Your questions will use them on a future broadcast questions@theoutlawlawyer.com and again, Whitaker and Hamer, with offices in Raleigh Garner Clayton Goldsboro Fuquay Marina and Gastonia were here to talk legal leads.

But first, I think were gonna will sidebar on a professional hockey team is doing quite well. I think that Morgan it has been a lot of fun to watch her at home. I we watched a couple hurricanes games at homes. We watched what we watched the game one game to win in we just saw game five last night were in the studio Wednesday morning and watching the hurricanes play playoff hockey at the PNC is a lot of thing we can all agree.

Yes, that's a controversial state and your family hurt is if your Bruins fan probably not very fun watching hurricanes hockey at PNC but you think of. It's a testament to how much fun it is the fact that you watch the away games like anything I don't usually watch the hurricanes and I get you to do or don't get Bally yes terrible now have the same issue. So I have really gotten my way to see hurricanes game on a waiting and I haven't wants a lot of about with flails be only a spear been able to watch him and that was a disappointing was at the game three in game for their play well and that pieces of those gains, especially the last game. There they were, in control, and then lack of discipline, fell apart, but the lack of discipline is huge because Boston Common goaded them into shore situations and took advantage and they play well in front of their home fans which, by the time the show airs know it's gonna already go back to Austin on Thursday could be over, could be coming back for a game later tonight, but it'll be will be interesting. I ended up over the past week. Just meeting a couple of clients who are Bruins fans lanes religious so how do I go salty, everybody's little bit of a little bit softly. I like to think we have folks listening to the show watching the show who were both hurricanes fans and Bruins sure somebody you know this is the thing about that in my experience. Obviously, I don't have a large cross-section of the population is like that but I know a few ones I knew there like that is lung transplant on the right lot transplants from up north, but most of the people that I know there like that. They're here today like they put the hurricanes in their early Bruins and they revert back to be terrible. People buy you the biggest my biggest take away from watching the two playoff games in Boston.

I'm used to use our home and this is maybe a minor comparison, but I'm used to the Adam Lee Decker who see you hurricanes games. He sings the national anthem is an amazing person is a really good job in it that the guy sings the Boston national anthem did not like anything and then I think it's partially just because we like Adam Lee to take him out of the equation is a lot like his opera take a pleasant Boston tradition for Boston fans. They absolutely love it and I'm sure they love the fact that we play Sweet Caroline Winward leading them here in North Carolina even if we lose this series, which I don't think that's can be the case even if we did the texture got man was name should note his name is I never will know what his name is every man never again let in the Sweet Caroline thinking of me mistakes and I can't get in on that when I don't like it when the crowd sings. I wish they'd was not Carolina it Sweet Caroline is guessing that will allow people team owns that right like there's no you Red Sox game they play. That's right. Yeah, it's weird man that this like that I developed for just that the Bruins just through this.

There's never been hockey always like the canes. Obviously this because it's our home never huge hockey gradually becoming more of a hockey fan and not just by extension, like it's it's very difficult if the Celtics by virtue of patriots, then obviously if you're from here in Europe & you have a lot of reason to not be huge fans of the patriots but Red Sox never really did anything to meet Celtics never really anything to me but not a fan.

Currently, in this moment. Sandra B ever canes game and it was fun not doing. He did and for the folks only originally from North Dakota, which is a big hockey state that we don't have any professional teams so you what you did like the state has an adopted a neighboring hockey team liquids know we have a semi pro hockey team, the Fargo force that the buyers are cheaper at those games. Yes the program is the will bring it up the same trick as you move here the past couple years past year to and willing to want to talk about today was a very exciting topic of judicial elections. That's before I went to law school judicial elections were things where you get a vote because you want to vote like the national midterms are whatever NEC is list of judges and you the average person probably does know who any of these judges are and when I first started voting many many years ago there were really broken down by political affiliation is never the started on. It's been a while now, but now it's you got your Republican candidates and got your Democratic candidates now just think about the person who doesn't spent the person is not attorney who doesn't spend their time in the courtroom who don't deal with these judges every day crimes interest you pick who you vote for for judge. I know when I did know this stuff before going to law school. It was was random. Write me when you probably ran me.

That's the thing you got like how you know like the system is designed to how they like literally.

