But why dost thou judge thy brother or why does thou said it, not by brother, for we shall all and before the judgment seat of Christ, for it is written as I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me and every tongue shall confess to God so that everyone of us shall give account of himself to God. Let us not therefore judge one another anymore, while to stop right there in that great one argue the Bible house clearer than that.

Let us not therefore judge one another anymore but judge this rather, that no man put a humbling block or an occasion to fall in his brother's way. Now THOU not charitably destroy not him with I meet for whom Christ died. This is a wonderful passage. It is one of the most misused and most unused everybody scared passages in the word of God and I cannot be more excited today. Honestly, I cannot be more excited to share what God has laid on my heart I know I'm a lot more excited than you are, but I am very excited to share what God has laid on my heart today. So we've got a look at this passage and we gotta find out if I'm going to give account to God one day. I need to find out what is important to him and what is not that important to go. What is it that I'm going to give account and what is it that I'm not going to give account. May I say this I am not going to give account for any thing in your life. Well, I'm responsible on the under shepherd, but I don't give account for you and your noggin to give account for me and so we've got to figure out if I'm to give account to God. So what is it that's important. What is he tell us to do and I could not be more excited. Number one, which look at verse one, two and three. Verse one him that is weak in the faith receive ye that phrase receive he means welcome him I meet.

That means is that you know take him and love him, but not to doubtful disputations for one believe that he made all things. Another who is weak Edith herbs let not him that Edith despises him that he did not and let not him, which he did not judge him that Edith forgot have received him. Now there's a lot of back-and-forth and some repeating in different things and you need understand that in Romans chapter 14, with the exception of one time and that would be in verse 13, with the exception of one time. The word judge means to condemn, it doesn't mean that you look at something and determine you know that may be writer that might be wrong. The Bible says we are to do that we are to look at things and where do we Bible says him that is wise we proceed evil and keep ourselves from it. So that's just part of life and and for people to say why just don't think gotta judge anything. What will me just say something if you have your wife and kids, and you're in the wrong part of town and you look down an alley and you see a whole bunch of the wrong kind of people and you just walk by that alley just judged. Do you know that's part of existing in life is to say you know what I'm knocking to put my family in danger if I got it you know if if if if some reason the seeker virus breaks out of Walmart in Kernersville, or they could just crop my sermon and make it sound really bad on the radio. You know me, I'm judging. That doesn't mean I'm just against you know everything. I'm just saying I gotta protect my family. So the word judge here this passage means to condemn it means to pass judgment on somebody okay now notice number one hear what you do in this to be on the screen you to write this down because this will really help us as a chart number one is this learn to love people that see things differently.

I had a conversation with a pastor yesterday brother Tom Wanger brother Tom from our church. I booked in for revival in 2017. Love brother Tom and he is from our church and and served here at our church and everything he's on a what we had for ladies, ladies, a marriage conference. We have yet marriage conference that we had in and I've always had a man capitulated, the woman to preach a man's conference that would lead him, but we just like to do that so but we had everything our folks loved him and and we talked about we just had this conversation about how folks are different folks do things different. All the same. Look at verse one him that is weak in the faith receive he that means that just because somebody they don't know everything and see everything we do this is that shouldn't stop you from receiving him that doesn't receiving doesn't mean we bring them in and put them in leadership. It means receive means that we lovingly nurture and this is my brother in Christ okay notice if you would, in verse two for one believe that he made all things. Another is weak Edith are so there are there are people that believe different things about passages but there are certain things in the Bible that are just not up for debate, that the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus died, was buried, and rose again. That is the gospel. The Bible makes that clear. The Bible makes it clear that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven. We cannot debate on that. That makes it but you know there's a whole lot issues in the Bible in verses a different things that people are going to feel different. That doesn't mean we don't love them.

I'm easiest if I if I believe differently than you do. I still want you to love me.

We need to learn to love people to see things that really know what is involved in that notice number one. There is no dispute number two. There is no despising notice look look at verse one and that is weak in the faith receive you, but not to doubtful the words you don't receive them so we can have an argument you don't receive them so that we can have a dispute about this thing, I'm good. Know you receive them to show love you receive them because were Christian at NNM and we want to show the love of Christ, and they might be weak in the faith that maybe they don't know all the things and and all these different things but we don't bring them into the we can show them how much we know.

We bring them in, so we can love them like Christ. But it's to know doubtful disputations or disputes.

