Disasters all you informed.

Now you overpromise to the American public. What you can achieve in your first year in office and how you plan to course correct. Going forward I used just look didn't overpromise.

But I have probably a performer, but is not what have we want to hear from you, Sharon poster, call 1-800-684-3110 Russia will be held accountable if it invades depends on what it does one thing one excursion end up having a fight about what to do and not do etc. but if they actually do what they're capable of doing with the force amassed on the border is going to be a disaster for Russian now your whole secular why bipeds very bad day yesterday was his federal takeover of the elections that the left of his party supported is that Kristin said about Job. If should voted in favor of the filibuster so that legislation go the website history out. I guess you know he's got a call members of his own party or on the side of Jefferson Davis Bo Cotter George Wallace because they voted to uphold the filibuster that both the voted for the law but not to change the rules the city because it was considered to be's different, the House of Representatives, so that is that bill back better, as announced by the President is very loud press conference that here's what it's a little tongue-in-cheek, though you crave seems that also you can heat you can see the reaction, the shock, the outraged, the heartthrob Ukrainian government officials when they heard Pres. Biden start equivocating between what kind of aggression would level what kind of response include he actually get that kind of coalition together to punish Russia and less. It was a full-scale invasion of the baby. They could, but it was all over the place, to the point where he had to issue a statement through his press secretary Jed Saki on Russia and Ukraine had issue, what on the elections he called into doubt the 2022 elections is now starting to sell which we know was in their playbook.

We arty seed member Stacy Abrams never conceded her race for governor, so he is now starting the same playbook that he is demonized, a former President about even questioning the legitimacy of the election where we saw ballots going out to people who no longer live in that state were no longer lived at that home we saw all these new rules about absentee ballots that that were just lied ballots were going out to people and people question eight and we need to put some laws in place.

Do some election integrity.

Why will tell you.

Yesterday was a weird for election integrity because they were not able to pass their federal takeover of the election process not only bad and I think we need to be very clearly when you get to the Ukraine in the next segment but the situation with the election with HR one was a resounding defeat and when I cannot figure out at all.

Here I just can't figure this out is why did they put this forward when they new thing and that this was never going to pass they had. The vice President, the United States, there, and they knew this wasn't going to happen they knew was it can happen to the extent that jaded. The vice President was there for the vote and run the required 60 votes and she actually left before the vote on the filibuster that actually would have required her vote.

Had they got all 50 Sen. so even they knew in advance of this. This wasn't to happen and a look on this to be very honest with you asked the question why did they do this, I think leader Schumer put his own political interests ahead of the interests both policy and political of the rest of his conference. I don't think there's any other way to cut it that it when you've done a lot of campaigns is a very dangerous move for him to be doing related rhetoric that was used Felt this idea that you're racist if you transfer the histories footage that you all histories can remember about this is the two Democrats said no there President said no to their leader said said no to Nancy Pelosi crazy Houston said you know what real estate up for the institution of the US and which means if you don't have the posting a culture look at the past have legislation that that's what history is not the people racist because also did remember Joe Biden welcome Russia to invade Ukraine.

It remember Joe budget what Republican staff will stay for anything except for deleting all the holes in your party is all retired congressmen come back as a lots dissector take your calls out to 100-684-3110 challenges facing Americans or substantial time when our value freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now okay on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. You are already a member.

Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about our life changing become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists ramifications. 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to the prone life in many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy mission life today online/figure because of this disaster. You live now by team doesn't want to express You know it was one thing to call present, trust you had a wild and unscripted, but he wasn't throwing her allies of the bus. In fact, he was usually building allegiances building American power, putting off the idea that was superstrong. We could take on whoever we need to know what was it talked about the press conference. Of course the genocide ongoing by China. I get a present Pres. Biden slammed Republican so they don't care about human rights. It's only been Republicans who have been calling out the Chinese Communist Party that kicked out happy times of this broadcast. We had secretary Pompeo Rickard now for government officials on here calling out the Chinese cabbage party for a major human rights violation.

The most major of all the systematic eradication of a people group that happened to be Muslim but you don't see you'll see the running to defend therein that the question about is it because your family makes about much money from China. It really answer that question about even pushing China on covert getting access to the Wuhan lab were still all dealing with that as the Dacian realtor that but Ukraine on the top floor policy batter of the boat what is right on the edge.