How do you know someone hands you a pamphlet that like talks about this person's accomplishments and what they do you see a commercial like the way that our system is it's very difficult to know and I wonder if it wasn't a venue like an avenue to which you could learn more easily about the kind is like people could seek out information, but people even care to spend their time learning about what I don't know yeah I like you get a vote for say it was a you really want to support you like Democratic Senate candidates and assess what you show up and everything else is like an afterthought right is always the people would like to weird names right that people will name your name that's all like if you want your kid to be a judge's name him Judge. You are like the learned hand is that most people do that for better or worse.

I'm not criticizing you just get there you get a choice between two very come to vote you want to vote right and I think the default is for me you'd like… Sounds like you could be the judge of that lady sounds like she could be a judgment as watchdog groups of people put out information.

I don't I don't think the average person. I don't really have a solution for this problem is one solution to these problems. We have no idea how to fix and that Josh is like pick the cool name that's that's artificial life.

I think the solution regarding judicial elections is to not elect judges but that might do it. You're from member I said I know that when I've studied around a couple of times and Europeans are very invested in how America should not have elected judges like incompletely nonpolitical conversations people would bring it up. It's really weird that you guys elect judges will now not because it really what you think about the Supreme Court justices are not elected or appointed right in and I feel like especially with the past as everything it's more politicized you know judges running like the conservative ticket getting the last go around and I remember seeing this like yours whole list of judges first John Supreme Court, Court of Appeals mail came together like the conservative ticket you know and and yeah you should be an appointment process. I don't think any bilingual arena drive the change were not utilized as is North Carolina.

We have a lot of new judge allowed judge like the incumbents usually have an advantage that will know that rings true for judges.

Seems like we get a lot of new judges on the bench and there's good and bad things that go along with that, but the person that like you said doesn't spent a lot of time and to know how you would end his stat with the stats even me like yeah Cassandra was just telling us that this is she's getting ready to vote for the first time in North Carolina and that made me think about it, so you like to see him just about to see just if the primaries coming up so your voting in either the Republican and the Democratic primary registered unaffiliated so they were both ballot just thing which I think you know which one I wanted was his way, and I really don't know if you're unaffiliated, you just pick which it is either.

It's like you're an independent it's like you really doesn't did not have an independent option is a registration option unaffiliated instead of all the unaffiliated people should pull together really Formica third-party unaffiliated your independent there you go there's your party. I we have lots of talk about some of its stuff we talked about before. I want to spend some time with you. We did the whole show last week about the US Supreme Court leak that I think are still more fallout to talk about are some things that happen since we last got together last week, the risk to sign a minute or two talking about that the Johnny Depp Amber heard trial is is still out there is still a thing that's going on. Sabrina spent some time talking about that today young dog, one of Joe's favorite artist people was. Was I reducing to be with people, was arrested on RICO charges in an Morgan you hear RICO like in the movies and you don't that's that hearing a lot of rap music as well. RICO young thugs own songs discuss that soreness. Present time talking about that lots of legal news items are I will get to it. The outlaw lawyers Josh Whitaker and Joe Hamer special guest today is Cassandra Nichols, also an attorney with Whitaker and Hamer. If you got a legal situation that you're facing. You got questions you can always call 800-659-1186. That's 800-659-1186 leave your contact information. Just a reminder, Josh and Joe are practicing attorneys here in North Carolina to the management orders of the firm. If you got a legal situation that you are facing, you can always call the firm 800-659-1186. That's 800-659-1186 leave your contact information briefly what the calls about an attorney with Whitaker and Hamer will be in touch and you can always email your questions to the program we use on a future show that is upcoming. Again, that's questions@theoutlawlawyer.com were getting into it. Dodd versus Jackson women's health leak. The fallout yet so boring you were here so you may very well remember last week.

That's all we talk about using new story, especially if you're an attorney, especially if you're a fan of what's going on in the courts and legal news. We spent the entire search talking about that leak. What we could figure out from that leak we read the opinion but there's still more fallout from the leak in one of the things we talked about was there's a lot of speculation on because the leak why they caused the leak and and that's unsettled. It was like the Supreme Court's this stuff I did know the Supreme Court has their own Police Department report has its own little Police Department and there seem to be a lot of controversy over just he would investigate is that God investigate the leak. You know what what happens but it seems like it's just gonna be the internal Supreme Court had the Marshall we call them the Marshall Hall thought I would miss the golden opportunity to call them something cool SF reinforce on size. Also, and yet they don't really have subpoena power. You know that you know you can't make people talk tormented it was it was kind of hard to figure out what they were going to figure out with their just try really are very limited. Please, please see the Supreme Court tricking anyone to talk them there. There coaching very educated lawyer saying what I now necessarily Moron I saw a couple of.

