's a lot going on there that if you if you look at the facts, makes more sense and so were actually look at the facts. Look at what happened look at what the feds are doing now and in the last topics, sports law topic.

I like to throw in sports law when when things are happening but there's a lot going on when you when you pronounce this Morgan how are you pronouncing the new Saudi Arabia direct live live is Artie saying that it was mostly Roman numerals, but everybody's gone at the live tour. It's it's really, I didn't think it was good to be around a very long, I thought a lot of these guys are taking big money up front and would come to go away in August 2 they they made tremendous bank but now are starting to see some serious numbers go over to the live tour. European golfers seem to going right and left PJs in trouble a lot of big names are getting ready to go and they're not figure out something because of the war of words that started this thing out. I don't know if they can, go back, but it's it's an ugly situation yes is a live tour is as got some big money backers in what is at the Saudi Arabia public investment fund or whatever they call it that. They decided to start a rival tour to rival the PGA Mormon former champion on on this tour here and she very well known is the big name behind the tour so they been learning away with some some big money deal.

Some PGA golfers, PGA golfers are our guess what we call independent contractor general work for the PGA to PGA. It just puts on the tour and commission only right there and they have rules on how you can participate.

And so the PGA Savior and enjoying this live tour. You can play PGA tournaments and then that was out there.

Everybody knew about it, they won't answer these big contracts and there's some golfers.

He wants to live tour you want to come back and play some PGA events and there's a federal lawsuit. The BJ said no you can't do it as there is a fine antitrust lawsuit put together by 13 of these golfers and there was an injunction. It was her this week, as I think three of them were trying to get on the border trying to play the X playoffs because there's a nice person at the end of this thing, but yeah it's it's big money and the numbers are actually staggering. They have almost like a bottomless pockets when it comes to cash with the Saudi's in the amount of money that they rumored to offer Tiger was 800 and 900 million as a tip just come over and play and he said no right so Rivendell those are our topics today so will will tackle those in Morgan.

It should be interesting hour of radio. I Taylor were missing Joe, but it's fantastic to have Cassandra and Taylor with us today.

I don't know who he is. Right away I have to have to like look into it and figure out who he isn't and was, he is still so who is host of info wars, which is like a conspiracy theory type news outlet, and it was only on you to write me Ozzie. I know he's not there anymore. Nothing that was only when he was around a network or anything like that. It just world hi following incest. So even though it was only on YouTube. It had some influence on a lot of people, and then he get a lot of playtime on Facebook.

The YouTube videos it be clipped on Facebook so all my elderly relatives would share his videos and so I am familiar, you know, I really you know when we we do the show and we talk about news like this.

I really try to make the show apolitical, really. We just look at the facts and you know if we do this right you don't know what side of the fence. Me, Taylor Cassandra Morgan Joe were on delusional devices like we would if we were an attorney if someone came into her office and were presenting a summer cottage doing the consul try to figure out what was going on, and so I usually don't, it will have when I take in media try to be very careful about where the media is coming from what I'm taken and it's like eating healthy right taking into my body that I view my news intake is Alex Jones being I don't consider him on an unbiased deliverer of the news. I kind of ignored his entire existence.

I only know about him when he I know when he got kicked off YouTube or whatever, you know, I know all that I know you and I lean towards the more conspiracy side of news. But anyway, the news today. The news that we want talk about is us or he was involved in a lawsuit right Cassandra yeah so he was sued by the family of children that were killed in Sandy Hook. That was back in 2012.

10 years ago. Already when 26 and seven-year-olds, and six adults were killed at Sandy Hook elementary school and that's in this method is that thing messages so he was sued by that family and the family ended up winning in the eye. I believe and hope that they would have one anyway but the incompetence of Alex Jones's attorney really contributed to his demise in this case. Yeah, I think this is a good time to explain we have and show you. You may have had experience with the trial process, but no matter where you're at and were all licensed attorneys North Carolina. We are real attorneys and we we practice law and that's kinda the take that we try to deliver on the show. What a practicing attorney would think about something on this and so Taylor just a little bit in your listeners. The discovery process in general don't let me jump in Sandy Hook is in Connecticut. No way, NewTek, Newtown, Connecticut new is up north I just remember what state so discovery is a way to get information before trial.

