For the CU of liberal funding. Today is only two days away from Christmas. I'm excited really exciting if you brought my present off in my office, I would greatly appreciated by veteran after the car and you will carry today's message three miracle burgers. This is part one with Adrian Rogers and see opens of God's word in John chapter 3 verses one through seven today explaining those miracle births telling the story of salvation and you know we could not tell that message without the support of our ministry partners. We can do anything without our ministry partners. We praise God for them and it's been a tough year. But God has blessed and I just want to take this time to thank those that give that support that. Pray that listen I made they are truly truly a part of this ministry and I can think of a better time. Byron than this time of year to give, and you can do that if you go to the website LWF.org and there's a challenge gift is a part of this year be a part of that as we wrap up this year and as we see what God's going to do in the days ahead will carry a soul's faithful ministry partners and helps us to get God's word out to see people come and trust Jesus Christ to grow their relationship and to get responses like this. Sometimes it seems like Adrian Rogers could see with the future would become his teachings are timeless. As he speaks of God the father, son and Holy Spirit think God for this Christian leader, a man I agree with that, he was almost a prophet in our time and God used him mightily to really not only preach truth, but he would always say this, the Holy Spirit must impart truth today as we look at the birth of our Savior Jesus. The only way we can know God and be saved. Of you. He was born of a virgin intent seems kind of confusing to some folks. How can that happen. What it did and am we know that based on based on the book of John and we also know to be born. Once is to die twice, but to be born twice right, physically and spiritually would only die once and that's the essence of this message was we talk about the baby in a manger.

I think the Adrian Rogers says it best when he talks about the complete meaning of Christmas. Remember, the angels said when then asked his birth under you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And we need to understand that anybody can get sentimental about a baby, even the unsaved love babies.

Every human being who has any of the milk of human kindness and his or her heart loves a baby, but we need to understand that that little baby is more than an infant. He is the infinite God God in human flesh. Christ the Lord. I think this brings us to some honest questions we have to ask yourself, do you have the characteristics of someone it's reborn. Do you love Jesus and share him with others you desire holiness and had the witness of the Spirit within you that Dr. Rogers would call that the marks of maturity right God made him who knew no sin to become sin for us that through him we might become the righteousness of God. That's what were talking about where we are so glad we could celebrate with her lover fighting family Christmas with this message today three miracle births part one. Here's Adrian Rogers?

If God loves the world what got up and have it just simply say I gave you. Are you sorry for your sin be repent of your sin. I forgive why did Jesus have to come why the agony of Gethsemane why blood at Calvary. Why did Jesus come to this earth. God in human flesh where were going to try to answer that and get a great blessing from the answer that question. Let's look here beginning in John chapter 3 verse one there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, ruler of the Jews. This man Nicodemus was a very important is named Nicodemus being superior is a superior man and the Bible says here that he was not the Pharisees. Not only was he religious. He was in the highest echelon of religion to be a Pharisee was a great attainment and then it also says he was a ruler of the. That means he's a part of the chosen race not only a part of the chosen race, the Jewish writers is a member of the Sanhedrin, the Jewish High Court.

He was one of only 71 in all of life of this man was not a six or seven in the eyes of men. He was a nine or 10.

He was an important man in the same came to Jesus by night, 7 AM, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God for no man can do these miracles that thou do this to accept God be with Nicodemus that seen Jesus opening blind eyes straightening withered limbs on stopping deaf ears. Losing them tongues.

Nicodemus, it seemed that is that surely God is with this man. We know that thou art a teacher come from God for no man can do these miracles, except God be with them. And Jesus says to him, in effect, Nicodemus you want understand miracles they didn't have to become a miracle look in verse three Jesus answered and said to him, verily, verily, I say into the except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God getting the seven how can a man be born when he is old, can he enter the second time into his mother's womb and be able to reverse gears in life. I can't go back into my mother's womb and be born. I've been there, done that. Now what Nicodemus say than him. How can a man be born when he is old. Verse five Jesus answered, verily there and when Jesus says, verily, verily, that means truly, truly, I say ability, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said under the ED must be born again.

What marvelous material.

There is far hearts and our minds today and we're going understand why God in human flesh. It must've been a shock to this paradigm, educated, dignified man of Israel to be told that one birth was not enough for him that he needed to be born again.

May I just pause here to say friend if Nicodemus needed to be born again, every man, woman, boy and girl in this place needs to be born again because none here in the flesh getting began to measure up to this man Nicodemus.

