The InTouch podcast for child and family for Tuesday, June 7 continue the series on the book of Galatians. Learning how Christ died to free you from every form of it would be great. This later when Jesus Christ went to the cross. He took care of all of man's bondage about employees no book in the Bible could be more applicable than the book of Galatians to the bondage in which we as we go through this chapter is you going to discover something you going to discover that you are in bondage. The things that if anybody also told you you'd say no way. That's why the spirit of God. Most of the convicted.

You see, once God begins there for you in your spirit in your attitude about yourself and your attitude about other people in your attitude toward God and your attitude about what you think he expects of you and your attitude what you expect for yourself.

You don't see something really begin to happen in your life. So would you just do yourself a big favor as we go through this. As you pray, they would you ask the Lord, Lord, show me if there's an area of my life in bondage. Show me if my thinking has me bound in some way.

I believe as you do that, you'll find out that there may be something there that you never thought about so much as let's look at these first three verses, there were the four verse primarily here so he begins by saying Paul one who is sent by the ambassador of ambassadors bears the credentials of the son of God himself, and notice what he said and apostle not of men. He said Minden lately and apostle need a bondman I'm not going in the behalf of man, he says, but by Jesus Christ and God the father who raised him from the dead, which is his way of putting emphasis who is he says I am an apostle of Jesus Christ. He said I shared my faith with you on those missionary journeys. He said I was sent by Jesus Christ I gave you the message of Jesus Christ and he says what I'm writing this letter is the message of Jesus Christ. Are you sober scores. The key look, he says, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and therefore less regular personal.

He says that he gave what himself.

Jesus Christ voluntarily. The Bible says that God so loved the world wanted to do.

He sent his only begotten son and he saying of Jesus that Jesus voluntarily gave and said that is, he voluntarily came to lay down his life and suckled the sacrificial death on the tree on the cross, the atoning death in order that he may do something front and in essence what he saying is that he may deliver us, liberate us free. Break the bonds take away the bondage open the doors of the prison so that you and I can become what God wants us to be like Kelly said. He said he gave himself once and for all.

For our sins.

He says he gave himself for our sins and the master question. If you are still bearing any sin. Once you've been saved. What you are saying is that what Jesus Christ did, the cross was in adequate for you.

He says he gave himself voluntarily for the personal sin of everybody who's ever lived and never will. He gave himself for our sins, listen and say, gave himself to make you better even give himself to make you happy.

He gave himself what happened at Golgotha was that Jesus Christ voluntarily laid down himself, and he paid the penalty for all his sin, past, present, future lizard, if he did not not free in all sin, one nailed to the cross and not free if he just took care of my password about my print out this no man is free of these bearings in. He said he came to the one to lay down his life to suffer sacrificially vicariously for your sin and my sin that we may be read from its penalty and its power in our life and no man who does not understand who who has not accepted the total part and the complete freedom that Jesus Christ is not free. Some of you sitting right are you not free because you keep condemning your server the past and as long as you look back in the past is all I know that God forgiven me. But listen, if he nailed to the tree. What are you doing handling if he has forgiven you.

What you doing writing up again.

He says he lay down his life. Listen, there's nothing you can do to make your own self and about how they feel better than used to be 10 years ago there was a time in my life I looked in my life not on the Lord.

I don't have much going for me so this is the artistry as it Lord I don't have much going for me, so I really want to give you everything I can give you.

I want you to have something that you can really use. So I decided how would improve different areas of my life that I may not set goals on all about goals that I set goals and I worked at this and I had this going in that going all these things I was improving my knowledge over here. In my experience of any and all of these things going. You know, after years of that when I came to the realization that all of my self improvement was only getting me deeper and deeper and deeper in the bondage because I was still failing was improving a lot of things in the service. Cultural sample still the same nominee and change the bed. My life was like an old beat up car you get this part. This part fixed and the other vibrates down and you take care of that and something else. Brixton same old thing over because you see you can improve yourself. He says he came to liberate you free. You, the liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, and he says the first step to your freedom.

Listen the first step to your freedom is the price Jesus Christ paid at Calvary. He died for your sin's that means you don't have to accept anymore change anymore shackles anymore. Bondage according to God's word list.

He says that he might deliver us.

That means the pluckers out. Listen, that he might deliver us again errors.

This is taking us out once and for all. Saying one time because Jesus died one time one atonement one deliverance the pluckers of this present evil world, and they were.

That means that doesn't mean that he came to save us and just take his own home to heaven and get us out of their environment, but the believer who lives he says were to live in the world but were not to be what all the world that is weird not to take on the character of the world. This whole world is not going to improve because it is run by one who hates God and who has every one of us on his that's the how you think he's going to improve his work is not going improve the work they what is on the ventricular books because there will be enough social scientific mechanical physical improvements abuser man things are getting better. What things and into spiritual things are better is going to get worse so the roads will get worse and worse and worse.

We know that ultimately from God's point of view. We have already been taken, or because he says and names have been written in the Lamb's book of life.

He says we have a new citizenship.

We are just simply passing through.

We are pilgrims down here and he says he simply given us a little foresight into what we going to have. He says Jesus has gone to prepare a place for us.

We just down here temporarily level and say something if you allow the world to include you in its attitude close view and its habits clothing units action my friend you giving a very poor witness of what Jesus Christ is like because he said this is he came and gave himself vicariously and sacrificially for you in your place on the cross to save you from your sales and he says to deliver you what you have rescue you, liberate you free you from this present evil world that means that the power and the influence and the magnetism of this world. You can send and face and say so sorry hear any of that living in it, but free from, and one of these days are feeling a little discredited brother that it's all glory from now the whale and all the way up.