This is present by this is what caused all the circuit if you did have two hours to watch this and most of you did, but we did it for you. This is where all the stir began 13 Russia will be held accountable if it invades depends on what it does.

One thing you just minored encouraging the end up having a fight about what to do and not do etc. but if they actually do what you're capable of doing with the force amassed on the border is going to be a disaster for Russia. If a further bridge invade Ukraine and that our allies and partners original post severe cost and significant harms on Russia and the Russian economy right so there was present. Biden's equivocating between what the response would be any help or they invade yeah how big of our invasion. It is okay so now the response from the Ukrainians bites it. Jake Tapper was asking therefore reported was in PDF for the just the immediate reaction is this is a lot eyes were on this Ukraine of course Russia and I tweeted out that whatever the White House were to sit down with that tried to save this with their press statement afterwards. The message was sent loud and clear from our present present by the crib and herded it sort of the Ukrainians bites 63 or Biden's remarks interpreted there as a less than wholehearted warning to potent to not invade by not that set an understatement that indict they want box I think. I think the whole of one at Ukrainian official who I've been close contact with. While this marathon Prescott was on the way said that he was yet unkind to get Schultz that Pres. Biden would give a green light dividing it.

In this way of personal shock and horror is right because look what you have here you had the President of the United States same with they just invade a little bit.

This is little encouragement. That's one thing they do that kind of but if it's more than that minimum aptitude sanctions. Then he later goes on and says the European Union isn't the end they don't not exactly line on this and I Carl Smith why in the world with the President and will do we have that bite where he says that let's find that why in the world would he say that you know this, that the whole news conference was filled with weak, incoherent, and I hope to measure the NATO why would you say NATO's not uniform on this yet. He through NATO and investor. I think what happened. J. Is this you know in the national Security Council.

They discussed they wargame all kinds of scenarios. The President is is included in those conversations. I think they probably talked about what happens if there is a minor incursion that was not for public information.

Those conversations are beyond top secret. I think the President actually just revealed conversations he's having with this national security staff and when he does that and then he comes back and that second Biden talk about what we would know how to respond and is NATO in a unified way.

I mean it was it was horrible and we got we got the let's play this the reporter asking the question. The present about nine. He said Russia would be held accountable if it invades depends on what it does. It's one thing if it's a minor incursion and we end up having to fight about what to do and what not to do. Are you saying that a minor incursion by Russia into Ukrainian territory would not lead to the sanctions that you have threatened or are you effectively giving prudent permission to make a small incursion into the country's request to most important thing to do. Ignatius Q plus number two the idea that we would do anything to split NATO which would be a profound impact on one of I think common impact on one subject's to weaken the would be a big mistake mistake after they invade and this is this is that this is what so absurd later goes on and says something and this is. He says well there's a couple things we could give them a start. Talk about strategically with a could we could agree not putting strategic missiles on borders. Why in the world are you saying this because this was supposed to be the President of Qubec and remember he could restore all these allegiances he could put all these groups together you can build is built on irrevocability build consensus he's failed failed to be able to to tell the Chinese account on covert he's failed to keep NATO together on Russia. Obviously he's talking about it right there that NATO could be split over this so you can't really rely on the NATO response would have to be US response.

By the way talks that have been countries can't bluff.

He comes from an administration previously drew redlines in the sand that they that they just do what walked right over so that that that so they did bluff and and they were called out serious and that will keep using serious chemical weapons and you will do anything about the present truck came in and the moment they use chemical weapons use with the Chinese leader in Florida and and ordered a Tomahawk missile attack on Syria to say there is a line in the sand uses weapon to control people. You will hear response from United States that will overwhelm you. You can't respond back to. So again, all of this plays into where present by getting past the 2020 election drama when he ran on was was all of this consistency were to have this from the world is what you will have these always world leaders will be behind this and yet, what, where we stayed. We stayed in a cake, chaotic world. I think Afghanistan London started with Afghanistan's right, if you look at his presidency specific that he was starting before the writing that occurred this kind of the movements that we sought a country anti-police movements, but then with Afghanistan. You start to see the world say you know what the US Southeast, no. I think it goes further.