So typically you know by this point. Something's been filed against you there may have been an answer filed by the opposing party that essentially discovery is the attorneys sending a bunch of questions and request for documents to the other side.

That's a way to get a lot of information before the trial and some of those questions are sometimes objected to their considered overly broad or you limit the information given to just what they asked for instead of giving them full documents so discovery kind of a lengthy process that it's a way to get a lot of information in before you actually end up in trial. Ciardi had evidence to go off of to say. Okay, maybe lying or okay this is the proof that she did this priceless say let's save me and Taylor Taylor massages and sell me a car by abide this car from Taylor and it's not a good car that wasn't a good idea to buy car from you that is not a car.

I decide I'm so unhappy with this car that I'm in a suit Taylor for breach of contract and and so I've I would go and I file a complaint against Taylor for breach of contract she would answer and say his car was in great. That's why it's so cheap and she would assert all her defenses and we would we be in discovery phase considers rules of evidence.

There's rules of discovery that govern how attorneys help attorneys represent parties can get information so IVC I can ask her questions.

I can depose her. I can take her deposition I can I can do a lot of things I can only answer questions that are relevant to this breach of contract case. I can ask Taylor about what she does for work necessarily I guess I could be relevant but I'm trying something irrelevant.

You probably couldn't ask me late in my married or not like it that matter has no bearing on anything dollars you have has no bearing on anything so that would be a question that it you would see me and I was referencing myself I would object to you because it has no relevance. I'm not answering this the point of this is that the other side the opposing side can can ask questions, request documents about things that are relevant to what the lawsuit is over. We can just use this as a fishing expedition to get all information we ever want to have about Taylor. It has to be relevant and so here in the Alex Jones case during the discovery process. Come to find out the plaintiff side got some information from Alex Jones attorney they that wasn't relevant to that happen. Cassandra so they did ask a relevant question, and for relevant documents. Any texts that Alex Jones had sent that mentioned Sandy Hook and that's was denied.

Alex Jones and his attorneys told the plaintiffs attorneys that he did not have any such texts, but somehow during the course of discovery. Alex Jones is attorneys sent a link to the plaintiffs attorneys to the attorneys for the family of the children killed that contained his entire cell phone for the last at least two years. All of the tax. All of the data. It was hundreds of gigs of data including all of the texts where heat did talk about Sandy Hook.

There are legitimate reasons and ways that attorneys can hold back certain information yet so privileged and there are various types of privilege.

If you are texting about Sandy Hook with your attorney and your attorneys advising you about how to deal with something you, your attorney wouldn't necessarily have to turn that over in response to discovery request, but you have to like inform everyone that that's what's happening that is not what I think they got his entire phone is mind-boggling to me completely because usually attorney when even if you're sending the information. Most of it is redacted to just what you asked for, or somehow limited in okay here's these messages from the state to this day, but you don't get the plaintiffs attorneys are the ones that had to inform Alex Jones is attorneys that this happened you just sent us a link for all of this and Alex Jones is attorneys said okay please ignore will send you a new link they never sent any link so they didn't get the actual discovery that they intended to send.

And there are processes as well where you can then if something is accidentally disclosed. You can reply back and there was no attempt made to climb back either. Yeah I don't I don't understand this is this is like the biggest attorney just blunder that I have read about recently indefinitely. Like in the Nash national arena.