He's come to deliver us, which is his first action of freedom. That is the deal with your sins, listen and watch this deal with your sins at the cross deal with your life see that the father's right hand through the power of the Holy Spirit right here. He didn't leave us down in this present evil eases accountability from the housing undo that well.

He took care of my sins of the cross, but only as he lives within me through the house. How the Holy Spirit is he daily, delivering you and me from the power from the character from the imprint from the magnetism of this present evil age that is anti-God antichrist & everything that is holy and Brandon. We have to keep our heart right this this whole world keep blowing it so soon, all the time because everywhere we go we live. This is a business eases outcome to deliver you from the power of sin in your life depended cellulite nieces I've done that and eases outcome to deliver you from this present evil world pieces entail a company that because he says it's the will of God.

My father would love for verse he says according to the will of God our father. Look, if you will.

In first Timothy chapter 2 for just a month. First Timothy chapter 2 and verse six. Look how many times do these books are just ripple versus here he says the same thing but in verse five, first go back to verse both beautiful, who will have all men to be saved. He's died for all men sins and the chemical knowledge of the truth that there is one God and one mediator between God and man, the man Jesus Christ, who did what gave him self a ransom, he paid the price for you and answer question.

The next time you get tempted to reduce my God, what I want to do it just to think about the cross and realized that Jesus went there to save you from what you're have to do and what you're about to do is to get on you. The taint of the world which does not belong to that is fallen into God's people sin is fallen to saints, and the problem is we take it in so much resemblance on the part of the family. God hates it because of what it would look if you will, and Titus will of the Titans chapter 2 and others will verse here in the verse of 14. He says that Jesus Christ gave himself borrows that he may redeem us from what all iniquity, and then listen.

He didn't just go to the cross take care of my sins, but he says and what purified under himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. The cross took care of my sin. His life takes care of my life. Now all I look if you will, in Ephesians chapter 5 collective vision for a moment looking chapter 5 summoner one of the verses about this in the book of Ephesians. But he says in verse two. And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and have errors tents given him self for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savor is that he died that you would have to deal with sin. That way tomorrow taken care of. You said and he says back to Galatians now he says he did that, according will of father and if you notice the look, if you will, and not Ephesians chapter 1 he says in verse five having predestinated. Also, the adoption of children by Jesus Christ under himself. According to the what the good pleasure of his will, he did it because it's his well-to-do and you see no watch this because it's very important lesson for us to break out of bondage.

He says that he saved us a call to the good pleasure of his will look in verse nine having made known to us the mystery of his will according to the good pleasure which he purposed in himself. Verse 12 that we should be to the praise of his glory, why you think God sent the Lord Jesus Christ about your sins and my sins and the 3Rs living in the world free from it. We don't have to be a part of it. We can live holy before God because he's the one you think it he says it's his will to do list. Watch this. He didn't say you had to live up to anything he says. Back to Galatians chapter 1, the convertible who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according the will of God our father not and if we live up to certain extent what you want you to see is this, you are free tonight. You have been freed. Your chains have been broken. The shackles of been taken.

All you been liberated and free.

And God wants you to know your position in him is greater and liberty and joy and contentment and these in Christ Jesus, and the key is verse 23 says Christ living within me.

Christ lives within me.

Christ living within me is Christ living within me that is freeing me from the bondage and check in the days before we finish this series.

If you read this book and you let God plant and water and cultivate and take care of that one thought in your life. I guarantee you my friend you will be the same person you will be walking the lightest that you don't feel some freedom in your life that you've never felt irregularly concerned about what people think you likely trying to reach up and match up to some expectation you not going to be condemning self-condemnation elegantly loaded with guilt, God's going to freeing you to be that happy, joyful, liberated person, you, feel like that Eagle.

He says it soars soars the mighty wings illegally can take in high mountain peaks down.

The tip is weighing in the touch of the water up again.

What is it that he's a free bird take a rope wrapped around his wings.

He still illegal.

He still has the potential, but he can't fly because he's in bond, take something some of you are going to fly a man how many of you would like to really fly.

Praise the Lord somebody not quite sure.

Well you sure you that in due time this season look, if you will.

One more passage in Philippians chapter 2 recorded says about Jesus. He says in verse five let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God, but he made of himself. No reputation humbled himself, took upon himself the form of a servant, serve others, and was made in the likeness of man and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even that there of the cross in order that your sins may be pardoned, and your life may be freed and freedom begins. First of all with dealing with your sin, which simply means all freedom begins the moment I'm willing to say Lord Jesus. I confess that I'm a sinner, I've sinned against you and Bollinger law I'm accepting by faith what you said that you came and you voluntarily gave your life. The cross for my sin and that you may deliver me from the shackles and the bondage and the magnetism of the power of the soul present evil world, and by faith. I'm surrendering my life to you and I'm receiving you, Lord Jesus is Marcy your death is adequate payment for my sin and accepting the presence of the Holy Spirit is your seal in my life the moment you do that, my friend, God says every lock Satan's put on your life has been unlocked. Every chain has been broken every rope is been cut all the prison doors of your life are flung open and you have become a free person. The witness of the word of God is that every single person who receives Jesus Christ as Savior is liberated by the grace of God and then as we understand what liberty me. We can begin the soul become the person God wants us to be. Thank you for listening to part two of a declaration of freedom if you'd like to know more about child family for intense ministries.