This put Ukraine Andy and you oversee our our international lumbar international offices. This puts the region course Ukraine itself, but the region in a terrible peril. It does J this is a powder keg is a historian. There is a sanctity to borders and incursions and those words mean a lot in the Nash in the international community, especially to Europe because borders is what they thought about and have thought about throughout the 20th century, Hitler said, I'm going to take the Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia. I was in the guarantee the border and when he marched in and men wore when he took Poland and moved in, and then war Pres. Biden has obviously never read a history book when you tell a despot like Vladimir Putin is are basically what is Peter the Great that you can go into a minor incursion of the Ukrainian territory you have given him a rent a blade greenlight to go in and do what he wants to do. But Harry, this also sends another notice to our other allies in the in the region in the world that we to meet the present nine states they try to block it babbled about that later invited in Russia here, absolutely. So at the end of the day Pres. Biden is who we thought he was. He is a man of infinite spine looseness and fecklessness rather than encourage Europe to resist Russian aggression.

Joe Biden has encouraged Russia just like Pres. Obama effectively encouraged Russia to take Crimea. It's important to keep in mind that Joe Biden doesn't believe in the sanctity of US border, so he is being very consistent year in inviting Russia to disrespect Ukrainian borders.

So one of the things to keep in mind in this particular instance is that Joe Biden is essentially been consistent for once in his life.

But I also think that this should send shockwaves throughout the rest of the world because of actively Joe Biden has encouraged not only Russian aggression.

He has encouraged Chinese aggression. He has encouraged Iranian aggression shock and horror Jordan is what was the in this press conference to solicit because he gets pushed out into what is put got to do take Alyssa by IT must ensure he is certain what I guess is he will has to do something so those crippling sanctions obviously to be critical. He talks on how quickly they are but they're not enough to stop for as Joe Biden is now predicting the invasion of Ukraine by Russia. You know it and I get I don't think this is a power move. I think this is old man sputtering for the entire country. I did the truth get asked about it to be mentally unfit to be President. By the way, let's be honest, Democrats are asking the same question because the moment he's left the state.

How many different press statements that they have to do all they did to one of voting they did want to Ukraine every so bad I don't usually see frigid sake, but as she does a much better job getting up every day that no wonder he doesn't do these press conferences and the staff tells about well in the end result of this is that we can bring enough problems with which was the rest of your makes the US legally take your because what you think. What hundred 64 3110 only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable and is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally pro-life and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to the pro-life many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to question your free copy of mission in life today online/challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now free to insert constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever with the American Center for Law and Justice ACLJ on the front lines projecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms than remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing become a member today ACLJ singularity focused on this press conference and what do you think was the worst part of the integrity of our elections in 2022 and questioning the outcome of that we've gotten into that much of the show was a they said what they don't win big in question the integrity lack of shirt you got an amazing and again is it throwing Ukraine in the bus and inset predicting the Russia is going to invaded Sega link they really have to. At this point talk about NATO splitting up the at the list goes on and on, but there was a major defeat right after this press conference a few hours later, fan of the President's agenda and it ties to that question.

He got about whether that elections would be legitimate. But before you get that part of the press conference. This was a major defeat for the left of his party, but also up for the Biden White House. He went on the trail and he called people races.

The worker support this. They put all the pressure they cannot match the in cinema and both of them voted in favor of the filibuster and thus that the federal takeover elections for now is that this is a really poor strategy on behalf of Washington Democrats door naming you had 50 senators who wanted to pass something on what they call voting rights legislation Jordan justice quickly.

I dispute that. I think this legislation actually make selections a less secure if it was passed. But that's what they call it a: voting rights legislation and they had 50 senators in favor of it and yet they took a tactic that meant.

They're not can get anything across the line on it to cover this yesterday Jordan, but there were two key votes yesterday.

The first one was to end debate on the underlined legislation is needed 60 votes. The vice President was in the chair in the United States Senate for that vote.

