You know, and adopted child chosen and wanting child and he is chosen as an adopted us in Psalm 139. He says he knows everything about our lares. He says that every thought and every word that comes out of our mouth.

He knows about it before we even speak the word and you know why he still loves us. It doesn't matter what comes out of our mouth and EA think the data says he thinks about us all the time and his thoughts for us precious to him. Precious and could and I'm sure some of you know what it feels like to be rejected well, I've experienced a lot of rejection in my life and in the past and it's hard to be rejected. The feel rejected to be the one left now feel like that for like everyone fits in that me and to feel so alone and sometimes we experience so much rejection in our lives.

It's difficult for us to really believe God wants us rejection is a terrible thing to painful thing to be rejected by someone that we live is very painful to be rejected. Maybe because of our background or because of our outward appearance or maybe because we rejected even by Christians who are supposed to painful thing we all experience that had experienced in the form sure when Chip and I were planning to get married. We are praying about getting married. I was during the time this was wanting years ago there was a time when many of the churches hadn't worked through the divorce issue or believed that there was a place for a divorce person to serve in the church. Well, I was divorced and I had too little boys and so it was painful to me to hear from people in the church from currently people people that I looked up to Mary Chan would ruin his life. They said and they said that if I remarried Chip God would ever be able to use his life and ministry. Joe and one organization had done plans for chips like all laid out his whole future that I like. It was obvious it didn't include me. And so it was hard it would it hurt deeply to go through that and we had to work through that. As we pray through with this marriage.

Something God wanted for us as this was his his will, and so what I learned of is that I can run arms heavenly father and he would never reject me that he was waiting for me, time to come to him and he says as he says he and in fact are so important to me that I sent my son from you and are so important to me that I sent my Holy Spirit to live inside a yearly sanctuary doing temple that much. I choose to dwell with you, and he says I understand how you feel. I know how you feel that I will never ever leave you I will never reject you because he says you my trash where my precious one. We can live with the awareness in our lives that we have very and will and important to God. For the third thing he has here as I can land with freedom from guilt and condemnation because I will be forgiven and welcomed into his arms. No matter how badly I have missed.

We need to remember that when I special memories of my son Ryan when he was a little child feet when he would disobey. And I would spank him.

He would cry for just a couple of minutes and then as soon as he calm down.

He would run right back into my life for love and how he was just that kind of a kid and he would admit is wrong and he would take his discipline and then he would get over it immediately because he knew that I loved him and then he would go on his happy little way and he didn't count. He didn't let what he had done wrong and being discipline around the rest of his day and he didn't think that I logged in the last or that I didn't want to be around him. He would run right back into my arms AC.

I think that's what our heavenly father wants us to do that. He knows that women make mistakes in our life.

He knows that within a NASA with an SCN and that when we disobey living alone and down sometimes and he will discipline us as the heavenly father, a loving father would father should that he wants us to run right back into his arms. In Hebrews 4 it says we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but one that has been tempted in all ways as we are yet without and he understands everything we go through therefore he let let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace to help in time of need, and he goes on to say.

Therefore there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. I love Hannah Whitehall Smith writings and I think she says this very well when she says discouragement and our own failures is one of Satan's greatest weapons against us. And the only way to baffle him the battle. Satan is to do what I say and so repeat. She says confess be forgiven and forget the whole thing and I think that's pretty good advice. How many times do we just hammer ourselves into the ground and we don't receive forgiveness and love the guy has to campus and no matter how badly matter how badly you have run from him how badly Agnes's father is waiting for you. Like my son Ryan is a little boy to run right back into his arms from a in the fourth thing here as I can live with the assurance that God deeply last night my unsaved love one and never stops pursuing them. In Matthew 18 it says for the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost. Truly I say to you, he rejoices over it more than over the 99 which is not gone astray, thus, is not the will of your father who is in heaven.

He loves our moms and dads are children are sisters, brothers, husband who lives our family members and friends who don't know him. He loves them either very close family member who the Lord, praying and praying and praying for a long time ago.

His heart when we change to ever come to know the Lord as his Savior, but I do have the assurance that God loves him so much and God will never quit pursuing him and he'll pursue this line as there is the opportunity for him to change his heart to invite Christ into his like you see I have that assurance that God loves him so much that he will keep pursuing as long as there's hope that he will turn him and because we know the Scriptures tell us that before we were say before we knew the Lord he loved us.

