Breaking news today I'm sick you always try and North Korea test dangerous new weapons. Mike Pompeo joins us live keeping you informed and now this is firing a ballistic missile and see only hours after the its nuclear weapons program.

We want to hear from you Sharon, call one 800 684110 we have assessed this event does not pose an immediate threat to US personnel territory or that of our allies. We will continue to monitor the situation. US commitment to the defense of the Republic of Korea Japan remains ironclad. Now your secular secular your phone calls at one 831 Sec. Pompeo majority is the next segment of the broadcast to talk about the breaking news out of both North Korea and China after North Korea.

First of North Korea has testified for the first time in two years. The submarine launched ballistic missile that might be thing okay so ballistic missiles are what about their ICBMs. Here's the difference with the submarine launched ballistic missile submarine.

Of course you go undetected.

It can be moved around the maneuvered closer to US assets close to South Korean assets and so you don't have to have the capabilities of an ICBM to still carry out very heavy, very lethal and very dangerous weapon and effect to get the testing of these weapons is always a side to the world.

It's it's it's a part. It's not just a one-off event. It captures what's going on currently in the world that you return to Sec. Pompeo, but I will recall what Rick Grenell suggested the broadcast which was with Acer talk about Russia re-resurrected Christopher Steele looked towards China.

Well you China also in this test. This was a different test is so separate from North Korea's China back in August, but the news is just coming out tested a hypersonic missile. This is something that would go into spaces, hypersonic weapon, it would then sit in space very difficult to detect the wind. There would they have a target they wanted to hit they would be able to sit. You said that missile from space to the target so we talked about earlier radio meeting today that the people who block the idea of a space force in the United States and the idea of how important this is going to be to our future.

I even a show made about it, tried to block the new space force when in reality, our adversaries are moving forward with with these weapons.

We are living in 2021. This is not just sub a pipe dream from players. These are real.

You could actually design these weapons put them into space, tested, and I it's the it's good. It is the new frontier. If you will, when it comes to national security, especially amongst the major world powers to retirement all that was Sec. Pompeo in the next segment and then I want to get some of your calls are your thoughts, it extended as well.

We talk about the hypersonic weapon the same time to update you on our FOIA involving a Chinese assets inside the United States. Specifically, the Chinese assets think they who was or Christine Feng for which Dave your western neighbor Easterday who was targeting swallow and I we are still in court over that the interesting issue there that will discuss because the FBI asserted privilege different than all the other agencies that we asked to get this information on about these assets because we thought it was important if they are targeting as we deliver to Congress if they are targeting academic institutions. To what extent did private institutions also need to be aware that could be your business or the company you work for the school. Your kid goes to school, he worked for assorted great kids go to so that FOIA as well. That's all coming up on secular today. This breaking news or South Korea. They've put their national Security Council in place because of this action by North Korea will talk but all the rev. Patient of this with Sec. Pompeo next will bring in the team as well. You want to talk to us on air 2000 684 31 to here's what I think is the big problem. If you agree or disagree, let us know.

It's that we just seem absent were not flexing her muscles at all.

We looked weak out of Afghanistan… Orders out of Afghanistan as well and and weak when it comes to these missile test because it's deceiving our military and were not ability, at least publicly, is if there are challenges facing Americans for some time in our value freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. You are already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists ramifications. 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right to life question for copy mission life today online/secular LOI. We will start to your photos next to the broadcast 100 684 31 to because there's breaking news Sec. Mike Pompeo Julius that senior counsel for global affairs Sec. Pompeo subseries defend North Korea today. They have tested after the first time in two years he submarine launched ballistic missiles. The first test in over two years I we talked a little bit out only our opening just about the implications of how dangerous these kind of weapons can be. We saw the national Security Council South Korea get together but I just just to let people know what these these can attest to what these weapons do to the to our allies and and are you at the world be with you though I've read the reporting it looks, without medical test that a place called Cindy about the traditional North Korean military launch point when they engage in this kind of activity they get better every time they try even if the operation itself of the failure they learn they gather data.

