And that's how we push back against this isolation that that that cripples us as caregivers if we talk to each other. We talk about these things. We get out there. If I'm feeling it. I bet you there's a whole bunch of other caregivers in the field to and we get stronger listening to other people share how they've wrestled with this and what we can do to incorporate those strategies. Those tips those thoughts those insights into our life.

Hopefully caregiver.com and we'd love to hear from you. This special Father's Day program. I want to talk about father's bit. I greatly blessed by father is still with me.

Talk to multiple times during the week we talked about everything from world events to theology to all kinds of aches and just crazy stuff laughing at our family have a very large family and I have a loving father who I I don't have to look over my shoulder and wonder if he approves of.

What if he loves me that's a great gift and I am deeply appreciative of what God is done for me in this regards because I don't think I could have done would have done had I not had that said, I know that a lot of people don't have to their life. The father may be gone or maybe their father was that source of encouragement to them and it's very difficult on Father's Day, I recognize that some are taking care of a father who has impairments but treated them poorly recognize that to and we talked about this on the program a lot. It is hard to do that member.

My father was counseling but that's a minister's counseling in this was young and she was ministry and he said no daughters or father disabled if it is anything like my father. I don't anything to do with and this is the critical place we find ourselves in a society where fathers have dropped the ball and were all sinners were all broken people were going to fall going to make mistakes but fatherhood is something that is modeled for us in Scripture we see see it through God's modeling of also see pictures of of wonderful fathers in the we also see pictures of fathers who really messed up in Scripture. Scripture doesn't gloss over these things.

What can we learn from this and this was designed by God. It was instilled by Gotti is who he is. Jesus taught us to pray our father who art in heaven. Father Scripture what oath the Psalm 103 13 of as a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those in fear and there's there's Scripture after Scripture after Scripture identifying God his father that's painful for a lot of people because they associate their own father. I know that for many caregivers who are seeing their father's decline and diminish. It is painful to watch the implications of this broken fallen world we live in our foreign one. But the redemptive work of Christ that was done on the cross penetrates into and helps us be at peace with all of this weather we've had good and loving fathers (fathers that abandon us.

We had fathers that have failed us. Regardless of which none of them are going to measure up to the perfect love of the father and have which we don't always see and understand clearly, but we trust because of the redemptive work of Christ that like to talk about a him today in this opening block of done it before with Father's Day. I love the Sims one of my all-time favorite hymns. This is my father's world and to my listening ears.

All nature scenes and ram earrings.

The music of the spheres. This is my father's world I rest me and the thought of rocks and trees, skies and seas his hand the wonders wrought. I live in Montana and so I see this displayed so vividly around me and I can't help but sing this hymn, this is my father's world.

The birds there. Carol's race the morning like the lily white declare their makers praise. This is my father's world.

He shines in all that's fair in the rustling grass here impacts he speaks to me everywhere and let me take a moment to go to the caregiver keyboard because this third versus what I will zero in on the father saw the listener that though the wrong list right here. This is is is right here Jesus shares he if you're struggling about some the things talked about today, particularly Father's Day. I would ask you to hang on to this first… Let me never forget the wrong seems also strums this God is this his father's world.

In the battle is not done she nine. He said I hope that you will be meaningful to you today and throughout this we get into my everyday I'd like to. It was a special gift for my father.