Again, I would place you should go for ever for news and we sit and we talk about. I like to tell you guys where what I've been reading who I things been following the story the best and I'm doing the exact opposite of what I would normally advise dimes heading to twitter just to see what random people are screaming into the Twitter verse but I saw a couple couple of folks try to do their own detective work and figure out who they thought it would be but they were just blaming private persons for the most part met Sony did not have you.

You get to that conclusion is blaming private person. Well, I know a lot of people have been going just saying that it was Ginni Thomas that she was already in hot water. Sure exceeding her role as the spouse of a Supreme Court justice. I don't think it was Ginni Thomas. But I'm not thinking that go on record with so I saw a bunch of folks to who either need to figure out who ally the law clerks were for a lot of the Supreme Court justices nor China Internet detective their way to figure out who they were friends with and who they associated with free time that some people have been really astonished. There are people out there. Yes, with an astonishing level for a lot of people like people who make means and things like that.

Like a fun lifestyle like how I mean, I guess it's just didn't have a bunch of children and things like that or they abandoned so we were to play a week away were a week removed from the leak will be more than a week. I have no confidence that will ever know who who were only get to know someone just tells us that you have it be that someone at some point right some at some .28 years exactly like a blurb when there's less space abortion things like read a whole another level. This is to set this all in motion the other.

The other thing I noticed you know you had this seems to start of the past couple years but the people this group of people that will protest FFA elected official here. Supreme Court justice does something that they don't they don't particularly care for the protest looked at their homes, like on their driveways. You know that, things oversee and receive a lot of that I saw the Senate did pass a bill to provide more security protection for Supreme Court justice and their family is supreme force out there to hold it down for them on the Supremes away has taken actually took a bill by Congress to better protect the sprinkler just yeah I know internal level of protection Supreme Court justice needed before now. But apparently the house and everybody need to vote on all agreed that they needed more and not that big Congress got that done. Not following as close as you guys are that I don't have this.

This free time is universal protest both ways.

Like we see protested that conservative and liberal justices like from each side. I don't know that I see. Yeah I know that's been at the homes of both. But there are protesters at the spring quarter and all I can see that I have down from DC at couple years ago now where you hang out and through law school participated in a few protests in DC and I will tell you which I care about anything but DC is they they're very good at handling protests they get those gates to let out a real best they yeah so for the place to protest the place to declare your I get that I get the anything else thing about is if you if you're at it, we cannot assume this leak Wheeler who leaked it. We don't know what their political affiliation was we don't other reasoning but I think we're safe to assume that someone leak this on purpose to do's to do something to affect judges votes either adding there's a theory that this a lot of men because the judges are devoted doesn't want to change or focusing lightly got persuaded there's another line of reasoning is like old that will protest judges homes will all be intimidated or somehow come to come to come to a new decision right depending on what side you believe, but I wonder if this is affecting Supreme Court justice, how they how they voted variously point you made because you could you could see go either way right beneath the light just on principal. I'm not changing. You could see less about whatever my boat was like you actually change your minds but you know what – what do electric barge reviewing. I guess an answer like disagrees with me and it probably wrong. What I still just double down.

This is a serious issue that you should just do dislike people, but people protest that my house comes out you know what I hate you people even if I even if I change my mind it's visible in doing so, so that's something that's been getting a lot lot coverage, and when I went down this this this Twitter verse whole that I should be in his a lot of people tweeting about, you know that abortion issue. This would be people who were pro-abortion, pro-choice job usually sprints for choice talking about separation of church and state.