Three things I would lay on your heart. First of all, the deficiency of the natural birth. Nicodemus had already had one birth. But Jesus said in John three verse six that which is born of the flash is flesh. Now what is the deficiency of the natural birth. Well first of all, Nicodemus was born into the natural world birth like all of us had a bird, I'm so glad that God uses the illustration of the birth of salvation because that's something universal that's something we all know something about. But Jesus is saying Nicodemus, one birth for you is not enough. There is something deficient in your natural birth.

Now Nicodemus was born into the natural world and he was bound.

Listen, he was bound to the sinful world. He was born with a sinful nature.

I want you to jot these verses down some 51 verse five the prophet David said, behold, I was shaken in iniquity shape and in iniquity, and sin did my mother conceive me made me that his mother was in an adulterous relationship when he was conceived by what he meant was I had a sinful nature. The moment I was conceived I was shape in iniquity give you this.

Verse Ephesians chapter 2 in verse three.

The Bible says there we are by nature the children of wrath that is real born with a sinful nature, that sweet little baby that was born into your house. That little child is born with a depraved sinful nature.

We are by nature, by nature, by nature the children of wrath. Nicodemus had had a natural birth and therefore it was by nature a child of wrath, that which is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is the flashlight put dispersed down Galatians chapter 5, beginning in verse 19 now the works of the flesh that is your natural birth list the works of the flesh are manifest, which are the adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions Pharisees inconvenience murders, drunkenness revelations in the case yet. Got beer yet and suchlike which I tell you before, as I've told you in the past that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God's catalog of sins is true of all of this, it will.

I've never done all of those things that's not the point. It is not the amount of sin.

It is the fact of sin that condemns us.

We break one law wait until the judge.

Look at all the laws are not broken. Bible says he that keep the whole login offensive one point the same is guilty of all. Which of us would ever say we never had a prideful thought which of us can say we never lusted. We have always been scrupulously honest and kind of done that which we ought to do, know the Bible says all have sinned and come short of the glory of God the dirty well is our sin nature. The dirty water of the sins that come out that well.

We are by nature the children ran here was Nicodemus.

He was born into the natural world.

He was bound to the sinful world and he was blind to the spiritual world that Jesus says to this man except you born again you cannot see the kingdom of God looking verse three verily very nice into the except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God night was well educated. Jesus said he was a master in Israel. That is, he was a man who was learned is very religious but he was still spiritually blind.

He came to Jesus by night, but there was a greater darkness and a soul.

He could not see my friends let me take some if you know a friend who is not Christian. Don't try to argue that person. Nobody was ever argued into the kingdom of heaven.

His problem is that he cannot see which is gold blind man for not seeing Ephesians 4 verse 18 describes having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them because of the blindness of the heart that the eyes may be fine but the hardest line. There are people listening to me right now. They have not got a clue what I'm saying what it's all about, and they never will have until the Holy Spirit of God opens their understanding but a blind man sitting in this building would be foolish to say there's no light just because he cannot sit there is life Abbott manage more than life man needs site except a man be born again he cannot see that's the reason we need to pray to God, oh God, open the eyes of those who have been blinded in the light of the Boy Scouts with Jesus Christ might shine under them because friend it takes more than preaching to get somebody say it takes the work of the Holy Spirit of God. That's the reason for applicant matter I get on my knees and prayed.

That's the reason you want to pray until God anoint the service and for those who need Jesus Christ what God did site and how much education they have. Nicodemus was a master.

This room but Jesus said, except a man be born again he cannot see he was born into the natural world. It was bound to the sinful world. He was blind to the spiritual world. That's what I call number one, the deficiency of the natural mass number two I want you to see the efficiency of the virgin birth.

Now Nicodemus says to Jesus, I know that your teacher come from God. Look, if you're willing versus wanting to. There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus a rule of the Jews. The same came to Jesus by night, and set him him Rabbi were Rabbi means teaching Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God for no man can do these miracles now do this except what he was partly right. Jesus was a teacher come from God, but it was not totally right because Jesus was more than a teacher come from God. Listen, Jesus was God come to teach he was God come to teach he was God who step out of habit came to this earth suffered bled and died. He was God in human flesh the same chapter teaches that not notice verse 14. Jesus is talking out Nicodemus and Jesus says, as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, and call himself Son of Man that speaks of his humanity stay on Allison. Must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life not listen to John 316 for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but should have everlasting life. How did Jesus Christ come in this world, he came in this world through the portals of a virgin's womb is the only begotten son of God.

The mono Gedney that's a term used only of the son of God.