This is why the President prompted we met with Chairman Kim to get them to stop conducting the test was so important denied them the capacity to continue improve the capability select the correct United States and our allies. Though it's unsurprising that South Korean national Security Council met the Japanese. I'm confident will be meeting as well. These kinds of medical tests put their people more at risk and that's why the deterrence model that the truck the ministration put in place was so central to securing not only are the American people can expect from the North Korea nuclear program but fire that people in the region as well.

That rare distinction.

You've been met with Chairman Kim what was that regime obviously there's been a shift from the trust ministration by the ministration and date with these test what what do they think they gain I what you're there insight there what it is that is it clear what the North Koreans think they are gaining from this other than just just tried to threaten their gift.

South Korea are threatened potential enemies, but is there something internally going on to one and internally suggest that there are. I think it is the fact that they're struggling I think are still struggling with the virus that 25 million people that live outside of Pyongyang that about 2 million that live in the capital look like a million live outside Lippmann horrible conditions. The human rights violations by the leaders in our career are truly of global tragedy. I thought, I think he demonstrates that there still doing things for nationalism, but the second one is putting the world on notice that they haven't got a way that they have this nuclear capability, and they will use this for leverage or things like humanitarian relief and distance to convince the Chinese that they need to make sure not to treat them in a way that's not going to last chance to do that if they will continue to trade with them whenever the North Koreans are still under enormous sanction and so these missile test are aimed at convincing those who don't understand deterrence, sometimes European, sometimes in people in petty netiquette By demonstrating the baby. Maybe we should just blackout the sanction that they will stop threatening the world see a pretty disturbing trend nation today sounds do testing military might. Every week is a different adversary of ours testing weaponry and should we also have just mentioned it to people that China were just finding out now but they try to reportedly test in August a cake nuclear capable hypersonic weapon much harder to detect and intercept the ballistic missiles. These cut reports again. That is to think they're just there.

Moving forward with bold military plans.

The news is he ultimately gets out of it.

The analyst that have been in the media out on this Chinese hypersonic weapon when they are read there sounding some major alarm bells even about these being hidden inside satellite they put up a satellite. Now having think that every Chinese satellite is a potential nuclear weapon… Panic, the parties intent on building a military that can dominate the American military that militaries of the West, including that European art are adversary don't stand, don't we have to continue to move forward as well whip continue to do things we need to do to secure our freedom. We did that present built our military aptly began to conduct research on all kinds think that we just hadn't been for the eight years prior to that might my biggest concern is that when you hear that White House press person say that we welcome competition from China we don't welcome competition from the Chinese cabinet we have. We want that we want to continue to be the beacon for freedom, we don't want to live in a cited dominated by a Marxist-Leninist ideology a week. We need to make sure that we have the military capability to defend ourselves and the economic might help our partners and friends around the world. The risk I see two on this is that we has to shoot the North Korea test and when they test these missiles and received some of the failures of the past is that it puts everybody sick right on the edge of a serious conflict if something was to go wrong in one of these test, and people were injured and there was a response. Whether it's the North Korean ballistic missile, the summary, the hypersonic weapon from the Chinese are some of the rush of the testing it's it's just a feels edgy in the world right now to physically Weaver treated as a country.

The more that America failed to demonstrate resolve that. I think that absolutely fair.

The world saw that when the Arabian proxy and Gaza Strip fired missiles into Israel. When we have the debacle that we had in the way we withdrew from Afghanistan. The world can see that we are truly back to a weak foreign policy.

We had an Obama ministration for eight years and that makes it that makes others more up that they get sportier right they take more risk they think that America can be pushed around and put America around eventually Americans will be forced to respond and that does create increased risk.

That's why deterrence is why strength matters. What Ronald Reagan had peace precisely right in the same way we try to deliver that the trumpet ministration as well switch to this is excuse.

You know it's a little bit humorous but but really, I mean, that's that that just to take place.

It's also it's sad that it's in the statement that you got a Ron hosting a conference of foreign ministers. I guess the US was invited Russia, China, Pakistan, to seek a state is Pakistan Turkmenistan there discussing Afghanistan later on I ducked October 27 and the focus they put this in their own announcements that quote the six countries we focus on how he can help form an inclusive government in Afghanistan. I will start right there. This is just using that kind of language have either picking up on the UN language and even the US language that we heard from the Biden administration. But if you have picked the worst countries to put together inclusive government.