But not only did you make the mistake to to send this this treasured for the other side is a treasure trove of information and they used it as such. It really uses about as well as he could, but they didn't try to get it back safe out of a mate is like a double mistake. It's not a good day for our listeners. This is why if you ever email an attorney. It's always this long paragraph at the end of their email saying if you got this in error, please send back delete get rid of things like that because you weren't supposed to get it in the third mess up is that Alex Jones aims to have been completely unaware that all of this happened. He didn't know that the other side had all of his tax so he answered the questions as if the other side did not know that he had been texting about Sandy Hook for years so it was teed up perfectly for the plaintiff's attorney and he was so pleased with himself when he pulled out the cell phone records and says, are these your texts and Alex Jones says yeah they're there right there you you have them. So obviously we gave them to you and the plaintiff's attorney says. Indeed, it was just the greatest moment when his whole life is an excellent week in that career further beyond this case. So those cell phone records have also been requested by the January 6 committee and the plaintiff's attorney brought this matter to the judge in the Alex Jones case and Blake inquired whether that would be allowed whether the judge would say no. This is limited to this case, the judge did not say that the judge told the plaintiff's attorney that I'm not in a stand between you and Congress. So the plaintiff's attorney turned over all of Alex Joneses cell phone records to six committee January 6 committee has all of his tax and if he was talking Matheny Hook. He could've been talk about anything else. He's a public figure who has like this was all a visit. Records not just regarding Sandy Hook.

So I'm sure he's had a lot of topics he's discussed in the last few years on my phone is not good. Know an opinion piece a camera when newspaper was in, but it was somebody saying you the attorney made a mistake you get the attorneys name you made this mistake. Dino's name will probably never know his name, how this would this probably is a malpractice malpractice is a for you to pray for things and whatever he was like yes it was a mistake.

But if Alex Jones would have lost it anyway right so that Alex Jones might get another attorney that says that he totally could've one suit and that'll be a whole another can of worms will be able to review in the future. Towards another episode, Alex Jones, I don't I don't follow Alex Jones but I still felt. I felt so bad for when he got when when the plaintiff's attorney did that to him like you never want to see. I guess maybe you do see them that surprise that taken off balance and not knowing what to do or what to say and then he did continue to talk in the plaintiff's attorney informed him that he could use his Fifth Amendment right to not incriminate himself further and Alex Joneses eyes got big, like he had never heard that so there might. I don't know if it's malpractice or not, but it seemed like good practice attorneys fight that you know all these trials are becoming since headline news gives us more fun to talk about on the show but also like just in our daily lives like the law is actually coming.

Headline news on a rail evasively before this with Amber. Her trial which every guy was talking about people I know who never cared about the law were talking about tetra also brings in more like armchair Internet lawyers and my head explodes pros and cons pros and cons and gives Josh great material for the show. As always, to the show questions@thebeloit.com and we will answer them on a future program so Josh we go to Breanna Taylor yeah Breanna Taylor was a 20 something-year-old African-American female that was fatally shot in her apartment in Louisville roof roughly a year ago, give or take and and so there's a lot of stuff going on then and and there's all kinds of issues that came out of this you know the legality of no knock warrants, you know, no knock search is in an little discussions about how officers have to present evidence to to get a warrant for something like that. We talked about it a couple times room showed no knock warrants what will start from the beginning what what is a no knock warning, no knock search Association no knock warrant is a warning that allows the officers to just go into the home legacies they get there they don't have to announce themselves or if they do, they only have to do it in wait five seconds or some small amount of time before they enter the home. So essentially a way to give the cops a way to just enter the home quickly. Most of time there's a fear that if they announce themselves. Evidence will be destroyed.

So they're saying like, or you know there's a fear that there is already weapons in the home and if they hear cops. They'll just react this way. Kind of innocent People off guard illegally make sure that you know evidence isn't destroyed in lots are lost in the serving of the warrant just privately speaking cops. The SWAT members to serve this morning there there there in a group in and they're ready to open the door with a grammar or whatever they have and that they sought to announce to the police, but they do that very fast and and and therein we had and I can't remember the gentleman's name, is it wasn't too long ago, one of these was concerned. I think it may be, I came or where it is now.

