So how is it now that you are who you are today obviously gets in your book the journey out and we could talk for hours about the whole process of how you got where you are but you work with living in sin, you were giving. As you said you act this thing out and and you're still hurting on the inside so how old were you when the journey back to the Lord began. I was in early 2008 2425.

This is an hour-long story within a few seconds, but basically I had a radical physical of supernatural encounter and healing in my physical body that I have for five years out of print laid hands on me and Pam pain left. I had a full on deliverance experience and I realize my take away what think I mean II can't believe that God did this for me because I got that on that by drinking five beers and 20 minutes of passing out my fraternity. So who is this God that is good enough to excuse my thin and heal me when I didn't deserve it. The word of God is eternally true, but the word of God tells us about a God who is alive and whom we encounter in the living way so that we have fellowship with the Spirit and experience the life and power of the spirit so that touch give you revelation of the goodness of God in us, that sickness was a bad thing that he took away that it could be the same with same-sex attraction. I had not been able to feel good God was even in Scripture, there is a veil over my eyes and what that was removed.

I pursued him in any put an opera at every revival meeting I could find about where people are being touched by God and I just basic discipleship really and I mean I I had done five years of weekly Christian psychology and not that you know as much about helped me grow in and and become healthier. It never touched the issue directly for me, but discipleship and being in a loving community of faith filled spirit led people and and being meant toward by men who treated me just like every other guy but had grace for my struggle and all that eventually won out yet and I've talked to others scale. But what if I just started noticing the young lady that was in the young adult group that I was helping lead at my church and I got to know her and in a ghetto in the group of friends over the last year and it affected her so much like man this woman is righteous and pure and lovely eminent when one evening I just found myself keeping looking over their outer and I'm like, and I noticed that had beautiful long hair and a sparkly belt on and I'm like she's really beautiful and I realize I don't do that.

I have only been tempted to do that with other guys and until we I think it was 10 or 11 months later we're married and that was in 2000 thick and that we have four children together and I'm living the life that I knew would never be possible. Just unfathomable that I would just didn't II wanted to be attracted to ladies, but I could never like… Could never be consistent. I broke so many you know… But several girls hearts trying to date them and had just worn off until like Lord and left the genuine transformation found me I'm not going to mess with another girl part but in it caught me off guard and I fell in love since it's just so heartwarming and and that they hear the life in your own voice, the life, the joy, the reality of Jesus, the friends it's not just hitting people over the head with the Bible, you have to change.

This is sin saying that this is sin, and this is destructive but Jesus transforms us.

He's a living Savior. You're the revelation I got of the love of God.

After months of conviction because of my drug use in living as a rebel hardhearted rebel full of pride and anger when I got a revelation of the love of God. That's my site.

Civil never put a needle in my arm again was 16 years old in 1971 it's it's just amazing to see what God can do.