Notice secondly notice if you would look at verse three. Let him that Edith let him that Edith despises him that he did not let not him to give me your interview. Let not him that Edith despises him that he is not means this there's up individuals that are weak in the faith. Maybe that word, weak knees, not experience. Maybe have grown as much. Whatever we are to receive than we are to help them. We are to love them. We ought a fellowship in Christ. And you know what there's going to come up topics and ask questions a different things. Not all of us feel the exact same way. But here's what's important is that I need to learn to love those that that see things maybe differently than me and that means I gotta make sure there's no dispute that doesn't mean that you don't explain it as we don't have conversation is able why do you believe this will this is what we will waddle see it that we will understand this is what God showed me, but God says don't let that get towards doubtful disputations, and second, don't let you get where you to start despising them were all different. We believe different things, but learn to love people to see things differently. Guess what it's up to the employer. Whether he's gonna be fired or not.

That's his employee that I sense some we belong to God.

People belong to us and I have to be carefully based on responsible God is a passion I do a I feel God wants me to do and I answered him and him only brother Tyson, I always have to remind myself that I sent you wonderful, wonderful people don't belong to me. You belong to God that I have a responsibility to you, but on the taste of the belong to God.

This is not up to me to connect, listen, I get up and preach God's word and anybody that even knows me half of a fraction knows that I get up in my best my ability.

I would preach God's word. How God, I feel lazy me and you know I don't do everything right. Definitely not the best pricks will not know that but I'm just gonna try to be faithful to take something out of this pulpit.

You are not going to offend me on the days I love you. I don't care what anybody knows we have a fraction knows that you know why you don't belong to me. We are his servants so it's not our place to judge or condemn another manservant is not our job notice.

Secondly, it's not our business notice. If you would verse four, who art thou, the judges another manservant to his own master he stand of our fallen, that's not your business, that's his business.

In other words, this that's his responsibility and I will be only give a little bit about God. God takes his responsibility God's faithful to what his job is so we don't have to condemn or judge his servants. God does that that his business for chisel bushes and right edges biz. That's God's responsibility.

It's God's job.

Nowhere is this your gonna go around like a aunt know you in a yo-yo or something the rest your life if you try to fit was person believes that someone will this person believes is I don't know if it there really nice person on the taste of you have so many people that have no Holy Ghost discernment because they base everything on what they believed by trying to figure out who they think are a good person or a good family and will they do this so it must be right. I don't care how good of family is you go to the Bible and you figure out what God persuade you I'm good about tired people while you do well so so they're really good people that I don't care less how much that we don't get doctrine from people or families. We don't get doctrine from colleges. We don't we don't get doctrine from charges we get doctrine from the Bible so you and I need to realize a summer going to think the state no obvious to the following ritual here someday and believe your body meet some believe Yanni just as some believe that certain day, you can go out and do work some leave on Sunday. I would say that I like to say listen want to get this you know what you believe and you don't know what you believe because it's what's popular or what's trending or because you know spotless you get God's word and if you don't know and you can't get convinced then you you can ask and you can but on the taste of you getting God's Bible and you stay in it. God will make it clear to you, you know what you believe.

That's all you gotta worry about your doorbell so so they ask you can tell him why we don't dispute and we don't despise we just know what we believe there is no more solid Christian than a Christian that knows what they believe the matter what comes or goes knocking to change what they believe right now or start to get to the nitty-gritty number four. We need to learn.

It's about the Lord and not us. This all about accounting. This will really give account for liver six he that regard is the day regarded under the Lord. Notice that okay if you think a certain day special, then you need to think it special under the Lord.

He that regard is not the day to the Lord.

That's fine as long as the reason you believe it special is because the Lord told you that if you don't think a certain day special. Then make sure that you don't think it special because the Lord told you that not somebody else.

If you know that you want to eat this and don't need it because you felt that's what God convicted you up but don't do it because it's trendy and if you think it's okay to eat meat and eat meat.

Make sure you give God thanks for you get it. So far don't look up 7% for non-slip it to himself and no man diet to himself. Everything should be done to the Lord. Nothing should be done for or to ourselves. And as long as you're doing them for the Lord and not anybody else because we don't live under anybody else we live into the Lord and his wife because he bought us he died for us. He put all the work in and so we need to make sure everything in our life is because a hymn that doesn't give us a free pass just to believe what we want you to say well I just don't think is and I just don't think that lesson God doesn't give us the freedom just to think what we want. He says you have the freedom to do what you believe God has laid on your heart. Now if you say wobbly godliness on the heart. He didn't get picked that up with him one day if you're just doing what we want and were just using God to justify it. Oh God will get through all that will judge all that days and you better not truth that is allow people to do that. Well I just as well I just outlined just this you know what will the Lord for the Lord just hasn't told me anything about that we would be careful about that because oftentimes it means made were too far away to hear so just be careful what we do listen to it.

It's all part of just living the Christian life.

Why is it all about the Lord and can I say this to you this morning. I know this is kind of teaching on a Sunday morning with this will help you listen when we dispute. Why did he say the very beginning.