It only got 50 votes and then leader Schumer moved to break the filibuster to go nuclear on the legislative filibuster and he needed 50 votes plus the vote of the vice President to pass that Jordan interestingly enough before the rollcall was even called the vice President had left the chambers that told you everything you needed to know about how the vote was gonna fall and it fell as we said, it probably would. 48 senators voted in favor of nuking the filibuster 52 solid majority of the United States Senate, all Republicans joined by Joe mansion and Kiersten cinema of voted to preserve the filibuster and just one note. Jordan just this 1 atm here even though Kiersten cinema was in favor of this legislated legislation.

She voted for cloture when it came time for her to cast a vote on breaking the filibuster. She was the loudest voice in the entire Senate when her name was called to. She did not appreciate the way her party treated her on this that she's been chased in the bathrooms by actresses. That's it, ratchets. She comes from a purple state is purple as it gets Arizona and given so she represents her constituents and saved with Joe Mexico read the rent one of the reddest of red states, representing his constituents and the idea that they call voting rights legislation was you can't you can't clean up your voting rules after senses, without going to the federal government can't make any changes to their voting laws docketing preclearance from Democrat Porter Kratz of Washington DC.

It was a scam. I think that enough people realized it. That's a good thing we can move on now either, but in a piece by piece the guy I do everything. But here's what but there setting this up and that was a whole speech in Georgia. There setting this up Harry for a if we don't win, let's get that bite ready about the legitimate not legitimate there setting this up for if we don't get our way in the election is overweight. This is all a legitimate executor accusing present front bumper must, I think that is correct and so I think Pres. Biden and the Democrats in general are not gifted with self reflection and so there preferred approach is to deny reality unless they get there way. It's important to remember that we have Stacy Abram who still claims that she is indeed the incumbent governor of Georgia and so I think the Democrats feel entitled to prevail, and if they don't, they are going to claim racism that the boat was rigged and they are's essentially going to claim the things that they attacked Pres. Trump of they are going to claim that is what has happened to destroy their candidate was the irony of all this, of course, is the fact that the voting legislation that he went on to complain about in Georgia. Andy, his home state of Delaware's is much more restrictive. The Georgia voting law is actually much more protective of early voting and things like that but his own home state of Delaware there setting this up as a straw man that tried J if you look at the law of any obviously never read the bill because it's beyond them I think is capabilities of reading and understanding legislation.

But if you look at it in Georgia. We get a longer period of pre-voting pre-voting day voting then Delaware does his own state. We require that an absentee ballot be requested.

We don't have any more mass mailings of bounce we don't have this harvesting of ballots will you drive down the street and through a ballot in Avenue in a box next to a newspaper stand where no one is monitoring it or watching it and someone just comes and picks up the balance we don't allow same-day registration so we can check and see if convicted felons are voting so that's all to and protect J the integrity of the vote with the whole thing is a set up for what ultimately they're worried about, which is losing the house and Senate in 2022 will that's right, this fantasy narrative that they keep putting out there about voter suppression. It is a fantasy is disingenuous is not so in my home state of Georgia in and are both Georgia they in the last election.

They they elected to senators who were Democrats there and are likely to elect a governor. Next time who's a Democrat and out you go through and read George's law. It is one of the most sound Pro voting pro-minority bills in any of the 50 states and and the President is engaging and I'll just say it out out loud. He lies about this boat and overcome comparing them to the people that are opposing HR one to bull Connor and to Jefferson Davis tube who led the South in the in the secession from the United States having you notice the secessionist is it now if you're opposed the bill that was violating the Constitution and federal lysing the campaign, the doubling that even the outside that the press statement that it wasn't casting doubt on the legitimacy of 2022.

That's what Jim Saki said, but I want to play free first. Woodbine said then what Kemal Harris said this morning so they are doing that. Did Saki can't clean up a mess because they are not on message their messages.

It is gonna be a rigged election was at 70 voting rights legislation. This isn't passed. Do you still believe the upcoming election will be fairly conducted and its results will be rigid and that's all all the chains on whether or not able to make the case to the American people that some of this is been set up to try to alter the outcome of the election so Republicans who work hard to take back state legislatures and install voter integrity across the country. If they do that then you know it less we can tell people on it while the near we have to question election. This is a longer bite about a plague Percent are because the vice President Harris double down this morning to attend part initiatives to meet political reality.

