Meaning what about Jehovah. You know that so I have been friends for many years and I'm just grateful to know him and I grew up playing his music. I literally learned how to play the piano. A lot of it using his music and it is such a treat to have them here.

I listen to when I want you know: I remember going to Bell Auditorium in Augustine Georgia living over in Aiken, South Carolina nine and BJ was on the show and it hurt, they were staining alignment pages, just have such an incredible voice and I never dreamed you know that point when I was in high school and it I get to work with you Monday and a recorded medium of songs, specially the gospel. You know in high school. You were a kid and he was out there doing it and then here you are now going into the studio in your produce the record and that had to of been a surreal moment all I want one. We were first outed my house.

You probably remember Peter. I was a little building you know about my house. It was the old kitchen and not turn it into a studio in a way, Rhawnhurst out there just you know me playing the piano and BJ. You know, listen to the sounds and we would work on them together. There and not it was a great man and we moved to the studio and not in recording that first album it was. It was something in the map played piano on some of the fountain. Sometimes I had somebody sitting back and neck control room and lift and sing the song. It was a surreal moment.

You know I want to mount favorite singers in the world will place some more of your music during our time together here and I got a special treat at the end of our time and I will play Gracie performing a song that you wrote with Debbie Hargis and some years ago and Gracie this song she just made it her own is beautiful so and it has such a great message so that's a real treat. You're no stranger to the caregiving world and you and I don't want to go and all your personal stuff on that but you had to walk through some tough times. You and your wife Kathy and you had to walk through some tough times wondering what are some things that surprised you about this journey you made regarding my mama only on our you hegemony on this. To deal with, which was significant but now you your caring for someone else that is going to see you and and you came out of all the stuff that you had to deal with and then you turn around and in your having to be strong for someone else talk a little bit about that. Yeah, one yellow when I got married on years ago. Leave about 2003 my remember that Archie numbers going around eating anyway. She won the weighted people I've ever known and we will got married in. I had illness. You know what our carotid doctor tell me she was probably the worst case and you know it's just been very progressive in two years ago had to hamper right leg amputated from the knee down and out a blog about this a hard hard thinking about weight, you know we've gotten through it in.

She says, and maybe not. I don't believe I couldn't do what she did but she just did not complain shading complaining drive… Don't have a right leg. I came along.

She had never done that and she cooed around the house paddle and went one for you know not pale in the wheelchair.

You know where in the process of getting you know our power chair far but it is a long process but where will you get well dosing sorry and she can't wear prosthesis understands that that's correct weight. We trotted in ages. It will go work far and the you know one of her daughter said you don't think you be better just to have a scooter you know are our power chair sheet don't get the power chair and one very excited about that Siegel right thing. She had to watch her struggle with this and you see her great attitude and your sweet spirit but but house is affected you Archie well made me a lot more will be more like her to see how she is taking it well.

I just you know just really trying. You know I have that same kind Outlook if I ever had, you know, bad happen.

I may not happen about a got man over with but just just to watch somebody just take it away mean it just made me admire her so much and you know she's not a person that gripes are complained. You know her state in life right now.

What have been not have an right leg from the knee down and just had a powerful effect on me as your music and process it out musically.

When I wrote a song about her many years ago but it was it was based on, you know, when we got married, you know that and said the rest of it you not spend a lot of time. I can't and I don't write as much as I used to trot around when I do get opportunity to ride on and try to write a real quality tone. You know something that really inspires me and she very inspiring to me.

And there's usually some that whatever I'm right, usually in thinking something about her, you know, will you not noted for shallow lyrics you the things you right in the middle did you write have such a poignancy to them. You know, listen to the people that you like a lot and I know that really help me with you. If you have such beautiful melodies that you've written yourselves. A love that song and I went to you with us all that I wrote this got to be almost 20 years ago Archie and I was playing it for you in the house because if we had black-eyed peas at night and I got the kids to be for the first time and they could but they were so excited because they herby playing a lot of your stuff, but I am I said I played the song for you and you looked at me said he doesn't feel authentic yet and and it really pushed me to go dig deeper into what I'm trot what I was trying to say with this song and it it it it it it cost me to go back it's okay what what do I need to say what about what about dancing around I'm not going to the heart of this yet still too far away from this great piece of advice. It doesn't sound authentic before we get into this last thought just talk about that for just a few bumps on how to be authentic with you songwriter most important thing and be sincere about it you know it you you know you don't want. You know you heard me talk about you know being influenced by some of the great songwriters, but you don't want trot out a copy what they do. You know they can influence you. Are you but you know want to copy anything in the Lord and he had want you to write and think one thing to do a lot of praying about you know you did, God went would show me what he wanted me to arrive. Only the most important think I could pay this one when all the great knowledge and not you know that depend on most.

I never thought of titanium and carbon legs and flexibly the legs and all that. I never thought about. As you watch these inmates participate in something like this, knowing that there helping other people available providing the means for the supplies to get over there. What is it just on the heart level. I wish I could explain to the world. What I see in here and I wish that I can be able to come Wednesday the this guy right here in East Africa with I never not feel that way out every time you know you always make me believe. I don't want to leave. I feel like I'm at home with them and I feel like that we have a common bond that would never expect that only God could put together.