No doubtful disputes and no despise was because when we dispute we make it about us is that of the Lord when we despise were now making it about me instead of God. Remember I'm I believe one thing out of brother. My believe a different thing.

But if I let that all of a sudden turn into a dispute in our mad at each other, despise each other what we have done is the very thing that should've been about the Lord. We made about us don't get you love it. Okay, that means this is the reason is we gotta realize it's all about the Lord is not us. And if if if if we get selfish and we make about what is what I believe and I think everybody out of believe this were making it about us is that of the Lord.

Okay Rose worth all this now are getting to the nitty-gritty what you know, looking up at five. Remember, remember that we all face judgment. Look, if you would verse 10, but why dost thou judge thy brother or why dost thou said it not work mean to put down thy brother, for we shall stand before the judgment seat of Christ, for it is written as I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me every tongue shall confess to God so that everyone of us shall give account of himself to God and noticed three things. First, we see here that we will bow verse 11 we will bow, every knee shall bow to me.

Number two, we will confess at the judgment seat of Christ. Verse 11, every knee shall bow every tongue shall confess to God not knock and make this all about this.

You understand, there are two judgments that will go on when the Lord comes back. Obviously there will be the great white throne judgment and there will be the judgment seat of Christ, the great white throne judgment is when obviously Christ judges the unsaved. That's where they are sent to hell because they didn't believe that's the great white throne. The judgment seat of Christ is what we call the judgment or the giving account for those that do know Christ that we believe if you put your faith and trust in Christ you have been forgiven of your sin. That means we are now made nigh by the blood of Christ. That means now we are part of the family, but it doesn't mean that we will not give account it means is that I'm not good to be accused but I am going to have to give account and what is that mean it means that at that day.

Every tongue will confess and every body will give account saved her unsaved everybody is getting give account. Here's the problem.

Millicent went to get this those who are unsaved will have to give account for their sin and they don't have anything to pay for that. So there you go to hell us who are saved will give account for our service because our sins have been covered. That makes sense.

So that means that the judgment seat you and I've got to understand, do not ever get away from this in your Christian life that the day is gonna come on me to give account for what I've done for God Millicent Jimmy. We spent so much time arguing, disputing, debating, trying to fix everybody and their friend and the problem is at the judgment seat of Christ, we will get no credit or account for any you and I've got to remember that at the judgment seat of Christ. I've got to give account of what I've done for God, who have led to the Lord who have eyewitness to who have I been a testimony to how have I represented the Lord and look at me, dear friend. I'm afraid so many times we spent all of our life doing things that will not matter at the judgment seat of Christ. You know I we have about 801.

The reasons we have a bus ministry in different things and and brother Scott. I've talked about many of you that work in the bus mission. You know, one of the reasons why we have upwards and we have a Juan's and we and and and and we have outreach and and and we have all these things, you know why because we want to give you an opportunity to have a great judgment seat.

We want you and you get to that day when you give account to God to be able to say Lord as much as I fail.

I've worked hard not been faithful in that day, you're gonna wish you had given him more than the taste on the be a lot of folks it really I got saved. But I'm never really did anything else you know ministries at a church region folks helping folks.

It gives you an opportunity to have a great judgment seat while it literally gives you a little something that you can give back to God to you and I we get away from it we get it we get involved and were consumed by so many things are what ought to consume our mind. That day is coming.

I just will tend to view up the day is coming where I will give account for my service. What I have done for God so yeah but you know people quit and adjust hard and is all imitate something at the day of the judgment seat of Christ will be so glad you did will be so thankful that I just kept with it. I just kept working will be all I had nice people said those things.

And yeah, they criticize and yeah but you so thankful that you'll have something you have done for Christ. We will bow we will confess we will give account readers to you and will be done today as a give her the last thing Hebrews chapter 13 verse 17. Listen to this obey them that have the rule over you and submit yourselves for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy and not with grief, for that is unprofitable for you, but I guess I'm just this is is not a personal agenda, but I just want to understand. Do you realize that those that are in any kind of authority when you have people that answer to you in any kind of authority will give account for that one day you realize as I unlock it to pay for your sin because I can't even pay for my sin. Christ paid for all of our sin, but I'm getting give account one day, listen to me at the judgment seat of Christ, because I had authority I had leadership and I'm to give account how I did know many of account one day to the Lord if if if God made it very clear in my heart that this is what I want you to do with this church, but I let pressure or whatever, say want him to do this on the give account for the it doesn't mean that there's other people that might do that. They're going to be bad or there get it no you have to figure out what God has convinced you of you need to be fully persuaded and stick with it. Stick with it. Don't worry about so and so don't worry if so-and-so says why I'm offended that you did that. Hey, if God here if you if you can justify between you and God and God made that clear. Don't worry about what so-and-so said more about Millicent and what you get it.