What should she have been more willing to compromise to try to get all Democrats on board initiatives fail because the Kratz wearing United let alone Republicans with an error, as you look back on this. Well when I look back on this year I think about things like the bipartisan infrastructure law on administrations both Democratic and Republican had tried for years in a try for years to do with the American people want and what the American people now an issue that needs to be thought of through political research doubling down going on there and she also question the elections of 2022 he that sent as well, good morning America. She questioned whether or not it will be a legitimate election as well.

What you think gives a call 1-800-684-3110 second FF have enough Rick Grenell be joining us for decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member. Thank you. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ keeping you informed anything now is Jordan secular back to secular to your phone calls as well. What 108 431 two that's what hundred 684-3110 that we kind of set the stage you again. If you're just joining us on this at present bonded what if you press caps is that his first year in office and he did it over for couple hours. It was, it was not good to say the least.

I say this not because of just a conservative or a video sale Georgia Republican that's not why say suck it.

It's a different country is active for the country. When you when you say that while Ukraine there might be a biter invasion. I dado bite break up over this and also by the way what he think he's gotta do some of these got invaded right and then what about you if your election laws which ultimately didn't pass that night. If they don't pass. What about the 2022 elections.

Why think you yet that you have to consider that they may have rigged this to out to favor the conservatives and Republicans and that he had his vice President on TV this morning.

Double down on that even those that express team tried to walk it back. He is shocked and outraged are Ukrainian allies.

He has I get odd at every major piece of legislation. He also admitted the bill back better, which was it's kind of the key themes can patriotically switch to voting rights is that they may try to piece by piece parts of it, but that instead they tried the message of the press conference if they've gotten what they wanted out of it was by 2.0 working to change strategy in English of course but that did not come through numbered commitment that the route with the worst part of it. I think about was the situation with Ukraine and and I will address this is someone that knows a little bit about Ukraine and Ukraine politics because as many and I normally don't go back and look back on history and say oh well, that this is what happened then. But remember this, the former President of the United States, down from was impeached over a phone call with Pres. Zelinski of Ukraine. Now I know about that because I was the lead lawyer in the defense of the impeachment. He was acquitted, but they impeached him over a phone call with the President of Ukraine and I sit on the floor.

The United States Senate that that that administration present from frustration provided more munitions ammunition to and military support to Ukraine than any previous administration, Republican or Democrat is impeached over the phone call. Joe Biden invited the Russians to at least begin their invasion of incursion will call it into Ukraine and fan.

Is there a peep from a Democrat works at crickets silence yet I think there was almost an audible gasp from the Washington Democrats during this press conference jamming. Obviously there their electoral chances are tied to this President. I find think they know he made a blunder energy to meet maybe the worst moment of that was when he got pressed on that comment about a minor incursion. He kinda chuckled and looked in the given the benefit of the doubt maybe was a nervous laugh. This isn't funny. This is the invasion of a sovereign country. I think when he did that. I think elected Democrats in this town knew they were in trouble because if you invade Ukraine. The amount of territory, taking up is the rebuilding Wes of the former Soviet union which is ultimate goal. Think about it in the last eight years. He is invaded to other countries already took Crimea and he took part of Georgia and so the President is giving him tacit permission to conscript to continue this ambition to reestablish what was the Soviet empire yeah and Andy very quickly here. We've talked about this before you got a project power which is real. I keep going back to the quote and it was dealing with Russians that you have to project power, even diplomacy can be more but you have to project our report. Checking the exact opposite. That's exactly correct J you have to project a powerful image to the world President Trump did that he did that with authority. He did that decisively and and and now that I'm not saying Harry Truman projected John Towner when he did that. John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson. In some instances, projected power on the domestic but you don't project weakness and that's what we had yesterday Jordan, what are they planning this one forever.

What is the point here. I think the plan is at least the short term is that they will blame election losses in 2022 on a rate election SAC.

The Republicans came in and change the laws to change the rules of the game and because of that we That's so-and-so in innocence, justifying how bad they're going to say. Set about your bites will it's about the law you know that the challenges facing Americans are substantial time and are now freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. We talked about US standing in the world a lot with Rick L Senior advisor for policy and national security Rick story is now a huge take away Rick is just at shock and outrage by our Ukrainian allies after what Pres. Biden said in his two hour press conference yesterday. Look always been hearing for really weeks and months is that diplomacy is back in. This is a Biden ministration that has mocked Trump administration for not being able to get stuff done and what we've seen. Now you know this morning, President of Ukraine had to go out and send a message to the President of the United States that he basically was wrong about his assumptions look this is a real frightening weak moment for the Biden ministration coming off Afghanistan coming off the moment where they said 90% of the people will will will get out, leaving 10% behind and now Joe Biden saying that small incursions of rewriting the land boundaries of Europe are going to be okay as long as they're small, that's really what the message was.