We talked about on the show because he was he was in his is legally in his apartment. I do anything wrong with his gone and you know the no knock was served within seconds euros with a nine seconds cops were in his in his room and he reacted much the same as i think anybody would to risk firearms and was shot and killed and i think after the five kata comes out that he wasn't doing wrong. he wasn't really with who they were.

after he just was in his apartment legally with a gun and died. you know you seen especially after ms. taylor's death hear you sing a lot of states and municipalities just what i'll say a no knock were not not doing anymore, but that's not what were really here to talk about really hear talk about some things that happen, and in her case, just as a review taylor so the there was a no knock warrant servers and exchange of gunfire.

she was killed in that exchange of gunfire and no officers have been charged at this point in her death.

i think that's, summation, yes. so when the officers entered the home.

her boyfriend was in the home she was asleep in her bed and boyfriend thought that it was some i try to break into the apartments. of course, to his gun and started to fire back at the officers fired as well know cops are charged in connection with the actual killing of breanna taylor, a cop was charged under state laws for reckless endangerment for how many shots he did shoot at the time on that that was more for reckless endangerment for the fact that it was an apartment building, and others could've been harmed from the shots i think is ultimate found not guilty on, but no other cops have actually been charged in connection with her death for the raid or anything like that and i do want to note that the warrant wasn't for her at all know what warm is not for her at all on and that's kind of how these new charges that come up is that the justice department has been looking into this for a sound like a very long time reviewing all the evidence and they have now found that evidence to suggest that the that other cops that were involved in the actual execution of the warrant lied to get the warrant.

that did affidavits and presented false information to secure the warrant for the home, knowing that it what they were saying was false and so i'm sure everybody knows this but just again by way of review law enforcement has to go to a judge in every county and state municipality, has a different system of basically law enforcement's going to go to the judge and present their evidence and why they should she get a warrant why she did no knock warrant or a regular search horn or whatever it may be answer the judge, looks at what's presented to him or her and then and then will grant it and that's when law enforcement can then go serve the warrant and so here are garlands department. i think they have been for a good year.

i think they been investigating the louisville police department and in this matter and specifically but it sounds like some evidence was presented that ms. taylor's boyfriend was living at the apartment and was getting packages shipped there. i didn't write it. see if there's like an affidavit from a postal inspector, but that was part of the evidence as a postal inspector confirm that packages were going so yes men are garlands of folks have decided that that was made up at least there's no evidence of that whatsoever. right because after the shooting.

they did actually arrest the boyfriend and then he was released rather quickly. like all charges against him were dismissed. so actually thinking a lot about even being her boyfriend that was receiving the packages like it may legitimately been a crime. they were looking into, but they lied about even having anything to do with either of them, because as far as i know her boyfriend was never charged with anything and was released know he was detained and put in custody after the shooting, so just adding to like this was during like you said this is darn crazy time with police interactions. so george floyd was maybe two months after her.

not too long a name for her. it was fidel castro or castel. sorry i would say the same wrong but it was a couple of things going on so a lot of people thought that this kind of got overshadowed by everything that happened after joyce. floyd said that families been fighting for her for about a year to make sure that this didn't get overlooked this state. actually, the passing of rhianna taylor law not too long after her shooting know that said, essentially, no more no knock warrants were to be allowed in that state. you know the no knock stuff i have always had a problem with you always. you want you know it.

it is a thin blue line, and so we we certainly you have a here and things good example, the defense of the news this week is the feds charged for police officers who they thought were instrumental in not presenting evidence may be lying. i again i haven't seen the formal charges on obtaining this warrant, and none of the officers actually were on the ground serving the warrant have been charged with anything because i think a garland has a quote where he says they were in their minds they were executing a legal nothing wrong. where water and yeah so they're saying everybody on the ground thought they had a legal warrant and nothing was wrong with it, but that the costs that introduced evidence to the judge knew they were lying or getting a false warrant is what their allegations are somehow interesting to see how the that turns out for and against no knock warrants. it seems essentially the same because it's a danger if you announce yourselves as cops if it's someone who actually would want to harm a cop, but if you don't announce yourself. you're also in danger because they think they're being, you know, attacked, robbed, broken in to their home. i don't know how to solve for that.

