You don't let the kid back in class that day as it was after that that he went out and shot and killed, and you certainly search his backpack. His locker if law enforcement abroad and they said at that point the moment there violent images or anything like that. They should have been brought in. They would make sure he didn't go back to class that day with a make sure that everything was searched but again that's hindsight that what happened happened. Obviously if the counselors those in the school had the slightest hint that support this would've happened there without a lot of back and that they would have searched his is belongs to call the police to from start that's hindsight that these laws are lost. Now and yeah I know every day, tragedy takes place in going similar with this every day. We just don't hear about it on the news but someone dying in a tragic car wreck your family on the way to church hit by a drunk driver and and unit of the pastor's wife and kids are on the way because the pastor there early and there'll killing horrific things like this happen all the time and in children dying of cancer and on and on this Hornick there's pain every moment of every day. It's one reason that we long for Jesus to return because we know that ultimately until he does return. This can be hard it is going to be pain. Sometimes the weekly focus little more on things that are in the newsletter all the more shocking so kids go to school one day you're expecting to do not come home.

The parents are not expecting that when the kid goes out that morning. That'll never see him again in this world and one of the stories really got my attention. The loss of every life is is obviously terribly tragic. There's one of the kids popular football player is a high school kids and we've got Willis the three of our grandchildren now or are in high school 1 College St., three in high school and her two grandsons each seniors, but six weeks apart in age when playspace will replace football so I read about a high school kid a young man football player you can you can relate even more. That's the convert or grandsons and I watch this video after gamely stalking and you know this discuss whole life ahead of them right and then according to the reports when the when she began he tried to disarm the shooter so he tried to do the noble and courageous thing. According to the reports and and in the process lost his life and I read that and I just exist and I watch the video and I just put my my head. My hands and sobbed. Just it is.

I can imagine the pain of the parents. The family that the trauma of the shocking and the others that that lost their kids in the others could Shaw who knows that the trauma they live with the teacher shot the trauma these that the kids in the school have to live. I mean just horrific on every level. So this step back and ask the question okay will end and there was a petition to sign to have the school stadium. Whatever the Woodbridge Co. they played into the habit, named after the young man that the football player the truck to disarm the shooter signed that petition and I thought okay if if he lived a normal life, had married family. Good guy did a lot of good, but lived a normal life right he'd be here today gone tomorrow.

Nobody would remember him in terms of the larger scheme of America right just the person that they had a good life you think about because of his heroic actions will be remembered. The be something named after him. The be a certain legacy and perhaps because of the tragedy that that protocols will be set in place in schools across America that will save many lives. Those because of the terrible loss of these lives then maybe many other lies will be saved because of the protocols and and things being done on the much more careful way so that people are extra cautious. The moment they see these kinds of signs and bring in law enforcement even more quickly to to prevent this kind of thing, like not, the parents and their alleged guilt know this right on the time at any this and at another point fingers at the school. Obviously, hindsight is 2020 and tragically 2020. Now this I was just processing this thing okay even if lives are saved out of this. These lies was the lost.

These lives are still gone. These parents will never have the joy of seeing their kids are grandparents and the grandkids grow up in an these kids that could've grown up in and enjoy everything in life that we got to enjoy their gone as teenagers and and that's that can't be changed in this world and that got me thinking about this theme as I thought about it many many times in terms of people have given their lives for the gospel.

Remaking quality decisions that will make sense when we look back a month from now or you're from the 10 years from now, or we living lives that we look back to see what was the purpose of it. Where did the years go it just mean people often know what you're doing.