This would be the kind of world powers to do it. The rights of the minority and demonstrated ability to form equipment government is precisely the right drug like that note. They have no interest in inclusivity other than to make sure that the Arabian want to make sure that they have the capacity to influence the outcome that one of the tragedy of the language we departed Afghanistan. No Abraham right a butcher who runs a Ron Vladimir Putin and Russian-made leaders have no interest in making government and women's rights, freedom for people in Afghanistan.

They have the singular interest of influencing the will be to the detriment of the United States and democracies around the world. The US turned around. Obviously, I think it has to be change leadership. But even with the current administration is anything you think they could do to our having given up too much already with Afghanistan because it seemed like what these countries are doing is using language like using these words like inclusive as it ultimately tried to broker deals. I guess to see if if they can get help get the Taliban recognizes a government obscene. Somehow that will benefit them. Others economically, militarily, or everything combined with what can the US do at this point since we've withdrawn so much.

We still have enormous influence in the region, the country that will be attending that gathering there may well attend the gatherer country and not a lot of date or other security, we should make sure to take the levers we have in those nations, making them in central Asia where I traveled a couple times nations in the Middle East that have enormous influence there and bring them together and try to deliver better better outcomes for the people Afghanistan, but certainly security outcomes that group life American tears, but week we haven't given up every bit of leverage in the region in spite of the fact that we gave up an enormous capacity to influence what takes place inside of Afghanistan finally sick to the engagement. You are part of historic engagement with Pyongyang and I received that all that did get to play out because that the time was cut short for the administration, but with that kind of engagement whether it tough talk publicly. Even behind-the-scenes is that we really that's lacking in the bind agency like us out there.

Whether China whether it's Russia it's it's like even verbally, diplomatically, were not sitting out clear messages. No other thing privately but publicly you can say that the ship to take back to a different model than the one that the trumpet ministration. As we were firmly were direct we are clear about our expectations and we help them to that right Sec. Pompeii RRC accounts for global affairs.

As always appreciate you spend time with us to walk through this for all of our supporters. All of our listeners. The broadcasting of insight kick anywhere else, especially when you got this break news really get into our team out of North Korea.

With this new test of a ballistic weapon live missile launch from a separate hypersonic weapon in China conference in Iran. There's a lot going on in the world and is Christopher Steele the person focusing on her Katie Couric before they beats that agents brought to actually facing as we can ignore what's happening in the world as a government will be right back only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to discover many ways your membership is powering the right question for copy mission in life today online/challenges facing Americans are substantial time and are now freedom and constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the front lines projecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms, and that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

You are already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ is 164, 31 to 30 you about these threats keep popping up around the world. Whether it's North Korea again testing ballistic missiles and of course there's always concerns about their tests going so wrong that they could injure people even that way and that I get what we would they take aggressive action or hypersonic weapon out of China were not this, not a science fiction novel. This is reality that we have to deal with as a nation and also with our allies if we if we we we we be nice to know I think for this current administration with these kind of when these have stories pop up instead of all of these analysts come to get it, saying you know what these weapons could do the affected others over the Heritage foundation said literally what that would they talk about the hypersonic weapon out of China you're talking about something to be ended. Looks like a satellite. So China's launching new satellites all the time were launching new satellites all the time so you now have to imagine a world where these are weapon I satellites you can't detect weed, at least at this point there is no public knowledge.

We can detect it. I hope that that that baby that's classified. We've got this work. A lot of got the spaceports hopefully getting the funding it needs but I want to hear from you jar these threats real to you. Do you feel that these are real threats to our nation and in our to get enough attention, one 800 684 31 two if you were to talk to us on here that's 1-800-684-3110. Call now get you on the air like to be in California online one day to walk the secular you're on the thank you, my call why Biden administration is not going to bond to these provocative actions by China and North Korea let you go to a hearing on that because here that the question we don't know if there's a behind-the-scenes response, but certainly these public response to Mike in a condemnation, but here words, but it but these words they ring hollow. These days I think this closely. Afghanistan withdraw and the blame game there.