There's a lot of legal issues at play here, and I saw a lot of like editorial cartoons and things like that talked about you keeping church and religion separate. That's not I would argue is not really what this case is about. You can look at this is like a sanctity of life issue like that's independent of, like religious values, you know well and not necessarily even sanctity of life, but at what point in your time is a scientific question to some people it doesn't have to be a religious issue understand you can frame them in ways where it's absolutely not. But then again you there is a big religious component to this for a lot of people so you can understand why that people would make the mistake of, equating what illegal the legal issue that that the spring course, looking at here is is abortion a constitutionally protected rights asked Supreme Court was looked at and so nowhere in this this leaked opinion if you if you read it, 98, pages 90 pages does it discuss separation of church and state. So from a legal attorney perspective. This is not a separation of church and state issues. Not a lot of people could see it that way right because it was very now a Supreme Court justice gets confirm their religious views are a very big something I get asked about rights. We know and it's understandable why because you know if you certain religious beliefs. I'm really enjoying the way someone would look at this issue right and it's it's only logical to believe that an individual who just the person who supposed to be in a neutral judge judging basement wall isn't necessarily to be able to put aside strong religious convictions yeah and just look at something independent right, but I was a legal technicality that that that may be you know someone who wasn't a practicing attorney maybe would not pick up on saving the religions probably important to the debate. For those reasons. It's not legally. This is a note 1st of May amendment cases establishment clause cases and separation of church and state case so I thought that was interesting. A lot of people were going that way with logical national media lot. Individuals going that way that's not that's not what were dealing with from an attorney perspective utility will twitter that now. I did. I discharge them silently uses looking down the rabbit hole.

He didn't actually get it down to 200 do you tweet much I don't I retweet state of comedians and old pro wrestlers a lot.

That's really all I do on their that's probably that's probably with the algorithm would bring to me that finances question because we talked about in our last program. You think there's any significance to the draft being dated late February and then it gets leaked in early May. It's almost like did the draft change and the people that didn't like the change link, the draft I thought about or did the draft not change the people that didn't like the fact that the draft wasn't changing.

They somehow they something I think they had access to a man sitting it sitting there for a good month. Your marinating all the syndicates leaked and think it's interesting. I think we we propose that the time over time as last week that you know there's there's probably some concurring opinions floating around in some like we talked nothing we can send think some skating. They were going against so you think there's been healthy, robust discussion over these couple months. Sure yet who knows. Again, I don't know that we can really talk about around that we can point to aside, because who knows why why the leak. The leaker leaked yeah why did Lily currently say that, but I think they were in the studio and on a Wednesday, so by the time you hear this at all in authority come to pass, one where the other, but we were just reading that the Senate intends to put four votes a bill that would guarantee access to abortions weirdest dream.

I guess now that's supposed to happen today. However, the filibusters still exists. They haven't gotten rid of that so in order for this bill to pass the Senate.

They would need 60 votes. The Democrats would need 60 votes and they absolutely do not have 60 votes. So this is expected to fail today but it's really for the purpose of then being able to debated on the floor put out there views and their criticisms of Republican views essentially give them a platform even though it's not going to have.

It's not expected. Have an effect is a good segue to talk about our next segment with Johnny Depp and Amber heard this a similar thing where the it's probably not accomplish anything but a platform to put 1 foot a lot of argument out there who I think is a good play. I think we were hidden in the midterms, and no matter what side of the debate on it unique. I like a fighter, put people to task and say what what side are you what that was you know in the league by Justice Alito was basically saying this shouldn't be a Supreme Court issue, your elected officials from the state level on the federal level to somebody needs to be legislated and you, Congress doesn't seem to get a whole lot done right there. There usually deadlocked as I think this is a good thing for whether you're Republican or Democrat people waiting for you to know what side you stand on putting it to a boat and seeing who votes no nothing. That's assuming will tougher allow these folks you don't want to take a stand up right before midterms seen the election commercials change right this is the number one thing for sure yet all the election commercials have changed and want you there talking about, you know, abortion pastor's rights and what the protector with.

But everything is change. This is defining the whole midterm better or worse pretty big deal man. This thing yeah it is it's it's something everybody seems to have a very strong opinion on and work compromise is difficult right anytime you have a situation we have competing equities that don't have a good avenue for negotiation for compromise. You get these polarizing moments like this and then. And who knows right mean, who knows where we end up the al-Awlaki of Josh Whitaker and Joe Hamer. You can find that Whitaker and Hemmer law firm of the managing partners. There racks and attorneys here in the great state of North Carolina. Our special guest on set today is Cassandra Nicholas, also an attorney at Whitaker and Hamer.