This is frightening Rick. I made the statement that you know, I know little bit about Ukraine and in politics because I handled the first impeachment trial for President Trump said they impeach the President was acquitted of course they impeached him over a a phone call with Pres. Zelinski.

Okay is acquitted, your ministration provided more aid to Ukraine than any previous ministration, Republican or Democrat Joe Biden invited the Russians yesterday in Ukraine, at least to the items that the first 50 miles of the border for 250 miles of the board. I don't know and I hear nothing from the other side on this zero crickets.

Nothing one of the things that I think that we have to understand is that Washington DC is a cesspool and a mass and it's also run by newsrooms and so newsrooms are meant to protect each other and look what happened out with the Supreme Court in the NPR issue. I can even issue a correction after three Supreme Court judges come out and say that they're wrong. So this is a city J. That really is unto itself. It it has their own messaging. They talk to each other what they don't realize is the rest of America is mocking them the rest of America is looking at them and saying are you living in a bubble and they just continue living in their in their bubble outside of Washington. People see Joe Biden is weak. They see this issue abandoning 10% of the Americans in Afghanistan as a debacle and now they're looking at how Joe Biden is messaging weakness on the world stage and really inviting the Russians to go further than just getting their pipeline and people are unbelievably aghast and that's why his numbers are so low outside of Washington DC. It's also so dangerous what he's doing NetSuite. This is such a when you start telling your allies will begin invaded a little bit were to live within the non-were not sure what they'll really do here anyways and he's he's broadcasting this encouragement you Rick you and I'm curious as to what you think that the ramifications potential ramifications are both to our allies and our adversaries when he makes a remark like this. Let's remember that the Europeans really care and what I mean, Europeans, and I'm talking about Berlin and Paris only that they really care about not rewriting the borders of Europe, but it's really important to note that the borders of Europe were rewritten twice, once when Obama Biden. Warren was in charge and Crimea was grabbed twice recently that was the first instance and then the second instance is back set in black. That happened because of Syria, Libya debacle of weakness coming from the Obama Biden administration. Biden has been a part of the administration where the borders were rewritten in Europe twice now were looking at 1/3 time. You can't tell the world that a a Biden presidency is somehow not inviting weakness. They see it. They see the evidence and the Europeans. The rest of Europe outside of Berlin and Paris nervous you ever seen a President in history.

Rick because of your foreign policy work literally get up and at least ask a question about what to just do it say what I think he has to invade this boy to be. He really got to do something to to route to say that at a time when you got all of your team tried to prevent at least that's the goal and that should be Republican or Democrat goes to go that avid ally invaded and he said well Dr. he's gotta do something, but I think it's really important to remember that the Europeans are pushing by demonstration just like they pushed the Trump administration to be unified and to not pick fights with the Russians. For some reason the Germans don't have the same threat assessment that the rest of the NATO members do. This is a crisis for NATO NATO exists to blunt and stop Russia when you have a United States President like Joe Biden telling the Europeans were to let you decide what the policy is in working to support you. We call it consensus, while that of the on the same page.

That's how you get a Nordstrom to pipeline of influence into Europe you get rewriting of the borders of Europe and you get out, literally. A lot of countries outside of of Berlin and Paris capitals that are furious at what's happening. Europe is is absolutely less safe and in more danger because of the weakness of Joe Biden and what he's doing with potent potencies. It sees what were seen and so does she. In China, let me ask you this question if you were the government of Taiwan right now. You heard this Pres. say what he said about minor incursion into Ukraine. What do you think the Taiwanese are thinking this morning. It's a great question because I think over the last several months that been very worried they'd seen China began to really stand up in ways that it hasn't. There's clearly a strategy therefrom China and that got to be very nervous look this this bleeds into our allies. You know we've got countries in the Middle East who are reading the tea leaves of a week United States will, at the same time that Russia and China are R's are coming on strong.