Try to blame the Afghan military and the facts of the numbers they all was 300,000 strong. What they did thousand 200,000 of those 300,000 were killed over the last 220 years in battle because they were on the front lines in the war against the Taliban and that that did come out a couple days later, is it our gorgeous ring hollow, so that at the diplomatic work there might be something going on by the seeds we might see a public obligation.

These countries don't seem very concerned and I don't think they should be concerned why because the Biden administration continues to exemplify one thing and one thing only weakness and spineless sickness. So the Biden administration continues to put the United States lasts and global elites first Jaden sake the press secretary states that we welcome stiff competition and apparently she is suggesting that the Biden administration welcomes threats to the homeland, just so long as those threats are indeed inclusive and diverse. So apparently Jen sake and the Biden administration appears to love threats so long as they come from a raw, the Taliban, North Korea, China and Russia a fairly diverse group. China for instance has already injured millions of Americans because of the lab leak in Wuhan and China has effectively killed hundreds of thousands of Americans through the virus. Meanwhile, the Biden jazz band continues to play on and they do not respond to publication except to exhibit one thing and that is weakness to Theta Washington DC Pakistan.

This is again we see the rivers of Congress talking that we seek the analyst talk about it but it just seems for the Biden administration. They just want to talk build back better and they don't want to talk about the real threats that are opposing it started start with covert research with the lab leak. The idea that first you know if you talked about that you were taking off social media in your band and it now has become the leading theory, but the evidence is just disappearing as we go World Health Organization that allow back in but so all these threats. Whether it's the the starting with covert testing of these new weapons.

It just doesn't seem like were you still cut it obviously is thread was like were not publicly at least were not staying one step ahead of our enemies in your you know I think one of my concerns. There is that that approach might actually be dictated by the fact that that's really their foreign-policy of choice, and if your goal is to sorta create a level playing field across the globe and bring the United States down a peg or two because you think that is in a calm things down.

This might be the exact temperature to take now.

I think if you take a historical look. As I'm sure and he's gonna do here in just a minute, you'll see that that is a recipe for disaster.

If you don't want to lead from strength to communally through appeasement and bring the power of the United States down a peg or two. You're just asking for trouble. But if you look around just the three instances that you mentioned so far Jordan. I think that's exactly what what you see. Look at North Korea clearly Jordan, we can't ignore North Korea at this point I can have a debate about how you should engage in about what the proper way to engage in but you can't ignore them. So what is the United States plan at this point I'm afraid Jordan is probably just to ignore them then you look at China. They have made it abundantly clear what their mission is their mission is to be the next superpower of the world and they are committed to Jordan or are we committed to. It is this administration committed to it.

I'm just not sure. And then you look at Iran and you talk about that this conference is there in have with the 66 countries to create an inclusive government in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Jordan that says to me that they just want to create a nation in the mold of the Iranian regime to just look at the Iranian regime sake is that inclusive does that honor human rights.

Of course it doesn't, but they filled a leadership vacuum that I would say has been created by the absence the United States and are trying to combat create that nation in the Iranian regime's mold.

Let me encourage you folks. You watch on Facebook, YouTube share this with your friends and family. As we have got a second half-hour coming up to talk to us on air 2000 684 30. What did you also get comments on Facebook and YouTube. Any to beat it just feels like at any get the sense that we just haven't read it, so we withdrew from Afghanistan. It was disastrous and kinda sits there that's been the Biden kind of with covert to that spot. They lack a response to China withdraw life gives it its just kind of it feels like that's the like they was talking about their putting us in this position where we didn't have to be a week we could deal with the threats and opposed to us as the superpower in the world. Instead of giving up that status and not deal with the threats we are absolutely right Jordan. You know the thing that really distresses me is when I have this press secretary Jen sake making the absurd comment.

We welcome stiff competition from China and Lindsay Graham and Mike Pompeo. We just heard, and my calling.

Harry Hutchison said, quite the opposite.

I will welcome stiff competition in the area of nuclear capability and the ability to strike out and kill us. Why would you make a stupid remark like that but the reason is because what you have is President instead of somebody with the leadership capabilities of Donald Trump or Harry Truman.

We've got in the White House.