Morgan want to check in with our friend Joseph. I understand Joseph that you are correspondent Joe that you text that you have not even fasting good night breakfast and you know that yes this is true. Yes, I'm doing great. You wake up and just be like. I hate the way that my body feels right now, Josh, that are happening and does everything I said no. I did a lot of lot of McDonald's breakfast this is that I'll tell you that Burger King things like the worst meal of the day and just think it's intermittent fasting. Some people would. It's mostly very healthy for you. Basically it. You have a varying window fasting and has health benefits apparently is what I've heard at seven doing that man and you like all right it's good, like I mean, it sounds more difficult than it is.

And I think it's tough at first and then gradually, you get used to it like you do with anything else break down what you do not usually to stop eating between like seven and eight and now you get like between 11 and 12 somewhere in seven, seven to 8 o'clock at night somewhere around 16 hours I think technically what I mean on, it's just loosey-goosey mall not too serious about our drink water all the black coffee big black coffee and you just don't like putting things in my call. I don't either so but yeah it's it's it out of the science behind the like it. There's the proponents of the smart ones not meet the ones that are smart and know things they can like rattle off crazy health benefits for this a lot and I think the theory is this is all I could be completely wrong. This is not an attorney, health science person, but I think the theory is is in the wild. Like if you look at us when we were like in the wild. We wouldn't just consume food constantly. There was a constant supply of food you would client so you spend time looking for your food and that he would eat it is his windowsill like that supports a more optimal that that's that's something that might be going back to caveman going back push for everybody faster. Breakfast is delicious and it honestly has to have some like that.

I have determined that what they put in crap they put in like McDonald's okay before we get into this just from the sponsorship deal we worked we have to mention names because we can go out and get advertising show was the think about as good as grandma do what what's got was your biggest muffins they got make riddles. We will would you just a biscuit man. I'm not complicating this CME balance biscuit yet Burger King was 20 or 20.

Prefer I see what we do several minutes of the McDonald's and Burger King soft merging sauces got a little more spice to it. Now it's a little more authentic like that what you like grandmother would could not like which rights are obviously what about the croissant really doesn't the it's funny that I probably prefer that Burger King, McDonald's a lot more on the why I love it. Just because I'm lazy and it's where extra sand or any thoughts. I'm not on this health and fitness grind.

We went as a friend got my job was paid to go bowling two days ago and I'm still so I called so I'm not your level of teambuilding the bowling activity that was that was a nosy bowling event in a local Association had the firm.

We mounted up a team and bowling and we do not train appropriately.

Israel's vision as I return I will let you write 910. That usually helps out a lot, but I had to.

I didn't want to admit it in office augmented on exact none of our lives. Anyway I got out my did I hurt my knee you as my wrinkly basketball coach for many years a new year and all of my sheer athleticism does not translate the bowling anyway you never you have never been trained yet many athletic abilities, but it has never translated to a bowling together like two or three differing sometime late in figuring this out. Basing Paul's party; I can get my head but a competitor you want to be good at it. This is frustrating. One of our team members got AI we were we were bowling in one of our team members who should go nameless is not Cassandra was not me. We have three people on the team as this was his only simulation could be wrong, and bowling writing get a gutter you get a strike.

There's not really like basketball. How is travel right but but the only thing you can do like you crossed wants file okay is worse, they will talk about that the cross and the lot fell on so we have waited teammate get a file.

What's worse than that is when you do the thing is it's not frequent, but when you do the thing you hold the ball. You literally throw it across Lane you know that is called getting kicked out of the way is right and justice is to gutter but I'm talking like you literally throw it out of your land and it travels at a lane or two over 10 there holding the follow-through a little to welcome her segment was not. That is just a follow-up on the Johnny Depp Amber heard trial which last time we talked about it we were we were in the middle of Johnny Depp's doing; he simply is a character sweetening all this is speaking of names is that important either. So I would watch Dr. strange good having you see it. I don't know is not a movie about the medical I was just going to bring up alleycat the Disney movie Dr. strange. What will we need to get back. That's an important strange to it with anyone. It was very good by she is any anymore movie.

