The morning of Gracie's recent surgery in Denver, I called a Lyft ride (like I've done for years!). We'd had a lot of snow and ice, and I opened the door to the car - only to have part of the trim that was frozen to the car come off. I picked it up and put it in the car- and then he took me to the hospital where Gracie was already being prepped for surgery.
Later that afternoon, I got a message on my phone about that incident. I couldn't believe what Lyft did - and I'm just posting this as a "Buyer Beware" message.

How do you all use ride shares of any kind over lift and so forth. On the news and lift for years in the morning of gracious surgery. I left the hotel she's already in the hospital and one of the five in the morning there snow in Denver and the driver did not properly deice his car so I opened the car door and part of the strip that was frozen on the whole side of it came off level in my thoughts opened the door and I put the strip back in there and he charged me $150 for that and lift to get out of my account and I wrote appeals and hey, what's up with this and they just think they wouldn't hear it and I'd holiday was open because door so be aware that that kind of stuff can happen to you if you're out doing stuff back and forth.
The whatever was right here and if it's frozen so forth.
Giselle building you with that but all I did was open the gas door is not my fault that he hadn't deiced his car or anything else and they just seen before hundred $50 so just kind of buyer beware consumer beware the cost of happens out there and I don't want to see you get dinged with it either and I was I was.