Calvin Coolidge, and Franklin Pierce as doing that as our President, who is spineless and gutless and doesn't know how to lead this future makes that much tougher. We can always rebuild. We can always take back we had that option.

We had that I capability United States, but they make it day by day tougher to respond to the growing threat one by not acknowledging to my being on the payroll Chinese and the three just kind of letting the world move along like the things that where we dedicated 20 years to Afghanistan just giving it up, giving it up to the world would be right back. Second half-hour coming up but we get to see OJ's been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ keeping you informed and now, this is Jordan secular would we talk about these issues.

This is very real T-shirts. What would North Korea take these provocative steps you see it yet.

It's been a shift. It did take very long into this administration to get start testing weapons again start that you know that the engagement obscures it sniffly that there publicly and all the critics of the truck administration got people like Sec. Pompeo got the idea was a if we just like all these issues like Abraham accords why don't we try engagement.

This is these are, they have a new new leader young leader in a tough spot, a Sec. Pompeo timeout. There still dealing with massive issues covert. They're not good people that made by any measure, but if you engage some can you can you get these tested can become so dangerous and risk a World War III that when it comes to Chinese exercises that would just give them carte blanche of the world, and I saw this out a lot weird doing work in Africa which are still are my travels are everywhere you look is due Chinese development going up binding building infrastructure was right behind it would be it in some of these countries where they were heavily sanctioned in countries like North Korea.

We think of the busy terminations like North Korea don't have expensive for policy they do, they just are doing it in Canada or Mexico and not in the United States as much of the Chinese.

They are we gonna do for you battle in court, so that your foil was filed back in 2020, December 2020, but now it's because the FBI claimed and noted the other Neli other government agencies claimed they could not confirm or deny whether they had the information we were looking for. This was the information involving the Chinese spy and Eric's wall.

Well that's what was the relationship.

There was a US note also, what should we all know about these efforts by the Chinese to infiltrate all these different aspects of our culture, government, military, did it inside the United States it be information that would be important for Americans to know so that's why we are still in battle.

So, the FBI claimed that if Stickley enough the other government agencies didn't say you are this because this was that this a unique case that we have now because it's whether not the FBI improperly claimed this. This side lobar exception, which is that you IQ we can confirm we can't deny typical line that you hear. I like it of a military power spy novel.

But they were the only agency do that that the DOD and I the other agencies that we sent this way to Donovan Clay Bennett so we could have got a case of whether or not that was proper or not. I think just explained to people how deep in the weeds we have to go with the ACLJ art attorneys go to get to the truth.

Thank you, Jordan, and that is through these kinds of responses along like a plea to the criminal lawyers in the criminal people knowledgeable criminal defense would know is a plea of nolo contendere. I don't admit I don't deny I don't know that I have that I don't know that I don't have in their and my response to that is, what kind of a stupid answer is that you either have it or you don't.

So that puts the ACLJ in a position of having to say okay that is not a satisfactory response we got to file motions in court to compel the demand of the agents, either of which we are demanding this information. In this case, the FBI to admit whether they have and are they not the don't have it and then we got to go to court to get a federal district judge the order that the stop be turned over to us.

That doesn't just happen overnight. Our folks we come back from the break were also getting into a little bit deeper because it a lot moving a lot of moving parts around seven on October 27. They Ron is hosting about a more inclusive Caliban at their language words, they chose using the words of the binder ministration using the words of the United Nations and the other countries that are going to be there are the countries trying to supplant us as leaders of the of the world. I would say the free world leaders of world challenges facing Americans are substantial time and are now free to insert constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now. See OJ on the frontline protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do her work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about our life-changing become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition will show you how you are personally publication includes all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, planned parenthood's role in the Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for copy mission life today online ACLJ/this is what upsets me the world is would you have this headline Iran to host international conference on Afghanistan and Taliban as the country exports terrorism around the world its old Regent a target Americans the target they target our own troops and Syria. These are bad actors when it comes to Iran now hosting next week October 27 887 in in Tehran with Russia with China. Also in Pakistan are interesting enough. I think some of these other countries they Sec. Pompeo said do rely more on the US and the baby Russia and Iran to China so they may be able play a role for us in attendance but also could be that were you know, the flipside of that is that we've lost influence in those countries are that they're willing to say hey will be there were to go working to get this credibility by showing up and we get the rush of the Chinese and the Iranians together. That's it it it whether you like that or not. And if I thinks it's very troubling it's it's got credibility. That's the major world players altogether during other countries. There close to the region with Afghanistan to seek a status Pakistan Turkmenistan focusing on how they conform inclusive government in Afghanistan that using the words that the world is using about the Taliban I'd do we have the photo yet. This is the real Taliban in the New York Times did not deserve to be just posted this photo is a ballroom in Kabul is can it is an event as it was to commemorate all of those who carried out suicide attacks on the you are US troops the past 20 years the khadi of the Connie network at the meeting promised to distribute land plots for the family so they'll get land of the suicide bombers to see this ruefully admitted in the Taliban traditional garb look at the commandos get their equipment use either the backseat couples got that don't look like how the Taliban fighters look like 20 years ago 10 years ago five years ago two years ago or six months ago but they've got now sophisticated weapon is sophisticated equipment.