He loved us first parent loves the little baby he loves our unsaved love ones. In that same line, and so we should never lose hope and we should never stop praying because God loves much in the fifth thing here as I can live with the confidence that my future is secure in his hand, whether on earth or in sometimes thinking about the future is a scary thing for us and I do find myself at times having anxious thoughts and wondering and getting a little worried from time to time but the future can be unsettling in different ways.

You know, we can think about what will I ever get married. When my children walk with God when they grow up with God. What will my old age look like. No, will I be okay financially and what we have another terrorist attack only son to go towards so many so many unknowns. What would it be like when Mike and Frank home may have the empty nest. What will happen to me many unknowns and analyze the because God loves us our future to secure and we can face whatever comes into our lives with confidence because he is a Korean's plan is good no matter what the circumstances are. No matter how I feel. His plan is good for the future. And as we talked about before.

Romans eight 3839 thing nothing in the future can ever separate us with the love of God, nothing at all, and in Philippians 320, 21, it says that we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives and we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior. He will take these weak, mortal bodies of ours and change in the glorious bodies like his own, using the same mighty power that he will use to conquer everything where we see our future is secure. Weather today who were on the earth for Sunday morning heaven are future secure because God loves us that much, and this is the how great the lobby is that your heavenly father has for you as a child on the only time I remember my dad ever touching me was was when he spanked me and Bailey other time was II remember in a little candidate in the bathtub and him giving me a bath scrubbing my head scrubbing my hair. I didn't realize how strong he was and it hurts scrubbing my head and that the only times I remember my dad ever touching me when I was growing up, and then when I grew up and had children of my own. My first husband left me. I experienced loneliness. I had never had in my whole life, which is a terrible thing and I long for someone to come and put their arms around me someone to hold me and someone to comfort me when he was no one in one day I was in the kitchen I was visiting my parents. I was in the kitchen with my dad. He was cooking a meal and I was one of the ways I've learned that he expressed his love like the cooking if he could kill meal that was him saying that he loved you and I understand that time that he was cooking this neon I was feeling so hurting, so much, and is always standing there watching him cook Stephen anymore me which you hold me, and he turned around and he put his arms around me. The first time that I felt my dad arms hold me and love me and felt the comfort of his strong arms, we see so many times our earthly dance. I don't mean to. I don't think most of intentionally mean to but they don't want us in the way that we need and people out of steel heavenly father says that he is a kind of live to give us that he will put his arms around us and he will never hold of her great love the Father has lavished on. We should be called children of God.

My mind was renewed but heroes.

As you shared today. I was really struck by that moment in the message. Were you talked about. I just ask my father in the kitchen where you just hug me.

What would you say to that woman or that man, for that matter, who feels just alone and desperate and longs to have a connection with God and needs to be loved.

But what would you say to them today. Well I put myself back in that time remembering being in the kitchen with my dad and he never, to my remembrance ever hugged me and told me that he loved me and I would say that I know you're in a difficult season of your life that you feel rejected you feel hopeless and you may be grieving right now. The loss of someone that I want to remind you that God is good and what he wants us to do is and what I've experienced that God has helped me is to persevere every day to stay in his word, even when I don't feel like it to stay near to him.

Spend time in prayer, pouring out your heart and and I don't mean those little tiny prayers here and there you go through the day. I mean falling on your knees before the Lord by yourself and crying out to him and just give him all of those things that are troubling you and I there's something that happens when you meet God in that way, there's this sense of his spirit in you and with you him with you and what happens to me is I feel his peace. That's that's what happens in and I feel hope and I just don't see the hot, but I feel his presence and I experience the peace that only he can give in our lives. And that's the most wonderful thing that we could ever hope for, and the other thing is to stay connected to the church to believers that we need the body of Christ. But we have to we have to turn to him and we have to seek him and so what helped me was getting up every morning, even me.

When it was really really hard and just doing what needs to be done that day. Just moving forward, taking one step at a time and you will be surprised at a year from now how God has worked in your life has changed you, and maybe has changed the circumstances and annual you just begin to see the greatness and the power and the love of our Almighty God, you know, I remember meeting you early on Teresa him you would have dates with God about it was really never heard of anyone having a date with God you would with little boys to bed and soon worship songs have dates with God, and I just remember your your passion in your heart as you prayed.
