One of the driving missions of our show is to equip caregivers to better navigate the journey of a caregiver. Part of that is attitude. While so much of what we face as caregivers lies beyond our control, our attitude remains firmly in our own hands and heart.  We are as happy or miserable as we choose to be.

One of things I've learned from watching somebody who lives with pain.

30 years now is that pain is unavoidable in life. We cannot avoid heartache, pain, sorrow, loss, grief, we can't. It's going to come but we can avoid joy, we can avoid happiness. I have learned that we can be as miserable or as happy as we want to be regardless of what's going on around us, we have to look at difficult things I do you do not easy things to look at. Not easy things to endure their grim or harsh, frustrating but you know what, we'll have to be grim. We don't have to be harsh.

We don't have to be frustrated.

We can learn to take it as it is breathe a little slower and it respond not react. She will react to just pump it off at about will be Lord respond were doing from a healthy center place and what to do.

This takes little things little practice, but you can do this work in a given vocabulary were to give you the tools