Iran is now hosting this conference to that give a eight well I think these will be the first countries that recognize the Taliban government and hoping the rest of the world cups at a place we've seen Russia multiple times and he try to make the their influence Afghanistan they're trying.

What's it what's it again.

I think your analysis is absolutely correct.

There are some countries in that assembly that they are putting together and hosting that are at least we thought more dependent upon us than they are upon Russia, Iran and China, but don't count on that that not mine then necessarily be the case when you look at the jig extended Pakistan Turkmenistan.

Those countries may very well flip and go the way of the Iranians in the Chinese and the Russians there. They don't have any particular commitment of the United States there in that region that are under the influence of these bad actors when the Iranians are putting together a more inclusive regime that makes me laugh. The Iranians are going to encourage the Caliban in Afghanistan to put together a more inclusive regime, inclusive of what those that exclude women doesn't break apart Western musical instruments. Those that make women wear close over their face so that they're not saying what's going to be inclusive about it. I think it's a joke, but it's raised something we need to take very seriously, it's a joke because it's laughable. What's laughable is that the trumpet meant that the Biden administration is doing nothing about it. Where's the Trump administration would've done something about it. I came back coming back to this where is our President missing in action, the world's day represents are currently going to show something we have State Department the IG.

I did this a good move.

I don't know what will actually pursue for the support of the Inspector General to State Department has opened up an investigation into the Bosch withdrawal from Afghanistan, but the same time, the US envoy to Afghanistan is gone. Now, whether they were thrown under the bus.

It's it's a little unclear about a way also. Whether not they had a job to do anymore, considering we don't have an embassy there and we don't have any any kind of interaction directly.

I guess very much with with the Taliban were letting the world letting the world kind of take any gains we made there and I think with a thin use word include inclusive though to us is it is a joke think that it's ridiculous what they're trying to do is unite the tribes in Afghanistan, which is never really been done before. You mentioned as well that that photo represents the Taliban's version of pay for sleigh the same kind of terrorist mindset that were fighting in the Palestinian territories of the idea that you carry out these attacks.

Suicide attacks your family will be rewarded yet are just learning from around your name and think there's any accident like they might not have the wealth or the dollars in volume that Iran has to pay for terrorist murmur that something that we been fighting here in the United States Congress. The Congress passed a bill President front signed and in the law saying that there would be no more funding for Palestinians if they continued their pay for sleigh activity. Iran does this to Jordan to use proxies to pay people who commit acts of terror. Now you have the Taliban doing it. Others note and there's no doubt in my mind were netted a conference like that. Those are the ideas of dignity pushed up to look at Ike I circle back to the conversation he had with Sec. Pompeo earlier in the show. Yes, there are some countries that are maybe in this this conference that Iran is hosting that had been traditional allies of the United States because the United States isn't in that room Jordan in those countries need assistance they need allies in the region. If we were either there or if we were not withdrawing from the region to such a magnitude.

Maybe they wouldn't be turning to Iran. But if the if the United States continues to advance a foreign policy of appeasement and Iran is willing to engage Jordan. Guess what they're gonna find an audience with some of these countries. What you make of Harry, the IG opening up the Vessey set the we've seen a lot of good information companies admit these Inspector General supports it.