Never another like him. He is the God man, he is God's only begotten son, that which was conceived in the womb of Mary was conceived by the Holy Spirit of God, and he was begotten of God. Never like another man.

He is the virgin born son of God. Now the question come again. Why did Jesus have to why dark Gethsemane wide bloodied Calvary while event why couldn't God just say I forgive you. What is the efficiency of the virgin birth, the first of all, Jesus came as a ministry in the flesh. A ministry of revelation. The only way we could know God, the Son of Man has displayed God you want to know what God is like, look at the Lord Jesus Christ who could say he that hath seen me has seen my father not remember that Jesus said, except a man be born again he cannot see. So Jesus has come to open our lives so that they might see. I read of Helen Keller. Her mother took that little baby who was blind and could not see, and death and could not here just to help with baby and Helen Keller's mother held at the computer, arms, and said my precious baby I love you so much. How can a mother let you know my darling you cannot see. You cannot hear, how can I let you know how love you are you know the miracle story of how finally they broke through were able to communicate with this child. Surely the heavenly father must say the lost mankind. I love you I love you so much.

But the problem is that mankind is willfully blind, willfully blind look, if you will, and the word of God in verses 19 to 20 years. What Jesus is saying Nicodemus and this is the condemnation, that life is coming to the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds are evil.

For everyone that do the evil hate at the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved pencil person is spiritually blind but that's not the worst part 1C people who listen to me right now, getting everything that the notice for turning me off by shutting out here because if they hear if they understand they must, lifestyle change and they love ego. They loved darkness rather than light. We may laugh a little child was afraid of the dark but not tragic when romantic afraid of the light and he will not come to the light. He is inherently blind and then he is willfully blind because it will not come. So Jesus came first of all in the flesh as a ministry of revelation to let us know C let us understand not only ministry of revelation, a ministry of read Jim Shin became to say that's what John three verses 16 through 18 says for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that is his virgin born son of God, that whosoever believe it in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. He that believes on him is not condemned but he that believe not is condemned already, because he did not believe in the name of the only begotten son of God. I go back to the question why couldn't God just why did Jesus have to die not only for revelation, but redemption not listen carefully. Our father Adam's sin, and when he said he dragged the entire human race down with him. We are all descendents of Adam and the Bible says in Adam all die, our relationship are standing with God or dominion with God was lost by Adam who sold out to the devil. Adam became a slave of Satan and the son of the slave is a slave himself and we will born into this world, the sons, the daughters of Adam and Adam all die and so the weight the burden of sin is upon us to send my weight and I did vote for Adam what and it has nothing do with what happened to me how people believe it, that of God without children. What would you be your connected Adam.

Whether you understand it like it or not we are all connected Adam and we receive of Adam. The sinful nature that sometimes people say we made in the image of God. Note was adamant image of God but that image was marred in the face and the Bible says, then Adam brought forth a son after his likeness and in his image. We are in the image of Adam not the image of God by nature. Where an image about Izzy you think you're an image of God. Look around you think God's initiate. We are in the image and in Adam all die now. Adam forfeited the whole thing. It was lost by man and according to God's law of sovereign justice. It must be redeemed by man. God cannot just step in and say I forgive if he could have he would have listen carefully if there were some way for us to be saved, apart from Calvary I lose respect for Almighty God, what kind of God would allow his darling son to be abuse misuse spent upon the lacerated crucified, when there were some other way. What God would allow that.

I hate to me that… No friend. I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Christ. Great is the power of God and the salvation why the virgin birth Jesus could not amend so that the son of Adam. Adam sinful blood would've been in his brain.

He would've been a slave to Satan just like every other some of Adam was a slave he had to be the son of God, therefore, is not born of Adam is born of a virgin side by the Holy Spirit of God had to do that. Please send us but had to be a man to pay the sin debt, but without shedding of blood is no remission of sin. Therefore, you had to be a God man.

I listened very carefully became as he did, born of a virgin to be what he was sinless. It was what it was sinless to do what he did die for our sins.

A Seneca diaper. Nobody else was said, except his own, yet be sinless to be a substitute. He came is to be what he wants to do what he did, that we might be what we are sons and daughters of God. He came to America we might go to heaven.

It was one of the virgin that we might be born again. That's the incarnation.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but should have everlasting it is redemption.

Thank God for the virgin birth don't think it's incidental don't think is mythological braided is the foundation stone of our faith that God became man. This is the incarnation second Adam from above reinstated by love and coming up next time will hear part two of this important message.