You look at Iran and what Iran is doing now with China, the debacle in Afghanistan. The weakness portrayed by the Biden ministration around the world is really causing a shift, the United States built up its reputation in the Middle East and around the world for decades and it's all crumbling because of Joe Biden. This is going to be affect in terms of trying to build back our reputation where allies can rely on us there to look at future Democrat administrations and say are you to be like Obama and Biden where we couldn't rely on you it's it's really sad to come to the plate. This is present. Biden yesterday talking about it just seem like this was written right or wrong, inappropriate to be just sharing this information out there in this the entering kind of way. The press conference by 40. I think we will do something these Russian forces crossing the border, killing Ukrainian fighters, etc. anything changes everything, but it depends on what he does next to what extent we get total unity rush on the site of the first part is there. Rick talked with her before Russian snipers have been sniping at Ukrainians throughout this conflict since the annexation of Crimea. They been it's it's the build up on the border that have been Ukrainians getting killed but second at why bring up to the entire world.

The dadoes that allied behind how to respond while he is Joe Biden has not made pain.

You are NATO obligations an issue.

It's not even brought up. I have evidence now and I've been told by officials in Germany that when our Secretary of State was there for meetings in Germany that he didn't even bring up with the Germans there NATO obligations when you don't support NATO and you get away with not supporting NATO. I don't be surprised when NATO begins to crumble or is week there was a lot of criticism of Donald Trump undermining NATO. Nothing undermines NATO like not paying your obligations and then saying were not united behind you know incursions in Europe. It's really it's really scary and we could talk a long time about this, because I think there's an alternative when you talk about America. First, no one is talking about sending American troops in because you know, we've learned that lesson we shouldn't be in this situation a year of weakness as it has given us choices between bad and very bad because I was thinking how did we let ourselves get in really 1/52 or how do we let ourselves get in this position. That's because bad diplomacy were no diplomacy and no for and electing electing Joe Biden after we knew exactly who Joe Biden was was a guy who really watched Crimea be grabbed in this area.

Genocide unfold and nobody got out of their seat and a front row seat. Nobody got actions of direct Derek's eyes.

What hundred 684 31 two allied out of Jerry first Texas jury welcome to secular faith. Hold on earlier, Biden, and also, the Harris have been saying that there can be severe consequences. Invade Ukraine but nothing clear to Isaac and it being that interaction are our parents put on them and I care about that or are they're not allowed to say what I think. What are the consequences if the financial savvy that then I think we should be clear about it's all been about sake should scripturally sanction that he is one of the problems with crippling section you could do pretty tough sanctions just the US when it comes to some countries now. It kind of depends on how far you are willing to go. Are you willing to go as President, Trump was to Turkey if they release Pastor Bronson it say we will cut off you for the entire US banking system.

That's a very extreme at Turkey responded by releasing the pastor immediately because two days before that he put sanctions on their officials so that their body was frozen in US banking accounts can that be done effectively to country the size of Russia is a question if you don't have other countries bought it so so far all of the consequences are financial. There's no talk about troops as a talk about rearming Ukraine again. By the way, the trumpet ministration did but all financial. The question is how far can your financial penalties go with what you don't have consensus and you just told the world that NATO it's it's a site, but to you arty believe that food has to invade this literally the words the present.

Yes, he's gotta do something. There is, gotta go. It yes so you also understand what's happening in also in a broader base and Col. Smith brought the Southwest during the break and that is the military exercises that are going on starting Monday weeks, we said this several times on this rock as weakness invites aggression, navet is very dangerous in the world in which we live, and they announced on Monday that Russia announces that they are joining together with Iran and China for the first time ever in joint military exercises. What is the one thing those three countries have in common the United States is their enemy and to Andy what happens. We know this geopolitically is when you have three adversaries is previously like an axis of evil, which is what it is. Three adversaries that haven't yet signed the brought the United States. The virus weather and potentially are not.

No one knows yet, but I certainly haven't been forthcoming and transparent as to the details of that you have Iran which is the biggest state sponsor of terror in Russia which is now will follow an adversary and all causing all kinds of problems.

This doesn't we've seen this before.