It sometimes leads to action. In this case I think it will shed a lot of light. This product because we do know there were a lot of State Department career officials who do good work, who were putting out warning signs resolve the Intel community State Department to meet some of them were even signing onto the complaint publicly in the late they had a way to do that through those complaints without I share your name and doing it anonymously.

They're putting their names out there, even days before the withdrawal so it's actually led to a eight Inspector General who was outside that that the kind of pressures at the district but on their doing this just on the withdrawal. I would so it seems clear, at least to some acknowledgment inside the apparatus are committed, things were not only wrong but totally botched. I think that's correct. And so what we have is a chaotic unthinking withdrawal from Afghanistan and so I look forward to the Inspector General's report and the only caveat I would throw out is that that will take some time.

Often these investigations will last up to a year or longer.

I think it's entirely necessary because the Biden administration has proven itself incapable of being held accountable, even by the low standards are offered by the Obama administration. So I think the Biden administration has set a new low bar for competence and I think that Joe Biden in particular is an individual who has demonstrated on the world stage that he has yet to grow a backbone and so I think at the end of the day what we have done in Afghanistan and elsewhere is we have incentivized hair weave incentivized Iran. We've incentivize China. We've incentivize the Taliban and other terrorist groups throughout the world to basically ramp up their activities because they don't expect a real response from Pres. Biden, and I think their assessment is probably unfortunately accurate report that photo backup for the ballroom because I think what's important here is you gotta to the symbolism as well. So there's the photos the New York Times able to obtain. That is a ball of the hotel in Kabul Intercontinental Kabul that was targeted throughout these 20 years by those to it when you should hear the suicide bombings in Kabul outside of the hotel with Western journalists, Western government officials.

That was the hotel that's the ballroom so that what they are doing. That photo is not only celebrating those acts of terror and stance in their own pay for sleigh program in their version of which is to give out land. They may not have a get the financial resources to give money out so they think it, but they can still give land wipe, so that that bar but you'll see there's a blurred face as well as images that is one of the counties are running the network so it so they are still keeping their terribly very much under wraps to an extent start to show up at events that they allow the photographers to be that of Florida, face out that that that is who was running really the Taliban's relationship with Al Qaeda, Taliban attacks on US troops with suicide bombers and of course even the 9/11 attacks in the other Texas otter indices on the USS Cole that all pups of that network, which is inside the Taliban, which is on terrorism. So I again understood symbolism of that photo very important will be right back secular. Only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission will show you how you personally support publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is powering the right question for incoming mission in life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans is time and are now free to sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights" in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ get a little more time on this hypersonic weapon and I get to hear from good friends are broadcast like siblings agree about the. The game changing nature of a weapon like this in the hands of it of a nation like China. The Chinese Communist Party we see the how that they've been acting on the world stage is covert, whether it was extreme negligence.

Whether it was intentional this theory that it was their fault is the leading theory now and yet because the world is so dependent on them economically including the United States wheat we take no action. The World Health Organization gets turned away and they do say okay and they continue to advance because they continue to grow their economy. Particular sister Lindsay Graham about the significance of what I hypersonic weapon would be in the cut in this, their race to supplant the US as the world's leading power to contact the Chinese have developed hypersonic missile that can deliver nuclear weapon for second military game changer when it comes to nuclear forces. We've allowed the Chinese to leapfrog us and where and what I have to do one of two things get them to stand down and I don't know how Joe Biden convinces anybody stand down.

If they don't stand down were going to have to develop the capability to neutralize this so I where do we where do we actually stated we have the ability capability to do anything about this to me that's the key thing is that I don't get out of Washington DC clarity that we saw from Sec. Austin well that the general state of the suspects. The rodeos were dangerous place that that's true, but the fact is we should be doing something about it and if if if were bring it to light. Something happened back in August it be negative if we let it leak out like a little bit about the kind of capabilities we have just make the American people feel better.