if getting rid of no knock warrants really alleviates the risk of cops being hurt harmed when they got us all ties into with warrantless searches so far. listeners may not know there are searches that can happen that are without a warrant as long as there's probable cause and some of those are the same reasons that we have no knock warrants, which is when my exigent circumstances instruction of evidence. fear of danger to others or yourself like things like that can allow warrantless search of the same reasons we have warrantless searches or same reason these no knocks are allowed to like you said it's a hard trying to find a balancing act between making sure somebody not just that issue to you because they think the mice bring into their home but making sure your cops are innocent safe and actually obtaining the evidence they need when trying to solve a crime or pill. i don't care who you are. so if i home today and then someone bust down the door and carefully say their police. whatever your first thought is is fight or flight. you're in an emergency situation, it's a lucky citizen. tough is a tough spot and you kinda can understand it both ways, depending on the facts of the situation that that's before you but but either way, these guys have been charged and i think some like this that is been in the news so much when you have new developments.

it's important to kinda go back and and and and figure out exactly what has happened, not what you just decided you know your minds already absorb information and we comport you know we have our understanding of, and we just cannot put it away, but as things develop things interesting to kinda go back and look at what's what's actually going on in and and it'll be nothing will be more fallout, i think the louisville police department will have more more issues and i wonder if's parallel state charges will follow because it's interesting that these federal charges came first, and that it's been over a year and there have not been state charges related to these. it's primarily civil rights violations arrived federal at the justice department's going after anything was the state charges.

probably, if that is fed crime is proven because they lied to state officials to get the warrant.

so i think will start seeing more coming out of this.

He is, the focal point in the lead figure, but his backing is that the Saudi's and there's a lot of question marks the Saudi's are a lot of things there in F1 there in premiership soccer and are being accused of trying to sports wash there what they're doing and other human rights records is just as awful and so there's been a lot of lot issue with with what they were doing.

How much money they're throwing at some of the stars, how much money they've given them to come on over Phil Mickelson's one of the big names DJ Dustin Johnson played his college golf right down there in the Myrtle Beach very popular now top 50 playing these guys are some of the top players in the world that they're taking large amounts of money as a tip to come over.

They've shortened the rounds they're only playing three rounds they play Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the purses are huge and they have a team concept to so they have an individual purse and then they have a draft and you have four players per team and if one of the players on the team wins, everybody gets a piece of that.

So in theory if you won the golf tournament. You could win 456 $7 million is the individual but you could attack on another three or 4 million. She can walk out of a tournament with about $12 million for three days of play so you can understand why some of these contract workers these golfers. These commission only guys are taking a serious look at it and they're trying to play off all of the negativity about the Saudi's and then you it's a little bit hypocritical when you look at how much the Saudi's are involved with over here anyway and people are starting to scream about the golfer. So I think the PGA and and and live or they're going to have to come sit down and figured out it's not come anytime soon. Is that PJs issue, it's a philosophical issue only related to it being like Saudi backed money or it's it's an actual just like they don't want a competitor PGA the PJs so the way I had to sit here and think about it from a legal perspective.

Eventually, maybe for a legal situation there to be able to get back on the PGA Tour to be able play, and a lot of these events.

Right now the British Open's available obviously played that number. The guys were in that, but these other major how how's the Masters can handle things like that stateside to be very ancient lot yes is it so that the city PGA is taking the position early on McKay if you take this money from to go play on the live tour you will not be welcome back. You'll know your car to be taken. You will not be able to play PGA tour events that segments to an early and if people still after the fact, went in and took the money, which seems wrong but PGA stances we told you not to do it. If you do it you couldn't playing I can't play as others. 13 players who took the money went to live tour.

They fought a federal antitrust lawsuit basically saying the PGA is is a monopoly and they're not allowing them to play for arbitrary reasons.

And anyway, so this is something that's going to get hurt at some point they filed an injunction is a one to get in the FedEx cup right through the players followed it for, and if an injunction of certain federal court.

The federal judge did not side with them and and said the PGA. At least now is within their rights to do this and so as to have to go through the normal process, but there will be a trial on it at some point, you know honestly think the PG loses this one, but will see. I can speak so I think I'd play golf and I watch a lot of golf as I will instantly fall asleep if if golf is on the TV and I get that side.