Yes we have.

And I can tell you exactly when World War II we called it, then the Rome Berlin Tokyo axis of evil. Now we have the Russia and ran China axis of evil, and I keep coming back to this. Why don't people read history books you've got three adversaries now ganging up on the United States powerful adversaries. You don't tell me the Chinese are not powerful and ran the biggest exporter of terrorism. You pointed out Russia rebuilding the czarist Empire right now right under our nose and one of the countries that may be swallowed up and ran Ukraine we are saying our President.

The most powerful man in the world to say a little encouragement not so bad. I don't understand what I'm trying to think and listen to Harry but I can enjoy and I don't understand what is the what political calculation that they made that they thought that was a good idea.

Well, I think the Biden administration is guided by one principle beyond spineless nurse which is a capitulation to progressive elites who believe in openness and inclusion that Lewis will solve all of the problems in the world so they ignore the evidence right in front of their own eyes in Ukraine in Hong Kong in terms of Ukrainian aggression and so they just keep forgetting the lessons of history and they are prepared to continue to repeat defeat which comes from fecklessness and you are right across the street from the US capital when you're right there without all the action on HR one. Yes, that was a good win but I'm not seeing are you hearing anything from the Democrats in this disaster. Yesterday anything yet and it's actually worse than that jamming we had this conversation with Rick earlier in the week, look, this is mostly an executive branch player and I think it's pretty clear there taking tools out of that the diplomatic tool tool belt J they get a distorted view of diplomacy, but if I look at the United States Senate.

I think there was an opportunity for them to speak very clearly just a week ago today. There were sent there was a sanction bill on the floor.

The United States Senate on this very issue and looked at this goes back to what Jordan was talking about.

It's an economic sanction isn't enough probably not honestly but it was still an opportunity for Democrats in the United States Senate to tell the President we've got to get tougher and we've got to get tougher now ironically Jake what disintegrate. Senate Democrats do on the very same day that their President was on the hill, telling them to get rid of the filibuster they filibustered that sanctioned also look I just don't think there's a political appetite even in the United States Senate for listen to the doing time for this year with the comment on the issue of the crowbars as I just raise a situation which I and is were taught much on symbols or listen to this question and listen to the present present Biden on the coronavirus. We are tragically approaching nearly 1 million Americans who died and I'd like to ask you why it is during your three and half hour virtual summit in November with the Chinese Pres. didn't press for transparency and also whether that has anything to do with your son's involvement in an investment firm controlled by Chinese state-owned entities. The answer is, did did reach the question of trees. I spent a lot of time with you.

The fact is that they just not just not been transparent. Just take it just like well and they do great well that I could tell us why are we allowing these countries to commit genocide and go with their weapons. While covert is rated top of that, what, what, just two questions are putting our athletes in danger twofold by going the Chinese communist parties country either big party and to the fact that covert is raging. There is a problem that second the idea that you just shrugged her shoulders that this is American weakness that is this a part of a bigger we hate America for policy maybe. I don't think Joe Biden was actually bought into that, but certainly his whole staff is the far left. They want to see the deconstruction of the evil United States of America. Remember that that's the far left as part of the academic world's party use of the essay to the principal academics are just gray what we need as much activity can agree on anything except for the fact that the United States is evil.

We need to teach our kids that add on top of that let you see the day I caught the deconstruction of United States that he's happy to be at the helm. Within 30 seconds. You talked about the elites heat that's pretty much what is that he's inviting in the same absolutely and their mantra is as follows. The absolute destruction of the idea of America, the destruction of our Constitution, the destruction of the rule of law, the destruction of our principles. And here we have it from the President of the United States it's it's it's mind-boggling.

I cannot believe I'm still in shock and horror over this whole situation with you, especially with Ukraine. I just cannot believe what he was thinking when he said that yeah that's the toughest part of the presence account for is for policy with regular officer you could have great midterm elections covered up. I think Republicans will across the board, but still to be tough, pulled to Canada you will have the power of the purse that to influence afford policy to some extent Not forget big legislative. It took two Democrats standing with the public to stop the federal takeover of the election of the abolishment of the legislative filibuster that get folks was a huge victory when it comes to the integrity of our election 2022 of you may feel jaded but on the front lines of protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.