Now you are, you know ahead of time. This is have one in the credit sequence are two battery plants were also there, and we we get through the first mid credit and so then you're stuck sitting there right you know there's one coming up and Zach Hathaway which is brilliant because he would patients bring to credit exposure their boarding years watching, and right after that middle scene. If you look there's like I think was director of photography is like right in the middle and there's three names and one of the names is Johnny Gamble. While Al and and I hope that this guys roommate over, but I was willing to be my name. I thought about maybe this is legal. I know that Judge Gamble oh I any criminal type thing right. Any any like Judge Larson's murder murder Jill Cassandra, yet important point to bring up now that was about bowling alley cat is there is only about a bowling team worked cat. They were nerdy and it comes down to the final thing and Anthony 10 split and this girl sits down on the floor and starts spinning the bowling ball and then gently push this class and I considered to alleycat's November now Zac Efron and alleycat who is the exact one or did they were Disney people in exact exact exact encoding your kids nosy Lizzie McGuire that she will how I met your father and I really enjoy what I think this should be a new thing we present a segment doublespeak for important point is important that you see like the stats of whose lapse treatment yet 587,000 people live stream this trial and when you say it's unimportant like it's an important sense that it had no bearing on like the wall there's not any kind of groundbreaking changes that come from this case.

But like that it's entertaining to people. It's like a train wreck below to see a train wreck were no one to me. Millions of people watch the Kardashians exactly you imagine if they were Sunni children.

This is like the same a lot of people that watch wrestling on any given day.

Yeah, they should wrestle what we we had an editorial in our materials for the shower.

This editorial was an attorney in Virginia who like us was like this. This is not important.

Yeah right is not can result in a new law like outing.

We said that as likenesses. This is if this if these people weren't famous you would never in a million years know this was happening.

Maybe the defecation angle.

No guarantee there's hundreds of people proven beds every day and you don't hear is not a big, watercooler and pasting about my lady and I believe this this this attorney and he was Ishida's attorney was like. I hope both judgments against him right she is. The result is not yet are Johnny Depp's claim of defamation or counterclaim of defamation and chips at both judgments against each other and we all get to go back to talk about alley cats are more important Princeton thing like a great movie minimum of my kids on it as soon as I believe you haven't seen it well. I like this is not that long to write original know is a lot to go.

You can have that discussion. Also, you can email your questions to the show questions@theoutlawwillyour.com it's been interesting show. Already guys were going next 12 or in writing my prep for the show. I would like to look at what's what's in the news and and sometimes up except I'm not very familiar with and and so this next-door is not one that I am intimately familiar with and start reading about it today, but I'm guessing a popular musical artist young thug was arrested. It's about time we got into some important legal ownership was or was arrested and in this crazy charges.

This is Rico right you hear that a lot someone being brought up on on the RICO charges. Cassandra, what does that actually even mean it.

The racketeer influenced and corrupt organizations act became a thing is a federal law that was passed in like this is like late 60s early 70s the feds were trying to to track down organized crime you of these organizations that didn't actually physically commit crimes right so they did not kill people or they can commit murder. They were not committing larceny. They were out there selling the drugs but they were in charge of the operation. It was doing it. It was very hard to make any kind charges stick under the regular statutory scheme as it is Rico legislation came along that made them if you prove certain things even though so here there there accusing our young thought of a lot of things, including murder. I mean, there's like 50 like a heading to a criminal enterprise with the Rico allows you like Joe if if if you were heading a criminal enterprising millionaire quotes even though you may not have actually committed a murder they can stick you with a murder charge via Rico the Rico became a very popular way to take out these organized crime syndicates, 70s command like so-and-so that uses the go after a lot of mobsters would you like your your your you think of like a tough like stone cold killer type of mobster type what what comes to mind for Tony soprano. Okay Tony soprano you take Tony soprano and he put young thought the side of his slender taller man that wears dresses address guy is just like it's crazy to think the wide breath of things that you can go after with the statute, young thought you like it.

I would bet anything you are a bit young for my now I'm not I'm not that old dog it we were in high school, like there's a lot of young rappers young forever like there's no transition, no middle-aged or old guy came up during the smalls and Wu-Tang and and that's the kind of stuff. I enjoy gray I enjoyed about who three.

I checked out right. I'm not. I didn't. Everybody has that agency maybe you haven't hit it yet young biggest young man like some some songs you know you can just get into for whatever reason, like he is one of the first guys I would consider like kind of a mumble wrapper where you don't really understand much of what he sees makes lot like a noise like that. The author in the article in our materials called his music melodic mournful flow. You and you are in bed writhing in pain and some open microphone is pretty good. It's a lot like what it sounds like so my my boys will tell me about little somebody there baby. Somebody here and I was make fun of him for that and I iced tea is like Ice-T I like the beverage also drew the article drink outlets at story for another day. But gallons of ice into my body.