Yeah I mean I think the covert pandemic is active pretty instructed on this case during any think about it for more than a year. It was taboo in Washington DC to even suggest that the Chinese were responsible. Like you said now it still is a leading theory will here's the problem we've given them a year to get rid of evidence and to cover their tracks. There also likely not to pay the high price that they should. So guess what they're gonna do it again will I see the same scenario unfolding here. If China has developed this capability a clearly Sen. Graham is correct. The United States better get on a preparing a way to neutralize and I don't know where capacity is at this point. Hopefully it's a lot further along than I'm aware of the Jordan. Here's what I do know there's no time to waste. The Chinese are going to slow this down there can go as far as the world will let them go.

When I say there can go as far as the world will let them go. That really means they can go as far as the United States is gonna let them go because the United States is can athlete any coalition that he can elect to mitigate these efforts and I just don't take a lot of comfort from the year of history of the covert pandemic. We've got to do better in responding in real or a timely fashion than we did in that situation. Jordan Joanne on Facebook. She wrote a despised bill back better plan extra just me. No country fears us anymore. We want to be feared as a country it's it's not it's a good thing to be feared might not be loved by everybody. The Europeans might not love you as much of you might not be celebrated as much at international conferences but but at the same time you had that sits in of stability and also that these countries know that if they cross the line. We can respond in a way that would be devastating to the we used is America's bill the state make that statement and can you feel that way that if if these countries cross the line. We know we can respond. We hear about these new weapons we hear people like siblings. He gripped about this. Would this would be the next level, surpassing us, it takes away that feeling that we could just we we can stop out the bad guys if we have to. I think that's correct. And I think what we've done to American foreign policy is we have sent sent a signal to the rest of the world that they can cross virtually as many lines as they wish and they will not be a real response by the United States and so I think if we look at Biden's bill back better plan. In essence, it's a bill back weaker plan.

It's a bill back spineless plan and the world in many respects is simply laughing at the United States because we have so much potential.

We have such military capacity, but at the leadership level we have an individual who seems frail or and weaker each and every day, and that provides an incentive for all of our enemies to get together and to attack American interests. The Biden administration continues to send out signals to Iran to China to North Korea to the rest of the world, we will not respond.

Even if we are provoked because there simply no provocation that we are unwilling to respond to that you had this idea in the Democrat party and said I think sometimes the rights of Kaiser, Robert, it's that it's all about domestic politics. How much money we can get back in the people through handouts through new new social programs and so it so and at the they just just feels like they don't have their hands on the steering will when it comes to the rest will think you deal with those policies deal with social programs. The US when the world is stable when you got a world it feels like it's spinning out of control and still can't get past the pandemic that that that's not the type of display divisive domestic politics, you got it unite to an extent and put ace a united front forward for the country well domestic politics get votes. And that's the thing that keeps them in power is vote. So as long as you spend $3.5 trillion on some of the nonsensical projects that they have in that bill then you get votes and Stan Bauer. But, come back to something I've said on this program right here on this radio program many times before. I was in France during a Presidential election many years ago and it was between the incumbent President and someone else in the French were saying how weak their incumbent President was in the rallying cry to elect a new President, and I'm going to say it in French was you knew Saul as he Dong which means we deserve our President a real President of President with God's a President with courage, a President with backbone of President with determination. A President that will put America first and folks we don't have one in Joe Biden. The report of the consumer's commentary from people inside the administration of the commentary is also I pretty scary that simple. We have no idea how they did this. That was a US official to the financial Times talking about the hypersonic weapon people mock our speed that the idea of the space force. The present truck created, but if indeed this weapon which was tested in August would just give the news about people or take it seriously if we have no idea how they did this, we better again unite and start taking seriously the new frontiers of of what it means to be a world leader.

I sure hope that's not true. During the look this is what happens when you don't focus on a thread and I mean I think clearly, this administration has not been focused on it, and then the idea that getting tough on China was that the wrong thing to do is kind of laughable and as far as the space force goes Jordan is there any arguing that spaces where the next wave of fights is to take place, whether it's technology or economic advances have to engage in more than engaged or less the wrong word you have to dominate and win in that space. You can't do that unless you're focused on beating your adversaries in this case the punch. I think that really excited about staying same level we should be steps that not they do that every nuclear weapon satellites. That's a reality that work were living with, but that you won't hear that that's the real problem by people talking on secular ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedoms and rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.