Now Palliser but Ice-T nice keeping my peers just make like a unit but yet you guys theorized you, just like now little yeah like was a little baby that's what we usually had his little baby. There's no baby. This little baby new thing like in the 90s. There is little Romeo and he eventually did drop.

He's just Romeo. Now I feel like I would be willing to bet that some of little Romeo's music appears on alleycat when will the soundtrack figures probably is like a soundtrack, but I don't see this RICO statute doesn't see it that much anymore. Or maybe just don't hear about it now and beyond the whole Rico aspect and I guess it is relevant to the request for something you have seen, will see the time but you have seen this discount the idea that things that rappers rap about being used against them right now. Proceed exactly what with that.

That's a big part of the issue here so you look at you look at the lyrics and you read them and read like admitting to murdering people like music man all rap music. But a lot of rap music is kind of rooted in things of that nature and saying things and storytelling righteously to your fiction writer never always monitor you everybody you know murderers associated with Stephen King short whereas, in this instance young thug is a founder and organizer of La Sal think that this is allegedly I think he is affiliated with YSL which is young slime life and then allegedly young slime life is a criminal street gang. Allegedly there is list that young slime life is a criminal criminal street and I think it's alleged that he is the head of YSL. The new member card. I haven't really but there associated with murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, armed robbery, carjacking theft and drug dealing, through Rico, those are the things that he's Rico's is trying to hold him liable for crimes other people committed allegedly on his watch on his own.

His command, and soaked beds for better or worse when they perceive the charges they date. Build a very good case.

You usually usually there's something there for silly smoke right you may not be guilty of the crimes that get charged with, but the feds usually do their best to build a pretty strong case of this just came to light.

You just arrested this week. I think this will be interesting but a lot of the noose articles I read work has had a sing like would like you said you like some of things that he speaks to in his music might be held against him in some way which would be crazy. I imagine a good lawyer can yeah yeah it's you have to worry if that's I looked at it, you have to rest a lot of people is a lot of songs including some from your your guy Ice-T. Probably were not he unit I seasoning a job seen in the public eye is on that show. I don't watch everyone I know are there and you went out. That's the only my my truck my truck is a 2016 truck came with a CD player right so I don't think that's about deleting you that if you wanted my car has asked that player so this is always where my city original gangster in the CD.

That's the only CD I have in my truck is in their rights, and I was like, it will come out will come out but why would you take if I just let it merge with the car with if you ask if the radio does nothing on the radio. You know it and flipping around that there's nothing on my phone to look like I get to the CD that is the only CD I want to hear something you didn't know before today. I did not want a lot of things a lot of things that we've all learned that the outlaw like is Josh Whitaker and Joe Hamer our special guest in studio Sandra Nicholas and again she is a pricing attorney also at Whitaker and Hamer and this person of the program has been melodic, mournful, and has flowed quite well.

That's 800-659-1186 leave your contact information briefly with calls about turning Hamer will be touching email your question to the program will answer on future shelf questions@theoutlawlawyer.com back back into the outlaw. You do a good job on your introducing us in and taken status segments, but we are. Believe it or not, attorneys, and I think good attorney, I believe so though the law firm of Whitaker and Hamer that's that's where were at. Like Morgan says we have several offices in the area. Raleigh Garner Clayton Fuquay Goldsboro Gastonia. We have attorneys uprights a lot of different areas.

If you have a legal problem. We have the attorneys we have the experience we have the staff we have the facilities we have everything ready to assist as we come on the show we like to talk about legal news like to have fun like to let loose a little bit but I feel like I always have to wrap up by saying real attorneys who go to court again. I'm not world video today that I wore my bipolar knife in my work: you can either you a great singer looks like a realtor. She balances that we got we got Morgan great you you great me at a hard time wearing our suit court. You know, a semi-have to guess what an attorney does. You are right but I don't have to go to court real difficult signal is close to looking like a hobo as I can actually dress up for this, this, this is yet is trying hard to be a skinnier hobo now because you're fat and that's the best, hobo EC hobo that's not skinny is really meant is really quite your shaved and everything you're trimmed point for Mr. O the Dominican barber down Clayton Mall.

You will not be upset. We patronize reclamation that things might get upset. He's my God yes but again and and Maureen.
